本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的另一个技术方案是提供了一种集群系统的通信装置,包括:建立模块,用于在识别到所述基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系;调度模块,用于在接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据所述对应关系调度所述组呼/组播数据至所述群组对应的用户终端。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的另一技术方案是提供了一种基站,包括处理器、接收器、发送器及存储器;所述存储器用于存储被配置为被所述处理器执行的计算机指令;所述处理器执行所述计算机指令,用于:在识别到所述基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系;在所述接收器接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据所述对应关系调度所述组呼/组播数据,进而通过所述发送器发送至所述群组对应的用户终端。
其中,所述处理器执行所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,包括:所述处理器将建立对应关系的用户终端保持在连接状态;
所述处理器执行所述调度所述组呼/组播数据,具体包括:获取保持在连接状态的所述用户终端的信道条件;根据所述信道条件确定调度所述组呼/组播数据所采用的调制编码方式;根据确定的调制编码方式调度所述组呼/组播数据;其中,所述信道条件包括所述用户终端上报的信道质量状况/测量报告中包含的参考信号接收功率。
其中,所述处理器执行所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系,具体包括:通过所述接收器接收用户终端上报的群组信息;建立所述用户终端与所述群组信息对应的群组之间的对应关系。

其中,所述处理器在执行建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:在识别到已与所述群组建立对应关系的用户终端与另一群组相关时,解除所述识别到的用户终端与所述群组之间的对应关系,并建立所述识别到的用户终端与所述另一群组之间的对应关系,其中,所述另一群组的优先级高于或等于所述群组的优先级。
本发明的有益效果有:基站在识别到与群组相关的用户终端,则建立用户终端与群组之间的对应关系,在组呼/组播数据被下发时,根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据,解决由于无法确定组呼/组播数据对应的群组中包含的用户终端的位置而导致的频谱资源浪费的问题,提高频谱利用率。

【具体实施方式】
为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细描述。
为便于理解本发明,先对本发明所采用的通信系统进行说明。
如图1所示,是本发明所采用的通信系统一实施例的结构示意图,以LTE集群专网为例,通信系统10为LTE宽带集群通信系统,包括多个用户终端11-15、多个基站16-18和核心网19。其中,用户终端11-15通过基站16-18经过IP传输网络20与核心网19连接,核心网19用于移动性管理和呼叫管理,例如,下发组呼/组播数据。
假设,多个用户终端12-14属于一集群组A,则多个用户终端12-14之间通过基站16、17和核心网19进行集群通信,例如,组呼业务、组播业务等。例如,若用户终端12发起该集群组A的集群组呼,用户终端12通过基站16将组呼数据发送至核心网19,此时,基站17存在该集群组A与用户终端13、14之间的对应关系,即基站17内设置有该集群组A的用户终端列表,而该用户终端列表此时不为空,核心网19将组呼数据下发到基站17后,基站17将组呼数据调度到用户终端13、14。基站18存在用户终端15,而用户终端15不属于该集群组A,进而基站18不存在该集群组A内的用户终端,即基站18内设置的该集群组A的用户终端列表为空,此时,基站18不调度组呼数据。这样,降低系统空口资源的浪费,提高频谱利用率。
值得注意的是,本实施例中,基站16、17不仅包括集群组A,也可以包括其他集群组,即,基站16、17可以存在多个集群组,也即基站16、17的小区下存在其他用户终端。例如基站16还包括集群组B等,假如用户终端11属于集群组B,则基站16存在用户终端11与集群组B之间的对应关系,在核心网19下发集群组B的组呼或者组播数据时,基站16根据此对应关系将组呼或者组播数据调度到用户终端11。
另外,本发明的用户终端所在的通信网络不限为LTE集群专网,在其他实施例中,可以为任意无线通信网络。
具体地,本实施例中的基站16存在用户终端11与集群组B之间的对应关系,以及基站17存在该集群组A与用户终端13、14之间的对应关系,可参考如下实施例。
如图2所示,是本发明的集群系统的通信方法一实施例的流程图,该通信方法由上述图1中的基站执行,包括以下步骤:
步骤S202:基站在识别到基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系。
在步骤S202中,在基站的小区中存在与某个群组相关的用户终端时,则建立该群组与该相关的用户终端之间的对应关系,基站可根据用户终端上报的方式来识别自身的小区是否存在与群组相关的用户终端,具体地,步骤S202包括:首先,基站接收用户终端上报的群组信息,随后,建立该用户终端与该群组信息对应的群组之间的对应关系。其中,群组信息包括但不限于TGID(TrunkingGroupID,集群群组ID)。
进一步地,基站接收用户终端上报的群组信息,即可识别出与该群组信息对应的群组相关的用户终端,具体地,在一个实施例中,基站接收用户终端上报的群组信息包括:首先,基站在集群寻呼信道上广播包含群组信息的集群寻呼消息;随后,基站接收用户终端在确定自身与集群寻呼消息中的群组信息相关时所上报的集群寻呼消息中携带的群组信息。基站在广播该集群寻呼消息后,用户终端接收该集群寻呼消息,若该集群寻呼消息为其自身所感兴趣时,则确定自身与该集群寻呼消息中的群组信息相关,此时,用户终端则将该群组信息上报给基站,其中,如果用户终端处于连接状态(RRC_CONNECTED状态)时,该用户终端则通过已分配的信道将群组信息上报给基站,而如果用户终端处于闲置状态(RRC_IDLE状态),该用户终端则通过发起随机接入的方式将群组信息上报给基站。需要说明的是,基站广播集群寻呼消息,是由于属于一个集群群组内的一个用户终端发起集群组呼,进而,集群寻呼消息包含集群组呼所对应的群组信息。
在另一个实施例中,基站接收用户终端上报的群组信息包括:基站接收用户终端上报的测量报告消息,并获取测量报告消息中携带的群组信息。这样,基站接收用户终端上报的群组信息,进而可识别出与该群组信息对应的群组相关的用户终端。当然,在其他实施例中,基站还可以通过自身与核心网之间的私有接口来识别用户终端所相关的群组,在本领域技术人员的理解范围内,在此不再说明。
步骤S204:在接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据至群组对应的用户终端。
在步骤S204中,在上述步骤S202中用户终端与群组之间的对应关系建立之后,此时,核心网下发该群组的组呼/组播数据,基站在接收到该组呼/组播数据,根据所建立的对应关系来调度该组呼/组播数据到群组对应的用户终端。具体地,在一个实施例中,基站根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据至群组对应的用户终端包括:判断是否存在组呼/组播数据的群组的对应关系;若存在,则基站调度组呼/组播数据至群组对应的用户终端;若不存在,则基站不调度组呼/组播数据。解决基站无法确认是否其小区内存在组呼/组播数据对应的群组中所包含的用户终端,仍然下发组呼/组播数据而导致系统空口资源浪费的问题,这样可将系统带宽分配给本基站下有需要的用户终端,提高系统的频谱利用率,。
通过上述实施例的实施,基站在识别到与群组相关的用户终端,则建立用户终端与群组之间的对应关系,在组呼/组播数据被下发时,根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据,解决由于无法确定组呼/组播数据对应的群组中包含的用户终端的位置而导致的频谱资源浪费的问题,提高频谱利用率。
进一步地,在上述步骤S202中基站建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,基站将建立对应关系的用户终端保持在RRC_CONNECTED状态,此时,基站可通过获取用户终端的信道条件来调度组呼/组播数据至群组对应的用户终端,这样,在综合考虑用户终端的信道条件的基础上,基站可自适应采用合适的调制编码方式,从而进一步提高系统的频谱利用率。
具体地,在一个实施例中,步骤S204中,基站调度组呼/组播数据包括:首先,获取保持在连接状态的用户终端的信道条件,随后,根据信道条件确定调度组呼/组播数据所采用的调制编码方式,进而根据确定的调制编码方式调度组呼/组播数据。其中,信道条件包括用户终端上报的信道质量状况/测量报告中包含的参考信号接收功率。相对于现有技术中基站在无法得到小区内正在参与组呼的用户终端的信道状况而选择相对较低的调制编码方式,基站根据用户终端的信道状况来确定调度组呼数据所采用的调制编码方式,可实现自适应调整编码方式,另外,当参与组呼的用户都在近点时,根据用户终端的信道状况来确定调制编码方式,大大提高了系统频谱利用率。
在其他实施例中,在上实施例的基础上,基站还可以先获取保持在连接状态的用户终端的用户位置,随后,根据用户位置确定调度组呼/组播数据的资源块(RB,Resource Block)以进行调度组呼/组播数据。例如,基站获取到保持在连接状态的多个用户终端的用户位置,若多个用户终端的用户位置满足某个策略时,则选择在中心资源进行调度组呼/组播数据,若满足另一个策略时,则选择在边缘资源进行调度组呼/组播数据,在本领域技术人员的理解范围内,本发明对某个策略和另一个策略不作限定。本实施例中,用户位置为基站根据用户终端上报的测量报告而确定的用户终端在小区中的位置。
进一步地,上述步骤S202中,在建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:在检测到已建立对应关系的用户终端处于脱网状态时,基站将解除脱网状态的用户终端与群组之间的对应关系。这样,基站实时更新用户终端与群组之间的对应关系,在组呼/组播数据被下发时,方便根据对应关系来调度组呼/组播数据,提高频谱利用率。
进一步地,上述步骤S202中,在建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:在识别到已与群组建立对应关系的用户终端与另一群组相关时,解除识别到的用户终端与群组之间的对应关系,并建立识别到的用户终端与另一群组之间的对应关系,其中,另一群组的优先级高于或等于群组的优先级。建立识别到的用户终端与另一群组之间的对应关系,与步骤S202中建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系相同,在本领域技术人员的理解范围之内,不再赘述。
如图3所示,是本发明的集群系统的通信装置一实施例的结构示意图,该集群系统的通信装置300用于基站,包括建立模块310和调度模块320。
建立模块310用于在识别到基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系;
调度模块320用于在接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据至群组对应的用户终端。
进一步地,建立模块310具体用于接收用户终端上报的群组信息;建立该用户终端与该群组信息对应的群组之间的对应关系。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,建立模块310在建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,建立模块310还用于在检测到已建立对应关系的用户终端处于脱网状态时,解除脱网状态的用户终端与群组之间的对应关系。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,建立模块310在建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,建立模块310还用于在识别到已与群组建立对应关系的用户终端与另一群组相关时,解除识别到的用户终端与群组之间的对应关系,并建立识别到的用户终端与另一群组之间的对应关系,其中,另一群组的优先级高于或等于群组的优先级。
进一步地,调度模块320具体用于判断是否存在组呼/组播数据的群组的对应关系;若存在,则调度模块320调度组呼/组播数据至群组对应的用户终端;若不存在,则调度模块320不调度组呼/组播数据。
进一步地,建立模块310在建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,建立模块310还用于将建立对应关系的用户终端保持在RRC_CONNECTED状态,此时,调度模块320调度组呼/组播数据,具体包括:首先,获取保持在连接状态的用户终端的信道条件,随后,根据信道条件确定调度组呼/组播数据所采用的调制编码方式,进而根据确定的调制编码方式调度组呼/组播数据。其中,信道条件包括用户终端上报的信道质量状况/测量报告中包含的参考信号接收功率。
上述装置的模块可对应用于执行上述方法实施例中的步骤,具体说明请参阅上述方法实施例的描述。
如图4所示,是本发明的基站一实施例的结构示意图,本实施例的基站为图1中的基站,例如,基站16,或者基站17,或者基站18,该基站包括接收器410、发送器420、处理器430、存储器440以及总线450;
接收器410用于接收外部设备发送的消息,例如,用户终端上报的群组消息、核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据等。
发送器420用于向外部设备发送消息,例如,调度后的组呼/组播数据等。
存储器440用于存储被配置为被处理器430执行的计算机指令,以及在处理器430工作过程中所需保存或缓存的数据。
本实施例中,处理器430通过调用存储器440存储的计算机指令,用于执行:
在识别到基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系;
在接收器410接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据,进而通过发送器420发送至群组对应的用户终端。
进一步地,处理器430执行建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系,包括:通过接收器410接收用户终端上报的群组信息;建立该用户终端与该群组信息对应的群组之间的对应关系。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,处理器430执行建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还执行在检测到已建立对应关系的用户终端处于脱网状态时,解除脱网状态的用户终端与群组之间的对应关系。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,处理器430在执行建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还执行在识别到已与群组建立对应关系的用户终端与另一群组相关时,解除识别到的用户终端与群组之间的对应关系,并建立识别到的用户终端与另一群组之间的对应关系,其中,另一群组的优先级高于或等于群组的优先级。
进一步地,处理器430执行根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据,进而通过发送器420发送至群组对应的用户终端,包括:判断是否存在组呼/组播数据的群组的对应关系;若存在,则调度组呼/组播数据,进而通过发送器420发送至群组对应的用户终端;若不存在,则不调度组呼/组播数据。
进一步地,处理器430在执行建立群组与相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还执行将建立对应关系的用户终端保持在RRC_CONNECTED状态,此时,处理器430执行调度组呼/组播数据,包括:首先获取保持在连接状态的用户终端的信道条件,随后,根据信道条件确定调度组呼/组播数据所采用的调制编码方式,进而根据确定的调制编码方式调度组呼/组播数据。其中,信道条件包括用户终端上报的信道质量状况/测量报告中包含的参考信号接收功率。进而,处理器430指示发送器420将调度后的组呼/组播数据发送至群组对应的用户终端。
本实施例中,基站在识别到与群组相关的用户终端,则建立用户终端与群组之间的对应关系,在组呼/组播数据被下发时,根据对应关系调度组呼/组播数据,解决由于无法确定组呼/组播数据对应的群组中包含的用户终端的位置而导致的频谱资源浪费的问题,提高频谱利用率。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种集群系统的通信方法,其中,包括:
    基站在识别到所述基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系;
    在接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据所述对应关系调度所述组呼/组播数据至所述群组对应的用户终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:
    所述基站将建立对应关系的用户终端保持在连接状态;
    所述基站调度所述组呼/组播数据包括:
    所述基站获取保持在连接状态的用户终端的信道条件;
    根据所述信道条件确定调度所述组呼/组播数据所采用的调制编码方式;
    根据确定的调制编码方式调度所述组呼/组播数据;
    其中,所述信道条件包括所述用户终端上报的信道质量状况/测量报告中包含的参考信号接收功率。
  3. 根据权利要求2中所述的通信方法,其中,
    所述基站调度所述组呼/组播数据还包括:
    所述基站获取保持在连接状态的用户终端的用户位置;
    根据用户位置确定调度所述组呼/组播数据所采用的资源块以进行调度所述组呼/组播数据;
    其中,所述用户位置为所述基站根据用户终端上报的测量报告而确定的用户终端在小区中的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1中所述的通信方法,其中,所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系包括:
    接收用户终端上报的群组信息;
    建立所述用户终端与所述群组信息对应的群组之间的对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的通信方法,其中,所述接收用户终端上报的群组信息,包括:
    所述基站在集群寻呼信道上广播包含群组信息的集群寻呼消息;
    接收用户终端在确定自身与所述集群寻呼消息中的群组信息相关时所上报的所述集群寻呼消息中携带的群组信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4中所述的通信方法,其中,所述接收用户终端上报的群组信息,包括:
    所述基站接收用户终端上报的测量报告消息,并获取所述测量报告消息中携带的群组信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1中所述的通信方法,其中,在所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:
    在检测到已建立对应关系的用户终端处于脱网状态时,所述基站将解除所述脱网状态的用户终端与所述群组之间的对应关系。
  8. 根据权利要求1中所述的通信方法,其中,在所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:
    在识别到已与所述群组建立对应关系的用户终端与另一群组相关时,解除所述识别到的用户终端与所述群组之间的对应关系,并建立所述识别到的用户终端与所述另一群组之间的对应关系,其中,所述另一群组的优先级高于或等于所述群组的优先级。
  9. 一种集群系统的通信装置,其中,包括:
    建立模块,用于在识别到所述基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系;
    调度模块,用于在接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据所述对应关系调度所述组呼/组播数据至所述群组对应的用户终端。
  10. 一种基站,其中,包括处理器、接收器、发送器及存储器;
    所述存储器用于存储被配置为被所述处理器执行的计算机指令;
    所述处理器执行所述计算机指令,用于:
    在识别到所述基站的小区中存在与群组相关的用户终端时,建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系;
    在所述接收器接收到核心网下发的一个群组的组呼/组播数据时,根据所述对应关系调度所述组呼/组播数据,进而通过所述发送器发送至所述群组对应的用户终端。
  11. 根据权利要求10中所述的基站,其中,
    所述处理器执行所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,包括:
    所述处理器将建立对应关系的用户终端保持在连接状态;
    所述处理器执行所述调度所述组呼/组播数据,具体包括:
    获取保持在连接状态的所述用户终端的信道条件;
    根据所述信道条件确定调度所述组呼/组播数据所采用的调制编码方式;
    根据确定的调制编码方式调度所述组呼/组播数据;
    其中,所述信道条件包括所述用户终端上报的信道质量状况/测量报告中包含的参考信号接收功率。
  12. 根据权利要求10中所述的基站,其中,所述处理器执行所述建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系,具体包括:
    通过所述接收器接收用户终端上报的群组信息;
    建立所述用户终端与所述群组信息对应的群组之间的对应关系。
  13. 根据权利要求12中所述的基站,其中,所述处理器执行所述通过所述接收器接收用户终端上报的群组信息,包括:
    在集群寻呼信道上广播包含群组信息的集群寻呼消息;
    通过所述接收器接收用户终端在确定自身与所述集群寻呼消息中的群组信息相关时所上报的所述集群寻呼消息中携带的群组信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12中所述的基站,其中,所述处理器执行所述通过所述接收器接收用户终端上报的群组信息,包括:
    所述处理器通过所述接收器接收用户终端上报的测量报告消息,并获取所述测量报告消息中携带的群组信息。
  15. 根据权利要求10中所述的基站,其中,所述处理器在执行建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:
    在检测到已建立对应关系的用户终端处于脱网状态时,所述处理器将解除所述脱网状态的用户终端与所述群组之间的对应关系。
  16. 根据权利要求10中所述的基站,其中,所述处理器在执行建立所述群组与所述相关的用户终端之间的对应关系之后,还包括:
    在识别到已与所述群组建立对应关系的用户终端与另一群组相关时,解除所述识别到的用户终端与所述群组之间的对应关系,并建立所述识别到的用户终端与所述另一群组之间的对应关系,其中,所述另一群组的优先级高于或等于所述群组的优先级。
