Abstract
本发明提供一种视频会议的调度方法及装置,涉及通信领域,能够通过获取各个会场的预订的信息以及各个会场发送的QoS描述信息,并对QoS描述信息及预订的信息进行统计分析处理,最终得到会议预定参考列表,使用户能够根据自己想要预定的会场以及时间在会议预定参考列表中选择最优的预定方案,避免了由于网络状态不好造成会议不能正常召开的问题,实现了对会议进行有效的安排,提高的工作效率,从而降低了由于会议不成功而导致的会议资源、人力和时间的浪费。本发明用于视频会议的调度。
Description
一种视频会议的调度方法及装置 本申请要求于 2012 年 12 月 27 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210579027.1、发明名称为"一种视频会议的调度方法及装置"的中国专利申 请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种视频会议的调度方法及装置。
背景技术
目前, 大型视频会议包括的设备数量众多, 结构复杂, 由于对故障预期 不足, 在故障突发时, 视频会议往往不能正常进行; 在进行多方多地的视频 会议时, 会因为事先对会议信息了解不充分及对会议相关情况准备不足, 使 得网络和设备资源被浪费进而导致视频会议不能正常进行。
在现有的视频会议预定时, 工作人员只能根据会场的配置信息来预定会 场, 并没有其他参考信息; 并且在视频会议进行时, 可能会网络状态不好导 致会议不能正常进行, 从而造成会议资源、 人力和时间的浪费, 降低了工作 效率。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种视频会议的调度方法及装置, 能够获取视频会 议设备及会场的预定情况, 通过对存储的视频会议的历史信息进行分析, 从 而获取优化的视频会议调度方案, 使得会议资源得到充分利用, 提高了人员 的工作效率。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例釆用如下技术方案:
第一方面, 提供了一种视频会议的调度方法, 所述方法包括:
获取各个会场的预定情况信息并接收各个会场发送的服务质量 QoS描述 信息, 所述 QoS描述信息包括各个会场的历史网络状态, 所述预定情况信息 包括所述各个会场的当前预定状态;
对所述各个会场的预定情况信息以及所述各个会场发送的服务质量 QoS 描述信息进行统计分析, 得到会议预定参考列表, 所述会议预定参考列表包 括各个会场在各个时段上是否已预订以及在各个时段上的网络状态, 以便用 户根据会议预定参考列表选择会场。

例如, 员工 A可以通过会议预定的会场和预定时间来预定南京的会议室 102, 并且在下午 15:30~17:30使用, 在员工 A通过会议预定系统提交了预定 信息后, 在显示器中会显示预订成功的提示信息, 告知员工 A已经成功预定 会场。
例如, 当员工 B选定的南京会议室 103 , 并且在上午 9:30~10:30要召开 一个客户的订货洽谈会, 但会议室已经被员工 A提前预定, 要开一个小组内 部的技术讨论会。此时, 由于员工 B要进行的会议重要性超过员工 A的会议, 因此在与员工 A进行协商调度后, 此时段的会议室由员工 B预定, 而员工 A 则重新预定另一会议室。 其中, 该调度协商过程可以由视频会议调度系统完 成, 也可以由视频会议系统调度员完成。
本发明实施例提供一种视频会议的调度方法, 通过获取各个会场的预订 的信息以及各个会场发送的 QoS描述信息,并对 QoS描述信息及预订的信息 进行统计分析处理, 最终得到会议预定参考列表, 通过使用户能够根据自己 想要预定的会场以及时间在会议预定参考列表中选择最优的预定方案, 避免 了由于时间冲突或者网络状态不好造成会议不能正常召开的问题, 实现了对 会议进行有效的安排, 提高的工作效率, 从而降低了由于会议不成功而导致 的会议资源、 人力和时间的浪费。

数据通信模块 301 , 用于获取各个会场的预定情况信息并接收各个会场 发送的服务质量 QoS描述信息,所述 QoS描述信息包括各个会场的历史网络 状态, 所述预定情况信息为所述各个会场的当前预定状态, 并将所述预定情 况信息以及所述各个会场发送的服务质量 QoS描述信息发送至数据分析模块 302;
其中历史网络状态包括各个会场在之前一段时间内的各个时段上的丟包 率、 带宽、 网络时延、 抖动, 上述一段时间的时长可以由用户来设置, 各个 时段上的丟包率、 带宽、 网络时延、 抖动可以是在上述一段时间内的各个时 段的平均值或者是抽样值;
预定情况信息包括会场是否已经被预定, 以及被预定的具体时间段。 数据分析模块 302 , 用于从数据通信模块 301接收所述各个会场的预定 情况信息以及所述各个会场发送的服务质量 QoS描述信息, 并对所述各个会 场的预定情况信息以及所述各个会场发送的服务质量 QoS描述信息进行统计 分析, 得到会议预定参考列表, 所述会议预定参考列表包括各个会场在各个 时段上是否已预订以及在各个时段上的网络状态, 以便用户根据会议预定参 考列表选择会场。
其中, 用户的预订信息包括用户要预定的会场、 预定时间、 交流人数、 会议重要程度; 网络状态包括: 各个会场在各个时段上的丟包率、 带宽、 网 络时延、 抖动的至少一个。

进一步的, 处理器 55还用于根据预订信息, 以及会议预定参考列表中的 各个会场在各个时段上是否已预订以及在各个时段上的网络状态为用户制定 会议预定建议;
若用户接受会议预定建议, 则预定成功, 若用户不接受, 则再次根据预 订信息中的交流人数、 会议重要程度, 以及会议预定参考列表中的各个会场 建议, 直至用户接受会议预定建议为止。

若当前时间距上次检测时间的时间长度大于预设的第一时长门限, 建议 立即进行全网监测。
处理器 55 还可以用于若会场中设备的设备利用率低于预设的第二利用 率门限, 建议检修设备;
若会场中设备的丟包率高于预设的第二丟包率门限, 建议启用抗丟包功 能, 并建议排查网络线路;
若会场中设备的丟包率高于预设的第三丟包率门限,建议排查网络线路; 限, 建议立即进行全网监测。
另外, 值得一提的是, 接收器 54在接收各个会场发送的服务质量 QoS 描述信息以及预定情况信息或者接收会场的维护信息后, 可以先将这些信息 发送至存储设备 52 , 该存储设备 52作为数据库供处理器 55读取信息。

对所述各个会场的预定情况信息以及所述各个会场发送的服务质量 QoS 描述信息进行统计分析, 得到会议预定参考列表, 所述会议预定参考列表包 括各个会场在各个时段上是否已预订以及在各个时段上的网络状态, 以便用 户根据会议预定参考列表选择会场。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 根据所述用户的预订信息和所述会议预定参考列表为用户制定会议预定 建议, 若所述用户接受所述会议预定建议, 则预定成功。
