- the configurations of the divided electrodes 431 to 433 constituting the feeding electrode 43 of the fixed portion are different.
- the power feeding electrode 43 includes three divided electrodes 431 to 433, and the shapes of the divided electrodes 431 to 433 are different from each other. That is, the width dimension of the centrally divided electrodes 432 that are separated and parallel to each other is approximately twice the width dimension of the divided electrodes 431 and 433 on both sides. Therefore, the capacitance C8 of the capacitor formed by the central divided electrode 432 and the power receiving electrode 61 is the capacitance C7 of the capacitor formed by the divided electrodes 431 and 433 and the power receiving electrode 61 on both sides. Approximately twice as large as C9. Further, the current values I7 to I9 of the currents flowing through the divided electrodes 431 to 433 are proportional to the capacitances C7 to C9.
- the ratio of the number of divided electrodes and the width dimension of the plurality of divided electrodes is not limited to the first and second embodiments, and can be appropriately designed. For example, when two divided electrodes having the same width dimension are used and the current values of the divided electrodes coincide with each other, it can be determined as normal. In this case, if the current values are different from each other, it can be determined that there is an abnormality, and it cannot be specified which of the divided electrodes is abnormal.
- the power feeding electrode (divided electrode) and the power receiving electrode are not limited to metal, and a plastic electrode formed of a conductive polymer or an electrode having a metal film formed on the surface of a resin core may be used. Good.
- the electrostatic coupling type non-contact power feeding device of the present invention is not limited to the board work equipment such as a component mounting machine, but has other movable industries that have a movable part and require non-contact power feeding. It can also be widely used for equipment.
