Description

微雾桑拿装置 技术领域
本发明关于一种桑拿装置, 特别是关于一种微雾桑拿装置。 背景技术
微雾桑拿装置, 即安装于浴室的天花板内而使浴室形成桑拿室的雾化 装置。 其不但可以进行换气, 还能为使用者提供高温高湿的蒸汽。
图 1 为一种公知的微雾桑拿装置的示意图, 如已知申请号为 200780039550. 2的专利文献, 包括: 排出浴室内空气的换气送风单元 3、 对空气进行加热加湿的加热单元 4和加湿单元 5、 对室内空气进行循环送 风的循环送风单元 6。
为确保风道顺畅, 如图 1所示, 把微雾桑拿装置 1分为机体 2和换气 送风单元 3, 并把换气送风单元 3设置于机体 2外部。
这样的微雾桑拿装置在换气模式下, 空气被吸进换气送风单元 3内, 再被排除至室外; 在加湿加热的模式下, 空气通过循环送风单元 6从进风 口被吸进加热单元 4和加湿单元 5进行加热加湿, 再从面板的出风口 7上 设置的风向板被吹出至室内。
上述的微雾桑拿装置虽然可以确保风道的大小和顺畅, 但安装时需要 先安装机体 2再安装换气送风单元 3, 安装不方便, 浪费工时, 且机体较 大, 成本较高, 不便运输。
现有技术中也有把所述加湿单元、 加热单元、 换气送风单元、 循环送 风单元均设置于所述微雾桑拿装置的机体内部的技术方案, 但由于要确保 微雾桑拿装置的小型化, 机体内的把空气吹向室内的出风风道会设置成较 小, 从而面板上的出风口配合所述出风风道, 也会被设置成较小, 这样, 就会导致面板上的出风口过小, 以致微雾桑拿装置的出风面积小, 出风不 均匀。 发明内容 本发明为解决所述先有技术的课题, 特提供一种微雾桑拿装置, 该微 雾桑拿装置在确保装置的小型化的同时, 还能吹出均匀的风。

空气通过循环送风单元 16从面板 18上设置的进风口被吸入到加热单 元 17, 再被引导至所述加湿单元 15的出风口 12后, 再从加湿单元 15的 出风口 12吹向面板 18的出风口 14。
因为面板 18的出风口 14处设有风向板 19, 以便用户调节风向, 并扩 大出风面积, 实现均匀出风, 快速取暖, 所以为确保从所述加湿单元 15 的出风口 12吹出的空气可以顺畅地通过面板 18的风向板 19被排至室内, 在所述加湿单元 15的出风口 12和所述面板 18上的风向板 19之间设置风 道转换结构 20,通过所述风道转换结构 20的第一倾斜部 23和第二倾斜部 25, 从加湿单元 15的出风口 12到风向板 19的风道的宽度变大 (如图所 示 W1大于 W2 ) , 长度变小 (如图所示 L1小于 L2 ) , 由与加湿单元 15的出 风口 12大小一致的第一开口 21转换成与风向板 19大小一致的第二开口 26。
风从所述第一开口 21进入风道转换结构 20, 沿着向内侧、 向下侧倾 斜的所述第一倾斜部 23向所述风道转换结构 20的中心集中, 也就是说, 第一倾斜部 23使风向风道转换结构 20宽度方向上的中央部集中, 因此一 部分分别位于第一组对边 22上的风就会在风道转换结构 20宽度方向上的 中央部互相碰撞, 碰撞后沿着向外侧、 向下侧倾斜的第二倾斜部 25 向第 二开口 26的左右两端方向扩散, 顺畅地流向出风面积较大的风向板 19, 再被排至室内。
