Description

液晶显示器及其背光模块
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种液晶显示器及其背光模块。
背景技术
随着光电与半导体技术的演进,也带动了平板显示器(Flat Panel Display)的蓬勃发展,而在诸多平板显示器中,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,简称LCD)因具有高空间利用效率、低消耗功率、无辐射以及低电磁干扰等诸多优越特性,已成为市场的主流。
超薄设计是液晶显示器发展的一种趋势。然而,当液晶显示器实现超薄化时,由于液晶显示器的厚度以及外观的限制,需重新对液晶显示器中的元器件的定位进行优化设计,以解决空间不足的问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模块,其包括:背框,其底板上具有第一插孔;导光板,承载于所述底板之上;光学膜片,设置于所述导光板之上且其具有第二插孔;固定件,包括卡合部以及分别设置于所述卡合部两侧的第一插合部和第二插合部;其中,所述卡合部卡合于所述导光板的侧面,所述第一插合部插置于所述第一插孔中,所述第二插合部插置于所述第二插孔中。
进一步地,所述卡合部包括:第一平板以及由所述第一平板的相对两端分别朝向所述导光板的侧面延伸形成的第二平板和第三平板。
进一步地,所述第二平板和所述第三平板平行设置且均与所述第一平板垂直。
进一步地,当所述卡合部卡合于所述导光板的侧面时,所述第一平板贴合所述导光板的侧面,所述第二平板贴合所述导光板的顶表面,所述第三平板贴合所述导光板的底表面。
进一步地,所述第二平板的自由端沿着远离所述导光板的顶表面的方向延伸形成所述第一插合部。
进一步地,所述第一插合部平行于所述第一平板。
进一步地,所述第三平板的自由端沿着远离所述导光板的底表面的方向延伸形成所述第二插合部。
进一步地,所述第二插合部平行于所述第一平板。

参照图1,根据本发明的实施例的液晶显示器包括相对设置的液晶面板100和背光模块200,其中,背光模块200提供均匀的面光源给液晶面板100,以使该液晶面板100显示影像。
由于本发明的发明要点是针对背光模块200,所以为了避免赘述,液晶面板100的具体结构在此不再详细介绍,本领域的技术人员可参照现有技术中公开的液晶面板的具体结构。
以下将对根据本发明的实施例的背光模块200进行详细的描述。图2是根据本发明的实施例的背光模块的立体分解图。图3是图2中A区域的放大图。
参照图2和图3,根据本发明的实施例的背光模块200包括:背框210、导光板220、光学膜片230以及固定件240。应当理解的是,背光模块200还可以包括光源、胶框等其他必要的元器件,由于本发明的发明要点是针对背光模块200的固定件240,因此这些元器件被选择性的省略,本领域的技术人员可参照相关的现有技术。
背框210包括:底板211及由底板211的四侧端分别延伸形成的侧板212。在本实施例中,优选地,四个侧板212均位于底板211的同一侧,且每个侧板212均与底板211垂直设置。底板211上形成第一插孔2111。在本实施例中,优选地,第一插孔2111为盲孔;但本发明并不限制于此,例如,第一插孔2111也可以为通孔。此外,第一插孔2111的数量为两个,但本发明并不限制于此。
导光板220可整体呈平板状,其包括相对设置的顶表面221和底表面222以及连接顶表面221和底表面222的侧面223。导光板220承载于背框210的底板211上。在本实施例中,导光板220可由透明材料制成,例如PMMA等。
光学膜片230设置于导光板220之上,并且光学膜片230上具有第二插孔231。在本实施例中,优选地,第二插孔231为通孔;但本发明并不限制于此,例如第二插孔231也可以为盲孔。此外,第二插孔231的数量为两个,但本发明并不限制于此。具体地,第二插孔231与第一插孔2111一一对应设置。
此外,光学膜片230可例如是增亮膜或扩散膜等,其能够改善由导光板220的顶表面221出射的光线的光学品质。在本实施例中,并不对光学膜片230的数量作具体限制,可以根据实际需求设置不同种类且不同数量的光学膜片230。
固定件240包括卡合部241以及分别设置于卡合部241两侧的第一插合部242和第二插合部243;其中,卡合部241卡合于导光板220的侧面223,第一插合部242插置于第一插孔2111中,第二插合部243插置于第二插孔231中。这样,通过固定件240实现背框210、导光板220和光学膜片230的固定结合,从而解决安装定位空间不足的问题。
图4是根据本发明的实施例的固定件的立体图。图5是根据本发明的实施例的背光模块的局部剖切图。
参照图4和图5,根据本发明的实施例的卡合部241包括:第一平板2411以及由第一平板2411的相对两端分别朝向导光板220的侧面223延伸形成的第二平板2412和第三平板2413。
在本实施例中,优选地,第二平板2412和第三平板2413平行设置且都与第一平板2411垂直设置,但本发明并不限制于此。
这样,当卡合部241卡合于导光板220的侧面223时,第一平板2411与导光板220的侧面223贴合,第二平板2412与导光板220的顶表面221贴合,第三平板2413与导光板220的底表面222贴合。应当理解的是,作为本发明的另一实施方式,第二平板2412与导光板220的底表面222贴合,第三平板2413与导光板220的顶表面221贴合。
进一步地,第二平板2412的自由端(即第二平板2412未与第一平板2411连接的侧端)沿着远离导光板220的顶表面221的方向延伸形成第一插合部242。在本实施例中,第一插合部242与第一平板2411平行设置,但本发明并不限制于此。
更进一步地,第三平板2413的自由端(即第三平板2413未与第一平板2411连接的侧端)沿着远离导光板220的底表面222的方向延伸形成第二插合部243。在本实施例中,第二插合部243与第一平板2411平行设置,但本发明并不限制于此。
综上所述,根据本发明的实施例,通过固定件将背框、导光板和光学膜片固定结合在一起,从而解决了液晶显示器中安装定位空间不足的问题。

导光板(220),承载于所述底板(211)之上;
光学膜片(230),设置于所述导光板(220)之上且其具有第二插孔(231);
固定件(240),包括卡合部(241)以及分别设置于所述卡合部(241)两侧的第一插合部(242)和第二插合部(243);所述卡合部(241)包括:贴合所述导光板(220)的侧面(223)的第一平板(2411)以及由所述第一平板(2411)的相对两端延伸且分别贴合所述导光板(220)的顶表面(221)和底表面(222)的第二平板(2412)和第三平板(2413);所述第一插合部(242)设置于所述第二平板(2412)的自由端,所述第二插合部(243)设置于所述第三平板(2413)的自由端;
其中,所述卡合部(241)卡合于所述导光板(220)的侧面(223),所述第一插合部(242)插置于所述第一插孔(2111)中,所述第二插合部(243)插置于所述第二插孔(231)中。
