本申请涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种天花机的面板组件及具有其的天花机。
背景技术
相关技术中,天花机的面板组件上多设有面框和可调板。面框上可以限定出出风口。可调板可以调节送风方向。有的面板组件上,非工作状态时,可调板可以覆盖在出风口处,工作状态时,可调板需要保证至少露出部分出风口,此时送风气流大多直接吹向用户,舒适感一般。当用户长时间使用时,送风气流直接吹向用户还会造成用户的身体不适,如患上头痛、鼻塞等空调病。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种天花机的面板组件,以提升用户的舒适体验,保护用户的健康。
本申请还旨在提出一种具有上述面板组件的天花机,以提升用户的舒适体验,保护用户的健康。
根据本申请实施例的天花机的面板组件,包括:面框,所述面框具有参考轴线,所述参考轴线的两端设为分别位于所述面板组件内外两侧的内端和外端,所述面框上环绕所述参考轴线设有一个或多个出风口;至少一个所述出风口为可调口,所述可调口具有临近所述参考轴线的口内缘和远离所述参考轴线的口外缘,在所述参考轴线上,所述口内缘的投影位于所述口外缘的投影的朝向所述外端的一侧;可调板,所述可调板可活动地设在所述可调口处,所述可调板具有低风感位置,所述可调板的临近所述参考轴线的边缘为板内缘,所述可调板的远离所述参考轴线的边缘为板外缘;其中,在所述低风感 位置,所述板内缘临近或者衔接所述口内缘,所述板外缘与所述口外缘之间形成径向风口,所述径向风口构建成沿远离所述参考轴线的方向出风。
根据本申请实施例的天花机的面板组件,通过将可调板可活动地设在可调口处,当板内缘临近或者衔接口内缘,在参考轴线的方向上,此时板外缘与与口外缘之间存在高度差,可以形成径向风口,使得送风气流可以朝向远离参考轴线的方向吹出,从而可以减少气流直接吹向用户,保护用户的健康,提升用户的舒适体检。
在一些实施例中,在所述低风感位置,所述径向风口的出风方向与所述参考轴线相垂直。
在一些实施例中,在所述低风感位置,在所述参考轴线上,所述板外缘的投影位于所述可调口的投影内。
在一些实施例中,在所述低风感位置,所述可调板的外观面在所述板内缘处与所述面框的外观面相切设置。
在一些实施例中,所述口内缘和所述口外缘在所述参考轴线方向上的距离大于10mm,且小于30mm。
在一些实施例中,天花机的面板组件还包括:面板,所述面板上设有进风口,所述面框为环形,所述面框套设在所述面板外,所述参考轴线位于所述进风口的中轴线上。
具体地,所述面框包括:第一面框,所述第一面框为环形,所述第一面框套在所述面板的外周,所述第一面框的外边缘上设有多个间隔开的缺口;第二面框,所述第二面框为环形,所述第二面框套在所述第一面框的外周,每个所述缺口的内壁与所述第二面框的内周壁之间限定出所述出风口。
在一些可选的实施例中,多个所述出风口均为所述可调口,每个所述可调口处设有一个可转动的所述可调板,所述可调板的转轴临近所述口内缘设置。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述面板在所述进风口处一体形成有进风格栅。
根据本申请实施例的天花机,包括根据本申请上述实施例所述的天花机的面板组件。
根据本申请实施例的天花机,通过将可调板可活动地设在可调口处,当板内缘临近或者衔接口内缘,在参考轴线的方向上,此时板外缘与与口外缘之间存在高度差,可以形成径向风口,使得送风气流可以朝向远离参考轴线的方向吹出,从而可以减少气流直接吹向用户,保护用户的健康,提升用户的舒适体检。

下面参考图1-图3描述根据本申请实施例的天花机的面板组件100。
根据本申请实施例的天花机的面板组件100,如图1和图2所示,包括:面框2和可调板3。
如图2所示,面框2具有参考轴线,参考轴线的两端设为分别位于面板组件100内外两侧的内端和外端,面框2上环绕参考轴线设有一个或多个出风口23。可以理解的是,参考轴线不是面板组件100上的实体结构线,而是为方便结构描述引用的参考线。面框2上可以环绕参考轴线设有一个出风口23,这个出风口23可为环形、弧形、涡旋形等,可以实现送风效果,且便于面框2的成型。面框2也可以设有多个出风口23,多个出风口23环绕参考轴线排布,每个出风口23可以是直线形或者曲线形或者弯折形等,可以提高面框2的送风量,提高面框2组件的送风效果。
如图1和图2所示,至少一个出风口23为可调口231,当出风口23为多个时,多个出风口23可以全部是可调口231,也可以仅部分是可调口321。如图3所示,可调口231具有临近参考轴线的口内缘2311和远离参考轴线的口外缘2312,在参考轴线上,口内缘2311的投影位于口外缘2312的投影的朝向外端的一侧。这样在参考轴线的方向上,口内缘2311靠近外端,口外缘2312靠近内端,可调口231的口内缘2311和口外缘2312存在高度差H。这里,通常天花机1000安装在房屋顶部,此时面板组件100上参考轴线的外端向下、内端向上设置,即参考轴线沿上下方向设置,因此面板组件100上各结构在参考轴线方向上的距离差也可称为高度差。当然,这里引用高度差,仅仅是为代表不同结构在参考轴线方向上的距离差。当天花机1000倾斜安装或者安装在房屋墙壁上时,参考轴线不再沿上下方向设置,此时本文提及的高度差仍是不同结构在参考轴线方向上的距离差。
如图3所示,可调板3可活动地设在可调口231处,可调板3具有低风感位置,可调板3的临近参考轴线的边缘为板内缘33,可调板3的远离参考轴线的边缘为板外缘34。其中,在低风感位置,板内缘33临近或者衔接口内缘2311,板外缘34与口外缘2312之间形成径向风口,径向风口构建成沿远离参考轴线的方向出风。可以理解的是,通过将可调板3可活动地设在可调口231处,板内缘33可以临近或者衔接口内缘2311,在参考轴线的方向上,此时板外缘34与口外缘2312之间存在高度差,可以形成径向风口,使得送风气流可以朝向远离参考轴线的方向吹出。
需要说明的是,现有技术里有的面板组件,当天花机处于制热模式时,导风板转动至竖直向下导风,即导风板使出风口形成与轴线相平行的出风方向;当天花机处于制冷模式时,导风板转动倾斜向下导风,即导风板使出风口形成与轴线夹45度至60度的出风方向;当天花机处于无风感模式时,导风板闭合出风口,仅利用导风板上的微孔出风。 在上述方案中,前两种模式下天花机风感强烈,容易直吹用户头部,降低使用舒适性,无风感模式出风量过小,在室内温度与空调设定温度相差较大时并不适用。
而本申请的面板组件100中,可调板3可以活动低风感位置,使天花机1000具有低风感模式,可以形成径向风口,可以减少气流直接吹向用户,可以保护用户的健康,提升用户的舒适体检。
当然,可调板3可以活动至低风感位置,可调板3也可以活动至其他的位置,例如在制热模式下可以可调板3转动至竖直向下导风;在无风感模式下可调板3闭合可调口231。在制冷模式下,当用户对冷风适应或者室内人少时,可以将出风方向调至与参考轴线呈一定夹角(如45度-75度),当用户对冷风不适时可以调至低风感位置。由此,可以满足用户的多重需求。这里需要说明的是,送风气流可以直接吹向用户,但是需要控制使用时间。当用户需要短时间使用时,可以使得送风气流尽可能靠近用户,以快速为用户提供舒适温度。当用户需要长时间使用时,需要减少气流直接吹向用户,以减少送风气流直接吹向用户而造成用户的身体不适,如患上头痛、鼻塞等空调病。
根据本申请实施例的天花机的面板组件100,通过将可调板3可活动地设在可调口231处,当板内缘33临近或者衔接口内缘2311,在参考轴线的方向上,此时板外缘34与口外缘2312之间存在高度差,可以形成径向风口,使得送风气流可以朝向远离参考轴线的方向吹出,从而可以减少气流直接吹向用户,保护用户的健康,提升用户的舒适体检。
在一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,在低风感位置,径向风口的出风方向与参考轴线相垂直,即在过参考轴线的截面上,径向风口的中心线与参考轴线相垂直。这样可以进一步提高面板组件100的低风感效果,尽可能减少气流吹向用户,而且减少气流朝向面板组件100的表面吹风,提高空调吹风对空气的换热的利用率。
当然,在其他实施例中,径向风口的中心线也可以与参考轴线形成角度小于5度的夹角,这样在室内空间内,当天花机1000安装在屋顶时,径向风口通常只能向墙壁直吹,不会直吹到用户的头部。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,在低风感位置,在参考轴线上,板外缘34的投影位于可调口231的投影内。一方面可调板3的形状无需制作得过于弯曲,保证在制热时也能将出风方向调至合适的角度;另一方面可以使低风感位置时,可调板3基本位于可调口231的范围内,伸出的部分较小甚至无伸出部分,这样在风力较强时可调板3能与面框2接触而得到面框2的保护,减少抖动,这样可调板3可以起到对气流的良好引导效果,且减少气流的损耗。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,在低风感位置,可调板3的外观面在板内缘33处 与面框2的外观面相切设置。这样可以提升面板组件100的外观整体性,提升面板组件100的美观性。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,口内缘2311和口外缘2312在参考轴线方向上的距离大于10mm,且小于30mm。这样可以使得面板组件100具有合适的送风风量。如当面板组件100适于天花机1000装配时,合理的送风风量可以提升天花机1000的作业效率。如用户使用时,合理的送风风量有利于提升用户的舒适体验。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,天花机的面板组件100还包括:面板1,面板1上设有进风口11,面框2为环形,面框2套设在面板1外,参考轴线位于进风口11的中轴线上。可以理解的是,面框2可以对面板1起到固定、限位的作用,提高面板1的安装稳定性,提高面板组件100的安全性。此外,面板1的牢靠安装也有利于减少进风口11处的进风噪音。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,面框2包括:第一面框21和第二面框22。第一面框21为环形,第一面框21套在面板1的外周,第一面框21的外边缘上设有多个间隔开的缺口211。第二面框22为环形,第二面框22套在第一面框21的外周,每个缺口211的内壁与第二面框22的内周壁之间限定出出风口23。可以理解的是,第一面框21的设置可以对面板1起到固定、限位的作用,可以提高面板1的安装稳定性。第一面框21还可以在其外边缘限定出多个间隔开的缺口211,从而可以提高第一面框21的过风量,提高面板组件100的送风效率,同时每个缺口211的内壁还可以对气流的流动起到引导效果。
第二面框22的设置可以对第一面框21起到固定、限位作用,从而提高第一面框21的安装稳定性。第二面框22还可以引导气流的流动,使气流沿第二面框22的第二面框22的内周壁流动。
在一些可选的实施例中,如图1和图2所示,多个出风口23均为可调口231,每个可调口231处设有一个可转动的可调板3,可调板3的转轴31临近口内缘2311设置。可以理解的是,多个出风口23均为可调口231,这样可以提高面板组件100的无风感效果。具体而言,可调板3可以绕转轴31发生转动,从而改变转轴31可调板3的位置,进而可以改变面板组件100的出风方向。可调板3的转轴31临近口内缘2311设置,这样当可调板3转动至与板内缘33临近或者衔接口内缘2311时,可以使得面板组件100径向出风,可以减少长时间直吹用户所造成的不适感。另外,可调板3的转轴31临近口内缘2311设置,还可以尽可能地减少送风气流沿口内缘2311与板内缘33之间露出,可以进一步提升用户的舒适体验。
当然,在其它的一些实施例中,可调板3也可以滑动开合设置,也能实现上述功能 没在此对可调板3的活动方式不作限制。
在一些可选的实施例中,如图1和图2所示,面板1在进风口11处一体形成有进风格栅12。可以理解的是,进风格栅12的设置可以提升面板组件100内部的清洁性,减少气流中所携带的灰尘等颗粒物的进入面部组件内部,进而提升面板组件100的使用寿命。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,导风板上设有无风感穿孔32。可以理解的是,在工作时,出风口23处的气流相对集中,且风速较大。无风感穿孔32的设置可以起到分散气流,减弱气流的强度,使得出风更加柔和、均匀。
可选地,如图3所示,在口外缘2312处设有的挡风筋24。可以理解的是,口外缘2312处与气流之间的温差大,气流吹向该处时,容易形成冷凝水。因此,在口外缘2312设有挡风筋24,从而可以起到阻挡气流,减少气流直接吹向该处,从而可以减少面框2上形成的冷凝水现象,减少吹水或者冷凝水滴落等问题,提升用户的舒适体验。此外,挡风筋24还可以提高面框2的结构强度,提高面板组件100的耐疲劳寿命。
下面参考图1-图3述本申请的一个具体实施例中天花机的面板组件100。
根据本申请实施例的天花机的面板组件100,包括:面板1、面框2和可调板3。
其中,面板1上设有进风口11,面框2套设在面板1外,参考轴线位于进风口11的中轴线上。面板1在进风口11处一体形成有进风格栅12。
面框2具有参考轴线,参考轴线的两端设为分别位于面板组件100内外两侧的内端和外端。面框2包括:第一面框21和第二面框22。第一面框21为环形,第一面框21套在面板1的外周,第一面框21的外边缘上设有多个间隔开的缺口211。第二面框22为环形,第二面框22套在第一面框21的外周,每个缺口211的内壁与第二面框22的内周壁之间限定出出风口23。多个出风口23均为可调口231。可调口231具有临近参考轴线的口内缘2311和远离参考轴线的口外缘2312,口内缘2311和口外缘2312在参考轴线方向上的距离大于10mm,且小于30mm。
可调板3可转动地设在可调口231处,可调板3的转轴31临近口内缘2311设置。可调板3具有低风感位置,可调板3的临近参考轴线的边缘为板内缘33,可调板3的远离参考轴线的边缘为板外缘34。其中,在低风感位置,板内缘33临近或者衔接口内缘2311,板外缘34的投影位于可调口231的投影内,可调板3在板内缘33处与面框2相切设置,板外缘34与口外缘2312之间形成径向风口,径向风口的出风方向与参考轴线相垂直。可调板3上设有无风感穿孔32。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请实施例的天花机1000。
根据本申请实施例的天花机1000,如图2和图4所示,包括根据本申请上述实施例 的天花机的面板组件100。面板组件100的结构已在上文进行详细描述,这里不再赘述。
根据本申请实施例的天花机1000,通过将可调板3可活动地设在可调口231处,当板内缘33临近或者衔接口内缘2311,在参考轴线的方向上,此时板外缘34与与口外缘2312之间存在高度差,可以形成径向风口,使得送风气流可以朝向远离参考轴线的方向吹出,从而可以减少气流直接吹向用户,保护用户的健康,提升用户的舒适体检。
可选地,如4图所示,天花机1000还包括机身200,机身200与面板组件100相连。这样机身200可以对面板组件100起到固定、限位作用,提升面板组件100的安装稳定性。当然,机身200也可以提供其他的结构安装位。这里的其他结构是指如轴流风机和电控盒等,这对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,包括:
    面框,所述面框具有参考轴线,所述参考轴线的两端设为分别位于所述面板组件内外两侧的内端和外端,所述面框上环绕所述参考轴线设有一个或多个出风口;至少一个所述出风口为可调口,所述可调口具有临近所述参考轴线的口内缘和远离所述参考轴线的口外缘,在所述参考轴线上,所述口内缘的投影位于所述口外缘的投影的朝向所述外端的一侧;
    可调板,所述可调板可活动地设在所述可调口处,所述可调板具有低风感位置,所述可调板的临近所述参考轴线的边缘为板内缘,所述可调板的远离所述参考轴线的边缘为板外缘;其中,
    在所述低风感位置,所述板内缘临近或者衔接所述口内缘,所述板外缘与所述口外缘之间形成径向风口,所述径向风口构建成沿远离所述参考轴线的方向出风。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,在所述低风感位置,所述径向风口的出风方向与所述参考轴线相垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,在所述低风感位置,在所述参考轴线上,所述板外缘的投影位于所述可调口的投影内。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,在所述低风感位置,所述可调板的外观面在所述板内缘处与所述面框的外观面相切设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,所述口内缘和所述口外缘在所述参考轴线方向上的距离大于10mm,且小于30mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,还包括:面板,所述面板上设有进风口,所述面框为环形,所述面框套设在所述面板外,所述参考轴线位于所述进风口的中轴线上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,所述面框包括:
    第一面框,所述第一面框为环形,所述第一面框套在所述面板的外周,所述第一面框的外边缘上设有多个间隔开的缺口;
    第二面框,所述第二面框为环形,所述第二面框套在所述第一面框的外周,每个所述缺口的内壁与所述第二面框的内周壁之间限定出所述出风口。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,多个所述出风口均为所述可调口,每个所述可调口处设有一个可转动的所述可调板,所述可调板的转轴临近所述口内缘设置。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的天花机的面板组件,其特征在于,所述面板在所述进风口处一体形成有进风格栅。
  10. 一种天花机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的天花机的面板组件。
