Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'oxyde de zinc de taille nanométrique de pureté élevée à partir de minerai d'oxyde de zinc à faible teneur par un traitement à l'ammoniaque. Le procédé comprend : prendre à la chaux éteinte de 3-5% en masse de minerai d'oxyde de zinc à faible teneur pour l'activation avant lixiviation, ensuite prendre une solution d'eau ammoniacale et de bicarbonate d'ammonium en tant qu'agent de lixiviation, ajouter 0,3-0,5 kg de fluorosilicate de sodium par mètre cube de l'agent de lixiviation pour la lixiviation, purifier pour éliminer les impuretés et raffiner. D'un côté, la lixiviation efficace du minerai d'oxyde de zinc à faible teneur est obtenue, et l'oxyde de zinc de taille nanométrique de pureté élevée avec une grande surface spécifique peut être obtenu à une faible température de calcination; et d'un autre côté, le procédé de traitement est faible en consommation d'énergie, les métaux lourds précieux et nocifs dans le minerai d'oxyde de zinc à faible teneur peuvent être tous lixiviés pour être utilisés et nettoyés avec de l'eau, et par conséquent on obtient une économie, une utilisation respectueuse de l'environnement et raisonnable des ressources renouvelables.
