- PUCCH physical uplink control channel
- PUSCH physical uplink shared channel
- PUCCH is allocated to an RB pair in a subframe. RBs belonging to the RB pair occupy different subcarriers in each of the first slot and the second slot. RB pairs have the same resource block index m.
- PUCCH supports multiple formats.
- the number of bits transmitted per subframe may vary according to a modulation scheme dependent on the PUCCH format.

- PUCCH format 1 is used. In this case, the ACK / NACK signal is modulated and transmitted to the resource allocated to the SR.
- All PUCCH formats use a cyclic shift (CS) of a sequence in each OFDM symbol.
- the cyclically shifted sequence is generated by cyclically shifting a base sequence by a specific cyclic shift amount.
- the specific CS amount is indicated by the cyclic shift index (CS index).
- n is the element index
- N is the length of the base sequence.
- b (n) is defined in section 5.5 of 3GPP TS 36.211 V8.7.0.

- I cs is a cyclic shift index indicating the CS amount (0 ⁇ I cs ⁇ N-1).
- the available cyclic shift index of the base sequence refers to a cyclic shift index derived from the base sequence according to the CS interval. For example, if the length of the base sequence is 12 and the CS interval is 1, the total number of available cyclic shift indices of the base sequence is 12. Alternatively, if the length of the base sequence is 12 and the CS interval is 2, the total number of available cyclic shift indices of the base sequence is six.

- r n, I cs .
- the one-dimensional spread sequence may be spread using an orthogonal sequence.
- An orthogonal sequence w i (k) (i is a sequence index, 0 ⁇ k ⁇ K ⁇ 1) having a spreading factor K 4 uses the following sequence.
- Different spreading coefficients may be used for each slot.
- the two-dimensional spreading sequence ⁇ s (0), s (1), s (2), s (3) ⁇ can be expressed as follows.
- Two-dimensional spread sequences ⁇ s (0), s (1), s (2), s (3) ⁇ are transmitted in corresponding OFDM symbols after inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) is performed.
- IFFT inverse fast Fourier transform
- the reference signal of the PUCCH format 1b is also transmitted by cyclically shifting the base sequence r (n) and spreading it in an orthogonal sequence.
- the cyclic shift indexes corresponding to three RS OFDM symbols are I cs4 , I cs5 and I cs6 , three cyclically shifted sequences r (n, I cs4 ), r (n, I cs5 ), r (n, I cs6 ).
- the orthogonal sequence index i, the cyclic shift index I cs, and the resource block index m are parameters necessary for configuring the PUCCH and resources used to distinguish the PUCCH (or terminal). If the number of available cyclic shifts is 12 and the number of available orthogonal sequence indexes is 3, PUCCHs for a total of 36 terminals may be multiplexed into one resource block.
- a resource index n (1) PUCCH is defined so that the UE acquires the three parameters for configuring the PUCCH .
- Resource index n (1) PUCCH n CCE + N (1) PUCCH , where n CCE is a downlink resource allocation (DCI) for scheduling downlink data corresponding to a corresponding PDCCH (ie, ACK / NACK signal). Is the number of the first CCE used for transmission of the PDCCH including N, where N (1) PUCCH is a parameter that the base station informs the UE in an upper layer message.
- DCI downlink resource allocation
- the time, frequency, and code resources used for transmitting the ACK / NACK signal are called ACK / NACK resources or PUCCH resources.
- the index of the ACK / NACK resource (referred to as ACK / NACK resource index or PUCCH index) required for transmitting the ACK / NACK signal on the PUCCH is orthogonal sequence index i, cyclic shift index I cs , resource block index m and at least one of the indices for obtaining the three indices.
- the ACK / NACK resource may include at least one of an orthogonal sequence, a cyclic shift, a resource block, and a combination thereof.
- FIG. 7 shows a channel structure of a PUCCH format 2 / 2a / 2b in a normal CP.
- OFDM symbols 1 and 5 are used for the reference signal RS and the remaining OFDM symbols are used for CQI transmission.
- OFDM symbol 3 (fourth symbol) is used for RS.
- Ten CQI information bits are channel coded, for example, at a 1/2 code rate, resulting in 20 coded bits.
- Reed-Muller code may be used for channel coding.
- QPSK constellation mapping is performed to generate QPSK modulation symbols (d (0) to d (4) in slot 0).
- Each QPSK modulation symbol is modulated with a cyclic shift of a basic RS sequence r (n) of length 12 and then IFFT and transmitted in each of the 10 SC-FDMA symbols in the subframe. 12 uniformly spaced cyclic shifts allow 12 different terminals to be orthogonally multiplexed in the same PUCCH resource block.
- a basic RS sequence r (n) having a length of 12 may be used as the RS sequence applied to the OFDM symbols 1 and 5.
- PUCCH format 3 is a PUCCH format using a block spreading technique.
- the block spreading technique refers to a method of spreading a symbol sequence obtained by modulating a multi-bit ACK / NACK in a time domain using a block spreading code.
- a symbol sequence (eg, an ACK / NACK symbol sequence) is spread and transmitted in the time domain by a block spreading code.
- An orthogonal cover code (OCC) may be used as the block spreading code.
- Control signals of various terminals may be multiplexed by the block spreading code.
- symbols transmitted in each data symbol eg, d (0), d (1), d (2), d (3), d (4), etc.
- CAZAC constant amplitude
- FIG. 8 a case of using two RS symbols in one slot is illustrated.
- the present invention is not limited thereto, and an orthogonal cover code having three RS symbols and having a spreading factor value of 4 may be used.
- the RS symbol may be generated from a CAZAC sequence having a specific cyclic shift, and may be transmitted in a form in which a plurality of RS symbols in a time domain are multiplied by a specific orthogonal cover code.
- the carrier aggregation system is also called a multiple carrier system.
- the 3GPP LTE system supports a case where the downlink bandwidth and the uplink bandwidth are set differently, but this assumes one component carrier (CC).
- the 3GPP LTE system supports up to 20MHz and may have different uplink and downlink bandwidths, but only one CC is supported for each of the uplink and the downlink.
- Carrier aggregation (or carrier aggregation, also referred to as spectrum aggregation) is to support a plurality of CC. For example, if five CCs are allocated as granularity in a carrier unit having a 20 MHz bandwidth, a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz may be supported.
- 9 is a comparative example of a single carrier system and a carrier aggregation system.
- the carrier aggregation system (FIG. 9B) has three DL CCs and three UL CCs, but the number of DL CCs and UL CCs is not limited.
- PDCCH and PDSCH may be independently transmitted in each DL CC, and PUCCH and PUSCH may be independently transmitted in each UL CC.
- the PUCCH may be transmitted only through a specific UL CC.
- the UE Since three DL CC-UL CC pairs are defined, it can be said that the UE is provided with services from three cells.
- a cell configured to provide a service to a terminal is called a serving cell.
- the UE may monitor the PDCCH in the plurality of DL CCs and receive DL transport blocks simultaneously through the plurality of DL CCs.
- the terminal may transmit a plurality of UL transport blocks simultaneously through the plurality of UL CCs.
- Each serving cell may be identified through a cell index (CI).
- the CI may be unique within the cell or may be terminal-specific.
- the serving cell may be divided into a primary cell and a secondary cell.
- the primary cell is a cell in which the UE performs an initial connection establishment process, initiates a connection reestablishment process, or is designated as a primary cell in a handover process.
- Primary cells are also referred to as reference cells.
- the secondary cell may be established after the RRC connection is established and may be used to provide additional radio resources. At least one primary cell is always configured, and the secondary cell may be added / modified / released by higher layer signaling (eg, RRC message).
- the CI of the primary cell can be fixed. For example, the lowest CI can be designated as the CI of the primary cell.
- the primary cell is composed of DL downlink primary compoenent carrier (DL PCC) and uplink primary component carrier (UL PCC) in terms of component carriers.
- the secondary cell may be configured of only a DL downlink secondary component carrier (DL SCC) or a pair of DL SCC and UL uplink secondary component carrier (UL SCC) in terms of component carriers.
- DL SCC DL downlink secondary component carrier
- UL SCC UL uplink secondary component carrier
- a plurality of component carriers (CCs), that is, a plurality of serving cells may be supported.
- Such a carrier aggregation system may support cross-carrier scheduling (CCS).
- Cross-carrier scheduling is a resource allocation of a PDSCH transmitted on another component carrier through a PDCCH transmitted on a specific component carrier and / or a PUSCH transmitted on a component carrier other than the component carrier basically linked with the specific component carrier.
- Scheduling method that allows resource allocation. That is, the PDCCH and the PDSCH may be transmitted on different DL CCs, and the PUSCH may be transmitted on another UL CC other than the UL CC linked to the DL CC on which the PDCCH including the UL grant is transmitted.
- a carrier indicator indicating a DL CC / UL CC through which a PDSCH / PUSCH for which PDCCH provides control information is transmitted is required.
- a field including such a carrier indicator is hereinafter called a carrier indication field (CIF).
- a carrier aggregation system supporting cross carrier scheduling may include a carrier indication field (CIF) in a conventional downlink control information (DCI) format.
- CIF carrier indication field
- DCI downlink control information
- 3 bits may be extended, and the PDCCH structure may include an existing coding method, Resource allocation methods (ie, CCE-based resource mapping) can be reused.
- the base station may set a PDCCH monitoring DL CC (monitoring CC) set.
- the PDCCH monitoring DL CC set includes some DL CCs among the aggregated DL CCs, and when cross-carrier scheduling is configured, the UE performs PDCCH monitoring / decoding only for DL CCs included in the PDCCH monitoring DL CC set. In other words, the base station transmits the PDCCH for the PDSCH / PUSCH to be scheduled only through the DL CC included in the PDCCH monitoring DL CC set.
- the PDCCH monitoring DL CC set may be configured UE-specifically, UE group-specifically, or cell-specifically.
- Non-cross carrier scheduling is a resource allocation of a PDSCH transmitted through the specific component carrier and / or an element basically linked with the specific component carrier through a PDCCH transmitted through a specific component carrier.
- a scheduling method for resource allocation of a PUSCH transmitted through a carrier is a scheduling method for resource allocation of a PUSCH transmitted through a carrier.
- a DL subframe and an UL subframe coexist in one radio frame.
- the number of UL subframes may be less than or equal to the number of DL subframes according to the UL-DL configuration. Therefore, in case of a lack of a UL subframe for transmitting an ACK / NACK signal, a plurality of ACK / NACK signals for DL transport blocks or PDSCHs received in a plurality of DL subframes are transmitted in one UL subframe.
- ACK / NACK bundling transmits an ACK when all of the PDSCHs (downlink transport blocks) received by the UE succeed, and in other cases, transmits an NACK.
- ACK or NACKs for each PDSCH are compressed through a logical AND operation.
- ACK / NACK multiplexing is also referred to as ACK / NACK channel selection (or simply channel selection).
- ACK / NACK multiplexing the UE selects one PUCCH resource among a plurality of PUCCH resources and transmits ACK / NACK.
- the following table shows DL subframe n-k associated with UL subframe n according to UL-DL configuration in 3GPP LTE, where k ⁇ K and M represent the number of elements of set K.
- HARQ-ACK (i) indicates ACK / NACK for an i-th downlink subframe among M downlink subframes.
- DTX Discontinuous Transmission
- a DL transport block is not received on a PDSCH or a corresponding PDCCH is not detected in a corresponding DL subframe.
- three PUCCH resources n (1 ) PUCCH, 0 , n (1) PUCCH, 1 , n (1) PUCCH, 2 ), and b (0) and b (1) are two bits transmitted using the selected PUCCH.
- the NACK and the DTX are coupled. This is because a combination of reserved PUCCH resources and QPSK symbols cannot indicate all ACK / NACK states. However, in the absence of an ACK, the DTX decouples from the NACK.
- the above-described ACK / NACK bundling and ACK / NACK multiplexing (channel selection) may be applied when one serving cell is configured for the UE in TDD.
- one serving cell is configured (ie, only a primary cell) is configured for the UE in TDD
- ACK / NACK is transmitted in subframe n.
- a base station may inform a user equipment through semi-persistent transmission / reception in subframes through a higher layer signal such as radio resource control (RRC).
- RRC radio resource control
- the parameter given as the higher layer signal may be, for example, a period and an offset value of the subframe.
- the frequency resource (resource block) according to the resource block allocation specified in the PDCCH, MCS information SPS transmission / reception is performed in a subframe corresponding to a subframe period and an offset value allocated through RRC signaling by applying a modulation and a coding rate according to FIG.
- the PDCCH for releasing the SPS is called SPS release PDCCH
- the DL SPS release PDCCH for releasing downlink SPS transmission requires ACK / NACK signal transmission.
- the UE transmits ACK / NACK using PUCCH format 1a / 1b by PUCCH resource n (1, p) PUCCH .
- p in n (1, p) PUCCH indicates that it is for antenna port p.
- K is defined by Table 5 above.
- PUCCH resources n (1, p) PUCCH may be assigned by the following equation.
- p may be p0 or p1.
- c is N out of ⁇ 0,1,2,3 ⁇ c ⁇ n CCE ⁇ N c + 1 (Antenna port p0) , N c ⁇ (n CCE + 1) ⁇ N c + 1 (Antenna port p1) Is selected to satisfy.
- N (One) PUCCH Is a value set by a higher layer signal.
- N C max ⁇ 0, floor [N DL RB ⁇ (N RB sc C-4) / 36] ⁇ .
- N DL RB Is the downlink bandwidth
- N RB sc Is the size in the frequency domain of the resource block expressed by the number of subcarriers.
- n-k m Is the first CCE number used for transmission of the corresponding PDCCH.
- m is k m This value is the smallest value in the set K in Table 5 above.
- ACK / NACK may be transmitted.
- the UE transmits ACK / NACK through PUCCH formats 1a / 1b by n (1, p) PUCCH set by a higher layer signal.
- a transmission power control (TPC) field of a PDCCH for reserving four resources (first PUCCH resource, second PUCCH resource, third PUCCH resource, fourth PUCCH resource) through an RRC signal and activating SPS scheduling It can indicate one resource through.
- the following table is an example of indicating a resource for channel selection according to the TPC field value.
- one serving cell is configured (ie, only a primary cell) is configured for the UE in TDD
- ACK / NACK multiplexing is used, and M> 1. That is, suppose that a plurality of DL subframes are connected to one UL subframe.
- PUCCH resource n (1) PUCCH, i for transmitting ACK / NACK when the UE receives the PDSCH in the subframe nk i (0 ⁇ i ⁇ M-1) or detects the DL SPS release PDCCH Can be assigned together.
- k i ⁇ K and set K have been described with reference to Table 5 above.
- PUCCH, i (M - i -1) ⁇ N c + i ⁇ N c + 1 + n CCE, i + N (1) PUCCH
- N C max ⁇ 0, floor [N DL RB ⁇ (N RB sc ⁇ c-4) / 36] ⁇ .
- N DL RB is a downlink bandwidth
- N RB sc is a size in the frequency domain of a resource block expressed by the number of subcarriers.
- n CCE, i is the first CCE number used for transmission of the corresponding PDCCH in subframe nk i .
- PUCCH, i is determined according to a configuration given in a higher layer signal and Table 7.
- the UE transmits ACK / NACK using channel selection or PUCCH format 3 using PUCCH format 1b.
- Channel selection using the PUCCH format 1b which is used when two or more serving cells are configured for the UE in TDD, may be performed as follows.
- the UE may perform spatial ACK / NACK bundling for a plurality of codewords in one downlink subframe.
- spatial ACK / NACK bundling and spatially bundled ACK / NACK bits for each serving cell are transmitted through channel selection using PUCCH format 1b.
- Spatial ACK / NACK bundling means compressing ACK / NACK for each codeword through a logical AND operation in the same downlink subframe.
- ACK / NACK bit is 4 bits or less, spatial ACK / NACK bundling is not used and is transmitted through channel selection using PUCCH format 1b.
- the ACK / NACK bit is greater than 20 bits, spatial ACK / NACK bundling is performed in each serving cell and the spatial ACK / NACK bundled ACK / NACK bit is performed. It can be transmitted through the PUCCH format 3. If the ACK / NACK bit is 20 bits or less, spatial ACK / NACK bundling is not used, and the ACK / NACK bit is transmitted through PUCCH format 3.
- ACK / NACK may be transmitted through channel selection using PUCCH format 1b.
- ACK for up to two transport blocks received in one serving cell by transmitting 2 bits (b (0) b (1)) information in one PUCCH resource selected from a plurality of PUCCH resources / NACK may be fed back to the base station.
- One codeword may be transmitted in one transport block.
- a PUCCH resources may be represented by a resource index of n (1) PUCCH, i .
- A is any one of ⁇ 2, 3, 4 ⁇ , and i is 0 ⁇ i ⁇ (A-1).
- Two-bit information is denoted by b (0) b (1).
- HARQ-ACK (j) indicates a HARQ ACK / NACK response associated with a transport block or DL SPS release PDCCH transmitted in a serving cell.
- HARQ-ACK (j) and the serving cell and the transport block may have a mapping relationship as follows.
- HARQ-ACK (0) and HARQ-ACK (1) indicate ACK / NACK for two transport blocks transmitted in a primary cell
- HARQ-ACK (2) HARQ-ACK (3) represents the ACK / NACK for the two transport blocks transmitted in the secondary cell.
- n (1) PUCCH, i is determined as n CCE, i + N (1) PUCCH .
- n CCE, i means the index of the first CCE that the base station uses for the PDCCH transmission
- N (1) PUCCH is a value set through the higher layer signal.
- PUCCH resources n (1) PUCCH, i + 1 are given, where n (1) PUCCH, i + 1 is n CCE, i + 1 + It may be determined as N (1) PUCCH . That is, when the primary cell is set to a transmission mode in which up to two transport blocks can be transmitted, two PUCCH resources may be determined.
- the PUCCH resource n (1) PUCCH, i for transmitting ACK / NACK for the PDSCH is determined by higher layer configuration.
- PUCCH resources n (1) PUCCH, i , n (1) PUCCH, for a transmission mode supporting up to two transport blocks i + 1 may be determined according to higher layer configuration.
- the plurality of serving cells configured for the terminal assumes that all of the prior art uses the same type of radio frame. For example, it is assumed that all of the plurality of serving cells configured in the terminal use an FDD frame or all use a TDD frame. However, in the next generation wireless communication system, each serving cell may use a different type of radio frame.
- FIG. 10 illustrates an example in which a plurality of serving cells use different types of radio frames in a wireless communication system.
- a primary cell (PCell) and a plurality of secondary cells (SCell # 1, ..., SCell #N) may be configured in the terminal.
- the primary cell may operate in FDD to use an FDD frame
- the secondary cells may operate in TDD to use a TDD frame.
- the same UL-DL configuration may be used for the plurality of secondary cells.
- the downlink subframe (denoted D) and the uplink subframe (denoted U) are 1: 1.
- the ratio of the downlink subframe and the uplink subframe is not 1: 1. May exist.
- Table 9 shows which subframes are transmitted ACK / NACK according to UL-DL configuration when one serving cell operates in TDD.
- Table 9 is equivalent to Table 5.
- the UE when the UE receives a PDCCH (eg, DL SPS release PDCCH) requiring PDSCH or ACK / NACK response in subframe n, the UE transmits ACK / NACK in subframe n + k (n).
- a PDCCH eg, DL SPS release PDCCH
- the UE transmits ACK / NACK in subframe n + k (n).
- k (n) value For example, when the UL-DL configuration is 0, when the PDSCH is received in subframe 0, it indicates that ACK / NACK is transmitted in subframe 4 after 4 subframes.
- the UE needs a specific time to transmit ACK / NACK after receiving the PDSCH or DL SPS release PDCCH. The minimum value of this specific time is referred to as k min below, and the value may be 4 subframes.
- the 4th subframe which is the minimum value of the specific time, is determined in consideration of the propagation delay between the transmitting and receiving end and the processing time required for decoding at the receiving end. Looking at the timing of transmitting the ACK / NACK in Table 9, it can be seen that the ACK / NACK is transmitted in the first uplink subframe after the most k min elapsed. However, the underlined numbers in Table 9 do not indicate the first uplink subframe after k min has elapsed and indicate the uplink subframe located next. The reason for this is to prevent transmitting ACK / NACK for too many downlink subframes in one uplink subframe.
- the ACK / NACK timing is determined as shown in the following table.
- the wireless communication system assumes a case where a primary cell and at least one secondary cell are configured for the terminal.
- the primary cell uses the FDD frame and the secondary cell uses the TDD frame.
- TDD frame any one of UL-DL configurations of Table 1 may be used.
- Table 1 any one of UL-DL configurations of Table 1 may be used.
- only a relationship between the primary cell and one secondary cell is illustrated, but such a relationship may be applied to the relationship between the primary cell and each secondary cell when a plurality of secondary cells are configured in the terminal.
- the downlink data collectively refers to a PDSCH requesting an ACK / NACK response, a codeword included in the PDSCH, and a DL SPS release PDCCH indicating DL release.
- FIG. 11 shows an ACK / NACK transmission method for downlink data received through a primary cell.
- the base station transmits downlink data in subframe n of the primary cell (S110). From the terminal's point of view, downlink data is received in subframe n of the DL PCC of the primary cell.
- the terminal decodes downlink data and generates ACK / NACK for the downlink data (S120).
- the UE transmits ACK / NACK in subframe n + k PCC (n) of the primary cell (S130).
- the subframe n + k PCC (n) of the primary cell is a subframe after a minimum delay time (referred to as k min ) required for the ACK / NACK response has elapsed based on a time point for receiving downlink data.
- the minimum delay time k min may be 4 subframes. Accordingly, the UE may transmit ACK / NACK in subframe n + 4 of UL PCC of the primary cell.
- the primary cell transmits ACK / NACK in the subframe after 4 subframes in the subframe in which data is received, similarly to performing HARQ in the conventional FDD.
- FIG. 12 illustrates an ACK / NACK transmission method for downlink data received through a secondary cell.
- the base station transmits UL-DL configuration information of the secondary cell (S210). Since the secondary cell operates in TDD, UL-DL configuration information may be required.
- the UL-DL configuration information may be transmitted through a higher layer signal such as an RRC message.
- the base station transmits downlink data in subframe n of the secondary cell (S220).
- the terminal decodes downlink data and generates ACK / NACK for the downlink data (S230).
- the terminal transmits ACK / NACK to the base station through the subframe n + k SCC (n) of the primary cell (S240).
- Subframe n + k SCC (n) is an uplink subframe and may be determined by the following method.
- Subframe n + k SCC (n) is a method that follows the ACK / NACK transmission timing in the primary cell. That is, the uplink subframe of the primary cell equal to n + k min is set to subframe n + k SCC (n). In other words, when data is received in subframe n of the secondary cell, ACK / NACK for the data is transmitted in subframe n + k min of the primary cell. In this case, k min may be, for example, 4 subframes.
- FIG. 13 illustrates an example of ACK / NACK transmission timing when a primary cell is an FDD cell and a secondary cell is a TDD cell.
- a UL subframe of a PCC in which ACK / NACK for a DL data channel or a DL control channel received in a DL subframe n of a PCC is transmitted is referred to as a subframe n + k PCC (n).
- the UL subframe of the PCC in which the ACK / NACK for the DL data channel or DL control channel received in the subframe n of the SCC is transmitted is called subframe n + k SCC (n).
- ACK / NACK for the DL data channel or DL control channel received in subframe n 131 of the SCC is transmitted in subframe n + 4 132 of the PCC.
- FIG. 14 shows an ACK / NACK transmission method according to Method 1.
- the first cell may be a primary cell as an FDD cell using an FDD frame
- the second cell may be a secondary cell as a TDD cell using a TDD frame.
- the UE transmits the ACK / NACK for the data in the UL subframe of the first cell determined according to the ACK / NACK timing of the first cell (S162).
- the ACK / NACK for the downlink data received by the secondary cell is always transmitted after k min subframes based on the downlink data reception time, the ACK / NACK delay is minimized.
- the number of ACK / NACK resources to be secured in subframe n is the transmission mode of the primary cell for subframe n-k min , It may be determined according to the transmission mode in the downlink subframe of the secondary cell.
- the ACK / NACK timing applied to the data received in the secondary cell may be changed from Table 5 to Table 10.
- the subframe n is a subframe for transmitting ACK / NACK, and the number indicated in the subframe n.
- the subframe n-k min represents a subframe for receiving downlink data that is the target of the ACK / NACK.
- the ACK / NACK timing applied to the UE may be changed from Table 9 to Table 11 below.
- subframe n represents a subframe for receiving downlink data
- subframe n + k SCC (n) is a subframe for transmitting ACK / NACK for the downlink data.
- Each value in Table 11 represents the k SCC (n) value for subframe n. For example, when the UL-DL configuration is 0, when downlink data is received in subframe 1 of the secondary cell, it indicates that ACK / NACK is transmitted in subframe 5 (of the primary cell) after 4 subframes. have.
- Tables 10, 11, and 13 assume that the radio frame boundaries of the secondary cells of the primary cell coincide. That is, it is assumed that the radio frame of the primary cell and the radio frame of the secondary cell are synchronized. If the radio frames of the primary cell and the secondary cell are not synchronized, an additional subframe delay (denoted k add ) to compensate for this may be considered. That is, in Method 1 k SCC (n) may be changed to k min + k add .
- k k SCC (n) is k. If less than min + k add , scheduling may be restricted such that downlink data is not transmitted in subframe n of the secondary cell.
- Method 2 is a method of determining the subframe n + k SCC (n) for transmitting ACK / NACK according to the TDD ACK / NACK transmission timing in the secondary cell. That is, k SCC (n) is determined as shown in Table 9 above, but the actual ACK / NACK is a method of transmitting through UL PCC of the primary cell. In other words, the ACK / NACK for the DL data channel or DL control channel received in the SCC may be transmitted in the UL subframe of the PCC according to the ACK / NACK timing set in the SCC.
- the primary cell is an FDD cell and the secondary cell is a TDD cell.
- a UL subframe of a PCC in which an ACK / NACK for a DL data channel or a DL control channel received in a DL subframe n of a PCC is transmitted is referred to as a subframe n + k PCC (n).
- the ACK / NACK for the DL data channel or the DL control channel received in the DL subframe n 141 of the SCC is based on the ACK / NACK timing set in the SCC. 142).
- the ACK / NACK is transmitted in the UL subframe 143 of the PCC at the same time as the UL subframe n + k (n) 142.
- FIG. 16 shows an ACK / NACK transmission method according to Method 2.
- data requiring ACK / NACK is received in a DL subframe of the second cell (S151).
- data requiring ACK / NACK means that an ACK / NACK response is required, such as a PDSCH, a transport block, and a DL SPS release PDCCH.
- the first cell may be a primary cell as an FDD cell using an FDD frame
- the second cell may be a secondary cell as a TDD cell using a TDD frame.
- the UE transmits the ACK / NACK for the data in the UL subframe of the first cell determined according to the ACK / NACK timing applied when only the second cell is set (S152).
- This method has the advantage that the ACK / NACK timing for the TDD CC can be equally applied regardless of whether the TDD CC is used as a primary cell or a secondary cell.
- the number of resources for ACK / NACK transmission to be secured in the UL subframe of the PCC is determined according to whether a DL subframe exists in the PCC / SCC at subframe n or a transmission mode in the existing DL subframe.
- K add may use a fixed value or a value set through an RRC message.
- k ' SCC (n) k SCC (n) + k add
- ACK / NACK for downlink data received in subframe n of the secondary cell is uplink subframe n + of the primary cell.
- k ' SCC (n) can be expressed as being transmitted.
- k k SCC (n) is k. If less than min + k add , scheduling may be restricted such that downlink data is not transmitted in subframe n of the secondary cell.
- the ACK / NACK for the primary cell and the secondary cell is an ACK used for aggregation between FDD cells.
- the / NACK transmission scheme can be followed. For example, channel selection using PUCCH format 1b used for FDD when a plurality of serving cells is configured in the terminal may be used. That is, ACK / NACK for the secondary cell transmits ACK / NACK using channel selection using PUCCH format 1b through the primary cell without using a compression scheme such as ACK / NACK bundling. Since only one downlink subframe connected to one uplink subframe of the primary cell is determined, a compression scheme such as ACK / NACK bundling may not be used.
- ACK / NACK for a primary cell and a secondary cell is an ACK used for aggregation between TDD cells.
- the / NACK transmission scheme can be followed. For example, when a plurality of serving cells are configured in TDD, ACK / NACK may be transmitted through channel selection using PUCCH format 1b.
- Method 1 may be used for cross-carrier scheduling and Method 2 may be used for non-cross carrier scheduling.
- Using different frame structures in aggregated CCs may cause operations such as UL transmission on one CC and DL reception on another CC in the same time interval (subframe). have.
- the UL transmission may interfere with DL reception. Therefore, it is not desirable to simultaneously perform UL transmission and DL reception in adjacent frequency bands.
- CC # 1 to # 5 are aggregated in ascending order of allocated frequency bands, group CC # 1,2 into a first group, and CC # 3-5 into a second group, and within the first group All CCs use UL-DL configuration 0 and all CCs in the second group use UL-DL configuration 3.
- CC # 2 and CC # 3 may be a CC spaced apart from each other so as not to interfere with each other.
- the terminal may have an independent RF module for each group and may use a separate power amplifier.
- the UE may transmit one PUCCH for each group. In this case, even if a plurality of PUCCHs are transmitted on the uplink, the problem of increasing the peak to average ratio (PAPR) does not occur.
- PAPR peak to average ratio
- Method 1 When PUCCH is transmitted only to PCC, Method 1 is applied, and when PUCCH is transmitted in a specific UL CC of a group (non-adjacent frequency band) that does not belong to PCC, the ACK / NACK timing transmitted to the corresponding PUCCH is transmitted.
- the ACK / NACK timing corresponding to the DL subframe of the specific UL CC may be followed.
- HARQ ACK / NACK transmission timing has been described in a system in which CCs using different frame structures are aggregated.
- a HARQ ACK / NACK transmission technique in a system in which CCs using different frame structures are aggregated will be described. .
- the primary cell applies the ACK / NACK transmission timing when it is set alone, and the ACK / NACK transmission timing of the secondary cell is the DL data channel received from the PCC / SCC when a combination using the method 1 is used.
- ACK / NACK for the DL control channel may be transmitted using PUCCH format 1b using channel selection used in aggregation between FDD cells.
- the multiplexing method and the rule for dropping a specific UCI may be equally applicable to the multiplexing method and drop rule used in FDD.
- the multiplexing method / UCI drop rule in the optimized FDD is applied. For example, when scheduling two codewords in a primary cell, PUCCH format 1b using channel selection is used for ACK / NACK transmission. The PUCCH resource and constellation point are the same as PUCCH format 1b. Therefore, even in a section in which it is unclear whether the secondary cell is set or the setting error of the secondary cell, ACK / NACK for the transmission of two codewords in the primary cell can be transmitted without error.
- the primary cell (FDD cell) is applied to the ACK / NACK transmission timing when used alone, the combination of applying the method 2 to the secondary cell (TDD cell), UL PCC of the primary cell is used
- the ACK / NACK transmission for the SCC of the secondary cell may follow the ACK / NACK transmission scheme defined in the TDD cell (secondary cell).
- the ACK / NACK transmission scheme for the UL PCC of the primary cell and the SCC of the secondary cell may use 'PUCCH format 1b using channel selection' defined in aggregation between TDD cells. This is because one PCC UL subframe corresponds to a plurality of DL subframes of the PCC and the SCC as in aggregation between TDD cells.
- a multiplexing method and a drop rule of a specific UCI may also follow a multiplexing method / drop rule defined in aggregation between TDD cells.
- M FDDcell 1
- M TDDcell 2
- ACK used in aggregation between TDD cells using different UL-DL configuration for M FDDcell , M TDDcell combination. / NACK transmission method is used.
- M cell refers to the number of DL subframes corresponding to one UL subframe, and the corresponding DL subframe corresponds to a DL data channel (PDSCH or DL HARQ) or DL control channel (DL SPS release) requiring an ACK / NACK response.
- PDCCH may be configured of only valid DL subframes capable of receiving.
- the ACK / NACK timing of the secondary cell may follow the ACK / NACK timing of the primary cell.
- the DL ACK / NACK transmission scheme defined in aggregation between TDD cells is used.
- ACK / NACK timing that is not existing based on the timing defined in the existing TDD UL-DL configuration is added
- additional ACK / NACK timing is based on the DL ACK / NACK transmission scheme defined in aggregation between TDD cells.
- Transmission schemes may be introduced. For example, a channel selection scheme is defined only when M ⁇ 4, but a channel selection scheme when M> 4 may be introduced.
- the selection of the ACK / NACK transmission scheme may also be determined for each UL subframe.
- a DL subframe connected to a specific UL subframe in a PUCCH transmission cell is configured to be 1: 1, and follows the FDD scheme, and another UL subframe is M: 1 (M> 1) That is, if a plurality of DL subframes are connected to the other UL subframes), the TDD scheme may be applied.
- the ACK / NACK transmission scheme may be determined for each cell.
- the primary cell may be an FDD cell
- the first and second secondary cells may be TDD cells.
- ACK / ANCK for data received in the first and second secondary cells may be transmitted in the primary cell.
- the ACK / NACK for the data received by the first secondary cell follows the FDD ACK / NACK transmission scheme
- the ACK / NACK for the data received by the second secondary cell follows the TDD ACK / NACK transmission scheme. have.
- PUCCH resources and constellation points in PUCCH format 1b using channel selection are different from PUCCH format 1b when 2 codewords are transmitted in a primary cell.
- the PUCCH resource for [ACK, ACK, NACK / DTX, NACK / DTX], [NACK / DTX, ACK, NACK / DTX, NACK / DTX] is n (1).
- PUCCH, 1 is selected.
- n (1) PUCCH, 0 is selected for PUCCH resources of [ACK, ACK], [NACK / DTX, ACK] in PUCCH format 1b.
- a HARQ ACK / NACK transmission scheme may vary for each subframe. That is, whether only ACK / NACK for data received in the first cell or only ACK / NACK for data received in both the first cell and the second cell is transmitted in an uplink subframe that transmits ACK / NACK. Accordingly, the ACK / NACK transmission scheme may vary.
- the FDD cell and the TDD cell are aggregated as shown in FIG. 13, if the method 1 is used, in the subframes 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 of the FDD cell, the ACK / NACK and the TDD cell ACK / NACK is sent together. On the other hand, in subframes 1 and 6 of the FDD cell, only ACK / NACK of the FDD cell is transmitted. Therefore, instead of applying channel selection to all UL subframes of the FDD cell, channel selection may be applied only to subframes in which ACK / NACK of the FDD cell and ACK / NACK of the TDD cell can be transmitted together.
- the PUCCH format 1a / 1b is used for the UL subframe of the FDD cell in which only ACK / NACK of the FDD cell can be transmitted.
- the use of the PUCCH format (1a /) 1b means the ACK / NACK transmission technique when the FDD cell is configured / used alone.
- ACK / NACK and other UCIs CSI, SR, etc.
- PUCCH format 1a / 1b may be applied only when transmit diversity is configured for PUCCH transmission.
- ACK / NACK for the FDD cell and ACK / NACK for the TDD cell are transmitted together in subframes 2 and 7 of the FDD cell, and the rest of the FDD cell is transmitted. In subframes 0, 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, only ACK / NACK for the FDD cell is transmitted. Therefore, using a channel selection scheme used for aggregation of TDD cells in all UL subframes of FDD cells has a disadvantage in that ACK / NACK of a primary cell is also bundled (especially when M> 1 in a TDD cell). ).
- PUCCH format 1a / 1b is used in a UL subframe in which ACK / NACK of a TDD cell is not transmitted, and a PUCCH using channel selection defined in aggregation between TDD cells only in a UL subframe in which ACK / NACK of a TDD cell is transmitted.
- Format 1b can be used.
- the PUCCH format 1a / 1b using channel selection for ACK / NACK transmission for a plurality of CCs in the FDD is configured, if the UL subframe is a subframe reserved for SR transmission and ACK / NACK transmission is required, In the case of a positive SR, a 2-bit ACK / NACK applied with spatial bundling for each DL CC is transmitted by being mapped to PUCCH format 1b allocated through RRC for a positive SR in the UL subframe. In the case of negative SR, the same transmission method as in the case where only ACK / NACK is generated is used.
- ACK / NACK of a primary cell is unnecessarily spatially bundled and transmitted.
- PUCCH format 1a / 1b ACK / NACK of the primary cell is transmitted through the resource for SR without spatial bundling.
- the PUCCH format 1b may be used only when MIMO is configured in the FDD cell.
- the total number of DL subframes connected to the UL subframe transmitting ACK / NACK may be M in aggregation between cells using different frame structures. That is, the total number of DL subframes of the primary cell and the DL subframes of the secondary cell connected to the UL subframe of the primary cell may be M. At this time, a case where M> 4 may occur.
- the primary cell is an FDD cell
- the secondary cell is a TDD cell
- the UL-DL configuration 2, 4, or 5 more than 4 DL subframes may be connected to the UL subframe of the primary cell.
- the total number of DL subframes connected to the UL subframe transmitting ACK / NACK may be M.
- M the total number of DL subframes connected to the UL subframe transmitting ACK / NACK.
- Channel selection is defined only for the case where M is a maximum of four. If the case of M> 4 occurs, the process cannot be processed by the prior art. There is a need for a solution.
- FIG 17 shows an ACK / NACK transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the base station determines whether the number M of DL subframes to be connected to the UL subframe is greater than four (S171).
- the base station performs scheduling so that at most four DL subframes are connected to the UL subframe (S172). For example, if the primary cell is a TDD cell, the UL-DL configuration 2, 4, or 5 and the secondary cell is an FDD cell, more than 4 DL subframes may be connected to the UL subframe of the primary cell. In this case, the base station schedules a channel requiring ACK / NACK only for four or less subframes of the M subframes.
- the base station receives ACK / NACK by channel selection in the UL subframe (S173).
- the UE transmits ACK / NACK by channel selection in the UL subframe.
- the primary cell may be a TDD cell and the secondary cell may be an FDD cell.
- the number of DL subframes of the primary cell connected to the UL subframe of the primary cell be M P
- the number of DL subframes of the secondary cell connected to the UL subframe of the primary cell be M S.
- M P the number of DL subframes of the secondary cell connected to the UL subframe of the primary cell
- M S the number of UL subframes
- the base station may limit the total number of DL subframes connected to one UL subframe by scheduling only M P DL subframes without scheduling all M S DL subframes. Based on this, it is possible to select a channel selection scheme in which the number of channels selected is M P. This is because when the total number of DL subframes connected to one UL subframe increases, spatial bundling, time domain bundling, and the like are applied to increase the NACK transmission probability.
- Spatial bundling is a technique of compressing ACK / NACK for a plurality of codewords (transport blocks) received in one subframe into one ACK / NACK by an AND operation.
- Time domain bundling is a technique of compressing ACK / NACK determined in each of a plurality of subframes into one ACK / NACK by an AND operation.
- the UE may consider a situation in which more than four subframes require ACK / NACK as an error condition and may not transmit a PUCCH.
- ACK / NACK may be transmitted only for four subframes and ACK / NACK may not be transmitted for the remaining subframes.
- ACK / NACK for a PDSCH in which a corresponding PDCCH does not exist such as an SPS PDSCH, may be included without dropping.
- each group will have an independent RF module to use a separate power amplifier. Then, one PUCCH may be transmitted for each group, and even if a plurality of PUCCHs are simultaneously transmitted in uplink, the problem of increasing PAPR does not occur.
- the ACK / NACK timing transmitted to the corresponding PUCCH is the DL of the specific UL CC in which the PUCCH is transmitted.
- the ACK / NACK timing corresponding to the subframe may be followed.
- the frame boundary of the TDD cell is shifted by a certain offset value so that ACK / NACK transmission of each TDD cell does not overlap in the same UL subframe.
- the offset value may be set so that UL subframes between the TDD cells do not overlap.
- the offset value may be recognized as a detection of a primary synchronization signal / secondary synchronization signal (PSS / SSS) or may be indicated through a higher layer signal such as an RRC message. Given this offset value, channel selection can be applied even when three or more cells are aggregated.
- the situation in which the primary cell is an FDD cell and the secondary cell is a TDD cell is just an example, but is not limited thereto. That is, the present invention can be applied even when the primary cell is a TDD cell and the secondary cell is an FDD cell.
- some resources may not be utilized depending on cross-carrier scheduling.
- a constraint may occur because a DL subframe for scheduling ACK / NACK transmission is required. It may be useful to independently configure cross-carrier scheduling of DL HARQ and UL HARQ.
- only non-cross carrier scheduling may be operated without cross carrier scheduling.
- only DL HARQ may be limited to operate as cross-carrier scheduling.
- This operation may be applied differently depending on whether the primary cell is an FDD cell or a TDD cell. In particular, it may be useful when the primary cell is a TDD cell. For example, when the primary cell is an FDD cell, cross carrier scheduling may be allowed in both UL HARQ / DL HARQ and cross carrier scheduling may be allowed only in DL HARQ when the primary cell is a TDD cell.
- a cell in which a search space for detecting a PDCCH is located may be different for each downlink / uplink. Therefore, the number of blind decoding of the PDCCH may increase.
- a DCI format having a common size in downlink / uplink may be limited to be detected in only one cell. It may be limited to the DCI format transmitted in the UE-specific search space.
- DCI format 0 for uplink scheduling is transmitted only in a PUSCH transmission cell for non-cross carrier scheduling
- DCI format 1A for downlink scheduling is transmitted only in CSS of a cross-carrier scheduling cell of a PDSCH transmission cell and is downlink.
- the transmission mode specific DCI format (DCI formats 0 and 1A) for scheduling is transmitted in the USS of the CCS cell of the PDSCH transmission cell.
- the DCI format having a common size in downlink / uplink can appropriately divide the number of search space candidates into two cells.
- FIG. 18 is a block diagram illustrating a wireless device in which an embodiment of the present invention is implemented.
- the base station 100 includes a processor 110, a memory 120, and an RF unit 130.
- the processor 110 implements the proposed functions, processes and / or methods. For example, the processor 110 sets up a plurality of serving cells using different frame structures to the terminal and transmits data in response to an ACK / NACK response through the serving cells. In this case, only four or less downlink subframes of the M downlink subframes connected to the uplink subframe in which the ACK / NACK is transmitted may actually perform scheduling.
- the memory 120 is connected to the processor 110 and stores various information for driving the processor 110.
- the RF unit 130 is connected to the processor 110 and transmits and / or receives a radio signal.
- the terminal 200 includes a processor 210, a memory 220, and an RF unit 230.
- the processor 210 implements the proposed functions, processes and / or methods.
- the processor 210 may be configured with a first serving cell and a second serving cell using different frame structures, receive data in a downlink subframe of the second serving cell, and ACK / NACK for the data.
- the signal may be transmitted in an uplink subframe of the first serving cell.
- the uplink subframe may be determined based on the ACK / NACK timing of the first serving cell or the ACK / NACK timing of the second serving cell.
- the transmission scheme of ACK / NACK may use a scheme defined in aggregation between FDD cells or a scheme defined in aggregation between TDD cells, and an ACK for data received from a first serving cell in an uplink subframe transmitting ACK / NACK.
- the transmission scheme may vary depending on whether only / NACK is transmitted or whether ACK / NACK for data received by the first and second serving cells is transmitted.
- the memory 220 is connected to the processor 210 and stores various information for driving the processor 210.
- the RF unit 230 is connected to the processor 210 to transmit and / or receive a radio signal.
- Processors 110 and 210 may include application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), other chipsets, logic circuits, data processing devices, and / or converters for interconverting baseband signals and wireless signals.
- the memory 120, 220 may include read-only memory (ROM), random access memory (RAM), flash memory, memory card, storage medium, and / or other storage device.
- the RF unit 130 and 230 may include one or more antennas for transmitting and / or receiving a radio signal.
- the above-described technique may be implemented as a module (process, function, etc.) for performing the above-described function.
- the module may be stored in the memories 120 and 220 and executed by the processors 110 and 210.
- the memories 120 and 220 may be inside or outside the processors 110 and 210, and may be connected to the processors 110 and 210 by various well-known means.
