盒体主体 12的底部区域 3包括塑料膜手套手腕部放置区域 31、 手掌部 放置区域 32和手指部放置区域 33;虚线部分为被放置在盒体主体 12底部的 塑料膜手套 6的结构示意图, 在盒体主体 12底部, 塑料膜手套手腕部放置 区域 31处设置有将塑料膜手套手腕部压紧在盒体底部的手腕部弹性压紧装 置 4 , 手腕部弹性压紧装置 4为卡扣结构, 卡扣开口朝向盒体底部手掌部放 置区域 32 ;在盒体主体 12底部, 塑料膜手套手指部放置区域 33处设置有将 塑料膜手套手指部压紧在盒体底部的手指部弹性压紧装置 5 , 手指部弹性压 紧装置 5为两个 T型结构, T型结构的两凸出端靠近盒体主体 12的边沿,其 中一个 T型结构手指部弹性压紧装置 5将被放置在盒体主体 12底部的塑料 膜手套 6的无名指和小指压紧在盒体的底部, 另外一个 T型结构手指部弹性 压紧装置 5将被放置在盒体主体 12底部的塑料膜手套 6的食指和中指压紧 在盒体的底部, 卡扣结构手腕部弹性压紧装置 4和 T型结构手指部弹性压紧 装置 5连接在一起, 并固定在盒体主体 12的底部, 卡扣结构手腕部弹性压 紧装置 4也固定在盒体主体 12的底部, T型结构手指部弹性压紧装置 5的两 凸出端处于自由状态; 在盒体上盖 12的表面, 盒体底部塑料膜手套手腕部 放置区域 31对应位置上,设置有可撕开的取物窗切割虚线 2 ,本实施列的取 物窗设置为正方形, 取物窗切割虚线为非封闭的 U型连线, 非闭合虚线的非 闭合端靠近盒体底部塑料膜手套手掌部对应的位置。
由于在盒体底部, 塑料膜手套手腕部放置区域处设置有将塑料膜手套手 腕部压紧在盒体底部的卡扣结构手腕部弹性压紧装置; 卡扣结构手腕部压紧 装置可以将放置在盒体里的多个塑料膜手套在手腕部压紧并相对固定在盒 体底部, 当盒体中的塑料膜手套数量较少时, 在抽取塑料膜手套时, 塑料膜 手套有手腕部弹性压紧装置将手套压紧并相对固定在盒体的底部, 而不会被 全部拽出, 卡扣结构非常便于再次放置塑料膜手套到装置中。
在盒体底部, 塑料膜手套手指部放置区域处设置有将塑料膜手套手指部 压紧在盒体底部的 T型结构手指部弹性压紧装置; T型结构手指部压紧装置 可以将放置在盒体里的多个塑料膜手套在手指部压紧并相对固定在盒体底 部, 这样使用者在抽取盒体里的塑料膜手套时, 在盒体中余下的塑料膜手的 手指部套被压紧装置压紧而不会被挪动, 始终处于平整放置状态; τ型结构 手指部压紧装置为两个, 非常方便地将被放置在盒体底部的塑料膜手套中的 四个指套压紧, 并且非常方便塑料膜手套再次被放置到装置中。
卡扣结构手腕部弹性压紧装置和 T型结构手指部弹性压紧装置连接在一 起, 并固定在盒体主体的底部。
如图 3所示, 多个被放置在塑料膜手套取放装置中的塑料膜手套 6 , 塑 料膜手套的手腕部被卡扣结构的手腕部弹性压紧装置 4压紧在盒体主体 1 2 的底部, 塑料膜手套的手指部被 T型结构的手指部弹性压紧装置 5压紧在盒 体主体 12 的底部, 手腕部弹性压紧装置 4和手指部弹性压紧装置 5为一体 结构, 并且一体结构的中间部位和手腕部弹性压紧装置 4被固定在盒体主体 12 的底部, 这样被放置的塑料膜手套接回很好地压紧在盒体的底部。
本实用新型提供的塑料膜手套取放装置中盒体的材料可以为硬质的纸 皮、 塑料或者金属, 合一通过切割、 注塑或沖压加工, 材料成本 ^艮低, 加工 工艺非常筒单, 便于批量生产; 弹性压紧装置的材料可以为具有较好弹性的 塑料或者金属, 以便使压紧装置具有良好的可靠性, 较长的使用寿命; 取物 窗切割虚线的形状可以设置为橢圓形、 橄榄球形等规则的形状, 也可以设置 为不规则的形状, 只要能达到使用者方便抽取装置中的塑料膜手套的目的即 可; 取物窗口大小可以针对不同使用人群设置为方便抽取的不同大小空间; 弹性压紧装置可以直接用胶水粘接固定在盒体底部,也可以通过螺釘或铆釘 等方式固定。

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 包括用于放置多个手腕部相互连接的塑 料膜手套的盒体, 所述盒体底部包括塑料膜手套手腕部放置区域、 塑料膜手 套手掌部放置区域和塑料膜手套手指部放置区域, 其特征在于, 在所述盒体 的上表面上设置有可撕开的取物窗切割虚线, 所述取物窗切割虚线与所述盒 体的底部的所述塑料膜手套手腕部放置区域或与所述盒体的底部的所述塑 料膜手套手掌部放置区域的位置相对应。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特征在于, 在所 述塑料膜手套手腕部放置区域设置有将塑料膜手套手腕部压紧在所述盒体 的底部的手腕部弹性压紧装置。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述 手腕部弹性压紧装置为卡扣结构, 所述卡扣开口朝向所述盒体底部手掌部放 置区域。
4. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述塑料膜手套手指部放置区域设置有将塑料膜手套手指部压紧在所述盒 体的底部的手指部弹性压紧装置。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述 手指部弹性压紧装置为 T型结构, 所述 T型结构的两 T型凸出端为分别用于 压紧塑料膜手套手指部中的两个手指的自由端。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述一种塑料膜手套取放装置,其特征在于,所述 T 型手指部弹性压紧装置为两个。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特征在于, 所述 手腕部弹性压紧装置和手指部弹性压紧装置为一体结构, 并固定在所述盒体 的底部。
8. 根据权利要求 5至 7任一项所述一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特征 在于, 所述取物窗切割虚线为闭合虚线。
9. 根据权利要求 5至 7任一项所述的一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特 征在于, 所述取物窗切割虚线为 U型非闭合虚线, 所述非闭合虚线的非闭合 端靠近所述盒体底部塑料膜手套的手掌部对应的位置。
10.根据权利要求 5至 7任一项所述的一种塑料膜手套取放装置, 其特 征在于, 所述盒体包括盒体主体和上盖, 所述盒体主体和上盖为活动连接。
