铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车轮胎钢圈的锁圈配件, 特别涉及一种用于快速拆装 超大型轮胎钢圈的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置。 背景技术

本发明的目的在于提供一种用于大型车辆轮胎快速拆装的铰链式锁圈快 装锁紧装置。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提出如下技术方案实现:

优选的是, 所述的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 在所述组件 A、 组件 B铰 链状结构连接的一端, 组件 A两侧端口的外侧面设置有一定弧度缺口, 例如 弧度为 20度, 构成锁圈开口限位结构。
优选的是, 所述的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 所述组件 、 组件 B各自 靠近阶梯状结构端口处及组件 A、 组件 B各自中间位置处对称设置有 4个提 手。
优选的是, 所述的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 所述组件 、 组件 B上对 称设置的 4个提手是利用卡槽结构安装在组件 A组件 B上, 可灵活拆卸。
优选的是, 所述的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 所述提手也可以是 2个, 设置在组件 A、 组件 B各自靠近阶梯状结构端口处或组件 A、 组件 B各自中间 位置处。
本发明的优点是: 锁圈通过铰链状结构可以实现开合, 无需使用很大的 力量就可以安装, 锁圈闭合后, 通过阶梯状结构上的紧固螺钉锁紧固定; 拆 卸时, 松开紧固螺钉, 锁圈通过铰链状结构就可以张开卸下; 解决了原有锁 圈拆装困难, 也避免了安装人员受到反弹力伤害的情况发生。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2、 图 3及图 4所示, 铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 由锁圈 1、 紧固螺钉 2组成; 所述锁圈 1由组件 A 3、 组件 B 4构成, 所述组件 A 3、 组 件 B 4通过各自一端对应的铰链状结构 5相连接, 组件 A 3、 组件 B 4的另 一端为相互对应可闭合的阶梯状结构 6, 并且在台阶对应位置处设有螺孔 7, 通过紧固螺钉 2将组件 A 3、 组件 B 4连接固定。
优选的是, 所述组件 A3、 组件 B4为同一个钢质或铁质或合金质的金属 环圈切割而成。 例如由一个弹簧钢圈在其中间位置处切割分开。
优选的是, 在所述组件 A3、 组件 B4铰链状结构连接的一端, 组件 A3两 侧端口的外侧面设置有一定弧度缺口 X, 例如弧度 X为 20度, 构成锁圈开口 限位结构, 这样在打开组件 A3和组件 B4时, 两组件张口到一定距离, 组件 A3的端口会抵接在组件 B4的端口截面中部位置, 使得两组件张口有个最大 距离, 不会张口过大。
优选的是, 所述组件 A3、 组件 B4各自靠近阶梯状结构 6端口处及组件 A3、 组件 B4各自中间位置处对称设置有 4个提手 Π、 Τ2、 Τ3、 Τ4, 这 4个 提手是利用卡槽结构安装在组件 A3组件 Β4上, 可灵活拆卸。 4个提手也可 以减少到对称设置的 2个, 设置在靠近阶梯状结构 6端口处或组件 A3、 组件 Β4各自中间位置处。
安装时, 锁圈 1通过铰链状结构 5无需使用很大的力量就可以达到扩张 锁圈 1的效果, 便于安装, 锁圈 1闭合后, 通过阶梯状结构 6上的紧固螺钉 2锁紧固定; 拆卸时, 松开紧固螺钉 2, 锁圈 1通过铰链状结构 5就可以张开 卸下; 解决了原有锁圈拆装困难, 也避免了安装人员受到反弹力伤害的情况 发生。
本装置尤其适用于现有 51〃 -63〃轮辋, 具有很好的推广效益。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上, 但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方 式中所列运用, 它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域, 对于熟悉本领 域的人员而言, 可容易地实现另外的修改, 因此在不背离权利要求及等同范 围所限定的一般概念下, 本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图 例。

1、 铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 由锁圈、 紧固螺钉组成, 其特征在于, 所 述锁圈由组件 A、 组件 B构成, 所述组件 、 组件 B通过各自一端对应的铰链 状结构相连接, 组件 A、 组件 B的另一端为相互对应可闭合的阶梯状结构, 并且在台阶对应位置处设有螺孔, 通过紧固螺钉将组件 A、 组件 B连接固定。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 其特征在于, 所述组 件 A、 组件 B为同一个钢质或铁质或合金质的金属环圈切割而成。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 其特征在于, 在所述 组件 A、 组件 B铰链状结构连接的一端, 组件 A两侧端口的外侧面设置有一 定弧度缺口, 例如弧度为 20度, 构成锁圈开口限位结构。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的铰链式锁圈快装锁紧装置, 其特征在于, 所述组 件八、 组件 B各自靠近阶梯状结构端口处及组件 A、 组件 B各自中间位置处对 称设置有 4个提手。
