以下、個人情報リスト241、機種情報リスト242、ユーザ所有機器リスト243、機器動作情報リスト244、ルール情報リスト245、及び広告配信先情報リスト246のそれぞれについて順に説明する。
(1)個人情報リスト241
個人情報リスト241は、図4に示すように、広告配信システム1に含まれる機器を有する各ユーザについての個人情報を記載した一覧表である。個人情報リスト241は、予め、広告配信業者により作成されて、記憶部203に記憶される。個人情報リスト241に個人情報が記載されているユーザが、広告配信先の候補となる。
(2)機種情報リスト242
機種情報リスト242は、図5に示すように、広告配信システム1に含まれる機器が属する機種それぞれについての情報(以下「機種情報」という。)を記載した一覧表である。機種情報には、機種ID、機種説明、及び、通知対象機能一覧が対応づけて記載される。
(3)ユーザ所有機器リスト243
ユーザ所有機器リスト243は、図6に示すように、個人情報リスト241に個人情報が記載されている各ユーザが所有している機器に関する情報のリストである。ユーザ所有機器リスト243には、機器リスト601と購入用端末リスト602とが含まれる。機器リスト601には、ユーザIDと、そのユーザIDで識別されるユーザが所有する機器の機器IDとが対応づけて記載されている。購入用端末リスト602には、ユーザIDと、購入用端末情報とが対応づけて記載されている。ここで、購入用端末は、ユーザが広告対象物を購入するために用いる端末である。また、購入用端末情報は、対応づけられているユーザIDで識別されるユーザが所有する購入用端末と通信を行うための情報である。購入用端末情報は、一例として、購入用端末のIPアドレス(図6中のADDR1、ADDR2)であるとする。
(4)機器動作情報リスト244
機器動作情報リスト244は、図7及び図8に示すように、各機器から受信した機器動作情報と、日時情報とを対応づけて記載した一覧表である。機器動作情報は、ユーザID、機器ID、及び機器生成情報を含む。ユーザIDは、機器動作情報を送信した機器を所有するユーザに割り当てられている識別情報である。機器IDは、機器動作情報を送信した機器に予め割り当てられている識別情報である。
(5)ルール情報リスト245
ルール情報リスト245は、複数のユーザから、広告に適したユーザを抽出するために用いられるルール情報のリストである。1つのルール情報が1つの広告に対応している。
(6)広告配信先情報リスト246
広告配信先情報リスト246は、広告配信先情報生成部222により選出された、広告に適したユーザそれぞれについての個人情報を記載した一覧表である。広告配信先情報リスト246は、具体的には、図10に示すように、個人情報リスト241から、広告に適したユーザに関する個人情報を抜き出して記載したものである。
<3.第1機器30-1~第5機器30-5>
第1機器30-1は、第1所有者が有する家電機器であり、図3に示すように、入力部301、通信部302、記憶部303、機能実行部304、制御部305、及び、表示部306を含んで構成される。また、第2機器30-2~第5機器30-5は、それぞれ第1所有者が有する家電機器であり、第1機器30-1と同様の構成を備える。但し、機能実行部304は、各機器に特有な機能(ホームベーカリーにおける米粉パン作成機能、電子レンジにおけるあたため機能など)を実行する機能部であり、機種毎に実行する処理は異なっている。よって、以下では、主に第1機器30-1についての説明を行い、第2機器30-2~第5機器30-5については、必要に応じて適宜補足説明を行う。
(1)入力部301
入力部301は、リモコン、リモコン信号の受光部、タッチパネル、キーパッド、機械的スイッチ等の入力デバイスから構成されている。入力部301は、ユーザが入力デバイスを操作することにより入力するユーザ指示を取得し、取得したユーザ指示を制御部305に通知する機能を有する。
(2)通信部302
通信部302は、通信用LSIで実現されている。通信部302は、ルータ50、ネットワークを介して管理サーバ10との間でデータの送受信を行う機能を有する。
(3)記憶部303
記憶部303は、フラッシュメモリ及びハードディスクドライブなどの不揮発性の記憶媒体で実現されており、データを記憶する機能を有する。記憶部303は、ユーザによって指定される各種の設定情報(例えば、エアコンにおける設定温度情報)など、自機器が動作するために必要な情報を記憶する。また、記憶部303は、自機器に割り当てられている機器ID、及び、自機器の所有者であるユーザを識別するユーザIDを記憶している。
(4)機能実行部304
機能実行部304は、第1機器30-1~第5機器30-5のそれぞれが有する個別の機能を実現する機能部である。機能実行部304は、第1機器30-1~第5機器30-5のそれぞれで異なる機能を実現する。機能実行部304は、各機能を実行する毎に、実行した機能を示す機器生成情報を生成して制御部305に通知する。機器生成情報は、上述したように、機能実行部304が実行した機能自体、又は、機能実行部304が機能を実行することにより得られる計測結果など、機器が実行した機能に関する情報である。
第1機器30-1は、上述の通りホームベーカリーであり、この機器が備える機能実行部304は、一例として、米粉パン作成機能、小麦パン作成機能、もち作成機能、うどん作成機能、及びパスタ作成機能などを実現する。なお、第1機器30-1は、上記の機能以外にも、一般的なホームベーカリーが有する機能も備えており、それらの機能についても機能実行部304により実現されるものとする。
第2機器30-2は、上述の通り電子レンジであり、この機器が備える機能実行部304は、一例として、お好み焼きグリル機能、ハンバーググリル機能、ケーキオーブン機能、シュークリームオーブン機能、パスタゆで機能、茶碗蒸しスチーム機能、あたため機能、及び解凍機能などを実現する。なお、第2機器30-2は、上記の機能以外にも、一般的な電子レンジが有する機能も備えており、それらの機能についても機能実行部304により実現されるものとする。
第3機器30-3は、上述の通り、においセンサ付エアコンであり、この機器が備える機能実行部304は、一例として、冷房機能、暖房機能、温度設定機能、風向設定機能、風量設定機能、及び、におい検出機能を実現する。におい検出機能については、この機器の機能実行部304に含まれるにおいセンサにより実現される。においセンサは、お好み焼き、焼肉、焼鳥など、予め定められている複数の臭気測定対象について、においの検出が可能である。機能実行部304は、におい検出機能を実行した場合に、複数の臭気測定対象のうち、いずれのにおいを検出したかについて制御部305に通知する。なお、第3機器30-3は、上記の機能以外にも、一般的なエアコンが有する機能も備えており、それらの機能についても機能実行部304により実現されるものとする。
第4機器30-4は、上述の通り、換気扇であり、この機器が備える機能実行部304は、一例として、換気機能を実現する。なお、第4機器30-4は、上記の機能以外にも、一般的な換気扇が有する機能も備えており、それらの機能についても機能実行部304により実現されるものとする。
(5)制御部305
制御部305は、プロセッサ及びメモリを含んで構成されており、第1機器30-1の全体動作を制御する機能を有する。制御部305が有する機能は、メモリに記憶されているプログラムをプロセッサが実行することにより実現される。以下、制御部305が有する主要な機能について説明する。
制御部305は、機能実行部304から機能を示す機器生成情報を受信する。そして、受信した機器生成情報と、記憶部303に記憶されているユーザIDと機器IDとから成る機器動作情報を生成する。制御部305は、機器動作情報を、管理サーバ10に対し通信部302を用いて送信する。
制御部305は、管理サーバ10に対し、記憶部303により保持されているユーザID及び機器IDを含む登録要求を送信する。
(6)表示部306
表示部306は、ディスプレイ及びディスプレイ制御LSIで構成されている。ディスプレイは一例として液晶ディスプレイである。ディスプレイ制御LSIは、メニュー画像など表示対象とする画像を表すデータを制御部305、機能実行部304から取得し、取得したデータにより表される映像をディスプレイに表示させる機能を有する。なお、表示部306については、必ずしも全ての機器が備えている必要は無い。
<4.購入用端末40、及びルータ50>
購入用端末40は、上述のようにスマートフォンであり、主要な機能としてネットワークを介して商取引を行うウェブサイトに接続し、商品購入処理を行う機能を有する。購入用端末40による商品購入処理は、図19のステップS1921~1926に相当する。
<5.動作>
<5-1.広告配信処理>
以下、広告配信処理について説明する。広告配信処理は、図14に示すように、機器動作情報収集処理(ステップS1401)、アドバイス情報表示処理(ステップS1402)、広告配信対象情報取得処理(ステップS1403)、ルール情報取得処理(ステップS1404)、広告配信先情報生成処理(ステップS1405)、広告配信処理(ステップS1406)、ルール情報更新処理(ステップS1407)、広告配信先情報生成処理(ステップS1408)から成る。
<5-2.機器動作情報収集処理>
以下、ステップS1401の機器動作情報収集処理の詳細について図15を参照しながら説明する。
<5-3.アドバイス情報表示処理>
以下、ステップS1402のアドバイス情報表示処理の詳細について図16を参照しながら説明する。
<5-4.小麦アレルギーに係る広告配信先情報生成処理>
以下、小麦アレルギーに係る広告配信先情報生成処理について図17を参照しながら説明する。図17は、図9に示すルール情報901に基づき広告配信先情報を生成する手順を示している。
<5-5.花粉アレルギーに係る広告配信先情報生成処理>
これまで、特定物としての小麦を好まないユーザを広告配信先として抽出し、特定物の代替品(雑穀)を用いて作った雑穀ケーキを広告対象物とする例について説明してきた。しかしながら、広告対象物は、特定物の代替品に限らず、特定物を回避するためのものであればよい。例えば、特定物が花粉であり、広告対象物が花粉対策マスクであり、広告配信先として花粉アレルギーのユーザを抽出してもよい。
<5-6.広告配信処理>
以下、管理サーバ10及び購入用端末40による広告配信処理について図19を参照しながら説明する。
ここで、各ユーザと購入用端末40との対応づけは、購入用端末リスト602に記載されている。購入用端末40の制御部305は、広告情報を受信する。
<5-7.ルール情報更新処理>
以下、ステップS1407のルール情報更新処理の詳細について説明する。ルール情報更新処理は、管理サーバ10のルール情報更新部224が、購入用端末40から「購入意思なし」を示す購入結果情報を受け取った場合に、ルールに誤りがあると推定し実行する。
<6.変形例>
以上、本発明に係る広告配信システムの実施形態を説明したが、例示した広告配信システムを以下のように変形することも可能であり、本発明が上述の実施形態で示した通りの広告配信システムに限られないことは勿論である。
<7.補足>
以下、更に本発明の一実施形態としての広告配信方法及び広告配信システムの構成及びその変形例と効果について説明する。
(1)本発明の一実施形態に係る広告配信方法は、複数のユーザのうち一の商品を購入すると想定されるユーザに対し、前記商品の広告を配信する広告配信システムが実行する広告配信方法であって、前記複数のユーザのそれぞれが有する1以上の家電機器から、各家電機器により実行された機能を示す実行情報を収集する収集ステップと、前記複数のユーザそれぞれについて、収集した実行情報と、前記各家電機器が有する機能とを解析して、使用されていない機能を検出する検出ステップと、検出した結果に基づいて前記商品を購入すると想定されるユーザを抽出し、抽出した前記ユーザが有する家電機器に前記広告を送信する送信ステップとを含む。
(2)また、前記広告は、特定物を好まないユーザを対象とする商品についての広告であり、前記送信ステップにおいて、前記複数のユーザのうち自身の有する家電機器について、前記使用されていない機能のうちで、前記特定物を使用する機能が検出されていないユーザを抽出することとしてもよい。
(3)また、前記広告配信方法は、さらに、前記検出ステップにおいて前記使用されていない機能が検出された場合に、当該検出がされた家電機器のユーザが有するいずれかの家電機器に、当該機能が存在することを表す表示を行わせる表示ステップを含むこととしてもよい。
(4)また、前記商品は、1年のうちの特定期間に有用であり、前記検出ステップにおいて、1年のうちの特定期間において使用されていない機能を検出することとしてもよい。
(5)また、前記検出ステップにおいて、実行情報の検出頻度が所定の頻度以下である機能については、当該機能を、前記使用されていない機能とみなすこととしてもよい。
(6)また、前記検出ステップは、直近の所定期間内に収集された実行情報を用いるとしてもよい。
(7)また、前記広告は、特定物を好まないユーザを対象とする商品についての広告であり、前記送信ステップにおいて、前記複数のユーザのうち自身の有する家電機器について、前記使用されていない機能に基づき前記特定物の使用頻度が低いユーザを抽出することとしてもよい。
(8)本発明の一実施形態に係る広告配信システムは、複数のユーザのうち一の商品を購入すると想定されるユーザに対し、前記商品の広告を配信する広告配信システムであって、サーバと、前記複数のユーザのそれぞれが有する家電機器から成り、前記サーバは、前記複数のユーザのそれぞれが有する1以上の家電機器から、各家電機器により実行された機能を示す実行情報を収集する収集手段と、前記複数のユーザそれぞれについて、収集した実行情報と、前記各家電機器が有する機能とを解析して、使用されていない機能を検出する検出手段と、検出した結果に基づいて前記商品を購入すると想定されるユーザを抽出し、抽出した前記ユーザが有する家電機器に前記広告を送信する送信手段とを含む。

Claims (8)
- 複数のユーザのうち一の商品を購入すると想定されるユーザに対し、前記商品の広告を配信する広告配信システムが実行する広告配信方法であって、
前記複数のユーザのそれぞれが有する1以上の家電機器から、各家電機器により実行された機能を示す実行情報を収集する収集ステップと、
前記複数のユーザそれぞれについて、収集した実行情報と、前記各家電機器が有する機能とを解析して、使用されていない機能を検出する検出ステップと、
検出した結果に基づいて前記商品を購入すると想定されるユーザを抽出し、抽出した前記ユーザが有する家電機器に前記広告を送信する送信ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする広告配信方法。 - 前記広告は、特定物を好まないユーザを対象とする商品についての広告であり、
前記送信ステップにおいて、前記複数のユーザのうち自身の有する家電機器について、前記使用されていない機能のうちで、前記特定物を使用する機能が検出されていないユーザを抽出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の広告配信方法。 - 前記広告配信方法は、さらに、
前記検出ステップにおいて前記使用されていない機能が検出された場合に、当該検出がされた家電機器のユーザが有するいずれかの家電機器に、当該機能が存在することを表す表示を行わせる表示ステップを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の広告配信方法。 - 前記商品は、1年のうちの特定期間に有用であり、
前記検出ステップにおいて、1年のうちの特定期間において使用されていない機能を検出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の広告配信方法。 - 前記検出ステップにおいて、実行情報の検出頻度が所定の頻度以下である機能については、当該機能を、前記使用されていない機能とみなす
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の広告配信方法。 - 前記検出ステップは、直近の所定期間内に収集された実行情報を用いる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の広告配信方法。 - 前記広告は、特定物を好まないユーザを対象とする商品についての広告であり、
前記送信ステップにおいて、前記複数のユーザのうち自身の有する家電機器について、前記使用されていない機能に基づき前記特定物の使用頻度が低いユーザを抽出する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の広告配信方法。 - 複数のユーザのうち一の商品を購入すると想定されるユーザに対し、前記商品の広告を配信する広告配信システムであって、サーバと、前記複数のユーザのそれぞれが有する家電機器から成り、
前記サーバは、
前記複数のユーザのそれぞれが有する1以上の家電機器から、各家電機器により実行された機能を示す実行情報を収集する収集手段と、
前記複数のユーザそれぞれについて、収集した実行情報と、前記各家電機器が有する機能とを解析して、使用されていない機能を検出する検出手段と、
検出した結果に基づいて前記商品を購入すると想定されるユーザを抽出し、抽出した前記ユーザが有する家電機器に前記広告を送信する送信手段と
を含むことを特徴とする広告配信システム。
