双人滑雪车包括刹车装置和转向装置,车体(1)及刹车装置均为一次成型而成。刹车拉杆(2)中后部的圆柱孔(201)穿过车体(1)后安装于车体安装孔(101),刹车拉杆(2)的上端连接有手柄(202),刹车拉杆(2)的下端连接有刹车板(203)。所述刹车板(203)的末端呈锯齿状。所述车体(1)前部穿设有传动杆(3),所述传动杆(3)的上端与方向盘(5)相连接,传动杆(3)的下端经连杆(6)与传动连接器(7)相连接,所述传动连接器(7)的两端分别与两导向板(8)的前端部相铰接,所述两导向板(8)的后端分别铰接与车体(1)上。其中,所述传动杆(3)穿设于车体(1)下侧的转轴固定架(4)上;所述两导向板(8)的后端分别经相应的导向板盖子(9)与车体(1)相铰接,所述导向板盖子(9)穿过车体(1)后与导向板(8)上的立柱(801)相扣合;所述两导向板(8)的底侧沿板长方向设有多个凸楞。滑雪车不仅为双人乘坐结构,而且结构简单、结实、牢固,使用安全。双人滑雪车外型美观,且增加了人们驾驶的舒适性。

Description

双人滑雪车
本实用新型涉及一种户外双人滑雪车。
目前滑雪车因其可操作性高、趣味性强且适用于不同年龄儿童,而受到人们的喜爱和推广使用。但是目前市面上的滑雪车只能一个人使用,而不能与他人同时享受滑雪带来的乐趣。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双人滑雪车,该双人滑雪车不仅结构简单、设计合理,而且稳定性和缓冲性较好。
本实用新型的特征在于:所述滑雪车车体通过吹塑、注塑、滚塑或搪塑成一体;且为双人乘坐结构。它包括刹车装置及转向装置。
为了进一步方便刹车的生产加工,刹车装置通过吹塑、注塑、滚塑或搪塑成一体。
上述车体中后部设有用于安装刹车装置的安装孔,车体脚踏板下方设有导向板安装孔。
上述车体的中前部穿设有刹车拉杆,所述刹车拉杆尾部的圆柱孔穿过车体后安装于车体安装孔处。所述刹车拉杆的上端设计为手柄,所述刹车拉杆的尾部设计为刹车板。
上述刹车拉杆位于车体座位前方。
上述手柄内侧为凸筋结构设计。
上述刹车板末端呈锯齿形,可增大摩擦力,增强刹车可靠。
上述车体前部穿设有传动杆,传动杆经转轴固定架固定于车体下方。所述传动杆的上端与方向盘相连接,传动杆的下端经连杆与传动连接器相连接,所述传动连接器的两端分别与两导向板的前端部相铰接,所述两导向板的后端分别与导向板盖子铰接于车体脚踏板下方处,导向板盖子穿过车体后与导向板上的立柱相扣合。
上述两导向板前侧向上翘起。
上述两导向板的底侧沿板长方向设有多个凸楞。
为了提高使用者乘坐的舒适性,上述车体乘坐位置固定连接有弹性坐垫;落脚位置通过弹性卡扣固定连接有弹性脚踏板。
本实用新型滑雪车不仅为双人乘坐结构,而且结构简单、结实、牢固,使用安全。增加了人们驾驶的舒适性,并且本实用新型双人滑雪车外形美观、新颖。

下面结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明:
本实用新型的双人滑雪车,如图所示,包括车身主体1、刹车拉杆2和传动杆3。
为了进一步方便车体的生产加工,车体1通过吹塑、注塑、滚塑或搪塑成一体,但不仅限上诉几刹车装置的生产加工,刹车装置2通过吹塑、注塑、滚塑或搪塑成一体,但不仅限上诉几种铸造方式。
上述车体1的中部穿设有刹车拉杆2,所述刹车拉杆2的中后部圆柱孔201穿过车体1的下侧安装孔101并安装于车体1表面上。所述刹车拉杆2的上端设计为手柄202,所述刹车拉杆2的下端设计为刹车板203。
所述刹车板的末端203呈锯齿状,可增大其与雪地的摩擦力,增强刹车性能。
上诉车体1前部穿设有传动杆3,传动杆经转轴固定架4固定于车体1下方。所述传动杆3的上端与方向盘5相连接,所述传动杆3的下端经连杆6与传动连接器7相连接,所述传动连接器7的两端分别与两导向板8的前端部相铰接,所述导向板盖子9穿过车体1并分别与相应的两导向板8的后端立柱801扣合于脚踏板下方。
所述两导向板8呈左右对称分布,两导向板8的底侧沿板长方向设有多个凸楞,在导向过程中两导向板8与地面紧密贴合,保持车体1平稳、不侧翻。两导向板8前侧向上翘起,保证滑雪的顺畅性。
为了增强刹车手柄的防滑性,手柄内侧为凸筋结构设计。
为了提高使用者乘坐的舒适性,上述车体乘坐位置固定连接有弹性坐垫10;落脚位置固定连接有弹性脚踏板11。
为了增加弹性坐垫与底座连接的牢固性,底座上表面设有用以承放弹性坐垫的凹形槽12。脚踏板11通过弹性卡扣1101与车体1连接。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本实用新型的涵盖范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种双人滑雪车,包括车身主体、刹车装置和转向装置,其特征在于:所述车体及刹车装置通过吹塑、注塑、滚塑或搪塑成一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刹车装置,其特征在于:所述车体的中部穿设有刹车拉杆,所述刹车拉杆的尾部经安装孔安装于车体处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的刹车装置,其特征在于:刹车拉杆上端连接有手柄,下端连接有刹车板;且手柄内侧为凸筋结构设计,刹车板末端呈锯齿状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转向装置,其特征在于:所述传动杆的上端与方向盘相连接,传动杆的下端经连杆与传动连接器相连接,所述传动连接器的两端分别与两导向板的前端部相铰接,所述两导向板的后端分别与导向板盖子铰接于车体脚踏板下方处,导向板盖子穿过车体后与导向板上的立柱相扣合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的转向装置,其特征在于:所述两导向板的底侧沿板长方向设有多个凸楞,且两导向板前侧向上翘起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的车身主体,其特征在于:所述车身上表面固定连接有弹性坐垫和弹性脚踏板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车身主体,其特征在于:所述车身上表面设有用以承放弹性坐垫的凹形槽和弹性卡扣。
