为了使制造的混合树脂刨花或者混合树脂纤维预压毛坯的密度均匀, 预压模 6设有圆弧形的下料网, 圆弧形的下料网的弧形与预压模芯 12的 弧形以及半径相同, 使下料于预压模 6的混合树脂刨花或者混合树脂纤维 厚度保持相同。
为了利用热压模 17将预压模 6预压出来的预压毛坯进行热压, 热压 上模 22的弧形半径与预压上模 9的弧形半径相同, 预压下模 10的预压模 芯 12的弧形半径与热压下模 23的弧形半径相同。
为了利用组合模具 (37 ) 夹住模压圆筒进行组合, 组合下模 (44) 以 及组合上模 (45 ) 模型腔面为圆弧形, 组合下模 (44) 的模型腔面的半径 与组合上模 (45 ) 的模型腔面的半径相同; 组合下模 (44) 的模型腔面以 及组合上模 (45 ) 的模型腔面的半径与模压组合纸卷筒的半径相同。

权 利 要 求 书
1.模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备, 用于制造模压组合纸卷筒, 模压组合 纸卷筒由四块形状相同的圆弧形模压板镶嵌构成, 模压组合纸卷筒两端套 有左组合套以及右组合套, 模压组合纸卷筒卷有牛皮纸; 其特征在于: 所 述的模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备包括有预压机 (1)、 热压机 (2)、 涂胶机 (3)、 组合机 (4) 以及卷纸机 (5); 热压机 (2) 设于预压机 (1) 的旁 边, 涂胶机 (3) 设于热压机 (2) 旁边, 组合机 (4) 设于涂胶机 (3) 旁 边, 卷纸机(5)设于组合机(4)的旁边; 预压机(1)包括有预压模(6)、 预压上压板 (7) 以及预压底座 (8), 预压模 (6) 包括有预压上模 (9) 以及预压下模(10),预压下模 ( 10)包括有活动膜框( 11 )、预压模芯(12)、 预压气缸 (13) 以及脱模气缸 (14), 预压气缸 (13) 以及脱模气缸 (14) 设有气源以及控制阀; 活动膜框 (11) 套在预压模芯 (12) 上, 活动膜框 (11) 与预压模芯 (12) 动配合连接, 预压模芯 (12) 与预压底座 (8) 固定连接; 活动膜框 (11) 与预压气缸 (13) 的活塞杆固定连接, 预压气 缸(13)与预压底座(8)固定连接; 预压模芯(12)动配合有脱模板(15), 脱模板 (15) 与脱模气缸 (14) 的活塞杆连接, 脱模气缸 (14) 与预压底 座 (8) 固定连接; 预压上模 (9) 与预压上压板 (7) 固定连接, 预压下 模(10) 与预压底座(8) 固定连接; 预压模芯(12)设有蜂窝凸台 (16), 用于减少模压材料的耗用; 热压机(2)包括有热压模(17)、上压板(18)、 上热板 (19)、 下热板 (20) 以及底座 (21); 热压模 (17) 包括有热压上 模 (22) 以及热压下模 (23), 上压板 (18) 与上热板 (19) 固定连接, 上热板(19) 与热压上模(22) 固定连接, 热压下模(23) 与下热板(20) 固定连接, 下热板 (20) 与底座 (21) 固定连接, 上热板 (19) 以及下热 板 (20) 设有热源; 涂胶机 (3) 包括有输送机 (24) 以及喷胶机 (25), 输送机(24)设有链式输送带(26),链式输送带(26)设有弧形支架(27), 弧形支架 (27) 的支撑面 (28) 为圆弧形, 支撑面 (28) 的圆弧形的形状 与圆弧形模压板的形状相同; 喷胶机 (25) 包括有施胶桶 (29)、 第一施 胶电磁阀(30)、第二施胶电磁阀(31)、第一喷头(32)以及第二喷头(33), 施胶桶 (29) 与第一施胶电磁阀 (30) 以及第二施胶电磁阀 (31) 连接, 第一施胶电磁阀 (30) 与第一喷头 (32) 连接, 第二施胶电磁阀 (31) 与 第二喷头(33)连接;第一喷头(32)包括有左喷头(34)以及右喷头(35), 左喷头 (34) 以及右喷头 (35) 位于弧形支架 (27) 两边的上方; 第二喷 头 (33) 安装于卷纸机 (5); 组合机 (4) 包括有组合机架 (36)、 组合模 具 (37)、 组合气缸 (38)、 压套气缸 (39)、 组合控制阀 (40) 以及压套 控制阀(41), 组合控制阀(40)与组合气缸(38)连接, 压套控制阀(41) 与压套气缸 (39) 连接, 组合控制阀 (40) 以及压套控制阀 (41) 与气源 连接; 组合机架 (36) 固定有定位模 (42), 压套气缸 (39) 的活塞杆固 定有活动压套模 (43), 组合模具 (37) 包括有组合下模 (44) 以及组合 上模 (45), 组合上模 (45) 与组合气缸 (38) 的活塞杆固定连接, 组合 下模 (44)、 组合气缸 (38) 以及压套气缸 (39) 的缸座与组合机架 (36) 固定连接; 卷纸机 (5) 包括有放卷装置 (49) 以及收卷装置 (50), 第二 喷头 (33) 安装于收卷装置 (50) 上。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备, 其特征在于: 预压模(6)设有圆弧形的下料网, 圆弧形的下料网的弧形与预压模芯(12) 的弧形以及半径相同。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备, 其特征在于: 所述的热压上模 (22) 的弧形半径与预压上模 (9) 的弧形半径相同, 预 压下模 (10) 的预压模芯 (12) 的弧形半径与热压下模 (23) 的弧形半径 相同。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备, 其特征在于: 所述的组合下模 (44) 以及组合上模 (45) 模型腔面为圆弧形, 组合下模
(44) 的模型腔面的半径与组合上模 (45) 的模型腔面的半径相同。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备, 其特征在于: 所述的组合下模 (44) 的模型腔面以及组合上模 (45) 的模型腔面的半径 与模压组合纸卷筒的半径相同。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备, 其特征在于: 所述的模压组合纸卷筒的制造设备的工作原理是: 预压机工作时, 利用控 制阀控制预压气缸带动活动膜框升起, 使活动膜框与预压模芯形成一个预 压型腔,将混合树脂刨花或者混合树脂纤维放入预压型腔内,启动预压机, 控制其预压上压板带动预压上模下压, 预压上模与预压下模闭合后, 预压 上模与活动膜框接触, 在预压上压板的压力作用下, 预压上模克服预压气 缸的阻力将活动膜框压下, 利用预压上模、 活动膜框以及预压模芯将预压 型腔的刨花压实成型为预压毛坯; 同时, 将预压气缸的气压放走; 当预压 机下压的压力达到设定的标准时, 预压机的预压上压板带动预压上模上升 复位; 启动脱模气缸带动脱模板将预压毛坯于预压模芯顶起, 取出预压毛 坯放到下工序的热压模内, 如此不断循环; 热压机工作时, 利用热源将上 热板以及下热板加热, 上热板将热量传递给热压上模, 下热板将热量传递 给热压下模;将预压毛坯放入到热压模的热压下模的型腔内,启动热压机, 控制其上压板带动上热板以及热压上模下压, 热压上模与热压下模闭合 后, 热压上模以及热压下模对预压毛坯加温热压, 将预压毛坯热压固化为 圆弧形模压板, 预压毛坯被热压固化为圆弧形模压板后, 热压机的上压板 带动热压上模上升复位, 于热压下模取出圆弧形模压板转入下工序, 如此 不断循环; 涂胶机工作时, 启动输送机, 将圆弧形模压板放于移动的链式 输送带的弧形支架上, 利用喷胶机的第一施胶电磁阀控制左喷头以及右喷 头对着弧形支架上的圆弧形模压板左、 右两边沿施胶, 施胶后的圆弧形模 压板被送到组合机, 如此不断循环; 组合机工作时, 将右组合套放于定位 模内, 将左组合套放于压套模, 将四块两边沿施胶后的圆弧形模压板放于 组合模具的组合下模内, 利用组合控制阀控制组合气缸带动组合上模将四 块圆弧形模压板压合成为模压圆筒, 利用压套控制阀控制压套气缸带动压 套模将左组合套压入模压圆筒的左端, 同时压套模推动模压圆筒移动, 将 模压圆筒的右端压入定位模的右组合套内, 使左组合套以及右组合套嵌入 模压圆筒的左、 右两端, 从而制造出组合模压组合卷筒; 左组合套以及右 组合套嵌入模压圆筒的左、 右两端后, 组合控制阀控制组合气缸带动组合 上模复位, 压套控制阀控制压套气缸带动压套模复位, 将组合模压组合纸 卷筒取出转入下工序的卷纸机, 如此不断循环; 卷纸机工作时, 将模压组 合纸卷筒安装于收卷装置上, 将牛皮卷纸安装于利用放卷装置; 利用第二 施胶电磁阀控制第二喷头向模压组合纸卷筒的表面施胶, 利用放卷装置将 牛皮卷纸放卷于模压组合纸卷筒上, 利用收卷装置带动模压组合纸卷筒收 卷, 使模压组合纸卷筒复合上牛皮纸, 从而制造出模压组合纸卷筒。
