本实用新型涉及防水技术领域, 特别涉及一种防水组件及手机。 背景技术
防水手机因其独特的性能越来越受到消费者喜爱, 市场上防水手机也 越来越多。 目前市场上绝大部分防水手机对侧壁开口 (如 USB口、 耳机口 等) 的防水一般采用在防水塞上套硅胶圈或采用防水塞双色注塑, 通过硅 胶和壳体的过盈配合来实现防水。 这种方式对塞子或硅胶圈的加工制造, 装配要求均较高, 从而导致零件良品率较低, 整机良品率较低, 进而导致 生产成本较高。 发明内容
本实用新型实施例的主要目的在于提供一种防水组件, 旨在提高手机 的良品率, 降低手机的生产成本。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型实施例提供一种防水组件, 该防水组 件包括外壳和防水塞, 其中, 所述外壳上设有开口, 所述开口的底部向内 凹陷形成容置部, 所述开口的底部还设有一弹性薄膜, 所述弹性薄膜上设 有开孔; 所述防水塞包括用于插入所述容置部的密封部, 所述密封部的直 径大于所述开孔的直径, 且所述防水塞插入开口内时, 所述密封部位于所 述容置部内, 所述弹性薄膜与所述密封部的外壁贴合。
优选地, 所述弹性薄膜包括与所述开口的底部固定连接的固定部, 以 及与所述容置部相对的延伸部; 所述延伸部与所述容置部相对的一面垂直 延伸形成凸条。 优选地, 所述固定部与所述开口的底部之间设有用于将所述弹性薄膜 粘合固定于所述开口的底部的防水背胶。
优选地, 所述容置部的侧壁上设有限位部, 且所述防水塞插入所述容 置部内时, 所述弹性薄膜与所述限位部贴合。
优选地, 所述限位部为软胶。
优选地, 所述弹性薄膜为橡胶薄膜。

本实用新型实施例通过在外壳的开口底部设置弹性薄膜, 并在弹性薄 膜开设开孔, 当防水塞插入容置部内时, 弹性薄膜套设于密封部的外壁, 并通过弹性薄膜产生弹性形变, 从而紧贴于密封部的外壁, 进而达到防水 效果。 因此本实用新型实施例提供的防水组件安装方便, 从而可提高手机 的良品率, 降低手机的生产成本。 附图说明

应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型, 并不 用于限定本实用新型。
参照图 1至图 4,图 1为本实用新型防水组件一实施例中外壳和防水塞 装配前的结构示意图, 图 2 为本实用新型防水组件一实施例中外壳和防水 塞装配后的结构示意图, 图 3 为本实用新型防水组件另一实施例中外壳和 防水塞装配前的结构示意图, 图 4为本实用新型防水组件又一实施例中外 壳和防水塞装配前的结构示意图。 本实用新型实施例提供的防水组件包括 外壳 10和防水塞 20, 其中, 外壳 10上设有开口 101, 该开口 101的底部 向内凹陷形成容置部 102, 开口 101的底部还设有一弹性薄膜 103, 该弹性 薄膜 103上设有开孔 1031 ; 防水塞 20包括用于插入容置部 102的密封部 201,该密封部 201的直径大于开孔 1031的直径,且防水塞 20插入开口 101 内时, 密封部 201位于容置部 102内, 弹性薄膜 103与密封部 201的外壁 贴合。
本实施例中, 开孔 1031正对防水塞 20设置, 且位于容置部 102的正 上方。 防水塞 20插入开口 101的过程中, 首先防水塞 20与弹性薄膜 103 接触, 由于密封部 201的直径大于开孔 1031的直径, 从而使得密封部 201 在插入容置部 102的过程中推压弹性薄膜 103,并使得弹性薄膜 103产生弹 性形变, 从而使得弹性薄膜 103套设于密封部 201。 此时, 在弹性薄膜 103 弹性恢复的作用力下紧贴于密封部 201,从而可有效防止外界的水通过开口 101进入外壳 10的内部, 进而可达到防水效果。
本实用新型通过在外壳 10的开口 101底部设置弹性薄膜 103, 并在弹 性薄膜 103开设开孔 1031, 当防水塞 20插入容置部 102内时, 弹性薄膜 103套设于密封部 201的外壁, 并通过弹性薄膜 103产生弹性形变,从而紧 贴于密封部 201 的外壁, 进而达到防水效果。 因此本实用新型提供的防水 组件安装方便, 从而可提高手机的良品率, 降低生产成本。
应当说明的是, 弹性薄膜 103 可以为任意具有弹性的防水材料, 本实 施例中该弹性薄膜 103优选为橡胶薄膜。
优选地,弹性薄膜 103包括与开口 101的底部固定连接的固定部 103a, 以及与容置部 102相对的延伸部 103b,其中延伸部 103b与容置部 102相对 的一面垂直延伸形成凸条 1032。
本实施例中, 当防水塞 20插入容置部 102内时, 弹性薄膜 103与容置 部 102的侧壁之间的间隙宽度等于凸条 1032延伸的高度。从而当防水塞 20 插入容置部 102内时, 凸条 1032与容置部 102的侧壁之间形成过盈连接, 进而进一步地提高弹性薄膜 103的防水性能。
具体地, 在另一实施例中, 还可在容置部 102 的侧壁上设有设置一限 位部 102a, 且当防水塞 20插入容置部 102内时, 弹性薄膜 103与限位部 102a贴合。
本实施例中, 当防水塞 20插入容置部 102内时, 弹性薄膜 103与容置 部 102的侧壁之间的间隙宽度等于限位部 102a的厚度。 应当说明的是, 本 实施例中, 限位部 102a为一软胶。 可通过双色注塑工艺在容置部 102的侧 壁均匀设置一层软胶。 当防水塞 20插入容置部 102内时, 延伸部 103b将 挤压软件, 使得软胶产生弹性形变, 且使得延伸部 103b与软胶过盈配合, 从而提高弹性薄膜 103的防水性能。
可以理解的是, 弹性薄膜 103的固定部 103a可采用多种方式固定于开 口 101 的底部。 例如可采用防水背胶粘贴或双色注塑工艺等。 本实施例中 优选为通过防水背胶粘贴的方式将弹性薄膜 103的固定部 103a粘合固定于 开口 101的底部。 具体地, 可在弹性薄膜 103的固定部 103a与开口 101的 底部之间设置用于将弹性薄膜 103粘合固定于开口 101的底部的防水背胶 104。 本实施例中, 可首先在开口 101的底部均勾涂设一层防水背胶 104, 然后将弹性薄膜 103压接在防水背胶 104上, 从而使得弹性薄膜 103粘贴 固定于开口 101的底部,并通过防水背胶 104密封弹性薄膜 103与开口 101 的底部之间的间隙, 从而达到防水效果。

1、 一种防水组件, 包括外壳和防水塞, 其中, 所述外壳上设有开口, 所述开口的底部向内凹陷形成容置部, 所述开口的底部还设有一弹性薄膜, 所述弹性薄膜上设有开孔; 所述防水塞包括用于插入所述容置部的密封部, 所述密封部的直径大于所述开孔的直径, 且所述防水塞插入开口内时, 所 述密封部位于所述容置部内, 所述弹性薄膜与所述密封部的外壁贴合。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的防水组件, 其中, 所述弹性薄膜包括与所述开 口的底部固定连接的固定部, 以及与所述容置部相对的延伸部; 所述延伸 部与所述容置部相对的一面垂直延伸形成凸条。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的防水组件, 其中, 所述固定部与所述开口的底 部之间设有用于将所述弹性薄膜粘合固定于所述开口的底部的防水背胶。
