Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant d'authentifier un original à l'aide d'informations de caractéristiques physiques et de position de produit d'un produit, qui permettent de distinguer le produit d'origine par l'intermédiaire d'informations d'authentification regroupées avec le numéro de série de produit (ou une indication similaire) et d'informations de caractéristiques physiques. À cet effet, la présente invention fournit une base d'identification d'original explicite par l'élaboration d'une base de données (BD) à l'aide des informations d'authentification comportant le numéro de série de produit, ou des informations d'indication similaires, et des informations de caractéristiques physiques de produit regroupées en une combinaison. L'invention fait appel à un serveur de gestion d'authentification qui : recherche dans la BD d'informations d'authentification les informations d'authentification d'original d'un produit correspondant à un numéro de série inclus dans les informations de demande d'authentification reçues depuis un serveur de magasin ou un terminal de communication ; confirme si l'original est authentifié par la comparaison des informations de caractéristiques physiques sur les informations d'authentification regroupées conjointement avec le numéro de série avec les informations de caractéristiques physiques sur un produit cible d'authentification ; et transmet le résultat authentifié au serveur de magasin ou au terminal de communication.
