Abstract
本发明提供一种建筑防腐防水材料及其制作工艺,属于建筑防腐防水材料领域。包括胎基层,所述胎基层上下两侧对称设置有EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)保护层,所述胎基层与所述EPDM保护层之间设有热熔网膜。本发明的优点在于:通过在胎基层上下两侧复合EPDM保护层,可提高所述一种建筑防腐防水材料的耐水性、耐老化性、耐天候性及耐酸碱性等使用性能,减缓建筑物受到的腐蚀影响。本发明防腐防水效果好,不易开裂,不易分层,结构简单,制造方便,适用于各种建筑场所施工使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑防腐防水材料及其制作工艺,属于建筑防腐防水材料领域。
背景技术
防腐防水材料主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面以及公路、隧道等处,起到防腐蚀和挡水防渗漏作用的一种柔性建筑材料,是建筑物工程防腐防水的主要屏障,对建筑物的整体使用性能起着至关重要的作用,目前在建筑防腐防水材料领域,主要使用SBS改性沥青等防水材料进行施工,但现在市场上的SBS改性沥青仍存在着诸多问题,如防腐蚀性能差、抗老化能力差、易开裂、易分层等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于普通SBS改性沥青防水材料防腐蚀性能差、抗老化能力差、易开裂、易分层等缺陷。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:
一种建筑防腐防水材料,包括胎基层,其特征在于,所述胎基层上下两侧对称设置有保护层,所述胎基层与所述保护层之间设有热熔网膜。
优选的,所述保护层为EPDM材质。
优选的,所述胎基层为玻纤胎或复合胎。
优选的,所述玻纤胎为玻纤布与液体硅橡胶浸渍复合制成。
优选的,所述热熔网膜为聚醚砜树脂材质,或聚酰胺材质,或聚乙烯材质。
优选的,所述热熔网膜可用聚乙烯胶黏剂代替。
优选的,所述胎基层厚度为1.5mm~4mm、所述保护层厚度为1mm~2mm。
本发明还提供一种建筑防腐防水材料的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
所述胎基层上下两面对称复合有所述保护层;
所述胎基层的上下两面,与所述保护层之间各披附一层所述热熔网膜,通过烘烤机构加热后进入压机复合压制,即所述一种建筑防腐防水材料。
优选的,所述烘烤机构为烘箱或者烘道。
优选的,所述烘烤机构为电加热模式或油加热模式。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
通过EPDM保护层的使用,可提高所述一种建筑防腐防水材料的耐水性、耐老化性、耐候性及耐酸碱性等使用性能,有效隔离大气、降水、土壤中所含的侵蚀性介质,减缓建筑物受到的腐蚀影响。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种建筑防腐防水材料,包括复合胎胎基层1、EPDM保护层2、聚醚砜树脂热熔网膜3,
复合胎胎基层1上下两面对称复合有EPDM保护层2,
复合胎胎基层1的上下两面,与所对的EPDM保护层之间各披附一层聚醚砜树脂热熔网膜,所得的半成品,通过电热烘道加热后进入压机复合压制,即可制成提高耐腐蚀性能、耐老化性能,不易开裂分层的一种建筑防腐防水材料。
本实施例通过使用EPDM保护层,替代了通常使用的沥青层,提高了建筑防腐防水材料的耐腐蚀性、耐老化性、耐候性等性能;通过使用聚醚砜树脂热熔网膜,增加了复合胎胎基层与EPDM保护层之间的黏结性能。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于胎基层为玻纤胎,热熔网膜为聚乙烯胶黏剂。
其中,玻纤胎胎基层是由玻纤布与液体硅橡胶浸渍复合制成。
本实施例通过使用玻纤胎替代实施例1中的复合胎胎基层,提高了建筑防腐防水材料的抗拉伸性能和抗撕破性能。通过使用聚乙烯胶黏剂,扩大了玻纤胎胎基层与EPDM保护层黏结材料的可选择范围。

1.一种建筑防腐防水材料,包括胎基层,其特征在于,所述胎基层上下两侧对称设置有保护层,所述胎基层与所述保护层之间设有热熔网膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料,其特征在于,所述保护层为EPDM材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料,其特征在于,所述胎基层为玻纤胎或复合胎。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料,其特征在于,所述热熔网膜为聚醚砜树脂材质,或聚酰胺材质,或聚乙烯材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料,其特征在于,所述热熔网膜可用聚乙烯胶黏剂代替。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料,其特征在于,所述胎基层厚度为1.5mm~4mm,所述保护层厚度为1mm~2mm。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料,其特征在于,所述玻纤胎为玻纤布与液体硅橡胶浸渍复合制成。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
所述胎基层上下两面对称复合有所述保护层;
所述胎基层的上下两面,与所述保护层之间各披附一层所述热熔网膜,通过烘烤机构加热后进入压机复合压制,即所述一种建筑防腐防水材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述烘烤机构为烘箱或者烘道。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种建筑防腐防水材料的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述烘烤机构的加热方式为电加热模式或油加热模式。
