2、本发明实施例能够快速响应用户输入操作, 实现视频多画面的切换, 提高了用 户的操作体验。 附图说明 图 1是本发明实施例提供的一种会议电视多画面切换的方法原理框图; 图 2是本发明实施例提供的一种会议电视多画面切换的系统结构框图; 图 3是本发明实施例提供的手指或手写笔触摸点击会议选择和滑动示意图; 图 4是本发明实施例提供的通过手指或手写笔在触摸屏上滑动切换多画面数示意 图; 图 5是本发明实施例提供的通过手指或手写笔在触摸屏上直接触摸多画面数按钮 区域直接切换多画面数示意图; 图 6是本发明实施例提供的会议切换到 16画面后的一种状态示意图; 图 7 是本发明实施例提供的从终端列表中选择终端加入到多画面的子画面示意 图; 图 8是本发明实施例提供的去除多画面的子画面对应终端图像示意图; 图 9 是本发明实施例提供的从多画面的一个子画面添加到另一个子画面的示意 图; 以及 图 10 是本发明实施例提供的通过手指或手写笔在触摸屏上滑动展示待选终端示 意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明, 应当理解, 以下所说明的优 选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 本发明实施例能够控制多画面数、 多画面布局以及选择多画面中与会终端。 在会 议电视系统中, 多画面切换装置包括但不限于手持的多点触摸显示设备或者遥控器, 多画面切换装置通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙等无线通信方式或有线连接方式发送切换控制信 息给 MCU或者会议电视终端的接收器, 控制多画面切换。 该方法包括但不限于在多 点触摸显示设备上用滚轮通过滚轮的滚动或者用手或者手写笔在触摸屏上下左右的滑 动来控制已选择会议的多画面数以及多画面布局或指定多画面中某个子画面, 同时也 可以直接用手或者手写笔点击相应的画面数直接切换到对应的多画面。 该方法还包括 在显示器上显示多画面各种布局, 通过遥控器发送的按键信息控制 MCU或者会议电 视终端来控制多画面的切换。 图 1是本发明实施例提供的一种会议电视多画面切换的方法原理框图, 如图 1所 示, 步骤包括: 步骤 101、 多画面切换装置根据用户输入, 生成用于控制多画面数或多画面布局 的切换控制消息, 并发送至多点控制单元 MCU或会议电视终端。 在步骤 101中, 多画面切换装置利用其多画面分配单元, 生成包含多画面分配列 表信息的切换控制消息, 利用其多画面布局单元, 生成包含多画面布局列表信息的切 换控制消息。 步骤 102、 当切换控制消息发送至 MCU时, MCU根据该切换控制消息, 切换全 部会议电视终端的多画面数或多画面布局。 步骤 103、 当切换控制消息发送至会议电视终端时, 会议电视终端根据该切换控 制消息, 切换其自身的多画面数或多画面布局。 优选的, 若该多画面切换装置收到用于添加 /删除会议电视终端子画面的用户输 入, 则利用其多画面指派单元, 生成包含添加 /删除指令、待添加 /删除会议电视终端标 识信息、 待添加 /删除会议电视终端的子画面位置信息的切换控制消息, 并将该切换控 制消息发送至 MCU或电视会议终端。 当该切换控制消息发送至 MCU时, MCU根据 该切换控制消息,在全部会议电视终端多画面中的指定子画面位置上添加 /删除该待添 加 /删除会议电视终端的子画面; 当该切换控制消息发送至会议电视终端时, 会议电视 终端根据该切换控制消息,在其多画面中的指定子画面位置上添加 隱该待添加 /删除 会议电视终端的子画面。 若该多画面切换装置收到用于在多画面中转移会议电视终端 子画面的用户输入, 则利用其多画面转移单元, 生成包含转移指令、 待转移会议电视 终端标识、 原子画面位置信息、 新子画面位置信息的切换控制消息, 并将该切换控制 消息发送至 MCU或电视会议终端。 当该切换控制消息发送至 MCU时, MCU根据该 切换控制消息,在全部会议电视终端多画面中的待转移会议电视终端的子画面从原子 画面位置转移至新子画面位置; 当该切换控制消息发送至会议电视终端时, 会议电视 终端根据该切换控制消息,在其多画面中的待转移会议电视终端的子画面从原子画面 位置转移至新子画面位置。 目前, 不管是 MCU还是会议电视终端, 多画面的切换必须都通过传统的 web控 制台, 但本发明实施例为了改善用户体验, 以及用户使用多画面的便捷性, 发明了一 种多画面切换的方法和装置, 可在多点触摸显示设备上, 通过滚轮的滚动或者在触摸 屏上通过手指和手写笔轨迹跟踪来控制多画面数和多画面布局以及选择多画面中某个 子画面终端图像; 或者通过遥控器的键控消息, 发送给 MCU或者会议电视终端的接 收模块, 来实时控制展现在显示屏上的多画面。 图 2是本发明实施例提供的一种会议电视多画面切换的系统结构框图, 如图 2所 示, 该系统包括但不局限于多画面切换装置、 MCU、 多个会议电视终端。 多画面切换装置, 设置为根据用户输入, 生成用于控制多画面数或多画面布局的 切换控制消息, 并发送至多点控制单元 MCU或会议电视终端; MCU, 设置为在收到切换控制消息时, 根据该切换控制消息, 切换全部会议电视 终端的多画面数或多画面布局; 会议电视终端, 设置为在收到切换控制消息时, 根据该切换控制消息, 切换其自 身的多画面数或多画面布局。 其中, 该多画面切换装置包括: 多画面分配单元, 设置为生成包含多画面分配列表信息的切换控制消息; 多画面布局单元, 设置为生成包含多画面布局列表信息的切换控制消息; 多画面指派单元,设置为生成包含添加 /删除指令、待添加 /删除会议电视终端标识 信息、 待添加 /删除会议电视终端的子画面位置信息的切换控制消息, 并将切换控制消 息发送至 MCU或电视会议终端。 多画面转移单元, 设置为生成包含转移指令、 待转移会议电视终端标识、 原子画 面位置信息、 新子画面位置信息的切换控制消息, 并将该切换控制消息发送至 MCU 或电视会议终端。 多画面切换装置通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙等无线通信方式或有线连接方式发送切换控 制信息给 MCU或者会议电视终端的接收器。 多画面切换装置根据用户输入, 利用其多画面分配单元、 多画面布局单元、 多画 面指派单元或多画面转移单元, 生成相应功能的切换控制消息, 并将该切换控制消息 发送至 MCU或会议电视终端。当 MCU收到该切换控制消息时,根据该切换控制消息 的内容, 控制会议的全部会议电视终端 (n个) 切换多画面。 当某个会议电视终端收 到该切换控制消息时, 通过与 MCU交互, 按照该切换控制消息的内容, 控制其自身 显示的多画面。 多画面切换装置可以是多点触摸显示设备, 也可以是遥控器。 其中该多点触摸显 示设备具备几个明显的特征:
1、 提供多点触摸功能;
2、 能显示多画面数和多画面布局等功能;
3、 能产生用户选择后的多画面的切换控制消息, 并通过 wifi、 蓝牙等无线方式发 送给 MCU或者会议电视终端。 以下以多点触摸显示设备为例, 通过图 3至图 10对本发明实施例进行详细说明。 针对目前多画面控制的局限性, 本实施例采用手写笔或手在多点触摸显示设备上 通过上下左右的滑动或者滚轮在装置上的滚动来控制会议的多画面数、 多画面布局、 或与会终端。多点触摸显示设备把用户最终的选择结果通过 wifi和 /或蓝牙的无线通信 方式发送给 MCU或者电视会议终端, MCU或者电视会议终端接收到该多点触摸显示 设备发送过来的信息后, 改变会议的多画面数、 多画面布局、 或与会终端。 如果是发 送给 MCU, 则改变会议所有会议电视终端的多画面数、 多画面布局、 或与会终端, 如 果是发送给会议电视终端, 此时该会议电视终端通过与 MCU交互, 只改变会议中此 会议电视终端显示的多画面数、 多画面布局、 或与会终端, 会议的其他会议电视终端 的多画面显示不变。 用户通过手指或手写笔在多点触摸显示设备上选择想要控制的会议, 如图 3中第
1步和第 2步所示。 选定会议后, 可以对相应会议的多画面进行控制, 在多点触摸显 示设备的触摸屏上通过手指或手写笔的滑动, 比如向上滑动, 如图 3中第 3a步所示, 多画面布局选择为下一种布局, 向下滑动时, 多画面布局选择为上一种布局, 图 3到 图 4的切换为用手指或者手写笔在多点触摸显示设备上向上滑动的结果。 如果向右滑 动, 则多画面数减少, 向左滑动, 则多画面数增加, 图 4到图 5为用手指或手写笔在 多点触摸显示设备上向左滑动的结果。 进一步地, 也可以通过装置上滚轮的滚动起到 手指或者手写笔的效果。 在多画面数的切换中, 通过手指或者手写笔在多点触摸显示设备上点击相应的多 画面数小按钮, 可直接切换到想要的多画面数。 如图 5所示, 若需要从 8画面切换到 16画面, 则直接点击 16画面触摸区域就可以直接切换到 16画面。 图 5到图 6的切换 为用手指或者手写笔在多点触摸显示设备的 16画面触摸区域点击的结果。 本实施例提供有十个会议电视终端, 当需要将某个会议电视终端添加到多画面中 某个子画面位置时, 使用手指或者手写笔在多点触摸显示设备上从该会议电视终端触 摸区域向该子画面位置触摸区域滑动, 使该会议电视终端的画面显示在该子画面位置 上, 如图 7所示, 从会议电视终端列表中选择会议电视终端 8加入到多画面的子画面 示意图。 同样的, 当需要将某个会议电视终端的画面从多画面中删除时, 使用手指或者手 写笔在多点触摸显示设备上从该会议电视终端子画面位置触摸区域向多画面位置触摸 区域之外滑动即可, 如图 7所示, 去除多画面的子画面对应的会议电视终端 8的示意 图。 当从多画面的一个子画面添加到另一个子画面时, 使用手指或者手写笔在多点触 摸显示设备上从该会议电视终端的当前子画面位置触摸区域向新的子画面位置触摸区 滑动即可, 如图 9所示。 图 10是通过手指或手写笔在触摸屏上滑动展示待选的十个会 议电视终端的示意图。 尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技术领域技术人员 可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发明原理所作的修改, 都应当 理解为落入本发明的保护范围。 工业实用性 本发明实施例可以应用于多媒体技术领域, 解决了多画面的切换方法单一、 不灵 活, 实现了多画面控制的多样性, 提高了多画面控制的便捷性, 能够快速响应用户输 入操作, 提高了用户的操作体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 、 一种会议电视多画面切换的方法, 包括:
多画面切换装置根据用户输入, 生成用于控制多画面数或多画面布局的切 换控制消息, 并发送至多点控制单元 MCU或会议电视终端;
当所述切换控制消息发送至所述 MCU时, 所述 MCU根据所述切换控制 消息, 切换全部会议电视终端的多画面数或多画面布局; 和 /或, 当所述切换控 制消息发送至所述会议电视终端时,所述会议电视终端根据所述切换控制消息, 切换其自身的多画面数或多画面布局。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述多画面切换装置利用其多画面分配单 元, 生成包含多画面分配列表信息的切换控制消息。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述多画面切换装置利用其多画面布局单 元, 生成包含多画面布局列表信息的切换控制消息。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
若所述多画面切换装置收到用于添加 /删除会议电视终端子画面的用户输 入, 则利用其多画面指派单元, 生成包含添加 /删除指令、 待添加 /删除会议电 视终端标识信息、 待添加 /删除会议电视终端的子画面位置信息的切换控制消 息, 并将所述切换控制消息发送至所述 MCU或所述电视会议终端。 、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
当所述切换控制消息发送至所述 MCU时, 所述 MCU根据所述切换控制 消息,在全部会议电视终端多画面中的指定子画面位置上添加 /删除所述待添加 / 删除会议电视终端的子画面; 和 /或,
当所述切换控制消息发送至所述会议电视终端时, 所述会议电视终端根据 所述切换控制消息,在其多画面中的指定子画面位置上添加 /删除所述待添加 /删 除会议电视终端的子画面。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
若所述多画面切换装置收到用于在多画面中转移会议电视终端子画面的用 户输入, 则利用其多画面转移单元, 生成包含转移指令、 待转移会议电视终端 标识、 原子画面位置信息、 新子画面位置信息的切换控制消息, 并将所述切换 控制消息发送至所述 MCU或所述电视会议终端。 、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 还包括:
当所述切换控制消息发送至所述 MCU时, 所述 MCU根据所述切换控制 消息,在全部会议电视终端多画面中的待转移会议电视终端的子画面从原子画 面位置转移至新子画面位置; 和 /或,
当所述切换控制消息发送至所述会议电视终端时, 所述会议电视终端根据 所述切换控制消息,在其多画面中的待转移会议电视终端的子画面从原子画面 位置转移至新子画面位置。 、 根据权利要求 1至 7任意一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述多画面切换装置是多点 触摸显示设备和 /或遥控器, 其通过包括 wifi和 /或蓝牙的无线通信方式, 将所 述切换控制消息发送至所述 MCU或所述电视会议终端。 、 一种会议电视多画面切换的系统, 包括:
多画面切换装置, 设置为根据用户输入, 生成用于控制多画面数或多画面 布局的切换控制消息, 并发送至多点控制单元 MCU或会议电视终端;

多画面转移单元, 设置为生成包含转移指令、 待转移会议电视终端标识、 原子画面位置信息、 新子画面位置信息的切换控制消息, 并将所述切换控制消 息发送至所述 MCU或所述电视会议终端。
