【背景技术】
外科手术用直线缝合切割装置被广泛用于伤口缝合、内部组织缝合与切割。外科手术发展至今,已经越来越倾向于微创手术。广义来讲,能够减少创伤的手术都称为微创手术;狭义来讲,微创手术是指在内窥镜下进行的手术。内窥镜下进行的手术一般只需要在病人的身体上开几个小孔,将切除、缝合组织及辅助的器械从小孔中伸入病人体内进行手术。微创手术给病人带来的创伤小,病人可以在很短的时间内恢复,因此微创手术越来越受到人们的重视。

但是由于一些粗心的医生或者经验不足的医生,会在未更换已击发的钉仓的情况下进行下一次的缝切手术,这样会导致医疗事故的产生,即进行了切除却没有缝合。为了防止此类事故的发生,现有技术提出了二次保险防二次击发的理论,即在未更换已击发的钉仓的情况下,击发把手不能被按动。这样,从根本上防止了由于医生误操作而产生的医疗事故。

其中:1、钉仓架;11、凸台;2、钉砧;3、钉仓;4、接管;5、击发块;6、推刀杆;7、切刀;8、保险块;81、凸肩;82、楔形面;9、销轴;10、弹性件。
【具体实施方式】
实施例1
本发明揭示了一种用于微创手术的直线缝合切割装置,如图1至图5所示,与现有技术一致,包括:一壳体,位于壳体远端的接管4。所述接管4的远端为钉头组件,包括:一钉仓架1及一与所述钉仓架1枢轴连接的钉砧2。所述钉仓架1上可拆卸地设有钉仓3,所述钉仓3上设有一组内设有推钉片、吻合钉的置钉孔;用于推动所述推钉片的击发块5设置于所述钉仓3的滑槽内。
所述接管4内可移动地设置有一推刀杆6;所述推刀杆6的远端固定一切刀7,所述切刀7上下设有凸块,呈工字型,所述工字型切刀7在前进的过程中先压迫组织使膨胀的组织变薄和均匀,从而进一步将钉仓3和钉砧2闭合;所述工字型切刀7的远端中心设有刀刃,所述推刀杆6推动切刀7在前进的过程中该刀刃将位于钉仓3和钉砧2间的组织切断,并且所述推刀杆6在前进的过程中推动所述击发块5将推钉片依次推出于钉仓3外,进而推钉片将吻合钉推出于钉仓3外并订合在组织上。
本发明的特点在于:所述钉仓架1上设有一起保险作用的凸台11;所述切刀7上枢轴设有一保险块8,所述保险块8与切刀7之间设有一弹性件10,在不受外力状态下,所述弹性件10驱使所述保险块8倾斜,图2中为发生顺时针倾斜。
本优选实施例中,所述保险块8上设有两个凸肩81,分别凸设于所述保险块8的两个端面上。当所述推刀杆6推动所述切刀7移动时,所述凸台11位于所述倾斜的保险块8的凸肩81的移动方向上,使所述凸肩81与所述凸台11相干涉,进而起到保险作用。当然,如果在保险块8的任一个端面上设有一个凸肩81,只要其与所述凸台11相干涉,同样可以起到保险作用。
所述保险块8通过一销轴9枢轴设置在切刀7上,所述弹性件10可以为扭簧,所述扭簧绕接于所述销轴9上。当然,所述弹性件10也可为设置在所述保险块8和切刀7之间的弹片。
下面简单介绍一些本发明的工作过程。
如图6至9所示,当本发明优选实施例的钉头组件未安装钉仓3时,所述推刀杆6推动所述切刀7移动,由于保险块8受到弹性件10的作用力而相对切刀7倾斜,使其凸肩81被所述凸台11所抵挡,即所述凸台11设置在凸肩81的前进路线上,使所述保险块8不能沿直线向远端移动,进而使推刀杆6也不能移动。这样,本发明优选实施例处在一个保险位置。
当装上钉仓3后,如图10和图11所示,所述保险块8的远端为一楔形面82在所述保险块8沿直线向远端移动的过程中与击发块5贴近。
推刀杆6进一步地推动所述切刀7移动时,如图12和图13所示,楔形面82受到所述击发块5的阻力作用继而使所述保险块8克服弹性件10的弹力而发生枢轴转动,图中为逆时针转动。这时,凸肩81的位置相对钉仓架1抬高,即其远离所述钉仓架1上的凸台11。当击发块5与保险块8完全贴紧时,凸肩81在其移动的过程中则不会与凸台11干涉,即凸台11不处在凸肩81的移动路线上了。这时保险解除,可以进行击发本缝合切割装置。
如图14所示,当本发明优选实施例击发完毕后,所述击发块5会位于所述钉仓3的远端而不会复位,回拉推刀杆,当切刀脱离击发块时,所述弹性件10又会驱使所述保险块8绕所述销轴9进行倾斜。当所述推刀杆6复位后,保险块8上的凸肩81再一次被所述凸台11所抵挡,只有更换新的钉仓才能解除该保险位置,防止在未更换钉仓的情况下再次进行击发。
本发明内所描述的表达位置与方向的词,均是以器械操作者作为参照,靠近操作者的一端为近端,远离操作者的一端为远端。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种直线缝合切割装置,包括:
    一本体;
    一设置于所述本体远端的钉仓架(1);所述钉仓架(1)上可拆卸地设有钉仓(3),所述钉仓(3)上设有若干个内设有推钉片、吻合钉的置钉孔,用于推动所述推钉片的击发块(5)设置于所述钉仓(3)的滑槽内;
    一与所述钉仓架(1)枢轴连接的钉砧(2);
    一用于连接所述本体和钉仓架的接管(4),所述接管(4)内可移动地设置有一推刀杆(6)及置于所述推刀杆(6)远端的切刀(7),所述推刀杆(6)推动所述击发块(5)移动;
    其特征在于:
    所述切刀(7)上枢轴设有一保险块(8),所述保险块(8)与切刀(7)之间设有一弹性件(10),在不受外力状态下,所述弹性件(10)驱使所述保险块(8)的远端向所述钉仓架(1)的底壁倾斜,所述保险块(8)上设有至少一个凸肩(81),所述凸肩凸设于所述保险块(8)的端面上;
    所述钉仓架(1)上设有一配合所述凸肩(81)的凸台(11);所述凸台(11)位于所述凸肩(81)的移动方向上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述保险块(8)的远端为一楔形面(82),所述切刀(7)移动时,楔形面(82)受到所述击发块(5)的作用力继而使所述保险块(8)枢轴转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述保险块(8)通过一销轴(9)枢轴设置在切刀(7)上,所述弹性件(10)为扭簧,所述扭簧绕接于所述销轴(9)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件(10)为设置在所述保险块(8)和切刀(7)之间的弹片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述保险块(8)上设有两个凸肩(81),分别凸设于所述保险块(8)的两个端面上。
  6. 一种直线缝合切割装置,包括:
    一本体;
    一设置于所述本体远端的钉仓架(1);所述钉仓架(1)上可拆卸地设有钉仓(3),所述钉仓(3)上设有若干个内设有推钉片、吻合钉的置钉孔,用于推动所述推钉片的击发块(5)设置于所述钉仓(3)的滑槽内;
    一与所述钉仓架(1)枢轴连接的钉砧(2);
    一用于连接所述本体和钉仓架的接管(4),所述接管(4)内可移动地设置有一推刀杆(6)及置于所述推刀杆(6)远端的切刀(7);其特征在于,
    所述切刀(7)上枢轴设有一保险块(8),所述保险块(8)上设有至少一个凸肩(81),所述凸肩凸设于所述保险块(8)的端面上;
    所述钉仓架(1)上设有一配合所述凸肩(81)的凸台(11);
    当所述钉仓架(1)上未装所述钉仓时,所述凸肩(81)与所述钉仓架(1)的底壁始终保持第一距离;
    当所述钉仓架(1)上设有所述钉仓时,所述凸肩(81)在运动过程中与所述钉仓架(1)的底壁的距离从所述第一距离增加至第二距离,所述第一距离小于所述凸台的厚度,所述第二距离大于所述凸台的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述保险块(8)与切刀(7)之间设有一弹性件(10),在不受外力状态下,所述弹性件(10)驱使所述保险块(8)的远端向所述钉仓架(1)的底壁倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述保险块(8)的远端为一楔形面(82),所述切刀(7)移动时,楔形面(82)受到所述击发块(5)的作用力继而使所述保险块(8)枢轴转动。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述保险块(8)上设有两个凸肩(81),分别凸设于所述保险块(8)的两个端面上。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述保险块(8)通过一销轴(9)枢轴设置在切刀(7)上,所述弹性件(10)为扭簧,所述扭簧绕接于所述销轴(9)上。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件(10)为设置在所述保险块(8)和切刀(7)之间的弹片。
