本申请发明人在实现本申请实施例技术方案的过程中, 至少发现相关 技术中存在如下技术问题:
终端的类型虽然多种多样, 比如有手机、 有笔记本电脑、 平板电脑、
MP5等, 但是其共同点是在终端内都设置有存储卡, 用于存储各种数据, 在终端为手机时, 除了存储卡, 基于手机的通信需求, 还设置有用户标识 模块( SIM, Subscriber Identity Module )卡、 或全球用户身份模块( USIM, Universal Subscriber Identity Module )卡等。
以下以手机的 SIM卡和存储卡为例进行阐述, 随着手机堆砌硬件的竟 赛日益激烈, 当下各大厂商目标都集中在将手机的机身越做越薄, 出现了 "电池不可拆卸"、 "电池壳不可打开" 及 "SIM卡和存储卡外置抽屉" 这 种设计趋势。 但是满足这种设计趋势的这类手机如果要实现对 SIM卡和存 储卡的防水设计, 就必须在手机本体的机身侧面设计很大的防水塞子。 如 图 1所示, 图 1包括机身 11、 防水塞子 12、 SIM卡 13和 SIM卡的卡座 14, SIM卡的卡座 14位于机身内部的主板上, 从图 1中可以很容易看出: 防水 塞子 12位于机身 11外侧, 可以将手机机身内侧设置的 SIM13及其 SIM卡 的卡座 14塞住。 如图 2所示为应用图 1所示防水塞子的组装结构图, 打开 位于机身 11外侧可旋转的防水塞子 12,将 SIM卡 13直接装入 SIM卡的卡 座 14, 之后将防水塞子 12塞住, 以达到防水的效果。

以卡托防水部件为硅胶元件为例, 本实用新型实施例所釆用的原理主 要为: 利用硅胶元件与 SIM卡/ USIM卡或存储卡的抽屉在配合使用时实现 过盈结构来达到防水的目的, 并不会增加手机的设计厚度。 本实用新型实 施例包括两种实现方案, 简单来说, 一种为装配式; 另一种为一体成型式。 就装配式而言, 指釆用装配方式将硅胶元件组装于手机本体结构件中; 就 一体成型式而言, 指釆用软胶成型工艺将硅胶元件直接一体成型在手机本 体结构件上。
这里需要指出的是, 装配式的方案需要在整机最外部还必须设置有一 个装饰部件; 而一体成型式的方案对于装饰部件没有特殊要求, 可以有, 也可以没有装饰部件, 在有装饰部件的情况下, 该装饰部件可以与手机本 体结构件一体成型, 为不可拆卸的部件, 该装饰部件也可以与手机本体结 构件相组装, 为可拆卸的部件。

装得到图 2b所显示的组装后的结构, 釆用本实用新型实施例为手机设计的 该防水结构, 对整机外在或者尺寸无影响, 与常规抽屉型 SIM卡/ USIM卡 或存储卡的卡托装配无异, 这种组装前、 后的形态适用于方案一和方案二。
图 3a显示的是上述方案一釆用装配方式在手机本体装入硅胶防水元件 的防水设备, 由图 3a可以看出, 包括手机本体结构件 31、 存储卡 32、 容 纳存储卡的抽屉 33、 位于手机本体结构件外侧的装饰条 34。
这里需要指出的是, 在举例描述过程中, 因适用于 SIM卡/ USIM卡或 存储卡的防水保护设备的实现, SIM卡 /USIM卡的抽屉和存储卡的抽屉, 它们的防水方案完全一致, 为了简化描述, 后续仅全部以存储卡的抽屉的 防水方案实现进行说明, 不做赘述。
图 3b-3c显示的是从剖面图分析方案一的各部件的相对位置关系,如图 3b-3c所示, 各部件包括: 硅胶防水元件 30、 手机本体结构件 31、 装饰条 34。 硅胶防水元件 30, 位于装饰条 34与手机本体结构件 31之间; 硅胶防 水元件 30和装饰条 34皆为可拆卸的部件, 装饰条 34和硅胶防水元件 30 以装配方式与手机本体结构件 31组装在一起。
这里, 图 3b-3c中还包括部件: 存储卡 32、 容纳存储卡的抽屉 33、 手 机主板 35及存储卡的卡座 36, 存储卡的卡座 36贴片于手机主板 35上。
按照组装顺序描述上述各个部件的组装过程为: 在手机本体结构件 31 上设计有手机本体结构件用于装配硅胶防水元件的特征部分 111,手机本体 结构件 31设置的该特征用于和硅胶防水元件 30相配合, 可以釆用防水胶 或胶水方案将手机本体结构件 31和硅胶防水元件 30固定在一起, 然后将 装饰条 34固定在手机本体结构件 31上, 则硅胶防水元件 30的内侧有胶固 定于手机本体结构件 31, 硅胶防水元件 30外侧有装饰条 34, 装饰条 34将 硅胶防水元件 30压紧在手机本体结构件 31上, 从而在硅胶防水元件 30的 两侧均具备良好的固定。 当插入带有存储卡 32的容纳存储卡的抽屉 33时,
存储卡有存储卡抽屉的定位作用, 会和存储卡的卡座 36有良好的接触, 使 得存储卡能被手机识别出来。
图 4 为本实用新型实施例对应方案一的过盈结构防水原理示意图, 如 图 4所示, 当容纳存储卡的抽屉 33装配到位后, 容纳存储卡的抽屉 33会 与硅胶防水元件 30形成的第一过盈防水部分 131实现过盈配合, 图 4仅显 示的是剖面图, 但该过盈配合会将容纳存储卡的抽屉 33的周圈都紧密保护 起来, 即硅胶防水元件 30与容纳存储卡的抽屉 33的过盈配合为一整圈。
方案一带来的有益效果为: 借助带有装饰条的手机本体结构件在整机 宽度上的灵活, 利用有限的空间组装入空间要求不大的硅胶防水元件, 并 利用装饰条充分固定硅胶防水元件, 从而起到可靠的防水功能, 且硅胶防 水元件和容纳存储卡的抽屉形成的过盈结构进行二者组装时的过盈配合, 能更好的实现防水功能。
图 5a显示的是上述方案二利用软胶一体成型工艺将硅胶防水元件直接 成型在手机本体结构件上, 实现对卡托的防水效果, 同样也和常规手机无 异, 由图 5a可以看出, 包括手机本体结构件 31、 存储卡 32、 容纳存储卡 的抽屉 33。 可选地, 还可以包括位于手机本体结构件外侧的装饰条 34 (图 中未显示), 装饰条 34与手机本体结构件 31可以为一体成型, 也可以为进 行组装的形式。
图 5b显示的是剖视的分解图, 利用硅胶成型工艺将硅胶防水元件 30 直接一体成型在手机本体结构件 31。 这里选用的硅胶成型工艺包括但不限 于: 硅胶注塑或硅胶油压。
因为直接将硅胶防水元件一体成型在手机本体结构件上, 所以, 釆用 方案二比方案一的防水实现方案要简化一些。
图 6 为本实用新型实施例对应方案二的过盈结构防水原理示意图, 当 容纳存储卡的抽屉 33装配到位, 与上述方案一类似, 同样也是容纳存储卡
的抽屉 33会与硅胶防水元件 30形成的第二过盈防水部分 132实现过盈配 合, 图 6仅显示的是剖面图, 但该过盈配合会将容纳存储卡的抽屉 33的周 圈都紧密保护起来, 即硅胶防水元件 30与容纳存储卡的抽屉 33的过盈配 合为一整圈。
方案二带来的有益效果为: 充分利用了硅胶一体成型工艺上对于硅胶 预留间隙来填充硅胶防水元件, 从而对手机增加了防水功能。
以上所述, 仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本实用 新型的保护范围。 工业实用性
本实用新型的卡托防水设备, 包括: 与卡托相配合组装的卡托防水部 件; 所述卡托防水部件为弹性体, 所述卡托防水部件与卡托在相配合组装 时由所述卡托防水部件和所述卡托构成过盈结构。 通过这种过盈结构, 达 到防水效果, 而且不会影响到终端的设计厚度, 使得终端可以设计得更加 轻、 薄, 至少满足上述电池不可拆卸"、 "电池壳不可打开" 及 "SIM卡和 存储卡外置抽屉" 的这种设计趋势。
Claims
1、 一种终端的卡托防水设备, 所述防水设备包括: 与卡托相配合组装 的卡托防水部件;
所述卡托防水部件为弹性体, 所述卡托防水部件与卡托在相配合组装 时由所述卡托防水部件和所述卡托构成过盈结构。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的防水设备, 其中, 所述防水设备还包括: 位 于终端本体侧面的装饰部件、 位于终端本体内侧的终端本体结构体;
所述卡托防水部件位于所述装饰部件与所述终端本体结构件之间; 所述装饰部件和所述卡托防水部件皆为可拆卸的部件, 所述装饰部件 和所述卡托防水部件以装配方式与所述终端本体结构件组装在一起; 隙。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的防水设备, 其中, 所述防水设备还包括: 位 于终端本体内侧的终端本体结构体;
所述卡托防水部件为不可拆卸的部件, 与所述终端本体结构体一体成 型; 隙。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的防水设备, 其中, 所述防水设备还包括: 设 部件。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的防水设备, 其中, 所述防水设备还包括: 位 于终端本体侧面的装饰部件;
所述终端本体侧面的装饰部件为可拆卸的部件, 以装配方式与所述终 端本体结构体组装在一起。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的防水设备, 其中, 所述卡托防水 部件包括: 硅胶防水元件或橡胶防水元件。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的防水设备, 其中, 所述卡托为容 纳存储卡、 用户标识模块 SIM卡或全球用户身份模块 USIM卡的抽屉; 所述装饰部件设置与所述抽屉配套的孔隙, 所述抽屉经所述孔隙插入 终端本体, 与所述卡托防水部件组装在一起。
8、一种终端,所述终端包括如权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的防水设备。
