数字集群通信作为一种专用移动通信调度系统, 具有信道共享和动态 分配等技术特点, 可为多个部门、 单位等集团用户提供专用指挥调度等通 信服务。随着宽带移动通信的发展,尤其是第四代移动通信长期演进( LTE, Long Term Evolution )技术的飞速发展, 对数字集群通信系统也提出了宽带 化、 视频化、 高速化、 平滑演进等多方面的需求。 因此, 基于 LTE技术的 集群通信是当前数字集群系统发展的方向。
集群通信中最主要的是组呼会话的建立, 而 LTE技术的会话建立是基 于组呼上下文的建立, 因此基于 LTE技术的集群通信系统最主要是的进行 组呼上下文的建立。 由于集群通信采取的是半双工通信, 且同一个会话可 以接入多个用户终端 (UE, User Equipment ), 因此用户可以分为话权用户 和非话权用户,话权用户通过 UE向网络传递组呼业务数据, 然后网络将组 呼业务数据以广播的方式发送给其他非话权用户。 由于话权用户需要和演 进型基站 (eNB, evolved Node B )之间建立无线资源控制 (RRC, Radio Resource Control )连接, 因此话权用户的会话连接将基于 LTE协议, 而非 话权用户因不需要与 eNB建立 RRC连接。
目前, 在基于 LTE技术的集群通信系统中, 还没有一种技术方案能够 支持基站与集群网络(由话权用户和非话权用户组成的集群网络)之间的 组呼上下文的建立。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种建立组呼上下文的 方法和系统、 基站、 集群 EPC, 能够实现在基于 LTE技术的集群通信系统 中基站与集群网络之间的组呼上下文的建立。
为达到上述目的, 本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种建立组呼上下文的方法, 该方法包括: 在集群演进移动核心网 EPC与话权 UE所属的第一基站之间建立组呼 上下文;
在集群 EPC与非话权 UE所属的第二基站之间建立组呼上下文。
优选地, 建立组呼上下文之前, 该方法还包括: 所述话权 UE分别与所 述第一基站和集群 EPC之间建立 RRC连接。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 本发明实施例在基站和集群网络之间建立组呼上下文的主要思想是: 在集群演进移动核心网 (EPC, Evolved Packet Core )与话权 UE所属的第 一基站之间建立组呼上下文; 在集群 EPC与非话权 UE所属的第二基站之 间建立组呼上下文, 从而实现基站和集群网络之间组呼上下文的建立。
一般情况下, 话权 UE只有一个, 那么其所属的第一基站只有一个, 第 一基站所提供服务的 UE中也可能存在非话权 UE; 由于多个非话权 UE可 能分别属于不同的基站, 那么第二基站可能有多个。
在建立组呼上下文之前,话权 UE首先需要分别与第一基站和集群 EPC 之间建立 RRC连接。
在 RRC连接建立的同时,集群 EPC将生成的组呼上下文建立请求消息 发送给第一基站; 同时, 集群 EPC还根据生成的组呼上下文建立请求向第 二基站发送组呼寻呼消息; 第二基站收到组呼寻呼消息后, 在自身覆盖区 域内广播组呼寻呼消息;第二基站覆盖区域内的非话权 UE接收到组呼寻呼 消息后, 向第二基站返回组呼寻呼响应消息; 第二基站接收到第一条组呼 寻呼响应消息后, 向集群 EPC返回组呼寻呼响应消息; 集群 EPC接收到组 呼寻呼响应消息后, 向相应的第二基站发送组呼上下文建立请求消息。
第一基站或第二基站接收到组呼上下文建立请求消息后, 建立集群组 呼业务信道资源, 同时建立相应的组呼无线接入承载; 第一基站或第二基 站完成集群组呼业务信道资源的建立后, 通过集群组呼业务信道资源广播 组呼配置消息, 同时向集群 EPC返回组呼上下文建立响应消息, 完成组呼 上下文建立。
下面通过具体的实施例来说明本发明实施例的具体方案。
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例在基站和集群网络之间建立组呼上下文的 流程主要分为两部分, 一是在集群 EPC与话权 UE所属的第一基站之间建 立组呼上下文(包括步骤 A1至 A4 ),一是在集群 EPC与非话权 UE所属的 第二基站之间建立组呼上下文(包括步骤 B1至 B8 )。 在进行组呼上下文建 立之前, 话权 UE需要分别与第一基站以及集群 EPC之间建立 RRC连接。
在集群 EPC与话权 UE所属的第一基站之间建立组呼上下文的流程包 括:
A1、 在话权 UE与第一基站以及集群 EPC之间建立 RRC连接的同时, 集群 EPC发起组呼上下文的建立, 向第一基站发送组呼上下文建立请求消 息。
在话权 UE与第一基站以及集群 EPC之间建立 RRC连接时,集群 EPC 可获知话权 UE所属的基站、 即第一基站。 其中, 组呼上下文建立请求消息由集群 EPC生成, 携带的组呼上下文 内容有: 组呼 ID、 组呼模式、 组呼汇聚最大传输比特率、 组呼无线接入承 载列表、 组呼安全能力和组呼安全密钥等。 其中, 组呼 ID指本次集群呼叫 的编号, 用来唯一标识某个群组; 组呼模式为本次集群呼叫的类型, 为 1 对 1或 1对多。
其中, 组呼无线接入承载列表包括如下内容: 组呼无线接入承载 ID、 服务质量参数、传输层地址、通用数据传输平台( GTP, General Data Transfer Platform )隧道 ID、 业务承载类型和非接入层(NAS, Non- Access Stratum ) 数据包等。 其中, 组呼无线接入承载 ID为无线承载的编号, 唯一标识某个 无线承载; 业务承载类型用来标识本次业务的类型, 例如: 数据、 声音、 视频、 音视频、 图片等。
A2、 第一基站接收到组呼上下文建立请求消息后, 建立集群组呼业务 信道资源, 同时还需根据组呼无线接入承载列表建立相应的组呼无线接入 承载。 由于组呼业务的类型 (通过业务承载类型指示)有多种, 如数据、 声音、 视频、 音视频、 图片等, 因此需要根据业务类型的不同建立相应的 承载, 不同业务类型对应的承载通过上述组呼无线接入承载 ID指示。
A3、 第一基站完成集群组呼业务信道资源的建立后, 通过集群组呼业 务信道资源广播组呼配置消息,话权 UE和第一基站下的其他非话权 UE接 收组呼配置消息并进行相应的组呼配置。
A4、 第一基站广播组呼配置消息的同时向集群 EPC返回组呼上下文建 立响应消息,其中包括: 组呼 ID和组呼无线接入 7 载建立成功列表和 /或组 呼无线接入承载建立失败的列表。 该组呼 ID与组呼上下文建立请求消息中 的组呼 ID相同。
对于该集群组呼业务, 由于可能建立了多种业务类型对应的承载, 那 么就存在这些承载建立成功或失败的结果, 相应的, 在组呼上下文建立响 应消息中需要携带组呼无线接入承载建立成功列表和 /或组呼无线接入承载 建立失败的列表。
其中, 组呼无线接入承载建立成功列表包括如下内容: 组呼无线接入 承载 ID、 传输层地址、 GTP隧道 ID。
组呼无线接入承载建立失败列表包括如下内容:组呼无线接入承载 ID、 失败原因。
在集群 EPC与非话权 UE所属的第二基站之间建立组呼上下文的流程 包括:
Bl、 在话权 UE与第一基站以及集群 EPC之间建立 RRC连接的同时, 集群 EPC根据组呼上下文建立请求消息中的组呼 ID向非话权 UE所属的第 二基站发送组呼寻呼消息。 根据该组呼 ID集群 EPC可以获知对应的群组, 集群 EPC所在的系统中记录了该群组的信息, 该步骤中关注的是其中包括 的第二基站的信息。
B2、 第二基站收到组呼寻呼消息后, 在自身覆盖区域内广播该组呼寻 呼消息。
B3、 第二基站覆盖区域内的非话权 UE接收到组呼寻呼消息后, 向第 二基站返回组呼寻呼响应消息。
B4、 第二基站接收到第一条组呼寻呼响应消息后, 向集群 EPC返回组 呼寻呼响应消息。
B5、对于向集群 EPC返回组呼寻呼响应消息的第二基站, 集群 EPC向 其发送组呼上下文建立请求消息。该组呼上下文建立请求消息与步骤 A1中 的组呼上下文建立请求消息中包含的组呼上下文内容相同, 且组呼上下文 内容中各个参数的值也相同。
B6、 第二基站接收到组呼上下文建立请求消息后, 建立集群组呼业务 信道资源, 同时还需根据组呼无线接入承载列表建立相应的组呼无线接入 承载。 由于组呼业务的类型 (通过业务承载类型指示)有多种, 如数据、 声音、 视频、 音视频、 图片等, 因此需要根据业务类型的不同建立相应的 承载, 不同业务类型对应的承载通过上述组呼无线接入承载 ID指示。
B7、 第二基站完成集群组呼业务信道资源的建立后, 通过集群组呼业 务信道资源广播组呼配置消息,非话权 UE接收组呼配置消息进行相应的组 呼配置。
B8、 第二基站广播组呼配置消息的同时向集群 EPC返回组呼上下文建 立响应消息,其中包括: 组呼 ID和组呼无线接入 7 载建立成功列表和 /或组 呼无线接入承载建立失败的列表。
对于该集群组呼业务, 由于可能建立了多种服务类型对应的承载, 那 么就存在这些承载建立成功或失败的结果, 相应的, 在组呼上下文建立响 应消息中需要携带组呼无线接入承载建立成功列表和 /或组呼无线接入承载 建立失败的列表。
其中, 组呼无线接入承载建立成功列表包括如下内容: 组呼无线接入 承载 ID、 传输层地址、 GTP隧道 ID。
组呼无线接入承载建立失败列表包括如下内容:组呼无线接入承载 ID、 失败原因。
为了实现上述方法, 本发明实施例还提供了一种在基站和集群网络之 间建立组呼上下文的系统,如图 2所示包括:基站 10和集群 EPC 20,其中: 基站 10包括第一基站 11和第二基站 12; 第一基站 11为话权 UE所属 的基站; 第二基站 12为非话权 UE所属的基站;
集群 EPC 20, 配置为与第一基站 11之间建立组呼上下文; 还配置为与 第二基站 12之间建立组呼上下文。
该系统还包括 UE 30, 分为话权 UE 31和非话权 UE 32; 其中: 话权 UE 31, 配置为分别与第一基站 11和集群 EPC 20之间建立 RRC连接。
集群 EPC 20,还配置为在 RRC连接建立的同时,将生成的组呼上下文 建立请求消息发送给第一基站 11。
集群 EPC 20,还配置为在 RRC连接建立的同时,根据生成的组呼上下 文建立请求向第二基站 12发送组呼寻呼消息;
第二基站 12, 还配置为在收到组呼寻呼消息后, 在自身覆盖区域内广 播组呼寻呼消息;
非话权 UE 32, 还配置为接收到组呼寻呼消息后, 向第二基站 12返回 组呼寻呼响应消息;
第二基站 12,还配置为接收到第一条组呼寻呼响应消息后,向集群 EPC 20返回组呼寻呼响应消息;
集群 EPC 20, 还配置为接收到组呼寻呼响应消息后, 向第二基站 12 发送组呼上下文建立请求消息。
第一基站 11或第二基站 12,还配置为接收到组呼上下文建立请求消息 后, 建立集群组呼业务信道资源, 同时建立相应的组呼无线接入承载; 并 在完成集群组呼业务信道资源的建立后, 通过集群组呼业务信道资源广播 组呼配置消息, 同时向集群 EPC 20返回组呼上下文建立响应消息, 完成组 呼上下文建立。
通过上述方式, 本发明实施例实现了在基站与集群网络之间建立组呼 上下文。
本发明实施例还提供了一种集群 EPC, 配置为实现和基站之间组呼上 下文的建立, 如图 3所示包括: 第一组呼模块 211和第二组呼模块 221, 其 中:
第一组呼模块 211,配置为与话权 UE所属的第一基站建立组呼上下文; 第二组呼模块 221, 配置为与非话权 UE所属的第二基站建立组呼上下 文。
集群 EPC还包括第一 RRC模块 231, 配置为与话权 UE建立 RRC连 接。
第一组呼模块 211, 还配置为在 RRC连接建立的同时, 将生成的组呼 上下文建立请求消息发送给第一基站。 第二组呼模块 221, 还配置为在 RRC连接建立的同时, 根据生成的组 呼上下文建立请求向第二基站发送组呼寻呼消息; 并在接收到的第二基站 返回的组呼寻呼响应消息后, 将生成的组呼上下文建立请求消息发送给第 二基站。
第一组呼模块 211或第二组呼模块 221,还配置为接收第一基站或第二 基站返回的组呼上下文建立响应消息。
另外, 所述第一组呼模块 211、 第二组呼模块 221、 第一 RRC模块 231 均可由所述集群 EPC中的中央处理器( CPU, Central Processing Unit )、 微 处理器( MPU, Micro Processing Unit )、数字信号处理器( DSP, Digital Signal Processor )或可编程遝辑阵歹1 J ( FPGA, Field - Programmable Gate Array ), 以及具备通信功能的硬件实现。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站,如图 4所示,基站分为话权 UE所属 的第一基站 11和非话权 UE所属的第二基站 12;
第一基站 11包括第三组呼模块 111, 配置为与集群 EPC建立组呼上下 文;
第二基站 12包括第四组呼模块 121, 配置为与集群 EPC建立组呼上下 文。
第一基站 11还包括第二 RRC模块 112, 配置为与话权 UE建立 RRC 连接。
第三组呼模块 111, 还配置为在 RRC连接建立的同时, 接收集群 EPC 发送的组呼上下文建立请求消息。
第四组呼模块 121, 还配置为在 RRC连接建立的同时, 接收集群 EPC 发送的组呼寻呼消息; 收到组呼寻呼消息后, 在第二基站 12的覆盖区域内 广播组呼寻呼消息; 并在接收到非话权 UE返回的组呼寻呼响应消息后, 向 集群 EPC发送组呼寻呼响应消息;还配置为在集群 EPC接收到组呼寻呼响 应消息后发送的组呼上下文建立请求消息。 第三组呼模块 111 或第四组呼模块 121, 还配置为在接收到集群 EPC 发送的组呼上下文建立请求消息后, 建立集群组呼业务信道资源, 同时建 立相应的组呼无线接入承载; 完成集群组呼业务信道资源的建立后, 通过 集群组呼业务信道资源广播组呼配置消息, 同时向集群 EPC返回组呼上下 文建立响应消息。
另外, 所述第三组呼模块 111、 第二 RRC模块 112均可由第一基站 11 中的 CPU、 MPU、 DSP或 FPGA, 以及具备通信功能的硬件实现。
所述第四组呼模块 121可由第二基站 12中的 CPU、 MPU、 D SP或 FPGA, 以及具备通信功能的硬件实现。

1、 一种建立组呼上下文的方法, 该方法包括:
在集群演进移动核心网 EPC与话权 UE所属的第一基站之间建立组 呼上下文;

2、 根据权利要求 1所述建立组呼上下文的方法, 其中, 建立组呼上 下文之前,该方法还包括: 所述话权 UE分别与所述第一基站和集群 EPC 之间建立 RRC连接。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述建立组呼上下文的方法, 其中, 所述在集群 EPC与话权 UE所属的第一基站之间建立组呼上下文之前, 该方法还包 括: 在所述 RRC连接建立的同时, 集群 EPC将生成的组呼上下文建立请 求消息发送给所述第一基站。

所述组呼上下文建立请求消息携带的组呼上下文内容有: 组呼 ID、 组呼模式、 组呼汇聚最大传输比特率、 组呼无线接入承载列表、 组呼安 全能力和组呼安全密钥;
所述组呼无线接入承载列表包括: 组呼无线接入承载 ID、 服务质量 参数、 传输层地址、 通用数据传输平台 GTP隧道 ID、 业务承载类型和非 接入层 NAS数据包。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述建立组呼上下文的方法, 其中, 所述组呼上 下文建立响应消息包括: 所述组呼 ID和组呼无线接入承载建立成功列表 和 /或组呼无线接入承载建立失败的列表;
所述组呼无线接入承载建立成功列表包括: 组呼无线接入承载 ID、 传输层地址、 GTP隧道 ID;
所述组呼无线接入承载建立失败列表包括: 组呼无线接入承载 ID、 失败原因。
8、 一种建立组呼上下文的系统, 该系统包括: 基站和集群 EPC, 其 中:
所述基站包括第一基站和第二基站,所述第一基站为话权 UE所属基 站; 所述第二基站为非话权 UE所属的基站; 所述集群 EPC, 配置为与所述第一基站建立组呼上下文; 还配置为 与所述第二基站建立组呼上下文。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述建立组呼上下文的系统, 其中, 该系统还包 括 UE, 所述 UE包括话权 UE和非话权 UE; 其中:
所述话权 UE,配置为分别与所述第一基站和集群 EPC之间建立 RRC 连接。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述建立组呼上下文的系统, 其中,
所述集群 EPC, 还配置为在所述 RRC连接建立的同时, 将生成的组 呼上下文建立请求消息发送给所述第一基站。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述建立组呼上下文的系统, 其中,
所述集群 EPC, 还配置为在所述 RRC连接建立的同时, 根据生成的 组呼上下文建立请求向所述第二基站发送组呼寻呼消息;
所述第二基站, 还配置为在收到组呼寻呼消息后, 在自身覆盖区域 内广播所述组呼寻呼消息;
所述非话权 UE, 还配置为接收到组呼寻呼消息后, 向所述第二基站 返回组呼寻呼响应消息;
所述第二基站, 还配置为接收到第一条组呼寻呼响应消息后, 向所 述集群 EPC返回组呼寻呼响应消息;
所述集群 EPC, 还配置为接收到组呼寻呼响应消息后, 向所述第二 基站发送所述组呼上下文建立请求消息。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述建立组呼上下文的系统, 其中, 所述第一基站或第二基站, 还配置为接收到所述组呼上下文建立请 求消息后, 建立集群组呼业务信道资源, 同时建立相应的组呼无线接入 承载; 并在完成集群组呼业务信道资源的建立后, 通过集群组呼业务信 道资源广播组呼配置消息, 同时向集群 EPC返回组呼上下文建立响应消 息, 完成组呼上下文建立。
13、 一种集群 EPC, 包括: 第一组呼模块和第二组呼模块, 其中: 所述第一组呼模块,配置为与话权 UE所属的第一基站建立组呼上下 文;
所述第二组呼模块,配置为与非话权 UE所属的第二基站建立组呼上 下文。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述集群 EPC, 其中,
所述集群 EPC还包括第一 RRC模块, 配置为与所述话权 UE建立 RRC连接。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述集群 EPC, 其中,
所述第一组呼模块, 还配置为在所述 RRC连接建立的同时, 将生成 的组呼上下文建立请求消息发送给所述第一基站。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述集群 EPC, 其中,
所述第二组呼模块, 还配置为在所述 RRC连接建立的同时, 根据生 成的组呼上下文建立请求向所述第二基站发送组呼寻呼消息; 并在接收 到的第二基站返回的组呼寻呼响应消息后, 将生成的组呼上下文建立请 求消息发送给所述第二基站。
17、 根据权利要求 15或 16所述集群 EPC, 其中,
所述第一组呼模块或第二组呼模块, 还配置为接收所述第一基站或 第二基站返回的组呼上下文建立响应消息。
18、 一种基站, 所述基站分为话权 UE所属的第一基站和非话权 UE 所属的第二基站;
所述第一基站包括第三组呼模块, 配置为与集群 EPC建立组呼上下 文;
所述第二基站包括第四组呼模块, 配置为与集群 EPC建立组呼上下 文。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述基站, 其中, 所述第一基站还包括第二 RRC模块,配置为与所述话权 UE建立 RRC 连接。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述基站, 其中,
所述第三组呼模块, 还配置为在所述 RRC连接建立的同时, 接收集 群 EPC发送的组呼上下文建立请求消息。
21、 根据权利要求 19所述基站, 其中,
所述第四组呼模块, 还配置为在所述 RRC连接建立的同时, 接收所 述集群 EPC发送的组呼寻呼消息; 收到组呼寻呼消息后, 在所述第二基 站的覆盖区域内广播所述组呼寻呼消息;并在接收到非话权 UE返回的组 呼寻呼响应消息后, 向所述集群 EPC发送组呼寻呼响应消息; 还配置为 在所述集群 EPC接收到组呼寻呼响应消息后发送的组呼上下文建立请求 消息。
22、 根据权利要求 20或 21所述基站, 其中,
所述第三组呼模块或第四组呼模块, 还配置为在接收到所述集群 EPC 发送的组呼上下文建立请求消息后, 建立集群组呼业务信道资源, 同时建立相应的组呼无线接入承载; 完成集群组呼业务信道资源的建立 后,通过集群组呼业务信道资源广播组呼配置消息,同时向所述集群 EPC 返回组呼上下文建立响应消息。
