該針が通る通孔の周囲においてハブ本体の先端面に凹部が形成され、該凹部内に充填された固着剤にて針が固着され、
該針の先端が突部表面よりも前方へ突出すると共に、該針の基部がハブ本体の内部に形成された薬液収容部に臨んでいる注射針。
(項目8)注射器の先端部に取り付けられる注射針であって、
該注射針は、ハブと、該ハブの先端表面より突出する複数本の針とを有し、
該ハブは、ほぼ筒状に形成されるハブ本体と、該ハブ本体の先端部に形成されるリング状の突部と、該ハブ本体の基部に形成されるフランジと、を有し、
該リング状突部の内周面に軸方向に伸びる複数の縦溝が形成され、
該縦溝を延長するよう該ハブ本体に通孔が形成され、該突部の縦溝内に配置された針が該通孔を通り、
該針が通る通孔の周囲においてハブ本体の先端面に凹部が形成され、該凹部内に充填された固着剤にて針が固着され、
該針の先端が突部表面よりも前方へ突出すると共に、該針の基部がハブ本体の内部に形成された薬液収容部に臨んでいる注射針。
(項目9)注射器の先端部に取り付けられる注射針であって、
該注射針は、ハブと、該ハブの先端表面より突出する複数本の針とを有し、
該ハブは、ほぼ筒状に形成されるハブ本体と、該ハブ本体の先端部に形成される高さ規制部と、該ハブ本体の基部に形成されるフランジと、を有し、
該高さ規制部は、該複数本の各針の間に配置される複数の規制片を有し、
該規制片の先端面は、ほぼ平坦面に形成され、
該針の先端が該高さ規制部表面よりも前方へ突出すると共に、該針の基部がハブ本体の内部に形成された薬液収容部に臨んでいる注射針。
(項目10)前記針が3本であり、前記高さ規制部の断面形状が三ツ矢形状である項目9に記載の注射針。
(第1実施例)
本発明の注射針Aは、図4に示すように、注射器3の先端部に取り付けられるものである。図1~図3に示すように、注射針Aは、ハブ2と、該ハブ2の先端表面より突出する複数の針4とを有する。
(第2実施例)
図5に示すように、ハブ2は、基端側が開口するほぼ筒状に形成されるハブ本体10と、該ハブ本体10の先端部に形成される突部37と、該ハブ本体10の基部に形成されるフランジと、を有する。該フランジは、注射器3のルアーロック部20と係合し得る。
(第3実施例)
図6~図11に示すように、この実施例では、ハブ2はハブ本体10と、該ハブ本体10の先端部から突出する高さ規制部24と、該ハブ本体10の先端部から突出する複数本の針4と、ハブ本体10の基部に形成されたフランジ12とを有する。高さ規制部24は該複数の針4間に配設されている。

Claims (10)
- 注射器の先端部に取り付けられる注射針であって、
該注射針は、ハブと、該ハブの先端表面より突出する複数本の針とを有し、
該ハブは、ほぼ筒状に形成されるハブ本体と、該ハブ本体の先端部に形成される突部と、該ハブ本体の基部に形成されるフランジと、を有し、
該突部の周囲に軸方向に伸びる複数の縦溝が形成され、
該縦溝を延長するよう該ハブ本体に通孔が形成され、該突部の縦溝内に配置された針が該通孔を通り、
該針が通る通孔の周囲においてハブ本体の先端面に凹部が形成され、該凹部内に充填された固着剤にて針が固着され、
該針の先端が突部表面よりも前方へ突出すると共に、該針の基部がハブ本体の内部に形成された薬液収容部に臨んでいる注射針。 - 前記縦溝が突部の周囲に等間隔をおいて複数形成されている請求項1に記載の注射針。
- 前記突部は前記ハブ本体と実質的に同軸に配置され、該突部の外径寸法は該ハブ本体の外径寸法よりも小さく、該ハブ本体の先端面に段差面が形成されている請求項1に記載の注射針。
- 前記突部は平面な先端面を有する請求項1に記載の注射針。
- 該針の先端が針の長手方向に対して斜めに切断されて針の先端に薬液の吐出口が形成され、該各針の吐出口の向きが、実質的に半径方向外側を向いている請求項1に記載の注射針。
- 該針の先端が針の長手方向に対して斜めに切断されて針の先端に薬液の吐出口が形成され、該各針の吐出口の向きが、実質的に半径方向内側を向いている請求項1に記載の注射針。
- ハブと、該ハブの先端表面より突出する複数本の針とを有し、
該ハブは、ほぼ筒状に形成されるハブ本体と、該ハブ本体の先端部に形成される突部と、を有し、
該突部の周囲に軸方向に伸びる複数の縦溝が形成され、
該縦溝を延長するよう該ハブ本体に通孔が形成され、該突部の縦溝内に配置された針が該通孔を通り、
該針が通る通孔の周囲においてハブ本体の先端面に凹部が形成され、該凹部内に充填された固着剤にて針が固着され、
該針の先端が突部表面よりも前方へ突出すると共に、該針の基部がハブ本体の内部に形成された薬液収容部に臨んでいる注射針。 - 注射器の先端部に取り付けられる注射針であって、
該注射針は、ハブと、該ハブの先端表面より突出する複数本の針とを有し、
該ハブは、ほぼ筒状に形成されるハブ本体と、該ハブ本体の先端部に形成されるリング状の突部と、該ハブ本体の基部に形成されるフランジと、を有し、
該リング状突部の内周面に軸方向に伸びる複数の縦溝が形成され、
該縦溝を延長するよう該ハブ本体に通孔が形成され、該突部の縦溝内に配置された針が該通孔を通り、
該針が通る通孔の周囲においてハブ本体の先端面に凹部が形成され、該凹部内に充填された固着剤にて針が固着され、
該針の先端が突部表面よりも前方へ突出すると共に、該針の基部がハブ本体の内部に形成された薬液収容部に臨んでいる注射針。 - 注射器の先端部に取り付けられる注射針であって、
該注射針は、ハブと、該ハブの先端表面より突出する複数本の針とを有し、
該ハブは、ほぼ筒状に形成されるハブ本体と、該ハブ本体の先端部に形成される高さ規制部と、該ハブ本体の基部に形成されるフランジと、を有し、
該高さ規制部は、該複数本の各針の間に配置される複数の規制片を有し、
該規制片の先端面はほぼ平坦面に形成され、
該針の先端が該高さ規制部表面よりも前方へ突出すると共に、該針の基部がハブ本体の内部に形成された薬液収容部に臨んでいる注射針。 - 前記針が3本であり、前記高さ規制部の断面形状が三ツ矢形状である請求項9に記載の注射針。
