技术领域
本发明涉及液体 (粉末、 其它化工产品) 运输技术领域, 特别是涉及槽罐 车槽罐结构领域。 背景技术
现代工业发展迅速, 各种液体 (粉末、 其它化工产品) 需求巨大, 传统运 输工具运输途中基本都是一半空载的现象, 而且一次只能运输一种产品, 在加 上槽罐车本身只能运输特殊产品的局限性, 使得槽罐车多方面经营成本增加, 这就造成了此类产品运输成本高、 资源浪费、 槽罐车难找等弊端。 发明内容
本发明为一种可伸缩槽罐组设计方法及装置, 此装置在缩回状态时, 体积 小, 便于整体移动、 装卸。 优选的, 当槽罐车用此结构设置时, 可在运输往返途中配货行驶, 解决一 半空载的现象, 还可一次运输两种及以上产品。 槽罐组可伸缩, 每个槽罐可单独分装一种液体 (气体、 粉末、 其它化工产 品) 整个槽罐组便可装盛两种及以上产品。 每个槽罐体积小, 可承受更大工作 压力。
当某个槽罐发生泄漏危险时, 危险不会马上影响整个槽罐组, 提高了整个 槽罐组安全性。 槽罐组在伸缩过程中, 有稳定平衡设置保证到达指定位置, 到位后, 有稳 定插销和固定法兰保证槽罐组保持稳定。 优选的, 在槽罐组卸除产品后, 全部缩回, 槽罐内只有少量残留, 如需清 洗, 打开自动喷淋装置, 在移动槽罐, 便可自动清洗。 优选的, 在槽罐组外有防尘罩, 可随罐体移动伸縮, 保证槽罐组干净、 卫 生。
当槽罐车用此结构设置时, 可以解决在运输中一半空载的现象, 也可改变 只能运输一种产品的问题, 卸除产品后, 残留物更少, 槽车清洗更容易, 且可 自动清洗, 从而降低成本, 增加效益, 提高利用率, 方便用车需求, 实现节能 减排, 降耗增效。
以上所述优点, 是传统槽罐车不能实现的。

现以图 1稳定状态三个槽罐的槽罐组使用为例进行说明。
将槽罐组支柱地脚依次縮短, 支柱下端地脚依次伸长 (图 5 A), 打开 2号 罐 (2)右端外侧固定法兰上稳定插销 (3 ), 开始向右移动 3号罐体 (3), 因为 3号罐左端活塞位置有平衡滚珠 (4), 2号罐内有滚珠平衡定点轨道 (5 ), 2号 罐右端外侧固定法兰 (6) 内径 (8) 与 3号罐活塞右端部分罐体直径 (7) 相差 为几, 故 3号罐会在上述条件下到达指定位置, 然后打开 3号罐活塞上稳定插 销 (9), 插入 2号槽罐法兰上与之对应位置插销孔 (10), 启动 2号罐体右端固 定法兰气动 (液压) 装置, 推动活动密封法兰 (11, 法兰上有密封垫), 法兰到 达 2号罐法兰右侧平面 (12) 和 3号罐活塞右侧平面 (13 ) 重合处, 压力调至 最大, 法兰将 3号和 2号罐紧紧密封在一起。 按同样操作, 使 2号罐从 1号罐中伸出, 到达状套, 完成固定。 将罐体支柱下轮子依次悬起(图 5B), 支柱地脚依次伸长, 全部完成后, 调 整地脚使罐体组平衡 (图 3 )。 打开 1号罐 (1 )、 2号罐、 3号罐、 槽罐左端阀门 (21 ), 便可进行一种液 体 (粉末、 其他化工产品) 的装入, 装完后关闭 1号罐、 2号罐、 3号罐槽罐左 端阀门 (21 )。 当需要装两种或三种液体(粉末)时, 1号槽罐左端阀门 (21 )打开, 2号、 3号罐槽罐左端阀门关闭, 打开 2号、 3号罐右端法兰位置中的阀门 (14), 便 可对 3个槽罐分别装入液体(粉末), 最后关闭 1号罐左端阀门 (21 )、 2号罐和 3号罐阀门 (14)。 当 1号罐、 2号罐、 3号罐液体 (粉末) 全部卸完后 (可将槽罐缩回, 把产 品卸除更干净) 如果需要槽罐组为缩回状态, 则按如下操作。
2号罐、 3号罐地脚依次退回一个, 车轮依次旋转 (放下 图 5 A)—个, 车 轮全部可用后, 松开 2号罐、 1号罐活动密封法兰 (11), 使相邻罐体压力取消, 再缩回 2号、 3号罐体活塞位置处稳定插销 ( 9), 拉动 3号罐向左端移动。 当需要对槽罐组清洗时, 打开 1号.罐阀门 (14)、 2号罐阀门 (15), 先让 活塞在罐体内由一端移动到另一端, 刷洗圈 (16) 刮掉大部分残留物, 活塞上 的清洗管道口通过活塞夹层里的管道通向槽罐法兰, 再通向槽罐体外, 通过活 塞上的清洗通道 (17) 喷淋清洗液, 罐内残留物少, 非常容易清洗, 1号、 2号 罐完成清洗。
3 号罐内有一根带丝扣可转动轴 (18) 和一活塞 ( 19), 活塞上有一圈刷 洗圈 (16) 和两圈喷淋管道 ( 17), 稳定滚珠 ( 4), 罐内有滚珠平衡定点轨道 (5), 活塞中心有和传动轴相齿合丝扣, 当转动轴转动, 活塞在罐内左右运动, 活塞上刷洗圈使罐壁上绝大多数残留物除掉, 然后再由活塞上的喷淋管道喷淋 清洗液, 将罐体洗净。
整个槽罐组清洗完毕。
如果槽罐组不用清洗, 由于 3号罐左端活塞处有平衡滚珠(4), 2号罐内壁 内有滚珠平衡定点轨道 (5), 而且 2号罐上固定法兰 ( 6) 内径 (8) 和 3号罐 活塞右侧罐体直侧 (7) 直径相差无几, 3 号罐便可向右到达指定位置, 2号罐 固定法兰上的稳定插销 (3 ) 可准确的插入 3号罐插销孔 (20)。 按同样方法, 2号罐可缩回 1号罐内, 2号和 1号通过插销互相保持稳定, 槽罐组完成縮回, 互相稳定。
将槽罐支柱下轮子依次全部悬起, 支柱地脚伸长, 固定。 当槽罐体夹层(22)厚度较小时, 槽罐体插销(9)和插销孔(10)会较小, 槽罐右端法兰可采用图 8 的设计方法, 增加插销和插销孔尺寸, 提高槽罐组稳 定、 密封性。 根据不同设计、 生产需要, 槽罐体每组相对应插销、 插销孔可互相改变, 不影响槽罐组的正常、 安全使用。

权利要求书
1、 一种可伸縮槽罐组设计方法及装置, 其特征在于局部可伸缩、 整体或局 部可移动, 改变槽罐组占地空间, 可装载一种、 两种及以上液体 (粉末〕 及其 他状态化工原料等。
2如权利要求 1所述装置, 包括若干槽罐个体, 其特征在于所有单个槽罐主 体空着时可集中套装于最大槽罐中, 达到最小占地空间, 每个槽罐套装或被套 装部分主体可以是圆柱体以外其它任何形体: 棱台体、 椭圆体、 矩形体、 三角 体、 梯形体、 菱形体
3如权利要求 1所述装置, 包括单个槽罐体上的稳定插销、 稳定插销孔, 其 特征在于任意槽罐体之间在伸出或缩回时, 相邻个体都可使用稳定插销固定, 其特征还在于相对应的每组 (某组) 插销、 插销孔可互相改变, 即实际制造应 用的槽罐组将本发明实施方式中的插销转变成插销孔、 插销孔变成插销。
4如权利要求 1所述装置, 包括若干槽罐个体上的活动密封法兰, 其特征在 于当相邻两槽罐伸出时, 活动密封法兰可在稳定插销伸出后对两槽罐增加稳定, 并达到密封。
