여기서 운용되는 게임 이벤트는 예를 들어 "헥사", "낱말 맞추기" 게임 등이 될 수 있으며, 이러한 게임의 종류 및 게임의 운용방법은 그 밖에도 다양하게 마련되어 제공될 수 있다. 초대권의 지급을 위한 게임 이벤트의 기준 또한 다양하게 마련될 수 있음은 물론이다. 예를 들어, 초대권을 배포하는 공연과 관련된 초대권 획득 게임이 노출되면, 사용자는 초대권을 얻기 위해서 게임을 수행한다. 이때 특정 사용자가 기 정의된 조건(예: 50,000점)을 충족하고 선착순으로 연락처(이메일 등), 개인정보 등을 등록하면 소정의 초대권을 획득할 수 있다. 예컨대, 1등은 초대권 2장, 2등~5등은 10%~40% 할인 상품권을 획득할 수 있으며, 상기 할인 상품권은 공연 초대(관람)권에 사용되거나 또는 소정 쇼핑몰에서 상품 구매에 사용될 수 있다. 이때 상기 쇼핑몰은 해당 공연과 관련된 악세서리, 티셔츠, 기타 아이템 등이 판매되는 쇼핑몰일 수 있으며, 상기 악세서리, 티셔츠, 아이템은 해당 공연의 특징적 캐릭터나 또는 전통 문화 양식이 형상화/인쇄된 것일 수 있다.
한편, 본 명세서의 공연 홍보를 위한 사용자 인터페이스에서는 외국인 또는 외국어로 된 공연 정보를 열람하고자 하는 내국인이 해당 외국어로 제공되는 공연정보를 열람하도록 하기 위하여 외국어(예: 일본어, 영어, 중국어, 독일어, 프랑스어 등) 번역 정보를 제공한다. 이러한 외국어 번역정보는 사용자 인터페이스에 탑재되는 번역 모듈을 통하여 제공될 수 있으며, 서버에 마련된 번역 모듈이 운용되도록 웹 상에서 이루어질 수도 있다.
한편, 외국을 관광하고 있는 내국인 또는 다른 국가의 국민을 위하여 해당 국가의 관광 과정에서 관광지 인접 지역에서 상연 또는 상연 예정 중인 공연 정보를 열람하도록 하기 위하여, GPS 수단 등을 이용하여 모바일 단말기 위치 추적을 할 수 있는 한편, 해당 국가의 지도를 축척을 달리하여 제공할 수 있다.
즉, 지도를 통하여 해당 공연장의 위치를 메타검색할 수 있거나, 또는 탑재된 지도 검색 모듈 등을 이용하여 직접 검색하는 것이 가능하다.
이와 같은 지도 검색 서비스는 어느 국가를 막론하고 제공될 수 있으며, 해당 지도에서 사용되는 언어 또한 사용자 단말기 또는 서버에 마련된 번역 모듈에 의해 해당국가 언어 또는 임의로 지정된 언어로 번역, 제공될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 2는 본 명세서의 일 실시예에 따른 실시간 공연 홍보방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
상기 실시간 공연 홍보방법은, 공연 홍보를 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고 공연 정보 관련 데이터베이스가 구축되어 있는 서버에 의하여 이루어질 수 있다. 상기 서버는, 모바일 단말기에 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스를 사용하여 공연 관련자, 공연 관련 업체 또는 사용자로부터 회원가입 정보를 제공받고, 회원을 인증한다(S210).
상기 서버는, 공연 홍보를 하고자 하는 공연 관련자 또는 공연 관련 업체로부터 수수료를 결제 받는다(S220). 상기 서버는, 공연 관련자 또는 공연 관련 업체로부터 공연 정보를 입력받아 사용자에게 공연 정보를 제공한다(S230).
상기 서버는, 공연 정보를 열람한 사용자가 공연 관람을 요청하는 경우 공연 관람 요금을 결제받고 관람권 정보를 제공한다(S240). 이때, 상기 제공되는 공연 정보에는 공연 관람 초대권이 포함되며, 상기 공연 관람 초대권은 소정의 게임 이벤트를 통하여 지급될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 S230 단계에서, 상기 공연 정보는 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 임의로 지정된 언어로 번역된 것일 수 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명을 여러 실시예를 기초로 설명하였으나, 상기 실시예는 본 발명의 보호범위를 한정하여 해석하는 수단이 아니며, 본 발명의 보호범위는 하기의 특허청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 함은 자명하다고 할 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 공연 홍보를 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고 공연 정보 관련 데이터베이스가 구축되어 있는 서버에 의하여 이루어지며,
    모바일 단말기에 제공되는 사용자 인터페이스를 사용하여 공연 관련자, 공연 관련 업체 또는 사용자로부터 회원가입 정보를 제공받고, 회원을 인증하는 단계;
    공연 홍보를 하고자 하는 공연 관련자 또는 공연 관련 업체로부터 수수료를 결제 받는 단계;
    공연 관련자 또는 공연 관련 업체로부터 공연 정보를 입력받아 사용자에게 공연 정보를 제공하는 단계;
    공연 정보를 열람한 사용자가 공연 관람을 요청하는 경우 관람권 정보를 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되되,
    상기 제공되는 공연 정보에는 공연 관람 초대권이 포함되며, 상기 공연 관람 초대권은 소정의 게임 이벤트를 통하여 지급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 공연 홍보 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 공연 정보를 제공하는 단계;에서 상기 공연 정보는 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 임의로 지정된 언어로 번역된 것임을 특징으로 하는 실시간 공연 홍보 방법.
  3. 공연 정보를 열람할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스가 설치된 모바일 단말기와;
    상기 모바일 단말기와 유선 또는 무선 네트워크에 의하여 연결되며, 상기 모바일 단말기에 공연 홍보를 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고 공연 정보 관련 데이터베이스가 구축되어 있는 서버;로 구성되며,
    상기 공연 정보는 서버에 의해서 실시간으로 업데이트 되어 모바일 단말기로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실시간 공연 홍보 수단.
