Description

防水外壳 技术领域
本实用新型涉及防水外壳, 尤其涉及一种如手机等的电子装置的防水 外壳。 背景技术
目前的市场上, 传统的个人手持电子设备, 比如手机或相机, 在其具 有防水性能后更受消费者喜爱。 目前这些电子设备的壳体通常包括前壳及 后壳, 其防水功能的实现通常是在前后壳之间放置一个橡胶圈, 在装配时 将橡胶圈压合在前后壳之间, 橡胶圈受前后壳挤压从而使得壳体的内部空 间完全与外部隔绝, 以起到密封的效果。 然而, 这种防水结构对外壳和橡 胶圈的制造和装配精度要求高, 造成整机生产效率低, 成本高。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型实施例的目的在于提供一种生产效率高的防水 外壳, 以提高生产效率低, 降低生产成本。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种防水外壳, 包括前壳及后壳, 所述前壳包括前壁及上侧壁, 所述 后壳包括与所述前壁相对设置的后壁及与所述上侧壁贴合的下侧壁; 所述 防水外壳还包括密封圈, 该密封圈紧密贴合至所述上侧壁及下侧壁的外侧 以密封所述上侧壁及下侧壁的接合处。
其中, 所述密封圈具有弹性并处于被拉伸状态。
其中, 所述上侧壁及下侧壁分别自所述前壁及后壁垂直延伸并且分别 与所述前壁及后壁的边缘之间具有形成容置槽的间距, 所述密封圈容置在 该容置槽中。
其中, 所述上侧壁及下侧壁分别沿所述容置槽的延伸方向开设有至少 一个第一凹槽, 所述密封圈还包括多个分别容置在对应的第一凹槽中的第 一凸起。
其中, 所述防水外壳还包括至少一个固定件, 所述至少一个固定件包 围所述密封圈, 将所述密封圈夹在所述固定件以及所述上侧壁与所述下侧 壁之间。
其中, 所述防水外壳包括两个呈 U形并相互卡和的固定件。
其中, 所述前壁及后壁面向彼此的表面分别沿所述容置槽的延伸方向 开设有第二凹槽, 所述至少一个固定件面向所述前壁及后壁的表面向外延 伸有卡合在所述第二凹槽中的第二凸起。
其中, 所述密封圈由弹性材料制成。
其中, 所述密封圈由泡棉胶制成。
相对于现有的技术, 本实用新型实施例中的密封圈是通过紧密贴合至 上下侧壁外侧而密封该上下侧壁的接合处, 因此, 其防水性能对前壳、 后 壳及橡胶圈的精度要求较低, 从而可提高生产效率低, 降低生产成本。 附图说明

本实用新型实施例的防水外壳可以是手机、 相机等电子装置的外壳, 在下述的实施方式中, 以手机为例来介绍。 请参照图 1至图 3 , 本实用新型 第一实施方式的防水外壳 100包括前壳 10、 后壳 20以及密封圈 30。 前壳 10包括前壁 12以及自前壁 12垂直延伸的上侧壁 14。 上侧壁 14与前壁 12 的边缘之间具有一定的间距, 且上侧壁 14具有朝向后壳的第一表面 16。后 壳 20包括后壁 22以及自后壁 22垂直延伸的下侧壁 24。 下侧壁 24与后壁 22的边缘之间具有一定间距, 且具有面向前壳 10并与第一表面 16相对应 的第二表面 26。 前壳 10及后壳 20通过卡扣结构(图中未示出)或者通过螺 钉实现相互固定, 如此, 前壳 10及后壳 20在上侧壁 14及下侧壁 24面向 彼此的第一表面 16及第二表面 26处相互贴合。 此时, 前壁 12、 后壁 22、 上侧壁 14以及下侧壁 24共同形成容置槽 102。密封圈 30容置在容置槽 102 中,与上侧壁 14及下侧壁 24面向外壳 100的外部空间的外侧紧密贴合(可 以通过粘合剂实现紧密贴合), 从而密封上侧壁 14与下侧壁 24的接合处。 由于密封圈 30是通过紧密贴合至上侧壁 14与下侧壁 24而密封上下侧壁的 接合处, 因此, 其防水性能对前壳 10、 后壳 20及橡胶圈 30的精度要求较 低, 从而可提高生产效率低, 降低生产成本。
可以理解, 上述实施方式中, 容置槽 102的开设起到定位密封圈 30的 作用。 然而可以理解, 容置槽 102也可不必设置, 此时可以通过粘合剂将 密封圈 30固定至上侧壁 14以及下侧壁 24,这样也能起到固定密封圈 30的 作用。
优选地, 密封圈 30具有弹性并处于被拉伸状态, 比如, 密封圈 30为 一个被拉伸的橡胶圈。 如此, 处于被拉伸状态的密封圈 30的弹力可进一步 使密封圈 30与上侧壁 14以及下侧壁 24紧密贴合。 可以理解, 此时密封圈 30与上侧壁 14及下侧壁 24之间也可不必设置粘合剂。 同时, 装配过程中, 可将密封圈 30直接套设至上侧壁 14及下侧壁 24上,有效提高了生产效率。 然而,可以理解,密封圈 30可以是粘贴至上侧壁 14及下侧壁 24的泡棉胶, 泡棉胶可设计成条状, 组装时在密封圈 30头尾连接的缝隙处可以通过加贴 泡棉胶来达到完全密封。
请结合图 4至图 5 ,本实用新型另一实施方式的防水外壳 200与第一实 施方式的防水外壳 100的区别在于, 防水外壳 200还包括两个大致呈 U形 的固定件 40, 两个固定件 40包围密封圈 30并相互卡合, 以将密封圈 30夹 在固定件 40以及上侧壁 14与下侧壁 24之间。如此,可有效保护密封圈 30, 同时也可起到装饰作用。 然而可以理解, 固定件 40也不限于两个, 比如, 仅有一个如图 6所示的固定件 50,固定件 50大致呈方形断面并且可弹性变 形, 组装时从断面处拉开 (如虚线所示)固定件 50并套设至防水圈, 然后在 断面处接合固定件 50。
优选地,请接合图 7, 在防水外壳 100的上侧壁 14与下侧壁 14上分别 沿容置槽 102的延伸方向开设有至少一个第一凹槽 18,密封圈 30还包括多 个分别容置在对应的第一凹槽 18中的第一凸起 32。如此, 可有效加强防水 效果。
优选地, 在防水外壳 100的前壁 12及后壁 22上分别沿容置槽 12的延 伸方向开设有第二凹槽 19,固定件 40面向前壁 12及后壁 22的表面向外延 伸有卡和在第二凹槽中 19的第二凸起 42。如此, 可起到更进一步固定固定 件 40的作用。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种防水外壳, 包括前壳及后壳, 所述前壳包括前壁及上侧壁, 所 述后壳包括与所述前壁相对设置的后壁及与所述上侧壁贴合的下侧壁; 所 述防水外壳还包括密封圈, 该密封圈紧密贴合至所述上侧壁及下侧壁的外 侧以密封所述上侧壁及下侧壁的接合处。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的防水外壳, 其中, 所述密封圈具有弹性并处于 被拉伸状态。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的防水外壳, 其中, 所述上侧壁及下侧壁分别自 所述前壁及后壁垂直延伸并且分别与所述前壁及后壁的边缘之间具有形成 容置槽的间距, 所述密封圈容置在该容置槽中。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的防水外壳, 其中, 所述上侧壁及下侧壁分别沿 所述容置槽的延伸方向开设有至少一个第一凹槽, 所述密封圈还包括多个 分别容置在对应的第一凹槽中的第一凸起。
5、 如权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的防水外壳, 其中, 所述防水外壳还 包括至少一个固定件, 所述至少一个固定件包围所述密封圈, 将所述密封 圈夹在所述固定件以及所述上侧壁与所述下侧壁之间。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的防水外壳, 其中, 所述防水外壳包括两个呈 U 形并相互卡和的固定件。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的防水外壳, 其中, 所述前壁及后壁面向彼此的 表面分别沿所述容置槽的延伸方向开设有第二凹槽, 所述至少一个固定件 面向所述前壁及后壁的表面向外延伸有卡合在所述第二凹槽中的第二凸 起。
8、如权利要求 1所述的防水外壳,其中, 所述密封圈由弹性材料制成。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的防水外壳, 其中, 所述密封圈由泡棉胶制成。
