本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,具体的说是一种高粘结性自粘卷材,所述卷材最里层为胎基,胎基外侧设置有SBS改性沥青层,SBS改性沥青层外侧设置有非沥青基自粘橡胶层,非沥青基自粘橡胶层外侧设置有隔离膜,本发明为非沥青基且不含任何溶剂和增塑剂,粘结性能极强,初粘性、持粘性都很好,可以满足卷材在不同基层上的施工粘结效果,本发明热老化、紫外老化、耐候性好,可以很好的抵抗环境带来的破坏。

一种高粘结性自粘卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,具体的说是一种高粘结性自粘卷材。
背景技术
建筑防水是为了保证建筑物或构筑物的某些部位不受雨水、地下水、生活用水及空气中湿气的浸蚀而采取的一项专门措施,在整个建筑工程中占有重要的地位。建筑防水材料质量的好坏,直接影响到建筑物和构筑物的正常使用和寿命。
20 世纪初期,国外建筑防水材料主要以油毡为主,且纸胎油毡逐渐被玻纤油毡所替代 , 普通有胎基卷材是基料和自粘胶料都是以沥青为主体的橡胶改性沥青胶料 , 使用改性沥青胶料的卷材耐候性和粘结性能不好,影响卷材的防水效果。
因此,为克服上述技术的不足而设计出卷材耐候性和粘结性能好的一种高粘结性自粘卷材,正是发明人所要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高粘结性自粘卷材,其结构简单,使用方便 , 卷材耐候性和粘结性能好,有非常好的实用价值。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高粘结性自粘卷材,包含隔离膜、非沥青基自粘橡胶层、 SBS 改性沥青层、胎基,其特征在于:所述卷材最里层为胎基,胎基外侧设置有 SBS 改性沥青层, SBS 改性沥青层外侧设置有非沥青基自粘橡胶层,非沥青基自粘橡胶层外侧设置有隔离膜。
本发明的有益效果是:
1 、本发明为非沥青基且不含任何溶剂和增塑剂,粘结性能极强,初粘性、持粘性都很好,可以满足卷材在不同基层上的施工粘结效果。
2 、本发明热老化、紫外老化、耐候性好,可以很好的抵抗环境带来的破坏。

图 1 为本发明一种高粘结性自粘卷材结构示意图,包含隔离膜 1 、非沥青基自粘橡胶层 2 、 SBS 改性沥青层 3 、胎基 4 ,所述卷材最里层为胎基 4 ,胎基 4 外侧设置有 SBS 改性沥青层 3 , SBS 改性沥青层 3 外侧设置有非沥青基自粘橡胶层 2 ,非沥青基自粘橡胶层 2 外侧设置有隔离膜 1 ,本发明为非沥青基且不含任何溶剂和增塑剂,粘结性能极强,初粘性、持粘性都很好,可以满足卷材在不同基层上的施工粘结效果,本发明热老化、紫外老化、耐候性好,可以很好的抵抗环境带来的破坏。

1、一种高粘结性自粘卷材,包含隔离膜、非沥青基自粘橡胶层、 SBS 改性沥青层、胎基,其特征在于:所述卷材最里层为胎基,胎基外侧设置有 SBS 改性沥青层, SBS 改性沥青层外侧设置有非沥青基自粘橡胶层,非沥青基自粘橡胶层外侧设置有隔离膜。
