Abstract

L'invention concerne une lampe de rue à DEL qui comprend une plaque de lampe à DEL (1), un substrat de cuivre (2), une base en aluminium (3), un support de fixation de lentille (4), une lentille (5) et des colonnes de dissipation thermique (8). Après une encapsulation de manière fixe avec le support de fixation de lentille (4), la lentille (5) est connectée de manière fixe avec la base en aluminium (3) pour former une cavité creuse. Une face de la base en cuivre (2) est recouverte par une pâte de soudure. La base en aluminium (3) comprend une rainure (31) revêtue d'une couche de nickel. Le substrat de cuivre (2) est contenu dans la cavité creuse et soudé avec la rainure (31) par la pâte de soudure de recouvrement. La plaque de lampe à DEL (1) est fixée sur l'autre face du substrat de cuivre (2) et la face de sortie de lumière dirigée vers la lentille (5). La base en aluminium (3) est en connexion chaude avec les colonnes de dissipation thermique (8). La chaleur de la lampe de rue à DEL est conduite par la soudure directe du substrat de cuivre (2) et de la base en aluminium (3); ainsi l'effet de dissipation thermique est bon, la capacité de résistance thermique et de résistance au vieillissement est élevée, et la durée de vie en service de la plaque de lampe à DEL (1) ne peut pas être influencée par une température de jonction élevée produite par des agents de liaison de dissipation thermique.
