Selon la présente invention, lorsque le parapluie est plié, la deuxième baleine (40) raccordée à la toile de parapluie (P) est pliée dans la direction opposée à la poignée (10) de telle manière que la surface externe de la toile de parapluie (P) sur laquelle l'eau reste, soit dirigée vers l'intérieur, ce qui empêche que la toile (P) du parapluie ne vienne en contact avec les vêtements d'un utilisateur et ne rende les vêtements humides.
