接收单元, 配置为接收转移装置发送的会话转移消息, 所述会话转移 消息中包含有 CTI服务器根据用户终端在与所述坐席客户端进行文本聊天 会话过程中发出的语音通话请求而选取的坐席客户端的标识, 并且包含有 所述文本聊天会话的标识; 转移单元, 配置为根据接收单元接收的所述会 话转移消息中包含的所述选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的 标识, 将对应于所述文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天会话及相应的文本聊 天会话的内容信息转移给所述选取的坐席客户端。
一种文本聊天会话的转移方法, 包括:
坐席客户端接收转移装置发送的会话转移消息, 所述会话转移消息中 包含有 CTI服务器根据用户终端在与所述坐席客户端进行文本聊天会话过 程中发出的语音通话请求而选取的坐席客户端的标识, 并且包含有所述文 本聊天会话的标识; 根据接收的所述会话转移消息中包含的所述选取的坐 席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识, 将对应于所述文本聊天会话 的标识的文本聊天会话及相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息转移给选取的坐 席客户端。
本发明实施例的有益效果如下:
本发明实施例通过 CTI服务器接收到用户终端发出的语音通话请求后, 为该用户终端选取的坐席客户端与源坐席客户端不同时, 向转移装置发送 会话转移请求, 转移装置根据接收到的会话转移请求中包含的源坐席客户 端的标识, 向源坐席客户端发送会话转移消息, 源坐席客户端在接收到转 移装置发送的会话转移消息后, 将对应于文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天 会话及相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息转移给选取的坐席客户端, 从而实 现了用户在文本聊天会话过程中选择语音通话时, 选取的坐席客户端可以 接管文本聊天会话并自动获取到与上述文本聊天会话相对应的内容信息, 使得选取的坐席客户端能够更好更快的为用户提供服务, 不仅节约了网络 传输资源, 也提高了处理速度, 避免了用户在进行文本聊天会话过程中选 择语音通话时, 被分配的坐席客户端不能获取用户文本聊天会话中的内容 信息而存在的浪费网络传输资源, 降低处理速度以及降低用户体验度的问 题。 附图说明

为了解决现有技术中用户在进行文本聊天会话过程中选择语音通话 时, 被分配的坐席客户端不能获取用户文本聊天会话中的内容信息而存在 的浪费网络传输资源, 降低处理速度以及降低用户体验度的问题, 本发明 实施例提供了一种文本聊天会话转移的方案。 通过 CTI服务器接收到用户 终端发出的语音通话请求后, 为该用户终端选取的坐席客户端与源坐席客 户端不同时, 向转移装置发送会话转移请求, 转移装置根据接收到的会话 转移请求中包含的源坐席客户端的标识, 向源坐席客户端发送会话转移消 息, 源坐席客户端在接收到转移装置发送的会话转移消息后, 将对应于文 给选取的坐席客户端, 从而实现了用户在文本聊天会话过程中选择语音通 话时, 选取的坐席客户端可以自动接管文本聊天会话并获取与上述文本聊 天会话相对应的内容信息, 使得选取的坐席客户端能够更好更快的为用户 提供服务, 不仅节约了网络传输资源, 也提高了处理速度, 避免了用户在 进行文本聊天会话过程中选择语音通话时, 被分配的坐席客户端不能获取 用户文本聊天会话中的内容信息而存在的浪费网络传输资源, 降低处理速 度以及降低用户体验度的问题。
下面结合各个附图对本发明实施例技术方案的主要实现原理、 具体实 施方式及其对应能够达到的有益效果进行详细的阐述。
如图 1 所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种文本聊天会话的转移方法的 主要流程图, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 11, CTI服务器接收用户终端在与源坐席客户端进行文本聊天会 话过程中发出的语音通话请求;
其中, 用户终端与源坐席客户端进行的文本聊天会话可以通过如下方 式实现:
CTI服务器接收用户终端发出的文本聊天请求,根据预先设置的路由规 则为该用户终端分配源坐席客户端, 并控制该用户终端与源坐席客户端建 立文本聊天会话。
步骤 12, CTI服务器选取用于响应上述语音通话请求的坐席客户端; 具体的, CTI服务器按照路由规则,为该用户终端选取用于响应语音通 话请求的坐席客户端, 被选取的坐席客户端与用户终端建立语音通话会话。
步骤 13, 当源坐席客户端与选取的坐席客户端不同时, CTI服务器向 转移装置发送会话转移请求;
其中, CTI服务器向转移装置发送的会话转移请求中至少包含以下信 息: 源坐席客户端的标识、 选取的坐席客户端的标识和上述文本聊天会话 的标识。
步骤 14, 转移装置根据接收到的上述会话转移请求中包含的源坐席客 户端的标识、 选取的坐席客户端的标识和上述文本聊天会话的标识, 向源 坐席客户端发送包含选取的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识的会 话转移消息;
其中, 源坐席客户端的标识可以为源坐席客户端的 URL ( Uniform Resource Identifier, 通用资源标识符), 选取的坐席客户端的标识可以为选 取的坐席客户端的 URL, 文本聊天会话的标识可以为该文本聊天会话的流 水号, 代表唯一的一个文本聊天会话。
步骤 15, 源坐席客户端接收到转移装置发送的会话转移消息后, 将对 息转移给选取的坐席客户端;
其中, 源坐席客户端接收到转移装置发送的会话转移消息后, 将与用 户终端进行的文本聊天会话转移给选取的坐席客户端, 使用户终端和选取 的坐席客户端建立语音通话会话的同时也建立文本聊天会话, 并获取相应 的文本聊天会话的内容信息;
其中, 文本聊天会话的内容信息可以存储在数据库服务器中, 且该数 据库服务器中还需要存储文本聊天会话的标识, 每个文本聊天会话的标识 与该文本聊天会话的内容信息——对应。 在这种情况下, 该步骤可以具体 为:
源坐席客户端根据会话转移消息中包含的选取的坐席客户端的标识和 文本聊天会话的标识, 将文本聊天会话转移给选取的坐席客户端, 使用户 终端和选取的坐席客户端建立文本聊天会话, 并指示选取的坐席客户端根 容信息。
本发明实施例通过 CTI服务器接收到用户终端发出的语音通话请求后, 为该用户终端选取的坐席客户端与源坐席客户端不同时, 向转移装置发送 会话转移请求, 转移装置根据接收到的会话转移请求中包含的源坐席客户 端的标识, 向源坐席客户端发送会话转移消息, 源坐席客户端在接收到转 移装置发送的会话转移消息后, 将对应于文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天 会话及相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息转移给选取的坐席客户端, 从而实 现了用户在文本聊天会话过程中选择语音通话时, 选取的坐席客户端可以 得选取的坐席客户端能够更好更快的为用户提供服务, 不仅节约了网络传 输资源, 也提高了处理速度, 避免了用户在进行文本聊天会话过程中选择 语音通话时, 被分配的坐席客户端不能获取用户文本聊天会话中的内容信 息而存在的浪费网络传输资源, 降低处理速度以及降低用户体验度的问题。
本申请实施例提供的上述方案在实际中的一个具体应用流程示意图如 图 2所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 21, 在用户终端与坐席客户端 A进行文本聊天会话过程中, 用户 终端向 CTI服务器发起语音通话请求;
步骤 22, CTI服务器根据预先设置的路由规则为该用户终端分配坐席 客户端 B, 由坐席客户端 B为该用户终端提供语音服务;
步骤 23, CTI服务器判断坐席客户端 A与坐席客户端 B是否相同, 当 判断结果为否, 则执行结果 24;
步骤 24, CTI服务器向转移装置发送会话转移请求;
其中, 该会话转移请求中至少包含以下信息:
源坐席客户端的 URL、选取的坐席客户端的 URL和上述文本聊天会话 的流水号;
步骤 25, 转移装置根据接收到的会话转移请求中包含的坐席客户端 A 的 URL, 向坐席客户端 A发送包含坐席客户端 B的 URL和文本聊天会话 的流水号的会话转移消息;
步骤 26, 坐席客户端 A接收到上述会话转移消息后, 将对应于上述文 本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天会话及相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息转移 给坐席客户端 B, 由坐席客户端 B为该用户终端提供语音服务和文本聊天 服务, 流程结束。
步骤 26中,坐席客户端 A将对应于文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天会 话及相应的文本聊天会话的的内容信息转移给坐席客户端 B, 可以具体为: 坐席客户端 A根据会话转移消息中包含的坐席客户端 B的 URL和文本 聊天会话的流水号, 将文本聊天会话转移给坐席客户端 B, 使用户终端和 坐席客户端 B建立文本聊天会话, 并指示坐席客户端 B根据该文本聊天会 话的流水号从数据库服务器中获取相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息。
对应于本申请实施例提供的文本聊天会话的转移方法, 本申请实施例 还提供一种文本聊天会话的转移系统, 该系统的具体结构示意图如图 3 所 示, 包括 CTI服务器 31、 转移装置 32, 与用户终端进行文本聊天会话的源 坐席客户端 33和至少一个其他坐席客户端, 其中:
CTI服务器 31, 配置为接收用户终端在与源坐席客户端 33进行文本聊 天会话过程中发出的语音通话请求; 从该系统包含的坐席客户端中选取用 于响应语音通话请求的坐席客户端; 判断源坐席客户端 33与选取的坐席客 户端是否相同; 在判断结果为否时, 向转移装置 32发送会话转移请求; 转移装置 32,配置为接收 CTI服务器 31发送的会话转移请求; 并根据 该会话转移请求中包含的源坐席客户端 33的标识、 选取的坐席客户端的标 识和文本聊天会话的标识, 向源坐席客户端 33发送包含选取的坐席客户端 的标识和文本聊天会话的标识的会话转移消息;
其中, 该转移装置 32作为独立的模块, CTI服务器和源坐席客户端需 要提供给其相应的接口; 该转移装置 32 也可以集成在坐席客户端或者上 CTI服务器上。 本发明实施例是以其作为独立的模块进行说明的。
源坐席客户端 33,配置为在接收到转移装置 32发送的会话转移消息后, 将对应于文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天会话及相应的文本聊天会话的内 容信息转移给选取的坐席客户端。
该系统还可以包括:
数据库服务器 34, 配置为存储文本聊天会话的标识和相应文本聊天会 话的内容信息;
在这种情况下, 源坐席客户端 33可以具体配置为: 根据会话转移消息 中包含的选取的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识, 将文本聊天会 话转移给选取的坐席客户端, 使用户终端和选取的坐席客户端建立文本聊 天会话, 并指示选取的坐席客户端根据文本聊天会话的标识从数据库服务 器 34中获取相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息。
上述 CTI服务器 31还配置为: 在接收上述语音通话请求前, 接收用户 终端发出的文本聊天请求; 并根据预先设置的路由规则为用户终端分配源 坐席客户端;以及控制用户终端与源坐席客户端 33建立所述文本聊天会话。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种转移装置, 如图 4所示, 为该转 移装置的结构示意图, 具体包括:
接收单元 41, 配置为接收 CTI服务器发送的会话转移请求, 该会话转 移请求中包含 CTI服务器根据用户终端在与源坐席客户端进行文本聊天会 话过程中发出的语音通话请求而选取的坐席客户端的标识、 源坐席客户端 的标识和文本聊天会话的标识;
发送单元 42,配置为根据接收单元 41接收的会话转移请求中包含的源 坐席客户端的标识、 选取的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识, 向 源坐席客户端发送包含选取的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识的 会话转移消息。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种坐席客户端, 如图 5 所示, 为该 坐席客户端的结构示意图, 具体包括:
接收单元 51, 配置为接收转移装置发送的会话转移消息, 该会话转移 消息中包含有 CTI服务器根据用户终端在与坐席客户端进行文本聊天会话 过程中发出的语音通话请求而选取的坐席客户端的标识, 并且包含有文本 聊天会话的标识;
转移单元 52,配置为根据接收单元 51接收的所述会话转移消息中包含 的选取的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识, 将对应于上述文本聊 述选取的坐席客户端。
其中, 转移单元 52可以具体配置为: 根据上述会话转移消息中包含的 选取的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识, 将文本聊天会话转移给 选取的坐席客户端, 使用户终端和选取的坐席客户端建立文本聊天会话, 相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息。

1、 一种文本聊天会话的转移系统, 包括计算机电信集成 CTI服务器、 与用户终端进行文本聊天会话的源坐席客户端和至少一个其他坐席客户 端, 所述系统还包括: 转移装置; 其中,
所述 CTI服务器, 配置为接收用户终端在与源坐席客户端进行文本聊 天会话过程中发出的语音通话请求; 从所述系统包含的坐席客户端中选取 用于响应所述语音通话请求的坐席客户端; 判断所述源坐席客户端与选取 的坐席客户端是否相同; 在判断结果为否时, 向转移装置发送会话转移请 求;
所述转移装置, 配置为接收所述 CTI服务器发送的所述会话转移请求; 并根据所述会话转移请求中包含的源坐席客户端的标识、 所述选取的坐席 客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识, 向源坐席客户端发送包含所述 选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识的会话转移消息; 所述源坐席客户端, 配置为在接收到转移装置发送的所述会话转移消 息后, 将对应于所述文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天会话及相应的文本聊 天会话的内容信息转移给所述选取的坐席客户端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括:
数据库服务器, 配置为存储所述文本聊天会话的标识和相应文本聊天 会话的内容信息; 则
源坐席客户端配置为根据会话转移消息中包含的所述选取的坐席客户 端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识, 将所述文本聊天会话转移给所述选 取的坐席客户端, 并指示所述选取的坐席客户端根据所述文本聊天会话的 标识从所述数据库服务器中获取相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中, 所述 CTI服务器还配置为: 在接收所述语音通话请求前, 接收所述用户终端发出的文本聊天请求; 并根据预先设置的路由规则为所述用户终端分配所述源坐席客户端; 以及 控制所述用户终端与源坐席客户端建立所述文本聊天会话。
4、 一种文本聊天会话的转移方法, 所述方法包括:
CTI服务器接收用户终端在与源坐席客户端进行文本聊天会话过程中 发出的语音通话请求;
所述 CTI服务器选取用于响应所述语音通话请求的坐席客户端; 所述 CTI服务器判断所述源坐席客户端与选取的坐席客户端是否相同; 在判断结果为否时, 向转移装置发送会话转移请求;
所述转移装置根据接收到的所述会话转移请求中包含的源坐席客户端 的标识、 所述选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识, 向源 坐席客户端发送包含所述选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的 标识的会话转移消息;
所述源坐席客户端接收到转移装置发送的所述会话转移消息后, 将对 应于所述文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天会话及相应的文本聊天会话的内 容信息转移给所述选取的坐席客户端。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
数据库服务器存储所述文本聊天会话的标识和相应文本聊天会话的内 容信息; 则
源坐席客户端将对应于所述文本聊天会话的标识的文本聊天会话及相 应的文本聊天会话的内容信息转移给所述选取的坐席客户端, 包括:
源坐席客户端根据会话转移消息中包含的所述选取的坐席客户端的标 识和所述文本聊天会话的标识, 将所述文本聊天会话转移给所述选取的坐 席客户端, 并指示所述选取的坐席客户端根据所述文本聊天会话的标识从 所述数据库服务器中获取相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, CTI服务器接收用户终端在与源 坐席客户端进行文本聊天会话过程中发出的语音通话请求之前, 所述方法 还包括:
接收所述用户终端发出的文本聊天请求; 并
根据预先设置的路由规则为所述用户终端分配所述源坐席客户端; 以 及
控制所述用户终端与源坐席客户端建立所述文本聊天会话。
7、 一种转移装置, 所述装置包括:
接收单元, 配置为接收 CTI服务器发送的会话转移请求, 所述会话转 移请求中包含 CTI服务器根据用户终端在与源坐席客户端进行文本聊天会 话过程中发出的语音通话请求而选取的坐席客户端的标识、 所述源坐席客 户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识;
发送单元, 配置为根据接收单元接收的所述会话转移请求中包含的源 坐席客户端的标识、 选取的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识, 向 源坐席客户端发送包含所述选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话 的标识的会话转移消息。
8、 一种文本聊天会话的转移方法, 所述方法包括:
转移装置接收 CTI服务器发送的会话转移请求, 所述会话转移请求中 包含 CTI服务器根据用户终端在与源坐席客户端进行文本聊天会话过程中 发出的语音通话请求而选取的坐席客户端的标识、 所述源坐席客户端的标 识和所述文本聊天会话的标识;
转移装置根据所述会话转移请求中包含的源坐席客户端的标识、 选取 的坐席客户端的标识和文本聊天会话的标识, 向源坐席客户端发送包含所 述选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识的会话转移消息。
9、 一种坐席客户端, 所述坐席客户端包括:
接收单元, 配置为接收转移装置发送的会话转移消息, 所述会话转移 消息中包含有 CTI服务器根据用户终端在与所述坐席客户端进行文本聊天 会话过程中发出的语音通话请求而选取的坐席客户端的标识, 并且包含有 所述文本聊天会话的标识;
转移单元, 配置为根据接收单元接收的所述会话转移消息中包含的所 述选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述文本聊天会话的标识, 将对应于所述文 给所述选取的坐席客户端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的坐席客户端, 其中, 转移单元配置为: 根据所述会话转移消息中包含的所述选取的坐席客户端的标识和所述 文本聊天会话的标识, 将所述文本聊天会话转移给所述选取的坐席客户端, 器中获取相应的文本聊天会话的内容信息。
11、 一种文本聊天会话的转移方法, 所述方法包括:
