It passes through the welding part 16 and the cutting part 17.
- each of the belts 34 to 38 holds the work-in-process 1Z from both the front and back sides on both sides in the width direction in a range including the welding position by the welding part 16 and the cutting position by the cutting part 17.
- the inner support belt 34, the main body clamping belt 36, and the panel clamping belts 37 are arranged at positions between the projections 24b of the anvil 24 and between the driving blade main bodies 27a.
- the outer support belts 35 and the divided portion clamping belts 38 are arranged at positions outside the projections 24b and outside the drive blade bodies 27a.
- the inner support belt 34 moves from the point (1) of the main path F1 shown in FIG. 7 to the delivery position of the folding unit 15 and receives the work-in-process 1Z.
- the inner support belt 34 is provided with a suction mechanism (not shown), and the work-in-process 1Z is sucked to the inner support belt 34 by using the suction force of the suction mechanism.

- the support belts 34 and 35 are in pressure contact with the outer peripheral surfaces of support rollers 29 and 30 that can freely rotate with respect to the drive shaft 26. Therefore, the conveyance speed of the work-in-process 1Z by the support belts 34 and 35 and the rotation speed of the drive blade 27 (drive shaft 26) can be set individually.
- the controller 20 that controls the conveyance speed and the rotation speed will be described.
- the controller 20 sets the conveyance speed of the work-in-process 1Z by the conveyance unit 19 and the rotation speed (angular velocity) of the driving blade 27 based on the conveyance speed command value input using the input unit 21, and cuts them. Output to the motor 33 for conveyance and the motor 39 for conveyance.
- the controller 20 sets the rotational speed of the driving blade higher than the target conveying speed based on the input from the input unit 21. Thereby, since the drive blade 27 moves relatively quickly with respect to each side panel piece 3, 4, each side panel piece 3, 4 can be reliably cut.
- the controller 20 according to the present embodiment sets the rotation speed so that the angular speed is 1.5 to 2.0 times the target transport speed.

Transport. Therefore, each of the belts 34 to 38 is pressed against the support rollers 29 and 30 to achieve reliable positioning of the work piece 1Z with respect to the drive blade 27, while each support roller 29 and 30 and the drive shaft 26 are rotated relative to each other. Individual setting of the speeds of the belts 34 to 38 and the driving blade 27 can be realized.
- each side panel piece 3 is restrained from causing wrinkles in the cut portion by setting the rotational speed of the driving blade 27 to be 1.5 times or more the conveying speed of the work-in-process 1Z. 4 can be cut reliably.

- the transport mechanism of the transport unit includes a plurality of belts that sandwich the component from both front and back sides at both sides in the width direction of the cutting position, and the plurality of belts are arranged on the outer periphery of each support roller. It is preferable to circulate along a predetermined path in a state of being pressed against the surface.
- the components are conveyed in a state in which a plurality of belts sandwiching the components are pressed against a plurality of support rollers that are rotatable relative to the drive shaft. For this reason, each belt and each driving blade speed can be set individually by relative rotation of each supporting roller and the drive shaft while achieving reliable positioning of the components with respect to each blade by pressing the belt against each supporting roller. be able to.

Abstract
