Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de montage d'un poussoir (1) pour une pompe d'injection, ledit poussoir (1) comportant une enveloppe (2) de type élément tubulaire, au niveau de la face frontale annulaire d'entrée (3) de laquelle est monté un boulon (7) porteur d'un rouleau (6). Un élément pont (9) est disposé à part, axialement en-dessous du rouleau (6), pour relier ainsi deux points opposés d'une surface intérieure (8) de l'enveloppe (2), et il comporte une face frontale inférieure (10) laquelle est située d'un côté d'une face frontale annulaire de sortie (11) de l'enveloppe (2) et laquelle sert d'appui pour une pièce qui suit ledit poussoir. L'élément pont (9) est retenu, vers la face frontale annulaire d'entrée (3), par un appui (17) faisant saillie depuis la surface intérieure (8), et ledit élément pont est pourvu d'un doigt (13) faisant saillie depuis sa surface extérieure (12), ledit doigt (13) passant par un orifice (14) ménagé dans l'enveloppe (2) pour réaliser un blocage en rotation. L'élément pont (9), réalisé sous forme d'une barre longitudinale aux parois épaisses, et le doigt (13) sont acheminés séparément, l'un d'entre eux étant tout d'abord amené au poussoir, où il est maintenu dans sa position finale ou à proximité de sa position finale, lesdites pièces étant ensuite réunies au sein du poussoir (1).
