Abstract

 本発明は、全血測定を可能とし、全血処理時の測定値のばらつきが少なく、極めて正確な測定結果を得ることができるとともに、全血、血清、及び血漿を同じ装置内で測定することができるSPR又はSPFS免疫測定方法を提供することを課題とする。 本発明は、SPR(表面プラズモン共鳴法)又はSPFS(表面プラズモン励起増強蛍光分光法)を利用する免疫測定方法であって、試料の吸光度を測定する吸光度測定工程と、該吸光度測定工程で測定した吸光度の結果に対応したモードを設定するモード設定工程と、該モード設定工程で設定したモードに応じて処理条件が設定された一または複数の工程と、を含むSPR又はSPFS免疫測定方法により、上記課題を解決する。
