本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种液晶模组的包装装置 。
背景技术
目前,液晶模组的内部结构主要包括显示屏和背光灯组件,两部分被组装在一起进行包装和运输。大尺寸液晶模组因尺寸大且重量较重,在有机械起重装置的配合时可进行集合运输包装。但由于搬运装箱及拆包时一般仍然需要人工操作,而人工很难对集合运输包装的液晶模组进行搬运及拆包。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术大尺寸液晶模组的集合运输包装存在搬运及拆包困难的缺陷,提供一种适用于大尺寸的液晶模组的包装装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种液晶模组的包装装置,包括安装于液晶模组底部的支撑架、通过支撑件承载并固定支撑架的栈板、设于液晶模组四周用于固定和缓冲的保护层、设于保护层外用于包装的包装箱。
优选的,所述支撑架为L型支撑架。
优选的,所述液晶模组的包装装置还包括在支撑件和支撑架之间用于缓冲的缓冲垫片。
优选的,所述用于缓冲及定位的支撑件包括用于定位支撑架的凸起。
优选的,所述支撑架通过螺栓固定于栈板上。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下文将要描述的各种实施例将要参考相应的附图,这些附图构成了实施例的一部分,其中描述了实现本发明可能采用的各种实施例。应明白,还可使用其他的实施例,或者对本文列举的实施例进行结构和功能上的修改,而不会脱离本发明的范围和实质。
本发明的液晶模组的包装装置用于大尺寸液晶模组的包装,且在无机械省力设备配合时便于人力搬运包装及拆包。
如图1-9所示,本发明提供的一个液晶模组的包装装置实施例用于包装一液晶模组2,该液晶模组2可以是现有的任何一种大尺寸液晶模组。该液晶模组的包装装置实施例包括安装于液晶模组2底部的支撑架1、通过支撑件4承载并固定支撑架1的栈板3、设于液晶模组2四周用于对其固定和缓冲的保护层、设于保护层外用于包装的包装箱。本发明的主要技术方案是在液晶模组2底部安装辅助的支撑架1,使液晶模组2便于搬运装箱,并通过支撑架1与起承载作用的栈板2固定,优选采用螺栓或其它方式固定支撑架1于栈板3上,使液晶模组2与栈板3固定为一个整体,液晶模组2四周放置起缓冲作用的保护层并辅助固定液晶模组2,外部用高强度的包装箱做保护。
具体地,如图1、2所示,支撑架1优选为L型支撑架,将L型支撑架1与液晶模组2背板或底部侧边可进行螺丝锁附的位置进行锁附固定,进而方便人力搬运液晶模组2。同时,采用螺栓或其他固定装置将液晶模组2及支撑架1与承载该液晶模组2的栈板3固定为一个整体,底部和侧边以及顶部做辅助的缓冲支撑,使液晶模组2在运输过程中尽可能减少在外力作用下产生的振动的幅度及频率,避免液晶模组2在运输过程中因振动引起元器件受损。
如图3-5所示,支撑架1通过螺栓6固定于栈板3上。即将液晶模组2及L型支撑架1定位并固定于栈板3的支撑件4上,且螺栓6穿过L型支撑架1及栈板2上支撑件4及栈板面,再通过螺母8将L型支架1与栈板3固定为一个整体,为了使螺母8与螺栓6固定的更紧,还增加了多个垫片7。同时,在用于缓冲及定位的支撑件4上还有贴附于支撑件4的缓冲垫片5,而支撑件4包括用于定位支撑架1的凸起41。
如图6所示,保护层包括设于液晶模组2底部起减震缓冲作用的的下发泡缓冲层9、设于液晶模组2两侧且起辅助固定液晶模组2及外侧包装箱的侧面发泡缓冲层10、以及设于液晶模组2顶部的上发泡缓冲层11。
如图7-8所示,包装箱包括两片拼接在一起的外侧纸箱12、以及封盖顶部的上盖纸箱13;两片外侧纸箱12通过锁扣14固定在一起,最后将上盖纸箱13盖在上面,形成一个整体。其中,包装箱的材质优选为瓦楞纸,例如3A高强瓦楞纸。
如图9所示,包装箱及栈板3通过打包带15固定在一起,形成一个整体,打包带15可分别从纵向和横向打包,进而使其更加牢固,其中,打包带15优选拉力较大的PET材质。
本发明的大尺寸液晶模组的包装装置可以保证运输安全,方便人力装箱及搬运,且减轻大尺寸液晶模组包装重量。

  1. 一种液晶模组的包装装置,其中,包括安装于液晶模组底部的支撑架、通过支撑件承载并固定所述支撑架的栈板、设于所述液晶模组四周用于固定和缓冲的保护层、设于所述保护层外用于包装的包装箱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述支撑架为L型支撑架。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述液晶模组的包装装置还包括在所述支撑件和所述支撑架之间用于缓冲的缓冲垫片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,用于缓冲及定位的所述支撑件包括用于定位所述支撑架的凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述支撑架通过螺栓固定于所述栈板上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述保护层包括设于所述液晶模组底部的下发泡缓冲层、设于所述液晶模组两侧的侧面发泡缓冲层、以及设于所述液晶模组顶部的上发泡缓冲层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述包装箱的材质为瓦楞纸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述包装箱包括两片拼接在一起的外侧纸箱、以及封盖顶部的上盖纸箱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述液晶模组的包装装置还包括将所述两片外侧纸箱固定在一起的锁扣、及将所述包装箱及栈板固定在一起的多条打包带。
  10. 一种液晶模组的包装装置,其中,包括安装于液晶模组底部的L型支撑架、通过支撑件承载并固定所述支撑架的栈板、设于所述液晶模组四周用于固定和缓冲的保护层、设于所述保护层外用于对其进行包装的包装箱、以及将所述包装箱及栈板固定在一起的多条打包带;
    所述保护层包括设于所述液晶模组底部的下发泡缓冲层、设于所述液晶模组两侧的侧面发泡缓冲层、以及设于所述液晶模组顶部的上发泡缓冲层。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述包装箱的材质为3A高强瓦楞纸。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述包装箱包括两片拼接在一起的外侧纸箱、以及封盖顶部的上盖纸箱。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶模组的包装装置,其中,所述液晶模组的包装装置还包括将所述两片外侧纸箱固定在一起的锁扣。
