本人在中国已申请一种玩具汽车专利, 专利申请号为 201220493402.6, 包 括汽车主体、 驱动装置、 电解质溶液动力装置以及汽车前轮和前轮轴, 所述驱 动装置包括马达和连接齿轮, 所述电解质溶液动力装置可拆卸的插入汽车主体 的后端, 所述马达固定在汽车主体前端且位于所述前轮轴旁内侧; 所述马达一 端的马达齿轮与所述连接齿轮相啮合, 所述连接齿轮固定在所述前轮轴上, 前 轮轴两端固定汽车前轮并安装在所述汽车主体上, 但是汽车在跑动过程中, 特 别是在快速跑动过程中, 汽车车轮及车轮轴很容易晃动, 另外, 汽车在跑动过 程中如果受到撞击会造成更大的晃动, 从而使所述连接齿轮与所述马达齿轮之 间的啮合不牢固, 导致汽车无法正常运转。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种马达齿轮和连接齿轮之间啮合牢 固, 使其正常运转的玩具汽车。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种玩具汽车, 包括汽车主 体、 连接齿轮、 汽车前轮以及前轮轴, 所述连接齿轮固定在所述前轮轴上, 所 述汽车主体上设置有用于固定所述连接齿轮的固定装置。
优选的, 所述固定装置包括用于放置前轮轴的放置槽, 所述连接齿轮固定 在前轮轴一端。 把连接齿轮固定在前轮轴上, 设置放置槽将前轮轴进行限位固 定, 从而就固定了连接齿轮, 使其能够和马达齿轮正常啮合。

优选的, 所述放置槽的宽度从开口处向内先变窄后变宽最后再变窄并闭合 设置, 中部最窄处为用于限位前轮轴的限位部, 所述限位部的宽度小于前轮轴 的直径。 从放置槽开口处将前轮轴向下按压通过中间限位部将前轮轴限位固定, 这种固定方式筒单、 使用方便, 而且固定牢固、 可靠。

本发明由于在汽车主体上设置有用于固定连接齿轮的固定装置, 所述连接 齿轮固定在前轮轴上, 从而通过固定装置将连接齿轮牢固的固定在所述前轮轴 上并进行限位, 使其不易晃动, 进而保证连接齿轮与马达齿轮牢固啮合, 使其 正常工作。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种玩具汽车, 包括汽车主体、 连接齿轮、 汽车前轮以及前轮 轴, 如图 1和图 2所示, 所述连接齿轮 2固定在所述前轮轴 3上, 汽车主体上 设置有用于固定连接齿轮 1的固定装置; 从而通过固定装置将连接齿轮 1牢固 的固定在所述前轮轴 3上并进行限位, 使其不易晃动, 进而保证连接齿轮 2与 马达齿轮牢固啮合, 使其正常工作。
在本实施例中, 所述固定装置包括一用于放置前轮轴 3的放置槽 1 , 所述连 接齿轮 2固定在前轮轴 3—端,所述汽车主体上设置一用于放置所述连接齿轮 2 的通孔 4, 利用通孔 4放置连接齿轮 1保证连接齿轮 2正常工作。 把连接齿轮 2 固定在前轮轴 3上, 设置放置槽 1将前轮轴 3进行限位固定, 从而就固定了连 接齿轮 2, 使其能够和马达齿轮正常啮合。 另外, 连接齿轮 2的直径小于汽车前 轮的直径, 从而可保证前轮正常运转, 避免因连接齿轮 2设置过大而影响玩具 汽车的跑动。
如图 1所示, 所述放置槽 1的宽度从开口处向内先变窄后变宽最后再变窄 并闭合设置, 中部最窄处为用于限位前轮轴 3的限位部 11 , 所述限位部 11的宽 度小于前轮轴 3的直径; 从放置槽 1开口处将前轮轴 3向下按压通过中部限位 部 11将前轮轴 3限位固定, 这种固定方式筒单、 使用方便, 而且固定牢固、 可 靠。
如图 2所示, 所述固定装置还包括通孔两侧用于限位连接齿轮的一弓形凸 起 5和汽车主体上一侧壁凸起 6;利用汽车主体上一侧壁上的侧壁凸起 6和一弓 形凸起 5对连接齿轮进行限位, 连接齿轮就放置在侧壁凸起 6和弓形凸起 5之 间的通孔处, 从而限位效果好, 以便使连接齿轮同马达齿轮正常啮合; 即使在 玩具汽车跑动过程或跑动的较快时也能够保证汽车前轮和前轮轴以及连接齿轮 正常运转。 在本实施例中, 所述连接齿轮两侧中部分别设置有向外凸起的并分 别与所述弓形凸起 5和侧壁凸起 6配合的凸台。 通过连接齿轮上的凸台与弓形 凸起 5和侧壁凸起 6一起对连接齿轮进行限位, 当凸台和弓形凸起 5或侧壁凸 起 6有接触时, 其接触面积很小并不会影响到连接齿轮的转动, 从而保证连接 齿轮正常转动; 另外, 凸台还能够起到增大连接齿轮和前轮轴 3 的连接面积, 从而增强固定效果。
如图 2所示, 所述弓形凸起 5的开口为放置槽 1的一部分, 这样设置可以 保证前轮轴 3 的安装放置且对连接齿轮的限位效果好。 当然对连接齿轮进行限 位的装置也可以设置成其他结构或形状, 本实施例中并不限定仅仅将限位装置 设置成弓形凸起和侧壁凸起。
在本实施例中, 如图 1和图 2所示, 所述汽车主体上还设置有用于避让汽 车前后车轮的避空位 8, 所述避空位 8为圓弧型结构, 所述圓弧的直径大于对应 汽车车轮的直径; 将汽车车轮设置安装在所述避空位 8下端, 所述避空位 8可 以对汽车车轮起到保护作用, 由于汽车车轮大多采用圓形结构设置, 所以将避 空位 8对应汽车车轮的结构设置, 从而可以避免避空位 8与汽车车轮接触, 从 而保证汽车正常运转。 另外, 这样设置使汽车外形更加美观。
如图 2所示, 所述玩具汽车还包括汽车后轮和后轮轴, 所述汽车主体上还 设置一用于放置后轮轴的后轮轴放置槽 7。这样设置同样可以使汽车后轮轴能够 牢固的限位在后轮轴放置槽 7内, 且这种固定方式筒单、 使用方便。 本实施例是通过车轮轴放置槽将车轮轴放置在其内进行限位和使其限位效 果更佳, 尤其是汽车前轮轴上还设置有连接齿轮, 从而对连接齿轮的限位作用 就更大, 进而保证连接齿轮和马达齿轮能够正常的啮合。 然而, 本实施例并不 限定仅通过放置槽对车轮轴进行限位, 也可以通过在汽车主体上设置通孔, 通 过插入的方式将汽车车轮轴插进通孔内, 然后再去固定车轮。
