一种设置在冰箱门(20)和冰箱箱体(30)之间的冰箱门封条(10),包括用以使冰箱门封条(10)吸附在箱体(30)上的磁条(1)、设置在冰箱门(20)内的基座(2)、设置在磁条(1)一侧用以与箱体(30)抵持的第一气囊(3)、连接磁条(1)和基座(2)的第二气囊(4)以及自第一气囊(3)朝冰箱门(20)延伸形成并抵持在冰箱门(20)上的第一鰭(5)。第二气囊(4)包括延伸至第一气囊(3)下方的延伸部(41)。第一气囊(3)、延伸部(41)、第一鰭(5)以及冰箱门(20)形成一空腔(8)。该冰箱门封条(10)通过设置与冰箱门(20)接触的延伸部(41)和第一鰭(5),从而由该延伸部(41)、第一鰭(5)与第一气囊(3)和冰箱门(20)形成空腔(8),起到压合缓冲的作用且阻隔冷气外漏。

Description

冰箱门封条
本申请要求了申请日为2012年12月07日,申请号为201210521533.5,发明名称为“冰箱门封条”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种冰箱门封条。
【背景技术】
中国专利公告第CN 201724506 U号揭示了一种冰箱门封结构。该冰箱门封结构包括第一、第二冰箱内胆以及冰箱箱壳,第一冰箱内胆与冰箱箱壳卡合,与此同时,该门封结构还包括门封、磁条以及气囊,门封设于第二冰箱内胆上,磁条固定在门封上,第二冰箱内胆通过磁条吸附在冰箱箱壳上,气囊与磁条侧面连接,并且在第一、第二冰箱内胆的挤压下挤入第一、第二冰箱内胆之间的缝隙中。当第一冰箱和第二冰箱闭合时,由于该第二冰箱与气囊之间只通过鳍进行密封,所以无法有效的阻隔冷气外漏,密封效果较差。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的冰箱门封条予以改进以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够起到压合缓冲的作用且阻隔冷气外露的冰箱门封条。
为实现前述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种冰箱门封条,设置在冰箱门和冰箱的箱体之间,所述冰箱门封条包括用以使冰箱门封条吸附在所述箱体上的磁条、设置在所述冰箱门内的基座、设置在所述磁条一侧用以与所述箱体抵持的第一气囊、以及连接所述磁条和基座的第二气囊,所述第二气囊包括延伸至所述第一气囊下方的延伸部,所述冰箱门封条还包括自所述第一气囊朝冰箱门延伸形成并抵持在所述冰箱门上的第一鳍,所述第一气囊、延伸部、第一鳍以及冰箱门形成一空腔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一气囊包括朝所述箱体突伸形成的弧形壁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二气囊还包括与所述延伸部反向设置的支撑部,所述支撑部位于所述磁条的下方,所述支撑部具有尖角。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述尖角位于支撑部靠近磁条的端部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冰箱门封条还包括自所述基座向外延伸形成的第二鳍,所述第二鳍设置在所述冰箱门内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冰箱门封条还包括自所述第二气囊与基座的相交处向外延伸并贴附在冰箱门上的第三鳍。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二气囊还包括贴合在冰箱门上的底壁,所述底壁的厚度由外围朝中间逐渐加厚,且最大厚度为1.3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的冰箱门封条通过设置与冰箱门接触的延伸部和第一鳍,并且由该延伸部、第一鳍与第一气囊、冰箱门形成空腔,起到压合缓冲的作用且阻隔冷气外露。

【具体实施方式】
请参见图2和图3,本发明一实施例中的冰箱门封条10设置在冰箱门20和冰箱的箱体30之间。冰箱门20包括相对箱体30设置的门壁201、自门壁201内凹形成在冰箱门20内的收容腔202、以及形成该收容腔202的收容壁203。
请参见图1和图3,冰箱门封条10包括设置在门壁201上的第二气囊4、自第二气囊4朝冰箱门20内延伸形成的基座2、设置在第二气囊4上且用以将冰箱门封条10吸附在箱体30上的磁条1、设置在磁条1一侧用以与箱体30抵持的第一气囊3、自第一气囊3朝冰箱门20延伸形成并抵持冰箱门20的门壁201上的第一鳍5、自基座2向外延伸形成的第二鳍6、以及自第二气囊4与基座2的相交处向外延伸并贴附在冰箱门20的门壁201上的第三鳍7。第二气囊4连接磁条1和基座2。第一气囊3包括朝箱体30突伸形成的弧形壁31。
当冰箱关门时,磁条1吸附在箱体30上,第一气囊3的弧形壁31与箱体30接触。由于该第一气囊3具有与箱体30接触的弧形壁31,所以可更好地阻隔冷气外露,防止冷气贴冰箱的箱体30的缝隙漏出接触冰箱的钢板(未标号)而发生凝露现象。
基座2收容在收容腔202内。基座2包括自第二气囊4朝冰箱门20的收容腔202内延伸形成的基部21、自基部21朝收容壁203延伸形成的钩部22。钩部22抵持在收容壁203上。通过该基座2与收容腔202、收容壁203的配合将冰箱门封条10固定冰箱门20上,同时,起到阻隔冷气的作用。第二鳍6固持在冰箱门20内。第二鳍6位于基座2的下方,与基座2一同收容在收容腔202内,并且抵持在收容壁203上。该第二鳍6的设置既不影响收容腔202的尺寸、及基座2与冰箱门20的装配,还可以进一步阻隔冷气外漏。
磁条1由磁性材料构成。该磁条1包括与第一气囊3连接的第一磁条11和与第一磁条11连接的第二磁条12。该第二磁条12和第一气囊3相对设置在第一磁条11的两侧。
第二气囊4包括贴合在冰箱门20上的底壁45、延伸至第一气囊3下方的延伸部41、与延伸部41反向设置的支撑部42、以及自该第二气囊4的底壁45向上延伸且设置于该第二气囊4内的补偿部43。该补偿部43为延伸部41和支撑部42的分隔部,位于第一磁条11的下方。延伸部41与支撑部42连通。第一气囊3、延伸部41、第一鳍5以及冰箱门20的门壁201形成一空腔8。支撑部42位于磁条1的下方,支撑部42具有尖角44。尖角44位于支撑部42靠近第二磁条12的端部。通过在支撑部42上设置尖角44可有效的给磁条1部分支撑力,补偿开关门时磁条1部分的阻力,缓解别门封的现象发生。在本实施例中,该底壁的厚度由外围朝中间逐渐加厚,且最大厚度为1.3mm,通过底壁45的此种设计,增强了冰箱门封条10吸合到箱体30上后,底壁45与冰箱门20的贴合性,即,避免冰箱门封条10吸合后,由于拉伸使底壁45被拉起而漏冷。
综上所述,上述冰箱门封条10通过设置与冰箱门20接触的延伸部41和第一鳍5,并且由该延伸部41、第一鳍5与第一气囊3、冰箱门20形成空腔8,起到压合缓冲的作用且阻隔冷气外露。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域的普通技术人员将意识到,在不脱离由所附的权利要求书公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种改进、增加以及取代是可能的。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种冰箱门封条,设置在冰箱门和冰箱的箱体之间,所述冰箱门封条包括用以使冰箱门封条吸附在所述箱体上的磁条、设置在所述冰箱门内的基座、设置在所述磁条一侧用以与所述箱体抵持的第一气囊、以及连接所述磁条和基座的第二气囊,其特征在于:所述第二气囊包括延伸至所述第一气囊下方的延伸部,所述冰箱门封条还包括自所述第一气囊朝冰箱门延伸形成并抵持在所述冰箱门上的第一鳍,所述第一气囊、延伸部、第一鳍以及冰箱门形成一空腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门封条,其特征在于:所述第一气囊包括朝所述箱体突伸形成的弧形壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱门封条,其特征在于:所述第二气囊还包括与所述延伸部反向设置的支撑部,所述支撑部位于所述磁条的下方,所述支撑部具有尖角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱门封条,其特征在于:所述尖角位于支撑部靠近磁条的端部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的冰箱门封条,其特征在于:所述冰箱门封条还包括自所述基座向外延伸形成的第二鳍,所述第二鳍设置在所述冰箱门内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱门封条,其特征在于:所述冰箱门封条还包括自所述第二气囊与基座的相交处向外延伸并贴附在冰箱门上的第三鳍。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱门封条,其特征在于:所述第二气囊还包括贴合在冰箱门上的底壁,所述底壁的厚度由外围朝中间逐渐加厚,且最大厚度为1.3mm。
