Abstract
Description
凹部144dの径方向の位置は、ロッド144aの外周面144a4の位置から、ギヤ部144cとしての肉厚が所定肉厚だけ確保される位置までとなっており、ロッド144aの外周面144a4は、凹部144d内に露出している。また、凹部144dの軸線方向の寸法(全長)は、大径部144b1の一端144b4から寸法Yとなっている。ここで、ギヤ部144cのギヤ歯144c1の軸線方向の寸法(全長)をXとしたとき、寸法Y/寸法Xの比は、1以下となるように、具体的には0.725以下となるように設定されている。よって、中径部144b2、および小径部144b3は、完全に樹脂材が満たされた部位となっている。
上記実施形態では、所定寸法Aに対応する所定領域に、減速装置143の一部(第3ギヤ143cの一部)が配置されるようにしたが、これに限定されることなく、ハウジング141内のスペースが充分に取れる場合であれば、第3ギヤ143cの設定位置を変更して、中板141aと樹脂部144bの一端側との間の隙間を可能な限り小さくするようにしても良い。
Claims (3)
- 回転可能であって、表示器(120)からの表示光を反射する反射部(130)を備えた車両用ヘッドアップディスプレイ装置のステップモータであって、
ハウジング(141)と、
前記ハウジング(141)内に収容され、通電によって回転する際、回転駆動力を出力する電動モータ部(142)と、
前記ハウジング(141)内に収容され、最終ギヤ(143d)を含む複数のギヤ(143a~143d)を有し、前記電動モータ部(142)から出力された前記回転駆動力による回転を前記複数のギヤ(143a~143d)を介して減速する減速装置(143)と、
前記ハウジング(141)に回転可能に支持され、前記ハウジング(141)から外部に延出するとともに、前記最終ギヤ(143d)から伝達された回転駆動力によって回転駆動され、前記反射部(130)を回転駆動する出力軸(144)と
を備え、
前記出力軸(144)は、
一方の端部(144a2)が前記ハウジング(141)内において回転可能に支持され、前記一方の端部(144a2)とは反対側の他方の端部(144a3)が前記ハウジング(141)から外部に延出する金属製のロッド(144a)と、
前記ロッド(144a)の径方向外側において前記ロッド(144a)を周方向に取り囲む樹脂製の樹脂部(144b)であって、前記ロッド(144a)の前記一方の端部(144a2)が突出する基端部(144b1)と、前記基端部(144b1)から前記ロッド(144a)の前記他方の端部(144a3)に向かって軸線方向に延出し、前記ハウジング(141)の軸受部(141b2)に回転可能に支持された軸線方向中間部(144b2)とを備える樹脂部(144b)と、
前記基端部(144b1)の外周面に設けらた複数のギヤ歯(144c1)を有し、前記最終ギヤ(143d)に噛合するギヤ部(144c)と
を有し、
前記基端部(144b1)には、前記ロッド(144a)の前記他方の端部(144a3)に向かって前記軸線方向に凹設され、かつ、前記ロッド(144a)の全周にわたって周方向に延設された凹部(144d)が設けられ、
前記凹部(144d)は、径方向において前記ギヤ部(144c)と前記ロッド(144a)との間に配置されており、
前記凹部(144d)は、前記軸線方向において前記ハウジング(141)の前記軸受部(141b2)よりも、前記ロッド(144a)の前記一方の端部(144a2)側のみに設けられ、
前記軸線方向中間部(144b2)は、前記径方向における前記ロッド(144a)の外周面(144a4)から前記軸線方向中間部(144b2)の外周面(144b5)までの領域が前記ロッド(144a)の全周にわたって前記樹脂で連続して充填されているステップモータ。 - 前記減速装置(143)の前記複数のギヤ(143a~143d)は、前記電動モータ部(142)と、前記最終ギヤ(143d)との間の駆動力伝達路に配置された中間ギヤ(143c)を含み、前記中間ギヤ(143c)は、前記軸線方向において、前記ロッド(144a)の前記一方の端部(144a2)の先端(144a5)と、前記樹脂部(144b)の前記基端部(144b1)との間に位置する所定領域(A)内に位置する請求項1に記載のステップモータ。
- 前記軸線方向における前記ギヤ部(144c)の前記複数のギヤ歯(144c1)の全長(X)に対する前記凹部(144d)の全長(Y)の比が0725以下に設定されている請求項1または2に記載のステップモータ。
