Definitions
- the present invention relates to high heels worn by women, in particular, to prevent the load from being pushed to the toes as well as to implement the cushioning to realize the comfort of walking, and to stress the inner arch of the sole to prevent deformation of the toes
- the Achilles tendon was trained to protect the joints and to prevent damage to the spine due to posture correction.
- high heels are one of the essentials. These high heels are attractive to many women because they have a visual effect to lengthen women's legs and attractiveness to emphasize ceremoniity.
- the recent high heels are so high that the height of the heel is beyond the imagination, and the height of the high heels may occur when the model of walking expert falls at the fashion show, but many women are not aware of any danger about such a thing. I am not doing it.
- the first is that if you walk for a long time in high heels with high heels, the ankle instability and forefoot pressure are excessive, and the ankle instability causes stress on the knee (knee).
- the high heels have a lot of heels so that they cover the front heels, including the toes of the feet, that is, the front nose is narrowly shaped to have aesthetic aesthetic.
- the front heels including the toes of the feet, that is, the front nose is narrowly shaped to have aesthetic aesthetic.
- all the center of gravity is focused on the forefoot.
- a lot of pressure is transmitted to the forefoot area of the toe by weight pressure.
- this pressure is directed to a specific area, the blunt or callus of the toe of the toe, as well as the cause of the corn can be the cause of the frontal toe, the end of the ulna valgus of the ankle toe, the big toe of the second toe
- the bones that protrude toward the side will cause pain.
- the excessive pressure on the forefoot and the narrow area of the front of the high heels alleviate the stress transmitted to the medial arch of the sole, and eventually the toe is bent while the shoe is worn.
- the high heel of the high heel brings calf muscle contraction, which is a problem that is not good for heel pain and other joints.
- the correct walking is to balance the entire sole of the foot, but the high heels are walking with the heel lifted and the gait in front of the toes, causing the body to tip forward.
- me being unable to grasp the normal spine line with me.
- callus or corns may be formed on the thumb of the toe, and the ankle deformation may be an O-type leg.
- the length of the gastrocnemius (calf muscle) is shortened as the heel rises, and the length of the Achilles tendon that connects it is considerably shorter.
- the waist is bent backward (only in lumbar vertebrae: risk of disc), so the length of the spine rises shorter.
- the knuckles of the lower back muscles is always suffering from back pain, the risk of the disk, the abdominal strength is weakened, even if you eat a little, you can feel the stomach out when you stand still.
- Achilles tendon which is a tendon attached to the heel bone, which is now known as the Achilles tendon, anatomically called the tendon tendon, and forms the calf at the back of the lower leg.
- Achilles tendon anatomically called the tendon tendon
- ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ is composed of gastrocnemius and apical muscles, and the lower part of these two muscles is a dry plate, and these combine to form a strong common tendon.
- the bottom of these two muscles is a dry plate, which combines to form a strong common tendon. This is the Achilles tendon.
- the lower part of the muscle is attached to the back of the calcaneus (heel bone), which can be touched through the skin just above the heel.
- the heel is pulled along with this muscle, so the foot is bent toward the sole of the foot.
- the triceps contract with the stimulus, so the foot is reflexively bent toward the sole of the foot.
- Achilles tendon reflex This phenomenon is called Achilles tendon reflex. Since the center of this reflex is in the cerebrospinal fluid part of the spinal cord, it will not reflect if a failure occurs in this part. Therefore, the loss of Achilles tendon reflex helps to diagnose diseases of the spinal cord or spinal nerve. When stepping or running, the lower back triceps contract and the Achilles tendon is strongly strained. In this case, the tendon breaks frequently when a sudden unnatural movement is applied to the tendon. This actually refers to the tendon falling or cracking at the end of the calcaneus (Achilles tendon insulation).
- Achilles tendonitis occurs when the calf muscles wear sneakers along with the heel, and the contracted Achilles tendon increases, and when the degree of contraction is severe, the patient feels a considerable pulling pain.
- the heel of the high heels is divided into a front inclined surface, a middle support surface and a rear inclined surface, and formed as protrusions so that the boundary between the front inclined surface and the middle support surface protrudes to be in close contact with the inner arch of the sole, and the flat middle support surface
- the rear and rear slopes allow the Achilles tendon of the heel to be stretched when the heel of the sole lands for walking.
- the heels of the high heels are divided into front, middle, and rear ends, so that the angle of inclination of the front and middle legs is different from the angle of inclination of the front and middle legs so that pressure can be applied to the medial arch of the sole of each foot.
- This allows the Achilles tendon of the heel to be repeatedly stretched when landing to start walking, and the protruding portions of the shear and discontinuity are caught on the medial arch of the sole, thereby preventing the pressure from being directed to the front of the sole. will be.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of a conventional high heel.
- Figure 1a is a photograph showing the form of the foot in a state wearing a conventional high heels.
- Figure 1b is a state of the calf muscle in a conventional state wearing high heels.
- Figure 2 is a perspective view of one embodiment of the heel portion of the high heels of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the bottom surface of FIG.
- Figure 5 is another embodiment of the heel portion of the bottom surface of the high heels of the present invention.
- Figure 6 is a wearing state of Figure 5;
- Figure 7 is a state in which the Achilles muscle is pulled when walking wearing high heels of the present invention.
- the best form for the practice of the present invention is a part (a) and a part (b) where the toe of the sole of the foot is supported and folded at a certain angle to the site where the toe located at the tip of the sole is connected to the sole.
- the part (c) where the heel of the sole of the rear end is in close contact is a part (a) and a part (b) where the toe of the sole of the foot is supported and folded at a certain angle to the site where the toe located at the tip of the sole is connected to the sole.
- the high heels that can be formed during the walking of the Achilles tendon is formed by the inclined surface (2) to form a protruding portion (1) at the rear end of the arch portion of the sole supporting the rear end, that is, from the portion where the heel of the sole is located will be.
- a portion where the toes at the tip of the sole are folded and supported at a predetermined angle to the portion where the sole is connected to the sole (a) and the portion where the arch portion of the sole of the rear foot is supported (b) and the The rear end of the sole of the foot is divided into a portion (c) is in close contact with the present invention, as shown in Figures 2 to 4 to form a protrusion (1) in the portion that is supported by the rear end of the arch portion of the sole and It is formed as an inclined surface (2) to be inclined downward while bending from the site where the heel of the sole is located.
- the protrusion 1 is formed so as to span the starting area of the heel of the arch of the sole, and the inclined surface 2 which is formed to be inclined downward while being curved is formed to be an upwardly curved inclined surface, and the starting point is a landing for starting to walk.
- the Achilles muscle is formed at the position where it can be pulled.
- the achilles tendon is pulled because the front heels are landed on the ground and the front heels are folded at the same time as the heel is landed, unlike the sneakers when walking, by the inclined surface leading to the end of the heel area.
- the contraction of the Achilles muscle is generated while the contraction is not repeated and the contraction state is maintained for a long time so that the contraction and retraction can be repeated.
- the buffer element (3) on the front heel chip, it is possible to extrude by the buffer element (3) during the extrusion after landing when walking, so that the arch portion of the sole can be pulled and contracted, and at the same time
- the protruding portion (1) is to support the rear end of the arch in the state of wearing high heels to prevent the weight from being forward.
- FIG 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the inclined surface 2 of the heel portion is formed as an inclined surface 2b which is curved downward.
- the inclined surface of the heel portion is an inclined surface 2a
- the inclined surface 2 of the heel portion is curved downward if the sole is easy to be worn by a person close to the flat foot. 2b) is easy to wear for those close to the foot.
- the protruding portion 1 protrudes at the starting point of 65% when the total length of the high heel is 100%, and the inclined surface 2a or downward curved upwards.
- the curved inclined surface 2b is formed over a range corresponding to 35%.
- the inclination angle is to maintain the inclination angle of 10 to 15 degrees from the protrusion 1 to the ends of the inclined surfaces 2a and 2b.
- the cushioning element (3) formed in the front of the high heels is to be positioned over the rear to the toe where the toe is to be positioned when extruded by the action of the shear force after landing with the heel of the high heels.
- the position range of this cushioning element 3 is to be positioned up to the rear of the toe.
- the shearing force is acted on by the cushioning element (3) after the landing of the heel at the time of extrusion. It is repeated.
- the protrusion 1 presses the rear end of the sole of the foot even when the shearing force is extruded, and presses the arch of the foot repeatedly during each walking, thereby dispersing the pressure that is directed to the toe while pressing the arch of the foot. It is done.
