Abstract
本发明涉及一种文件的预览方法，包括：获取待显示目录；提取待显示目录下每个文件的预览内容；在桌面的第一区域显示用于索引所述待显示目录下的每个文件的索引列表，以及在桌面的第二区域显示所述待显示目录下的至少一个文件的预览内容。此外，本发明还提供一种文件的预览装置。利用本发明可以在桌面上直接预览任意文件目录下的文件，使用户无需打开文件或放大文件图标就可以获悉文件的内容。
Description
一种文件的预览方法、 装置以及存储介质 相关申请的交叉引用
本专利申请要求于 2012年 11月 15日提交的、 申请号为 201210460321.0、 申请人为腾讯科技（深圳）有限公司、 发明名称为 "一种文件的预览方法及装 置" 的中国专利申请的优先权， 该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及屏幕显示领域， 特别涉及一种文件的预览方法、 装置以及存储 介质。 背景技术
现有操作系统的电脑桌面可以如图 1 所示在桌面的各个格子中区分不同类 型的文件例如图片、 文档、 视频等。 然而， 文件在桌面上只是以图标和快捷方 式的形式呈现， 若用户想获悉文件的具体内容， 则需要点击相应的文件图标以 通过客户端窗口打开文件， 或者需要放大图片图标， 这样将耗费更多的时间。 由于无法快速获悉文件的具体内容， 用户在桌面上以及各个文件目录下寻找需 要的文件时， 会感觉十分不便。 发明内容
有鉴于此， 有必要提供一种可以在桌面上直接显示任意文件目录下的文件 的预览方法、 装置以及存储介质， 使用户无需打开文件或放大文件图标就可以 清楚地预览到任意文件目录下的每个文件的内容， 省略了繁瑣的操作， 从而为 用户寻找所需文件节约了时间。
一种文件的预览方法， 包括以下步骤： 获取待显示目录； 提取待显示目录 下每个文件的预览内容； 在桌面的第一区域显示用于索引所述待显示目录下每 个文件的索引列表， 以及在桌面的第二区域显示所述待显示目录下的至少一个 文件的预览内容。
一种文件的预览装置， 包括： 获取模块， 用于获取待显示目录； 提取模块， 用于提取待显示目录下每个文件的预览内容； 显示模块， 用于在桌面的第一区 域显示用于索引所述待显示目录下的每个文件的索引列表， 以及在桌面的第二

上述文件的预览方法及装置， 可以在桌面上直接显示任意文件目录下的文 件， 使用户无需打开文件或放大文件图标就可以清楚地预览到任意文件目录下 每个文件的内容， 为用户寻找所需文件节约了时间， 省略了繁瑣的操作。 附图说明

为更进一步阐述本发明为实现预定发明目的所釆取的技术手段及本发明的 技术效果， 以下结合附图及较佳实施例， 详细说明本发明的具体实施方式、 结 构、 特征以及技术效果。
第一实施例
参阅图 1 , 第一实施例提供一种文件的预览方法， 其包括以下步骤 S1-S3: 步骤 S1 : 获取待显示目录；
步骤 S2: 提取待显示目录下每个文件的预览内容；
步骤 S3: 在桌面的第一区域中显示用于索引所述待显示目录下的每个文件 的索引列表， 以及在桌面的第二区域中显示所述待显示目录下的至少一个文件 的预览内容。
以下结合具体实例作进一步详细说明：
步骤 S1中的待显示目录可以指桌面， 也可以是用户指定的、 计算机的其它
存储路径。
步骤 S2中待显示目录下的文件例如是指图片文件（例如 TIF格式文件、 JPG 格式文件等）、 文当文件 ( ^列 ^口 word文当、 己事本文当等）、视频文件 ( ^列 ^口 wmv 格式文件、 asf格式文件）等。
步骤 S2具体可包括 S2. 1-S2. 3：
步骤 S2. 1 : 依次确定该待显示目录下每个文件的存储路径， 从而在存储路 径 下 找 到 相 应 的 文件 。 例 如 ， 一 个 文 件 的 存 储 路 径 为 D: \Trans la tor2\ icon\add. png , 通过该存储路径可以找到名称为 add. png的该 文件。
步骤 S2. 2: 对每个文件进行解析， 判断每个文件的类型。 文件类型例如包 括图片文件、 文档文件以及视频文件。
步骤 S2. 3: 根据每个文件的类型提取该文件的预览内容。 若该文件为图片 文件， 则提取该图片文件的缩略图。 若该文件为文档文件， 则提取该文档文件 的文本内容。 若该文件为视频文件， 则提取该视频文件的多帧画面。
步骤 S3中的所述第一区域包括若干桌面格子并且显示用于索引所述待显示 目录下的每个文件的索引列表。 该桌面格子是指用于划分桌面的独立区块并且 承载着图标的整理和展示的作用。 参阅图 3所示的桌面格子的一个示意图。
如果所述文件为图片文件， 则将所提取的图片文件的缩略图显示在该第一 区域（如图 4所示的第一区域 10 ) 中相应的桌面格子中。
若所述文件为文档文件， 则将所提取的文档文件的文本内容以缩略图的形 式显示在该第一区域中相应的桌面格子中。 若文档文件超过一页， 则将文档文 件的其中一页 （例如第一页） 的文本内容以缩略图的形式显示在该第一区域相 中应的桌面格子中， 如图 5所示。
若所述文件为视频文件， 则将所提取的视频文件的多帧画面中的一帧画面 以缩略图的形式显示在该第一区域中相应的桌面格子中。 所述一帧画面可以是 视频文件的第一帧画面， 也可以是视频文件上次暂停播放时停留在的画面， 如 图 6 所示。 将所有文件以缩略图的形式显示在该第一区域中， 则形成所述文件 索引列表。
所述第二区域包括一个桌面格子。 该第二区域的桌面格子的尺寸大于第一
区域中桌面格子的尺寸， 以便用户能看清楚在第二区域的桌面格子中显示的文 件的内容。 用户可通过在所述桌面的第一区域中显示的文件索引列表中逐一切 换文件来选取文件， 并在所述桌面的第二区域中显示所选取文件的预览内容。 当桌面的第二区域显示的所述文件的预览内容被选取时， 演示所述文件。 所述 演示所述文件具体可包括如下三种情况：
若所述文件为图片文件， 则将所提取的图片文件的缩略图显示在所述桌面 的第二区域如图 4所示的第二区域 20中。
若所述文件为文档文件， 则如图 5 所示将所提取的文档文件的文本内容显 示在所述桌面的第二区域中， 并且通过滚动条可以浏览到全部的文本内容。
若所述文件为视频文件， 则将所提取的视频文件的多帧画面中的每一帧画 面按照一定的时间间隔依次显示在所述桌面的第二区域中。 视频文件的多帧画 面中的每一帧画面快速依次显示， 看起来就像在播放视频文件。
用户也可以如图 6 所示在所述桌面的第二区域中设置一个播放控制按钮， 当用户点击该播放控制按钮之后， 再将所提取的视频文件的多帧画面中的每一 帧画面按照一定的时间间隔依次显示在所述桌面的第二区域中， 从而实现控制 视频文件播放的作用。
此外， 在另一个实施例中， 还可以在所述第二区域中嵌入视频播放器。 当 所述文件为视频文件时， 将通过所设置的该视频播放器播放视频文件， 从而实 现在桌面上预览视频文件的效果。
第二实施例
参阅图 7 , 第二实施例提供一种文件的预览装置 100 , 其包括：
获取模块 11 , 用于获取待显示目录；
提取模块 12 , 用于提取待显示目录下每个文件的预览内容；
显示模块 1 3 , 用于在桌面的第一区域中显示用于索引所述待显示目录下的 每个文件的索引列表， 以及在桌面的第二区域中显示所述待显示目录下的至少 一个文件的预览内容。
参阅图 8所示， 所述提取模块 12包括：
判定模块 121 , 用于依次确定该待显示目录下每个文件的存储路径，从而在 存储路径下找到相应的文件；
解析模块 122 , 用于对每个文件进行解析， 判断文件的类型； 以及 提取子模块 123 , 用于根据文件的类型提取每个文件的预览内容。 若该文件 为图片文件， 则提取图片文件的缩略图。 若该文件为文档文件， 则提取文档文 件的文本内容。 若该文件为视频文件， 则提取视频文件的若干帧画面。
关于以上各模块的具体工作过程， 可进一步参考第一实施例的文件的预览 方法， 在此不再重复。
此外， 本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质， 其内存储有计算机 可执行指令， 上述的计算机可读存储介质例如为非易失性存储器例如光盘、 硬 盘或者闪存。 上述的计算机可执行指令用于让计算机或者类似的运算装置完成 上述的文件的预览方法中的各种操作。

Claims
1. 一种文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 该方法包括以下步骤：
获取待显示目录；
提取待显示目录下每个文件的预览内容；
在桌面的第一区域显示用于索引所述待显示目录下的每个文件的索引列 表， 以及在桌面的第二区域显示所述待显示目录下的至少一个文件的预览内容。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 通过在所述桌面的 第一区域中显示的所述索引列表中逐一切换文件来选取文件。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 在桌面的第二区域 中显示所述选取文件的预览内容。
4. 如权利要求 1-3中的任一项所述的文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 当在 桌面的第二区域中显示的所述选取文件的预览内容被选取时， 演示所述选取文 件。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 所述提取待显示目 录下每个文件的预览内容的步骤包括：
依次确定所述待显示目录下每个文件的存储路径， 从而在该存储路径下找 到相应的文件；
对每个文件进行解析， 判断每个文件的类型；
根据文件的类型提取每个文件的预览内容。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 所述文件的类型包 括以下至少一种： 图片文件、 文档文件、 视频文件。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的文件预览方法， 其特征在于， 所述根据文件类型提 取每个文件的预览内容的步骤包括：
若所述文件为图片文件， 则提取图片文件的缩略图；
若所述文件为文档文件， 则提取文档文件的文本内容；
若所述文件为视频文件， 则提取视频文件的指定数量帧画面。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 所述在桌面的第一 区域中显示用于索引所述待显示目录下的每个文件的文件索引列表的步骤包 括：
若所述文件为图片文件， 则将所提取的图片文件的缩略图显示在所述桌面
的第一区域中；
若所述文件为文档文件， 则将所提取的文档文件的文本内容以缩略图的形 式显示在所述桌面的第一区域中；
若所述文件为视频文件， 则将所提取的视频文件的多帧画面中的一帧画面 以缩略图的形式显示在所述桌面的第一区域中。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的文件的预览方法， 其特征在于， 所述当在桌面的第 二区域中显示的所述选取文件的预览内容被选取时， 演示所述选取文件的步骤 包括：
若所述文件为图片文件， 则将所提取的图片文件的缩略图显示在所述桌面 的第二区域中；
若所述文件为文档文件， 则将所提取的文档文件的文本内容显示在所述桌 面的第二区域中， 并且通过滚动条浏览到全部的文本内容；
若所述文件为视频文件， 则将所提取的视频文件的多帧画面中的每一帧画 面按照一定的时间间隔依次显示在所述桌面的第二区域中。
10. 一种文件的预览装置， 其特征在于， 该装置包括：
获取模块， 用于获取待显示目录；
提取模块， 用于提取待显示目录下的每个文件的预览内容；
显示模块， 用于在桌面的第一区域中显示用于索引所述待显示目录下的每 个文件的索引列表， 以及在桌面的第二区域中显示所述待显示目录下的至少一 个文件的预览内容。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的文件预览装置， 其特征在于， 通过在所述桌面的 第一区域中显示的所述索引列表中逐一切换文件来选取文件。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的文件的预览装置， 其特征在于， 所述显示模块在 桌面的第二区域中显示所述选取文件的预览内容。
13. 如权利要求 10-12 中的任一项所述的文件的预览装置， 其特征在于， 所述显示模块还用于当在桌面的第二区域中显示的所述文件的预览内容被选取 时， 演示所述文件。

若所述文件为图片文件， 则将所提取的图片文件的缩略图显示在所述桌面 的第二区域中；
若所述文件为文档文件， 则将所提取的文档文件的文本内容显示在所述桌 面的第二区域中， 并且通过滚动条浏览到全部的文本内容；
若所述文件为视频文件， 则将所提取的视频文件的多帧画面中的每一帧画 面按照一定的时间间隔依次显示在所述桌面的第二区域中。
