Description
一种光学膜片组的定位装置及采用其的背光模组和液晶显示器
本申请要求于 2012 年 9 月 18 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210345843.6、 发明名称为 "一种光学膜片组的定位装置、 背光模组及液 晶显示器" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 上述专利的全部内容通过引用结合在 本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜晶体管液晶显示器( Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display, TFT-LCD )技术, 特别涉及一种光学膜片组的定位装置、 背光模组 及液晶显示器。 背景技术
TFT-LCD 已经成为了现代信息技术以及视讯产品中非常重要的显示平 台。 在现有的一些技术中, 光学膜片组被配置于背光模组的框架中, 对光学 膜片组的固定通常采用铆柱或类铆柱的结构实现, 具体地, 在背板上设置铆 柱, 在光学膜片组上设置对应铆柱的开孔, 藉由铆柱穿设于开孔中。
但是, 发明人发现, 随着光学液晶显示器边框的窄化趋势, 现有的这种 结构越来越难满足工程设计的需要。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种光学膜片组的定位装置、 背 光模组及液晶显示器, 使光学膜片组的定位非常筒单, 且能满足液晶显示器 的边框的窄化要求。
为了解决上述技术问题,根据本发明的实施例的一方面提供了一种背光 模组中光学膜片组的定位装置, 所述背光模组具有一背板, 所述光学膜片组 配置于所述背板上, 所述定位装置包括:
装配片, 设置于所述定位装置的一端, 用于穿设于所述光学膜片组至少
一边缘处开设的开孔中;
固定装置, 用于将所述定位装置与所述背板的侧板相固定。
其中, 所述固定装置包括:
第一卡持片, 与所述装配片设置在同一端, 且处于同一平面上; 第二卡持片, 设置于所述定位装置的另一端, 且与所述第一卡持片相平 行;
所述第一卡持片与所述第二卡持片之间形成有弯形连接部;
其中, 所述背板的侧板设置有开口, 所述开口的两侧至少部分地向侧板 的外侧方向延伸出挡板, 所述挡板与所述侧板主体平行;
所述第一卡持片卡持在所述挡板的内侧,且所述第二卡持片卡持在所述 侧板的外侧, 且所述弯形连接部的底面抵压在所述开口的底面。
其中, 所述第二卡持片上设置有至少一个凸柱, 与所述背板的侧板相应 位置处设置的通孔或盲孔相配合。
其中, 所述固定装置包括:
在所述装配片的同一侧设置有弯折片以及固定片;
在所述背板的侧板上设置有凹槽;
其中,所述弯折片抵靠所述背板的侧板的端部以及所述背板的侧板的外 侧部份, 所述固定片从所述背板的侧板的内侧方向卡持在所述凹槽中。

根据本发明的实施例的另一方面, 提供一种背光模组, 至少包括: 背板, 所述背板至少包括有一底板以及多个侧板, 所述底板与侧板形成 容纳空间;
设置在所述容纳空间中的导光板以及位于导光板上方的光学膜片组; 进一步包括定位装置, 用于固定所述光学膜片组, 所述定位装置包括: 装配片, 设置于所述定位装置的一端, 用于穿设于所述光学膜片组至少 一边缘处开设的开孔中;
固定装置, 用于将所述定位装置与所述背板的侧板相固定。
其中, 所述固定装置包括:
第一卡持片, 与所述装配片设置在同一端, 且处于同一平面上;
第二卡持片, 设置于所述定位装置的另一端, 且与所述第一卡持片相平 行;
所述第一卡持片与所述第二卡持片之间形成有弯形连接部;
其中, 所述背板的侧板设置有开口, 所述开口的两侧至少部分地向侧板 的外侧方向延伸出挡板, 所述挡板与所述侧板主体平行;

实施本发明实施例所提供的一种光学膜片组的定位装置、 背光模组及 液晶显示器, 具有如下有益效果:
通过采用定位装置, 将光学模片组中的各光学模片与背板的侧板相固 定, 即可以实现光学模片组的固定定位, 非常筒单;
同时, 采用本发明实施例的定位装置, 筒化了背板结构, 省去了铆釘, 有效减少了空间, 有利于液晶显示器的边框变窄的趋势。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行描述。
请结合图 1至图 6所示, 示出了本发明的一个实施例。
本发明的背光模组, 至少包括:
背板, 该背板至少包括有一底板 202以及多个侧板 200, 该底板 202与 侧板 200形成容纳空间;
在该容纳空间中从下至上, 依次设置有反光板 600、 导光板 500以及位 于导光板 500上方的光学膜片组 400, 具体地, 该光学膜片组 400可包括诸 如扩散板及棱镜板等;
其中, 通过一个定位装置将该光学膜片组 400固定在该背板上。
具体地, 该定位装置包括:
装配片 302, 设置于该定位装置的一端, 用于穿设于该光学膜片组 400 至少一边缘处开设的开孔 401中;
第一卡持片 301 , 与该装配片 302设置在同一端, 且处于同一平面上; 第二卡持片 304, 设置于该定位装置的另一端, 且与该第一卡持片 301 相平行;
该第一"" N寺片 301与该第二卡持片 304之间形成有弯形连接部 303; 该第一"" N寺片 301、 第二卡持片 304以及弯形连接部 303共同形成一个 固定装置, 将该定位装置与该背板的侧板 200相固定。
进一步的, 在该背板的侧板 200上设置有开口, 该开口的两侧至少部分 地向侧板 200的外侧方向延伸出挡板 201 , 该挡板 201为竖形挡板, 该挡板 201主体与该侧板 200主体平行,该挡板 200可以通过类似沖压的工艺形成; 在具体配合时, 将该第一"" H寺片 301卡持在该挡板 201的内侧, 将该第 二卡持片 304卡持在该侧板 200的外侧,且该弯形连接部 303的底面抵压在 该开口的底面, 从而将该定位装置与该背板的侧板 200紧密地固定在一起。 另外, 可以在该第二卡持片 304上设置有至少一个凸柱 305 , 与该背板 的侧板 200相应位置处设置的通孔或盲孔相配合,从而使定位装置与该背板 的侧板 200之间的连接更加稳固。
在本实施例中仅示出了一个定位装置, 此仅为叙述的方便, 非为限定。 可以理解的是, 可以在底板的各侧板上均设置与前图示出的相同的至少一个 定位装置; 或者在其中两个相对的侧板上设置至少一个定位装置, 而在另外 两个侧板上不设置定位装置; 或者在三个侧板上设置该定位装置。 同理, 则 光学膜片组对应位置处需要进行适应性的调整(即在边缘处设置开口 )。
请参照图 7至图 8所示, 示出了本发明的另一个实施例的定位装置。 其中, 该定位装置包括:
装配片 302, 设置于该定位装置的一端, 用于穿设于该光学膜片组 400 至少一边缘处开设的开孔 401中;
该装配片 302向下延伸, 且在该装配片 302的同一侧设置有弯折片 306 以及固定片 307, 其中该固定片为一矩形片; 该弯折片 306、 固定片 307以 及装配片 302向下延伸的部分形成一个固定装置,将定位装置与背板的侧板 200相固定。
其中, 该背板的侧板 200上设置有凹槽;
具体装配时,将该弯折片 306抵靠该背板的侧板 200的端部以及该背板 的侧板 200的外侧部份, 将该固定片 307、 308从该背板的侧板 200的内侧 方向卡持在该凹槽中,从而将该背板的侧板卡持在该弯折片 306以及固定片 307形成的空间内, 并形成稳定的固定连接。
在该种定位装置中, 无需对背板的侧板 200进行任何的变动。
图 8中的其他部件与前述对图 1至图 7描述中的对应部件的结构及功能 相同, 在此不进行赞述。
请参照图 9和图 10所示, 示出了本发明的再一实施例的定位装置。 其结构与图 7中的类似, 区别在于, 该定位装置所包含的固定片 308为 楔形片, 其装配原理与图 8中的类似, 具体细节请参考对图 8的说明。
相应地, 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种采用上述实施例中所示出的 背光模组的薄膜晶体管液晶显示器 TFT-LCD。
综上所述, 实施本发明实施例所提供的光学膜片组的定位装置、 背光模 组及液晶显示器, 具有如下的有益效果:
根据本发明的实施例, 通过采用定位装置, 将光学模片组中的各光学模 片与背板的侧板相固定, 即可以实现光学模片组的固定定位, 非常筒单; 同时, 采用本发明实施例的定位装置, 筒化了背板结构, 省去了铆釘, 有效减少了空间, 有利于液晶显示器的边框变窄的趋势。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims
1、 一种背光模组中光学膜片组的定位装置, 所述背光模组具有一背板, 所述光学膜片组配置于所述背板上, 其中, 所述定位装置包括:
装配片, 设置于所述定位装置的一端, 用于穿设于所述光学膜片组至少 一边缘处开设的开孔中;
固定装置, 用于将所述定位装置与所述背板的侧板相固定。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的定位装置, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 第一卡持片, 与所述装配片设置在同一端, 且处于同一平面上; 第二卡持片, 设置于所述定位装置的另一端, 且与所述第一卡持片相平 行;
所述第一卡持片与所述第二卡持片之间形成有弯形连接部;
其中, 所述背板的侧板上设置有开口, 所述开口的两侧至少部分地向侧 板的外侧方向延伸出挡板, 所述挡板与所述侧板主体平行;
所述第一卡持片卡持在所述挡板的内侧,且所述第二卡持片卡持在所述 侧板的外侧, 且所述弯形连接部的底面 4氏压在所述开口的底面。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的定位装置, 其中, 所述第二卡持片上设置有至 少一个凸柱, 与所述背板的侧板相应位置处设置的通孔或盲孔相配合。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的定位装置, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 在所述装配片的同一侧设置有弯折片以及固定片;
在所述背板的侧板上设置有凹槽;
其中,所述弯折片抵靠所述背板的侧板的端部以及所述背板的侧板的外 侧部份, 所述固定片从所述背板的侧板的内侧方向卡持在所述凹槽中。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的定位装置, 其中, 所述固定片为矩形片或楔形 片。
6、 一种背光模组, 至少包括:

包括:
装配片, 设置于所述定位装置的一端, 用于穿设于所述光学膜片组至少 一边缘处开设的开孔中;
固定装置, 用于将所述定位装置与所述背板的侧板相固定。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 第一卡持片, 与所述装配片设置在同一端, 且处于同一平面上; 第二卡持片, 设置于所述定位装置的另一端, 且与所述第一卡持片相平 行;
所述第一卡持片与所述第二卡持片之间形成有弯形连接部;
其中, 所述背板的侧板设置有开口, 所述开口的两侧至少部分地向侧板 的外侧方向延伸出挡板, 所述挡板与所述侧板主体平行;
所述第一卡持片卡持在所述挡板的内侧,且所述第二卡持片卡持在所述 侧板的外侧, 且所述弯形连接部的底面抵压在所述开口的底面。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述第二卡持片上设置有至 少一个凸柱, 与所述背板的侧板相应位置处设置的通孔或盲孔相配合。
9、 如权利要求 5所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 在所述装配片的同一侧设置有弯折片以及固定片;
在所述背板的侧板上设置有凹槽;
其中,所述弯折片抵靠所述背板的侧板的端部以及所述背板的侧板的外 侧部份, 所述固定片从所述背板的侧板的内侧方向卡持在所述凹槽中。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定片为矩形片或楔形 片。
11、 一种液晶显示器, 至少包括一背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组, 至 少包括:
背板, 所述背板至少包括有一底板以及多个侧板, 所述底板与侧板形成 容纳空间;
设置在所述容纳空间中的导光板以及位于导光板上方的光学膜片组; 其中, 进一步包括定位装置, 用于固定所述光学膜片组, 所述定位装置 包括:
装配片, 设置于所述定位装置的一端, 用于穿设于所述光学膜片组至少 一边缘处开设的开孔中;
固定装置, 用于将所述定位装置与所述背板的侧板相固定。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示器, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 第一卡持片, 与所述装配片设置在同一端, 且处于同一平面上; 第二卡持片, 设置于所述定位装置的另一端, 且与所述第一卡持片相平 行;
所述第一卡持片与所述第二卡持片之间形成有弯形连接部;
其中, 所述背板的侧板设置有开口, 所述开口的两侧至少部分地向侧板 的外侧方向延伸出挡板, 所述挡板与所述侧板主体平行;
所述第一卡持片卡持在所述挡板的内侧,且所述第二卡持片卡持在所述 侧板的外侧, 且所述弯形连接部的底面抵压在所述开口的底面。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的液晶显示器, 其中, 所述第二卡持片上设置 有至少一个凸柱, 与所述背板的侧板相应位置处设置的通孔或盲孔相配合。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶显示器, 其中, 所述固定装置包括: 在所述装配片的同一侧设置有弯折片以及固定片;
在所述背板的侧板上设置有凹槽;
其中,所述弯折片抵靠所述背板的侧板的端部以及所述背板的侧板的外 侧部份, 所述固定片从所述背板的侧板的内侧方向卡持在所述凹槽中。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的液晶显示器, 其中, 所述固定片为矩形片或 楔形片。
