Abstract
本发明提供一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材及其制作工艺,属于建筑防水材料领域。包括胎基层,所述胎基层上下两侧对称设置有EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)保护层和SBS改性沥青层,所述SBS改性沥青层与所述EPDM保护层之间设有热熔网膜,所述SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材底部复合有自粘层,所述SBS改性沥青层中间复合有编织布。本发明的优点在于:在所述SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材中增加EPDM保护层,可提高所述SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材的耐水性、耐老化性、耐候性等使用性能。本发明防水效果好,结构简单,制造方便,节能环保,施工便捷,适用于各种建筑场所施工使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水卷材,尤其是一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材及其制作工艺,属于建筑防水材料领域。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面以及公路、隧道等处,起到挡水防渗漏作用的一种柔性建筑材料,是建筑物工程防水的主要屏障,对建筑物的整体使用性能起着至关重要的作用,目前在建筑防水材料领域,开发和使用改性沥青、合成高分子材料等新型防水材料,已成为主流趋势。但现在市场上的SBS改性沥青防水卷材仍存在着诸多问题,如耐水性能差、耐老化能力差、耐候性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于普通SBS改性沥青防水卷材耐水性能差、耐老化能力差、耐候性差等缺陷。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:
一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,包括胎基层,所述胎基层上下两侧对称设置有保护层和SBS改性沥青层,所述SBS改性沥青层与所述保护层之间设有热熔网膜,所述SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材底部复合有自粘层,所述SBS改性沥青层中间复合有编织布。
优选的,所述保护层为EPDM材质。
优选的,所述热熔网膜为聚乙烯材质,或聚酰胺材质,或聚醚砜树脂材质,或聚氨酯材质。
优选的,所述编织布为无纺布或金属丝网。
优选的,所述SBS改性沥青层厚度为1.5mm~3mm、所述保护层厚度为1mm~2mm、所述胎基层厚度为1.5mm~4mm。
优选的,所述胎基层为聚酯胎或玻纤胎。
优选的,所述无纺布为网格状。
本发明还提供一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材的制作工艺,包括下述步骤:
所述胎基层上下两侧对称复合有所述保护层,所述胎基层与上下两侧的所述保护层预热后,通过热复合工艺进行复合压制;
所述SBS改性沥青层通过浸渍工艺与所述编织布进行复合;
复合在所述胎基层上下两层的所述保护层,其背离所述胎基层的一侧,披附一层所述热熔网膜,和所述SBS改性沥青层叠加在一起,再通过烘烤加热后进入压机复合压制;
上述过程所得的半成品,取任意一面,贴附上加热后的所述自粘层,即可制成提高防水性、抗老化性等性能的所述一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
通过增加所述EPDM保护层,提高了所述SBS改性沥青防水卷材的防水性能、抗老化能力、耐候性等性能,满足环保要求,延长了使用寿命;通过所述SBS改性沥青中间复合所述编织布,增强了所述SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材的抗拉强度;通过使用自粘材料,简化了施工作业流程,节能环保,降低施工难度,提高施工效率,减少施工成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,包括聚酯胎胎基层1、EPDM保护层2、SBS改性沥青层3、自粘层4、聚氨酯热熔网膜5、网格编织布6。
聚酯胎胎基层1上下两侧对称设置有EPDM保护层2和SBS改性沥青层3,SBS改性沥青层3与EPDM保护层2之间设有聚氨酯热熔网膜5,SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材底部复合有自粘层4,SBS改性沥青层3中间复合有网格编织布6。
SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材使用热压工艺制作;
其中,聚酯胎胎基层1上下两侧对称复合有EPDM保护层2,聚酯胎胎基层1的厚度为2mm,EPDM保护层2的厚度为1mm,聚酯胎胎基层1与上下两侧的EPDM保护层2预热后,通过热复合工艺进行复合压制;
SBS改性沥青层3通过浸渍工艺与网格编织布6进行复合,SBS改性沥青层3的厚度为2mm;
复合在聚酯胎胎基层1上下两层的EPDM保护层2,其背离聚酯胎胎基层1的一侧,披附一层聚氨酯热熔网膜5,和SBS改性沥青层3叠加在一起,再通过烘烤加热后进入压机复合压制;
上述过程所得的半成品,取任意一面,贴附上加热后的自粘层4,即可制成提高防水性、抗老化性等性能的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材。
本实施例通过增加EPDM保护层,提高了SBS改性沥青防水卷材的防水性、耐候性、耐老化性等性能;通过使用聚氨酯热熔网膜,增强了热复合时EPDM保护层与SBS改性沥青层的黏连性能。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于胎基层为玻纤胎,热熔网膜为聚酰胺材质,编织布为金属丝网。
本实施例通过使用玻纤胎胎基层替代实施例1中的聚酯胎胎基层、使用金属丝网替代实施例1中的网格编织布,提高了SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材的抗拉伸性能和抗撕破性能。通过使用聚酰胺热熔网膜代替实施例1中的聚氨酯热熔网膜,扩大了热熔网膜材质的可选择范围。

1.一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,包括胎基层,其特征在于,所述胎基层上下两侧对称设置有保护层和SBS改性沥青层,所述SBS改性沥青层与所述保护层之间设有热熔网膜,所述SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材底部复合有自粘层,所述SBS改性沥青层中间复合有编织布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,其特征在于,所述保护层为EPDM材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,其特征在于,所述热熔网膜为聚乙烯材质,或聚酰胺材质,或聚醚砜树脂材质,或聚氨酯材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,其特征在于,所述编织布为无纺布或金属丝网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,其特征在于,所述SBS改性沥青层厚度为1.5mm~3mm、所述保护层厚度为1mm~2mm、所述胎基层厚度为1.5mm~4mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,其特征在于,所述胎基层为聚酯胎或玻纤胎。
7.根据权利要求7所述的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材,其特征在于,所述无纺布为网格状。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
所述胎基层上下两侧对称复合有所述保护层,所述胎基层与上下两侧的所述保护层预热后,通过热复合工艺进行复合压制;
所述SBS改性沥青层通过浸渍工艺与所述编织布进行复合;
复合在所述胎基层上下两层的所述保护层,其背离所述胎基层的一侧,披附一层所述热熔网膜,和所述SBS改性沥青层叠加在一起,再通过烘烤加热后进入压机复合压制;
上述过程所得的半成品,取任意一面,贴附上加热后的所述自粘层,即所述一种SBS改性沥青增强防水卷材。
