CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access, 称码分多址) 2000的专业集群 系 统 寻 呼 发 送 方 式 是根据 终端 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriberldentification Number , 国际移动用户识别码)进行哈希, 选择特定 时隙发送, 在群组中监听用户较多时, 寻呼量较大, 而且 IMSI是需要 PDS ( PTT Dispatch Server, PTT调度服务器)带给 BSC ( Base Station Controller, 基站控制器) , BSC进行保存, 需要有一定的开销。 而基于 CDMA2000的 专业集群系统在过去几年内得到广泛应用, 在将来 CDMA 2000网络和 LTE 网络共存时如何实现集群系统向 4G的平滑过渡, 是一个值得研究的课题。 发明内容

在一个优选实施例中, 基站根据主叫是否属于本小区进行区别处理: 基站判断群组寻呼请求中的主叫属于本小区, 且本小区内该群组寻呼请 求的资源未建立, 则在为该群组寻呼请求建立群组资源的同时或者在为该群 组寻呼请求建立群组资源后, 在预先确定的寻呼时隙向本小区内集群终端发 送寻呼消息; 对于主叫属于本小区的群组寻呼请求, 提前建立群组资源, 可 以加快群组业务建立; 判断所述群组寻呼请求中的主叫不属于本小区, 则在 预先确定的寻呼时隙向本小区内集群终端发送寻呼消息。
上述向本小区内集群终端发送寻呼消息的一种方式是: 当本小区内有两 个以上群组的寻呼消息要发送时, 合并本小区内需要寻呼的两个以上群组的 寻呼消息, 在预先确定的寻呼时隙向本小区内集群终端发送合并后的寻呼消 息。
为了加快群组业务的建立, 在一个优选实施例中, 发送寻呼消息后, 基 站可以不等待寻呼响应, 只要判断本小区内该群组寻呼请求的资源未建立, 则为该群组寻呼请求建立资源, 并周期性发送寻呼消息。 在周期性发送寻呼 消息时, 可以釆用合并寻呼消息的方式发送, 此时的寻呼消息包含需要寻呼 的一个或多个群组的群组标识。
在另一个优选实施例中, 设置寻呼消息还包括与需要寻呼的群组对应的 寻呼响应标识信息 (或称寻呼响应标志位) , 用于指示对应群组中的终端是 否需要发送寻呼响应。 在首次向群组中的集群终端发送寻呼消息时, 可以不 携带该寻呼响应标识信息, 或者携带的寻呼响应标识信息指示群组中的终端 需要发送寻呼响应;当基站收到群组中的一个或多个终端发送的寻呼响应后, 再次向该群组中的终端发送寻呼消息时, 设置寻呼响应标识信息指示所述群 组中的终端不需要发送寻呼响应。 通过上述标志位可以控制小区下的终端是 否停止发送寻呼响应, 以减少对上行资源的占用。

在另一个优选实施例中, 上述基站还包括资源建立模块, 其设置为: 在 发送模块发送寻呼消息后, 不等待寻呼响应, 判断本小区内该群组寻呼请求 的资源未建立时, 为该群组寻呼请求建立资源, 并指示发送模块周期性发送 寻呼消息。 发送模块在周期性发送寻呼消息时, 可以周期性合并本小区内需 要寻呼的群组的寻呼消息并发送, 此时寻呼消息包含需要寻呼的一个或多个 群组的群组标识。

在一个优选实施例中, 该寻呼消息还可以包含与群组对应的优先级标识 信息; 当寻呼消息包含的两个以上群组标识均与本终端所属群组的群组标识 相同, 则终端可根据与群组对应的优先级标识信息, 选择接入优先级最高的 群组的群组业务。
当集群终端当前正处于群组业务中, 且寻呼消息包含的群组标识与本终 端所属群组的群组标识相同,则可根据优先级来决定是否退出当前群组业务, 当寻呼消息的群组的优先级高于当前群组的优先级, 则退出当前群组业务, 接入寻呼消息的群组标识所指示的群组业务, 否则, 维持现状。
实现上述方法的集群终端如图 2所示, 包括监听模块、 第二判断模块和 群组业务处理模块, 其中:

应用示例 8
本示例描述基站发送的寻呼消息携带优先级的场景, 即基站发送的寻呼 消息携带与需要寻呼的群组对应的优先级标识信息。 本示例可与上述任一示 例组合。
当某终端同时属于多个群组, 且刚好该多个群组同时进行业务, 就会出 现: 终端在对寻呼消息进行判断时, 寻呼消息包含的多个群组标识与本终端 所属群组标识相同, 此时可根据群组的优先级标识信息, 选择接入优先级最 高的群组的群组业务。
另一种情况是, 终端当前正处于群组业务中, 在监听到寻呼消息后, 判 断寻呼消息包含的群组标识与本终端所属群组标识相同, 且寻呼消息的群组 的优先级高于当前群组的优先级, 则可退出当前群组业务, 接入该寻呼消息 的群组标识所指示的群组业务, 判断寻呼消息包含的群组标识与本终端所属 群组标识不相同, 或者寻呼消息的群组的优先级不高于当前群组的优先级, 则可不响应该寻呼消息。

23、 如权利要求 16所述的基站, 其中: 所述寻呼消息还包括与需要寻呼的群组对应的优先级标识信息。
24、 如权利要求 16所述的基站, 其中:
所述本小区内集群终端包括处于空闲态的集群终端和 /或处于 LTE业务 状态的集群终端。
25、 一种长期演进(LTE ) 系统中接收集群寻呼的集群终端, 包括监听 模块、 判断模块和群组业务处理模块, 其中:
所述监听模块, 其设置为: 监听寻呼消息;
所述判断模块, 其设置为: 在所述监听模块监听到寻呼消息后, 判断所 述寻呼消息包含的群组标识是否与本终端所属群组的群组标识相同;
所述群组业务处理模块, 其设置为: 在所述判断模块判断所述寻呼消息 包含的群组标识与本集群终端所属群组的群组标识相同时, 接入群组业务, 向基站发送寻呼响应, 或者不向所述基站发送寻呼响应, 或者根据所述寻呼 消息包含的寻呼响应标识信息判断是否向所述基站发送寻呼响应。
26、 如权利要求 25所述的集群终端, 其中:
所述群组业务处理模块是设置为以如下方式向基站发送寻呼响应: 所述 群组业务处理模块判断本集群终端处于 LTE业务状态时,在物理上行共享信 道(PUSCH )发送寻呼响应。
27、 如权利要求 25所述的集群终端, 其中:
所述群组业务处理模块是设置为以如下方式判断是否向所述基站发送寻 呼响应:
判断所述寻呼响应标识信息指示需要发送寻呼响应, 则向所述基站发送 寻呼响应, 判断所述寻呼响应标识信息指示不需要发送寻呼响应, 则不向所 述基站发送寻呼响应。
28、 如权利要求 25或 26或 27所述的集群终端, 其中:
所述群组业务处理模块是设置为以如下方式向基站发送寻呼响应: 立即 向基站发送寻呼响应, 或者延时后再向基站发送寻呼响应。
29、 如权利要求 25所述的集群终端, 其中: 所述寻呼消息还包括与群组对应的优先级标识信息;
所述群组业务处理模块是设置为以如下方式接入群组业务:
在所述判断模块判断所述寻呼消息包含的两个以上群组标识与本终端所 属群组的群组标识相同时, 根据与群组对应的优先级标识信息, 选择接入优 先级最高的群组的群组业务。
30、 如权利要求 25或 29所述的集群终端, 其中:
所述寻呼消息还包括与群组对应的优先级标识信息, 且当前集群终端处 于群组业务中时,所述群组业务处理模块是设置为以如下方式接入群组业务: 在所述判断模块判断所述寻呼消息包含的群组标识与本终端所属群组的 群组标识相同时, 判断所述寻呼消息包含的群组的优先级高于当前群组的优 先级, 则使所述集群终端退出当前群组业务, 接入所述寻呼消息包含的群组 标识所指示的群组业务。
