并且, 视频监控系统的维护人员在系统中查询历史告警信息时, 只能 查询到某个摄像头产生了告警以及产生告警的时间信息, 这样就不利于后 期通过视频监控系统对监控区域一段时间内产生的告警情况进行准确的统 计和梳理。 同时, 现有视频监控系统中对监控区域告警源身份的确认方式 主要采用人脸识别等手段, 但人脸识别手段受监控画面质量(例如: 天气 阴暗或光线不好等情况下造成的监控画面质量下降), 告警源伪装等因素的 影响, 在进行人脸识別的效果上往往大打折扣, 以致现有的视频监控系统 出现告警误报或者不报等情况常常发生。
因此, 目前亟需提供一种能为现有的视频监控系统对告警出现后对告 警源身份进行有效确认, 防止告警误报或者不报, 并为后续的告警历史数 据统计与梳理提供准确依据的告警身份确认方法。 发明内容
鉴于此, 本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种视频监控系统告警身份确 认方法、 装置及系统。
为了达到本发明实施例的目的, 其釆用以下技术方案:
一种视频监控系统告警身份确认方法, 包括:
检测前端告警, 并据此通知手机信号侦听单元采集相应监控区域内的 手机信号;
解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发送告警确认消息; 依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所述前端告警。
优选地, 检测前端告警的方式包括: 移动侦测告警、 门禁告警。
优选地, 解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发送告警确认消 息的步驟包括:
解析所述手机信号, 获取相应的手机号码信息;
依据预设的告警确认策略判断是否向相应的手机号码发送告警确认消 息。
优选地, 在执行所有步驟之后, 所述视频监控系统告警身份确认方法 还包括:
将所述前端告警记录至历史告警信息库时, 同步记录与该前端告警相 对应的手机号码, 以为后续的告警信息统计与梳理处理提供依据。 优选地, 依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所述前端告警的 方法包括:

检测单元, 配置为检测前端告警;
手机信号侦听单元, 配置为在检测单元检测到前端告警时, 采集相应 监控区域内的手机信号;
第一处理单元, 配置为解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发 送告警确认消息;
第二处理单元, 配置为依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所 述前端告警。

第一处理单元, 配置为解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发 送告警确认消息;
第二处理单元, 配置为依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所 述前端告警。
通过上述本发明实施例的技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例提供的视 频监控系统告警身份确认方法可方便的在视频监控系统中实施, 可靠性高, 其中所涉及到的相关预设条件可灵活设置, 提高了视频监控系统告警的准 确性。 附图说明

本发明目的的实现、 功能特点及优异效果, 下面将结合具体实施例以 及附图做进一步的说明。 具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的详细描 述, 以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施, 但所举 实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
本发明实施例通过在视频监控系统摄像头监控区域, 利用手机信号侦 听单元采集出现在监控区域内的手机信号, 并对其解析后将对应的手机号 码存储, 并将其与视频监控系统的告警流程结合, 在视频监控系统中发生 前端告警时, 通过给出现在监控区域的手机号码发送告警确认消息(例如 以短信的形式发送)进行身份确认, 从而达到警示告警和确认告警身份的 目的, 利用该方法还可以在将其记录至历史告警信息库时, 同步记录该告 警发生时在该监控区域中出现的手机号码, 从而为以后对监控区域的告警 进行统计梳理提供有效的身份数据。
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种视频监控系统告警身份确认方 法, 包括:
S10、 检测前端告警, 并据此通知手机信号侦听单元采集相应监控区域 内的手机信号;
在具体实施时, 所述手机信号侦听单元与所述前端一起安装于监控区 域。
S20、 解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发送告警确认消息; 在具体实施时, 所述告警确认消息为包含警示内容的告警确认消息, 与所述手机号码对应的手机终端在收到该告警确认消息之后, 用户可以通 过告警确认消息中的提示信息或者根据用户的主观用意进行回复。
S30、 依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所述前端告警。 具体实施时, 在所述步驟 S10 中, 检测前端告警的方式包括: 移动侦 测告警、 门禁告警, 除此之外, 本领域的技术人员不难获知视频监控系统 中其他用以进行告警产生的方法同样适用, 本文对此不——列举。
优选实施方式下, 在所述步骤 S20 中, 解析所述手机信号, 并向解析 出的手机号码发送告警确认消息的步驟包括:
5201、 解析所述手机信号, 获取相应的手机号码信息;
在该步骤中, 依据手机信号解析相应的手机号码为本领域技术人员所 掌握的现有技术, 本文对此不作详细说明。
5202、 依据预设的告警确认策略判断是否向相应的手机号码发送告警 确认消息。
具体实施时, 例如, 所述预设的告警确认策略可以设置为: 当解析出 的手机号码与预先存储的指定可信任人员 (例如管理人员、 维护人员或其 他与监控区域相关的内部人员) 的手机号码完全一致时, 则判断该告警为 身份确认告警, 此时不向相应的手机号码发送告警确认消息; 当解析出的 手机号码和预先设置的信任号码不匹配时, 则发送告警确认短消息至相应 的手机号码, 例如在所述告警确认短消息中携带了警示提示内容, 具体实 施时, 可以在系统设置一个开关, 通过该开关可以关闭发送告警确认短消 息的功能, 系统只做告警信息和相关手机号码的采集和统计工作。
优选实施方式下, 在执行所有步骤 S30之后, 所述视频监控系统告警 身份确认方法还包括:
S40、 将所述前端告警记录至历史告警信息库时, 同步记录与该前端告 警相对应的手机号码, 以为后续的告警信息统计与梳理处理提供依据。
优选地, 依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所述前端告警的 方法包括:
S301、 如在预设的等待时间内没有获取相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则 依据预设的第一告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前端 告警标记为未确认身份告警并记录至历史告警信息库;
所述预设的等待时间可以由本领域的技术人员根据具体情况自行进行 设置, 本文对此不做过多限制。
对于所述第一告警消除策略而言, 在规定时间内没收到相应手机号码 回复的告警确认反馈消息, 此时无法解析手机号码, 这类情况可以认为该 告警为未确认身份告警。
或者, S302、 如在预设的等待时间内获取到相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则依据预设的第二告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前 端告警以及相应的手机号码信息记录至历史告警信息库。
同样的, 所述预设的等待时间可以由本领域的技术人 根据具体情况 自行进行设置, 本文对此不做过多限制。
对于所述第二告警消除策略而言, 其可以设置为: 当手机号码与预先 存储的指定可信任人员 (例如管理人员、 维护人员或其他与监控区域相关 的内部人员) 的手机号码完全一致时, 则判断该告警为身份确认的告警, 此时确认所述前端告警, 并将所述前端告警以及相应的手机号码信息作为 确认消息记录至历史告警信息库。 当解析出的手机号码和预先设置的信任号码不匹配时, 则发送告警确 认短消息至相应的手机号码, 例如在所述告警确认短消息中携带了警示提 示内容, 具体实施时, 可以在系统设置一个开关, 通过该开关可以关闭发 送告警确认短消息的功能, 系统只做告警信息和相关手机号码的采集和统 计工作。
在收到用户反馈的告警确认反馈消息之后, 系统将消息中的身份确认 码和系统预设的身份确认码进行匹配, 匹配成功时, 则将所述前端告警以 及相应的手机号码信息记录至历史告警信息库。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例还提供了一种视频监控系统告警身份确认 装置, 包括:
检测单元 10, 配置为检测前端告警;
手机信号侦听单元 20, 配置为在检测单元 10检测到前端告警时,釆集 相应监控区域内的手机信号;
第一处理单元 30, 配置为解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码 发送告警确认消息;
第二处理单元 40, 配置为依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除 所述前端告警。

具体地, 第二处理单元 40依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除 所述前端告警的方法包括:
如在预设的等待时间内没有获取相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则依据预 设的第一告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前端告警标 记为未确认身份告警并记录至历史告警信息库 50;
对于所述第一告警消除策略而言, 在规定时间内没收到相应手机号码 回复的告警确认反馈消息, 此时无法解析手机号码, 这类情况可以认为该 告警为没有确认告警身份。
或者, 如在预设的等待时间内获取到相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则依 据预设的第二告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前端告 警以及相应的手机号码信息记录至历史告警信息库 50。
对于所述第二告警消除策略而言, 其可以设置为: 当手机号码与预先 存储的指定可信任人员 (例如管理人员、 维护人员或其他与监控区域相关 的内部人员) 的手机号码完全一致时, 则判断该告警为身份确认的告警, 此时确认所述前端告警, 并将所述前端告警以及相应的手机号码信息作为 确认消息记录至历史告警信息库 50。
当解析出的手机号码和预先设置的信任号码不匹配时, 则发送告警确 认短消息至相应的手机号码, 例如在所述告警确认短消息中携带了警示提 示内容, 具体实施时, 可以在系统设置一个开关, 通过该开关可以关闭发 送告警确认短消息的功能, 系统只做告警信息和相关手机号码的采集和统 计工作。
在收到用户反馈的告警确认反馈消息之后, 系统将消息中的身份确认 码和系统预设的身份确认码进行匹配, 匹配成功时, 则将所述前端告警以 及相应的手机号码信息记录至历史告警信息库。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中的检测单元 10可以由具备告警检测功 能的检测器件实现, 手机信号侦听单元 20可以由手机信号采集器实现, 第 一处理单元 30和第二处理单元 40可以由告警身份确认装置的中央处理器 ( CPU )或数字信号处理(DSP ) 芯片来实现, 历史告警信息库 50可以由 硬盘等硬件存储器来实现。
本发明实施例还提供了一种视频监控系统, 其包括如上所述的视频监 控系统告警身份确认装置, 继续参照图 2, 所述装置包括:
检测单元 10, 配置为检测前端告警;
手机信号侦听单元 20, 配置为在检测单元 10检测到前端告警时, 采集 相应监控区域内的手机信号;
第一处理单元 30, 配置为解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码 发送告警确认消息;
笫二处理单元 40, 配置为依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除 所述前端告警。 下文将参考附图 3-6详细阐述本发明提及的为视频监控系统提供告警 身份确认并在记录历史告警时同步记录该告警发生时监控区域内手机号码 的方法。
步骤 1、 如图 3所示, 视频监控系统在摄像设备出现前端告警后, 通知 手机信号侦听单元 20采集出现在监控区域的手机信号, 手机信号侦听单元 20将采集到的手机号码上报视频监控系统中的身份确认子系统。
步骤 2、 如图 4所示, 身份确认子系统收到上报的手机号码后, 根据预 先设置的相关条件对手机号码进行分析, 并根据分析的结果向手机号码发 送带警示提示的身份确认短消息 (即告警确认消息), 具体步骤如下:
Al、 判断上报的手机号码是否和预先设置的自动确认告警的手机号码 完全匹配, 如完全匹配则自动确认该告警, 标记该告警为身份确认告警, 流程进入步骤 4描述的历史告警记录流程,如不完全匹配,则进入步骤 Bl。
其中, 自动确认告警的手机号码是指预先设置在身份确认子系统中的 手机号码, 例如, 内部管理员的手机号码等。
完全匹配是指视频监控告警系统分析出现在告警区域的告警源个数, 依据收集到的手机号码个数进行完全判断。 例如, 上报的出现在监控区域 的手机号码有 3个, 而设置的自动确认告警手机号码只有 1个, 这种情况 下上报的手机号码最多能匹配 1 个自动确认告警手机号码, 该情况认为不 满足完全匹配的条件。
Bl、 判断是否需要向上报的手机号码发送带警示提示的身份确认短消 息, 如需要发送, 则进入步骤 C1 ; 不需要发送, 则标记该告警为未确认身 份告警进入步骤 4。
C1、 身份确认子系统向上报的手机号码发送带警示提示的身份确认短 消息,发送成功后进入步骤 3, 身份确认子系统等待并处理告警源回复确认 告警身份短消息; 发送不成功, 则标记该告警为未确认告警并进入步骤 4。
带警示提示的身份确认短消息可以在身份确认子系统中预先进行编辑 配置, 主要起警告告警源进入某区域触发了某类告警, 并提示告警源用确 认码回复该短信进行身份确认的作用。
步驟 3、如图 5所示, 身份确认子系统等待并处理告警源回复确认告警 身份短消息, 具体包括下列几个步骤:
A2、 如在预先设置的等待时间阀值后没收到回复的确认告警身份短消 息, 认为该告警没有进行告警身份确认, 标记该告警为未确认告警进入步 骤 4。
B2、 在预先设置的等待时间阀值内收到回复的确认告警身份短消息 , 身份确认子系统判断其中的身份确认码, 如和预先在系统中设置的身份确 认码匹配, 则自动确认该告警, 标记该告警为身份确认告警, 流程进入步 驟 4描述的历史告警记录流程; 如身份确认码不匹配, 则标记该告警为未 确认告警进入步驟 4。
步驟 4、 如图 6所示, 在身份确认子系统流程处理告警信息后, 告警流 程进入历史告警流程阶段, 具体步驟如下:
A3、 在身份确认子系统处理告警进行后, 如告警为未确认身份告警, 置历史告警标记为未确认身份告警,进入步骤 B3 ,如告警为身份确认告警, 置历史告警标记为确认身份告警, 进入步骤 B3。
B3、在步骤 A3处理完历史告警标记后,在存储介盾中保存告警信息保 存告警相关信息的同时保存告警发生时出现在监控区域内的手机号码, 对 于确认身份的手机号码和未确认身份的手机号码可分别展示在历史告警查 询界面上。
需要特别说明的是, 步骤 4提到的在记录历史告警的同时, 同步记录 该告警产生时出现在监控区域内的手机号码, 处理时可根据告警信息的最 终状态 (未确认身份告警或确认身份告警)分别重点记录确认身份的号码 或未确认身份的号码, 为日后对告警信息进行统计和梳理提供了有效的身 份依据。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 或直 接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范 围内。

权利要求书
1、 一种视频监控系统告警身份确认方法, 包括:
检测前端告警, 并据此通知手机信号侦听单元采集相应监控区域内 的手机信号;
解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发送告警确认消息; 依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所述前端告警。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认方法, 其中, 检 测前端告警的方式包括: 移动侦测告警、 门禁告警。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认方法, 其中, 解 析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发送告警确认消息的步骤包括: 解析所述手机信号, 获取相应的手机号码信息;
依据预设的告警确认策略判断是否向相应的手机号码发送告警确认 消息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认方法, 其特征在 于, 在执行所有步骤之后, 还包括:
将所述前端告警记录至历史告警信息库时, 同步记录与该前端告警 相对应的手机号码, 以为后续的告警信息统计与梳理处理提供依据。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认方法, 其中, 依 据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所述前端告警的方法包括: 如在预设的等待时间内没有获取相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则依据 预设的第一告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前端告 警标记为未确认身份告警并记录至历史告警信息库;
或, 如在预设的等待时间内获取到相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则依 据预设的第二告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前端 告警以及相应的手机号码信息记录至历史告警信息库。
6、 一种视频监控系统告警身份确认装置, 包括: 检测单元, 配置为检测前端告警;
手机信号侦听单元, 配置为在检测单元检测到前端告警时, 采集相 应监控区域内的手机信号;
第一处理单元, 配置为解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码 发送告警确认消息;
第二处理单元, 配置为依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除 所述前端告警。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认装置, 其中, 检 测单元检测前端告警的方式包括: 移动侦测告警、 门禁告警。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认装置, 其中, 第 一处理单元解析所述手机信号, 并向解析出的手机号码发送告警确认消 息的步驟包括:
解析所述手机信号, 获取相应的手机号码信息;
依据预设的告警确认策略判断是否向相应的手机号码发送告警确认 消息。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认装置, 其中, 还 包括:
历史告警信息库, 配置为在第二处理单元依据获取的告警确认反馈 消息选择是否消除所述前端告警之后, 将所述前端告警记录至历史告警 信息库, 并同步记录与该前端告警相对应的手机号码, 以为后续的告警 信息统计与梳理处理提供依据。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的视频监控系统告警身份确认装置, 其中, 第二处理单元依据获取的告警确认反馈消息选择是否消除所述前端告警 的方法包括:
如在预设的等待时间内没有获取相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则依据 预设的第一告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前端告 警标记为未确认身份告警并记录至历史告警信息库;
或, 如在预设的等待时间内获取到相应的告警确认反馈消息, 则依 据预设的第二告警消除策略选择是否消除所述前端告警, 并将所述前端 告警以及相应的手机号码信息记录至历史告警信息库。
