Abstract

La présente invention concerne un four (1) comportant un corps extérieur (5) présentant deux parois latérales (2), une paroi arrière (3), une paroi supérieure (4), un chemisage (6) positionné dans le corps extérieur (5) de façon à ménager un interstice entre eux, au moins un ventilateur (7) disposé entre le corps extérieur (5) et le chemisage (6) et déplaçant de l'air, un couvercle (8) possédant une position fermée (C) où l'avant du corps extérieur (5) est entièrement fermé, une position ouverte (O) dans laquelle le couvercle (8) est amené à partir de la position fermée (C) en étant déplacé, permettant un accès dans le corps extérieur (5) et au moins une ouverture (9) pratiquée sur la paroi latérale (2), au moins un organe (10) de guidage étant situé sur au moins une ouverture (9), entre la paroi latérale (2) et le chemisage (6) et assurant l'orientation de l'air entrant de l'ouverture (9) vers l'espace compris entre la paroi latérale (2) et le chemisage (6) en direction de la paroi arrière (3).
