技术领域
本发明涉及传送系统技术领域,特别涉及一种滚筒和传送装置。
背景技术
目前的传送装置由传送带和滚筒组成,在传送的过程中,由于传送带老化或其他杂质进入到传送带下方,传送带运转摩擦力增大,造成传送带延展;此外,传送带在运转一段时间后,也会自然延展。一旦出现传送带延展,遇到被传送的物品的重量比较轻或传送带表面摩擦力比较小的情况时,被传送的物品便不会被传输出去,出现滚筒空转的情况,即马达在转动,但是不能带动传送带转动,这个时候需要对传送带的张紧度进行调节。此外,在实际使用过程中,由于传送装置传送的物品不同,往往也需要调节传送带的张紧程度以适应不同的需求。现有技术中,一般通过增加两滚筒之间的距离来调节传送带的张紧程度,即通过移动一个或两个滚筒来调节传送带的张紧程度。但是,移动滚筒需要拆卸传送装置的其他相关机构,或者是在传送装置上增设控制滚筒移动的机构,从而使传送装置的结构较为复杂,并且调节传送带张紧程度作业的效率也较低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的为提供一种传送带张紧度调节方便的滚筒和传送装置。
本发明提出一种滚筒,包括滚筒内圈、滚筒外圈和充气气垫,所述充气气垫设置于所述滚筒内圈和滚筒外圈之间,且该充气气垫的体积随充气量变化。
优选地,所述滚筒内圈为刚性金属,所述滚筒外圈为弹性硬质橡胶,所述充气气垫为柔软的密封套体,所述充气气垫套设于所述滚筒内圈外壁,所述滚筒外圈套设于所述充气气垫外壁。
优选地,所述滚筒的外径随所述充气气垫的充气量增加而增大,在所述充气气垫完全充气后,所述滚筒的外径与所述滚筒外圈的最大形变后的直径相同。
优选地,所述充气气垫上设有用于向所述充气气垫充气的气嘴。
本发明还提出一种传送装置,包括滚筒,所述滚筒包括滚筒内圈、滚筒外圈和充气气垫,所述充气气垫设置于所述滚筒内圈和滚筒外圈之间,且该充气气垫的体积随充气量变化。
优选地,所述滚筒的外径随所述充气气垫的充气量增加而增大,在所述充气气垫完全充气后,所述滚筒的外径与所述滚筒外圈的最大形变后的直径相同。
优选地,所述充气气垫上设有用于向所述充气气垫充气的气嘴。
优选地,所述传送装置还包括传送带,所述传送带套设于所述滚筒外圈的外壁。
优选地,所述传送装置还包括马达,所述马达的传动机构连接所述滚筒,带动所述滚筒转动,滚筒带动传送带运动。

优选地,所述传送装置还包括传送带,所述传送带套设于所述滚筒外圈的外壁。
优选地,所述传送装置还包括马达,所述马达的传动机构连接所述滚筒,带动所述滚筒转动,滚筒带动传送带运动。
本发明通过调整充气气垫的充气量,使滚筒的外径随充气气垫的充气量增加而增大,套设于滚筒外壁的传送带被拉紧,从而达到增大传送带张紧度的目的,无需拆卸传送装置的其他机构,操作简单方便,节省人力,节约作业时间。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1(a)和图1(b)所示,图1(a)是本发明滚筒在充气气垫未充气时的结构示意图,图1(b)是本发明滚筒在充气气垫完全充气后的结构示意图。该实施例提出的滚筒,包括滚筒内圈10、滚筒外圈20和充气气垫30,充气气垫30设置于滚筒内圈10和滚筒外圈20之间,通过对充气气垫30充气,使滚筒外圈20产生形变,进而改变整个滚筒的外径,即滚筒的外径随充气气垫30的充气量增加而增大。
其中,滚筒内圈10为刚性金属,例如铁质材料,可防止被硬物或杂质刺穿滚筒内圈10;滚筒外圈20为弹性硬质橡胶,其可防止被硬物或杂质刺穿滚筒外圈20,并且具有弹性,可随充气气垫30的充气量变化而发生弹性形变。充气气垫30为柔软的密封套体,套设于滚筒内圈10外壁,滚筒外圈20套设于充气气垫30外壁。充气气垫30上设有气嘴31,可对充气气垫30充气而改变充气气垫30的体积。在充气气垫30未充气时,充气气垫30贴附在滚筒内圈10外围,滚筒外圈20贴附在充气气垫30外围;充气气垫30充气时,充气气垫30体积增大,将滚筒外圈20撑开,滚筒的外径随充气气垫30的充气量增加而增大;在充气气垫30完全充气后,滚筒外圈20达到最大形变,此时,滚筒的外径与滚筒外圈20的最大形变后的直径相同。本实施例通过调整充气气垫30的充气量,使滚筒的外径随充气气垫30的充气量增加而增大,从而实现对滚筒外径大小的调节。
如图2(a)和图2(b)所示,图2(a)是本发明传送装置在充气气垫未充气时的结构示意图,图2(b)是本发明传送装置在充气气垫完全充气后的结构示意图。本实施例提出的传送装置,包括两滚筒100、传送带200和马达(图未示),其中,滚筒100包括滚筒内圈、滚筒外圈和充气气垫,充气气垫设置于滚筒内圈和滚筒外圈之间,传送带200套设于滚筒外圈的外壁,马达的传动机构连接滚筒100,带动滚筒100转动,滚筒100带动传送带200运动。
本发明传送装置包括的滚筒100可包括前述图1(a)和图1(b)所示实施例中所有技术方案,其详细结构可参照前述实施例,在此不做赘述。由于采用了前述滚筒100的方案,本发明的传送装置相对现有的传送装置而言,只需通过调整充气气垫的充气量,即可实现对滚筒100外径大小的调节,当充气气垫充气时,充气气垫将滚筒外圈撑开,整个滚筒100的外径随充气气垫的充气量增加而增大,套设于滚筒100外壁的传送带200被拉紧,从而达到增大传送带200张紧度的目的,无需拆卸传送装置的其他机构,操作简单方便,节省人力,节约作业时间。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒,其特征在于,所述滚筒内圈为刚性金属,所述滚筒外圈为弹性硬质橡胶,所述充气气垫为柔软的密封套体,所述充气气垫套设于所述滚筒内圈外壁,所述滚筒外圈套设于所述充气气垫外壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒,其特征在于,所述滚筒的外径随所述充气气垫的充气量增加而增大,在所述充气气垫完全充气后,所述滚筒的外径与所述滚筒外圈的最大形变后的直径相同。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒,其特征在于,所述充气气垫上设有用于向所述充气气垫充气的气嘴。
  5. 一种传送装置,其特征在于,包括滚筒,所述滚筒包括滚筒内圈、滚筒外圈和充气气垫,所述充气气垫设置于所述滚筒内圈和滚筒外圈之间,且该充气气垫的体积随充气量变化。
