Description

折畳みフィルムカセットとこのカセットを使用したトイレシステム
　本発明は、長尺の筒状プラスチックフィルム（以下、単にフィルムという）を長さ方向で一定ストロークごとに規則正しく多重に折畳んだフィルム（以下、折畳みフィルムという）を、当該折畳みフィルムをセットした状態から展開しつつ引き込んで使用状態（パッケージ可能の状態）にするようになったパッケージ式のトイレ装置に適用して好適な折畳みフィルムのカセットとこのカセットを用いたトイレシステムに関する。
　従来から排泄物やゴミなどを収容してパッケージ（密封包装）する折畳みフィルムと、当該折畳みフィルムをセットして用いるパッケージ式のゴミ包装装置やトイレ装置が、特許文献１～６などにより公知である。なお、フィルムの折畳み方向は、長尺筒状フィルムの径方向又は長手方向のいずれであってもよい。以下の説明は、径方向で環状に折畳まれたフィルムの例についてである。
　前記折畳みフィルムは、折畳み状態を平面から見ると略環状であるため、そのフィルムをトイレ装置の便座の下にセットするには、環状の折畳み状態がバラけないように、環状を呈している折畳みフィルムの周上の、例えば４箇所をテープ等で結束した状態で、便座の下に装着されているフィルムガイドを取外してからセットし、この後、先に取外していたフィルムガイドを再び装着し、それから前記テープの結束を解いて、そのフィルムの口をシールするヒートシール機構の送りローラに手作業で保持させるという煩わしい手間を要している。
　また、折畳みフィルムをセットしてテープ等の結束を解いてからフィルムをトイレ装置の便座の下にセットするとき、折畳まれて環状を呈しているフィルムの引出すべきフィルム端部を当該環状の内側と外側で間違う（正しくは環状の外面側が引出し始め）と、結束が解かれた折畳みフィルムの折畳み状態がバラけてしまい、収拾がつかなくなってしまうことを招来していた。

　本発明は、折畳みフィルムをテープ等で結束せずにその折畳み状態を整然と保持することができ、かつ、その整然とした保持状態のままでトイレ装置にセットすることができるようにした折畳みフィルムのカセットと、そのカセットを用いたトイレシステムを提供することを、その課題とする。
　上記課題を解決することを目的としてなされた本発明折畳みフィルムのカセットの構成は、便器の穴に相当する穴を中心部に有する断面略Ｌ状の環状体であって折畳みフィルムが外嵌される第一の環状立壁と該立壁の下端から外側へ延出した水平壁を備えた第一環状体によるカセットベースと、前記フィルムを外嵌した第一の環状立壁の上端部に着脱可能に装着される断面が略逆Ｌ状の環状体であって第二の環状立壁と該立壁の上端に形成した外フランジ部を備えた第二環状体によるフィルムガイドを備えたことを特徴とするものであり、これが好ましい構成である。
　本発明において、上記フィルムガイドは、上記の略逆Ｌ状の環状体に限られるものではなく、例えば、外フランジ形状で位置決めピン等によって第一環状立壁に着脱可能に形成したフィルムガイドであってもよい。
　以上の構成によって前記カセットベースに保持された折畳みフィルムを展開しつつ引出し、引出したフィルムを前記フィルムガイドを介してカセットベースの穴に送り込むことができる。
　上記構成の本発明カセットは、第一環状体のカセットベースと第二環状体のフィルムガイド及び蓋体をプラスチック成形により形成したものが好ましいが、これらはプラスチック成形品に限られるものではなく、例えば、厚紙製や段ボール紙製であってもよい。
　本発明カセットは、カセットベース中心の穴に沿った第一の環状立壁に折畳みフィルムを外嵌してセット状態にし、前記カセットベースの第一環状立壁に、フィルムガイドの第二の環状立壁を装着して帽子状の蓋体を被せるようにすれば、折畳みフィルムをセットしたカセットベースとフィルムガイドを一体のままでそれに蓋体を被せることによって、全体が箱状の梱包体の姿になるから、その姿のままで折畳みフィルムのカセットとして流通，保管及び使用まですることができる。
　本発明は、便器の穴に相当する穴を中心部に有する断面略Ｌ状の環状体であって折畳みフィルムが外嵌される第一の環状立壁と該立壁の下端から外側へ延出した水平壁を備えた第一環状体によるカセットベースと、前記フィルムを外嵌した第一の環状立壁の上端部に着脱可能に装着される断面が逆略Ｌ状の環状体であって第二の環状立壁と該立壁の上端に形成した外フランジ部を備えた第二環状体によるフィルムガイドを備え、前記カセットベースに保持された折畳みフィルムを展開しつつ引出して前記フィルムガイドを介してカセットベースの穴に送り込むようにしたから、折畳みフィルムを用いるパッケージ式のトイレ装置や汚物収容装置にパッケージ用フィルムを装填セットする作業を簡便かつ正確に行うことができる。
　また、本発明カセットは、フィルムをセットしたカセットベースとフィルムガイドを一体のままで略帽子状乃至は略箱状の蓋体により被覆した梱包形態が採れるから、そのままの姿で流通，保管並びに使用することができ、流通段階，ユーザー段階のいずれの面においても便利である。
さらに本発明カセットを採用するトイレシステムでは、トイレ装置側に固有のフィルムガイドを装備する必要がないから、トイレ装置をより簡単な構造にして安価に提供することが可能になる。

　次に、本発明カセットとそのカセットを用いた本発明トイレシステムの実施の形態例について、図を参照しつつ説明する。本発明カセットの分解状態を示した図１において、Ｆｇは、長尺の筒状フィルムを径方向においてジグザグ状をなすように折畳んで一まとまりの環状を呈するように形成した折畳みフィルムである。
　図１及び図２，図３において、１は前記環状の折畳みフィルムＦｇを、その環状を保持してセットできるように形成されたカセットベースで、ここでは図１０に側断面図で例示した本発明トイレシステムを適用したトイレ装置の便座１１の穴ｈの平面形状に見合う大きさの穴Ｈを当該カセットベース１に形成するように、その穴Ｈの内周縁に沿って立上がった第一の環状立壁２と該立壁２の下端から外側へ向けて水平に延出した水平壁３が形成する断面略Ｌ状の第一環状体Ｒ１によりカセットベース１が形成されている。
　ここで、第一環状体Ｒ１によるカセットベース１は、プラスチック材による成形体であり、その環状立壁２は、成型上の都合で浅い逆テーパ状の角度が付けてあるが、壁の上端近傍は略垂直である。また、水平壁３の外周縁は略全周が垂直に起立した起立辺３ａに形成されている。起立辺３ａは、カセットベース１の撓み強度の確保、並びに、後述する梱包体となる蓋体２０を受け止める部位としての役割がある。
　図１及び図４，図５において、４は、前記カセットベース１における第一環状立壁２と同形状で、該立壁２の上端部に嵌まる嵌合部５ａを下端部に形成した前記第一の立壁２より高さが低い第二の環状立壁５と、該第二の立壁５の上端から外側に延出形成され、その延出部の外周に断面がほぼ逆Ｕ状に立上った縁部６ａを有する外フランジ部６を備え、断面がほぼ逆Ｌ字状をなす第二環状体Ｒ２によるフィルムガイドである。このフィルムガイド４の中心部は、上記カセットベース１の中心部の穴Ｈと略同形状の穴Ｈ’が形成されている。
　本発明のフィルムガイド４としては、上記例のものに限られない。例えば、図示しないが、第二環状立壁５を備えない上記例と同じ縁部６ａを有する外フランジ部６による第二環状体Ｒ２を、第一環状体Ｒ１の立壁２の上端部に、位置決めピンやその他の止着部材によって着脱可能にしたものをフィルムガイドとすることができる。
　上記２つの環状体Ｒ１とＲ２によるカセットベース１とフィルムガイド４は、まず、水平姿勢においたカセットベース１の環状立壁２に、長尺の筒状フィルムが環状方向に折畳まれて環状をなす折畳みフィルムＦｇを外嵌し、この状態で当該カセットベース１の環状立壁２の上端に、フィルムガイド４を、その環状立壁５の下端部に形成した嵌合部５ａにおいて嵌めることにより、図７に例示する形態の折畳みフィルムＦｇがセットされた本発明折畳みフィルムカセットを完成する。ここで、結合された２つの環状体Ｒ１とＲ２によるカセットベース１とフィルムガイド４は、本発明カセットにおけるフィルムホルダーを形成するので、以下、結合したカセットベース１とフィルムガイド４をフィルムホルダーということがある。
　図７は、セットした折畳みフィルムＦｇの引出した部分を省略した状態のフィルムホルダーの斜視図であるが、実際には図８に例示するように、折畳みフィルムＦｇの折畳み終端部（展開して引出す場合の始端部）は、引出した筒状フィルムＦの端部をヒートシールなどの方法で収束した状態にしており、従って、引出した部分のフィルムＦとヒートシール部Ｈｓが第一，第二環状体Ｒ１，Ｒ２の２つの立壁２，５が形成している穴Ｈ（Ｈ'）を塞ぐ形になっている（図８参照）。
　以上の通りであるから本発明カセットは、図８の状態で図１の蓋体２０が被せられて図６の姿に形成され、流通，保管，使用の段階におかれる。
　図８の状態で蓋体２０が被せられた本発明カセットは、図６に示す蓋体２０を被せたままの姿で図１０に例示した本発明トイレシステムを構成するトイレ装置ＴＯの便座１１の下にセットされる。
　すなわち、蓋体２０を被せた本発明カセットは、当該蓋体２０に設けられたスリット孔２３から舌片状をなす平板状のツール（図示せず）を差込み、蓋体２０の内部に存在する図８に示すヒートシール部Ｈｓを含むフィルムＦを、差込んだ当該ツールで押下げて、トイレ装置ＴＯの送りローラ１３ａ，１３ｂに挟み込む。この挟み込みが完了したら蓋体２０を取外して、本発明カセットを図１０に示す状態にする。
　図１０のトイレ装置ＴＯは、一例として次の構成を備えたものである。すなわち、図１０において、上部を大きく開口した筐体１０の上端開口部にヒンジ１１ａによって筐体１０の開口に対して起伏自在に設けた平面視略Ｏ状又は略Ｕ状の便座１１と、前記筐体１０の内部を上下方向の中間部において仕切る仕切板１２と、この仕切板１２の下方に配設された展開しつつ引出されるフィルムＦの送りローラ機構１３、及び、当該フィルムＦのヒートシールとカットを行うヒートシール機構１４と、これら両機構１３，１４の下方にあってヒートシールされたフィルムＦによるパッケージ体Ｐａを収容する収容部１５とから形成されている。なお、上記のトイレ装置ＴＯの構成は概要であって、本発明カセットが適用される実際のトイレ装置の構造がこれに限定されるものではない。
　なお、フィルム送り機構１３のローラ１３ａ，１３ｂは、図１０のトイレ装置ＴＯを平面から見ると、図１０の紙面の手前側と奥側にあって（図１０のローラ１３ａ，１３ｂは奥側のもの）、フィルムガイド４を通って引出されて来る筒状フィルムＦの両端部を挟み込んで保持し、当該ローラ１３ａ，１３ｂの矢印方向への回転によって挟持しているフィルムＦを折畳みフィルムＦｇがセットされたフィルムホルダーから引出してローラ機構１３の下方へ送るように機能する。
　上記のようにしてパッケージ式のトイレ装置ＴＯにパッケージ用の折畳みフィルムＦｇをカセット式にセットできるようにした本発明カセットは、折畳みフィルムＦｇがカセットベース１とフィルムガイド４が結合して形成されたフィルムホルダーにセットされそのホルダーに蓋体２０を被せた状態のままで、トイレ装置ＴＯにセットできる。従って、本発明カセットは、略箱状の蓋体２０による梱包体で覆った姿で流通させたり家庭等に保管することができる。
　次に、本発明カセットの梱包態様について説明する。
　図６は、組立てられた状態の本発明カセットに上方から被せることにより当該カセットを梱包できる箱状の蓋体２０を折畳みフィルムＦｇをセットしたフィルムホルダーに被せて梱包状態にした斜視図、図７は、図６の蓋体２０を外した使用状態における折畳みフィルムＦｇの終端部の図示を省略して例示した斜視図である。
　本発明において第一環状体Ｒ１によるカセットベース１は、図１，図２に例示するように、基本となる長方形の四隅をカットした略八角形の平面形状である。従って、このカセットベース１とフィルムガイド４が結合して形成されるフィルムホルダーの上に蓋体２０を被せると、蓋体２０の周壁の下端部はカセットベース１の起立辺３ａに嵌合する。従って、図６に例示した梱包体となる蓋体２０は、平面から視てカセットベース１の平面形状と略同形状に形成されている。
　すなわち、図６に示すカセットホルダーに被せる蓋体２０は、カセットベース１の起立辺３ａが形成する平面形状と同形状の蓋部２１と、該天蓋部２１の周囲に垂下形成したカセットベース１の平面形状と同形状になる立壁２２とから形成されていると共に、天蓋部２１にスリット状の透孔２３を設けて形成されている。天蓋部２１の中間部位に設けた横長スリット状の透孔２３は、この孔２３の略両端真下がフィルムＦを下方へ送るローラ機構１３の両ローラ１３ａ，１３ｂの当接部位に当る位置に設けられている。本発明では、図示しないが、前記スリット状の透孔２３を設けない蓋体２０を用いることもある。
　上記構成の蓋体２０は、折畳みフィルムＦｇがセットされたフィルムホルダーに、上から被せると、この蓋体２０の天蓋部２１の周囲に垂下形成された立壁２２の全周の下端部がカセットベース１の周囲の起立辺３ａに嵌合される態様で当該蓋体２０が折畳みフィルムＦｇがセットされたフィルムホルダー（結合されたカセットベース１とフィルムガイド４）をほぼ完全に覆ってしまうから、本発明カセットはこの状態を梱包状態として市場で流通，保管でき、またユーザーでもそのまま保管して使用することができる。
　従って、図６に示す梱包状態にある本発明カセットは、蓋体２０を外すことなく、折畳みフィルムＦｇをフィルムホルダーにセットした状態でそのカセットベース１をトイレ装置ＴＯの便座１１を起して仕切板１２の上に設置すれば、そのトイレ装置ＴＯへセットすることができる。
　すなわち、フィルムホルダーにセットされている折畳みフィルムＦｇは、外周面側のフィルムＦを引き出して先端部がヒートシール部Ｈｓに形成されて閉じられているから、蓋体２０が透孔２３を有するものであれば、そのスリット状透孔２３から舌片状の平板状ツールを差込んで当該フィルムＦの先端を押下げると、ヒートシール部Ｈｓを含むフィルムＦの先端がローラ機構１３のローラ１３ａと１３ｂに挟持されて、トイレ装置ＴＯへのセットが完了するようになっている。透孔２３が無い蓋体２０では、その蓋体２０を外してフィルムＦを平板状ツールでローラ機構１３のローラ１３ａ，１３ｂに挟持させればよい。なお、ローラ１３ａ、１３ｂへのフィルムＦの挟持は、前記ツールを用いないで他のツールや手によってもよい。
　また、本発明では、フィルムＦの先端が予めヒートシール部Ｈｓに形成されていない折畳みフィルムＦｇを使用することができる。
　本発明は以上の通りであって、折畳みフィルムを用いて排泄物を排せつの度に前記フィルムにより密封パッケージするようにしたパッケージ式のトイレ装置に用いるフィルムをカセット式でトイレにセットできるようにするため、折畳みフィルムのカセットを、便器の穴に相当する穴を中心部に有する断面略Ｌ状の環状体であって折畳みフィルムが外嵌される第一の環状立壁と該立壁の下端から外側へ延出した水平壁を備えた第一環状体によるカセットベースと、前記フィルムを外嵌した第一の環状立壁の上端部に着脱可能に装着される断面が逆略Ｌ状の環状体であって第二の環状立壁と該立壁の上端に形成した外フランジ部を備えた第二環状体によるフィルムガイドを備えて形成し、前記カセットベースの立壁に外嵌して保持させた折畳みフィルムを展開しつつ引出し前記フィルムガイドを介して当該カセットベースの穴に送り込むようにしたから、従来のようにセットに際して折畳みフィルムがバラけることを完全に防止することができる。
　また、本発明カセットは、２つの環状体を結合した形のフィルムホルダーに折畳みフィルムをセットした姿のままで、箱状の蓋体を上から被せるだけでほぼ完全に梱包された包装状態に形成できるから、流通，保管の上でも整然とした形態でパッケージ式トイレ装置用の折畳みフィルムを取扱うことができるのみならず、使用時も蓋体を付けたままセットしてフィルムを送りローラに挟み込ませることができるので、トイレ装置にフィルムをセットする手間も大幅に簡素化することができる。
　さらに本発明カセットを採用するトイレシステムでは、トイレ装置側に固有のフィルムガイドを装備する必要がなくなるから、トイレ装置を簡単な構造で安価な装置とすることができる。

Claims (5)

  1. 　便器の穴に相当する穴を中心部に有する断面略Ｌ状の環状体であって折畳みフィルムが外嵌される第一の環状立壁と該立壁の下端から外側へ延出した水平壁とを備えた第一環状体によるカセットベースと、前記フィルムを外嵌した第一の環状立壁の上端部に着脱可能に装着される外フランジ部を備えた第二環状体によるフィルムガイドを備え、前記カセットベースに保持された折畳みフィルムを前記フィルムガイドの外フランジ部の外縁から展開してカセットベースの穴に送り込むようにしたことを特徴とする折畳みフィルムのカセット。
  2. 　外フランジ部は、第一環状立壁の上端部に装着される第二の環状立壁を備えた請求項１のカセット。
  3. 　請求項１又は２の折畳みフィルムカセットは、折畳みフィルムをセットして結合された状態の第一環状体と第二環状体に被せた蓋体であってその蓋体の上面に前記フィルムの送りローラに対応する位置にスリット状の透孔を設けた略箱状の蓋体か、又は、前記透孔を設けない略箱状の蓋体を備えていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２のカセット。
  4. 　フィルムガイドの外フランジ部の外縁から展開してカセットベースの穴に送り込まれる筒状フィルムの先端部は閉じられている請求項１～３のいずれかのカセット。
  5. 　長尺の筒状フィルムを環状に折畳んだ折畳みフィルムがセットされた断面略Ｌ状の第一環状体と該環状体に結合された第二環状体により形成されるフィルムホルダーに、前記フィルムを押下げる平板状のツールの挿入孔を設けた略箱状の蓋体か、又は、前記挿入孔を設けていない略箱状の蓋体かのいずれかを被せて成る折畳みフィルムカセットを、前記フィルムを送りローラ機構に挟持させて下方へ送り、かつ、送られて来たフィルムの口部をヒートシール機構でヒートシールしてカットできるようにトイレ装置の便座の下にセットするとき、前記挿入孔を有する蓋体では、その挿入孔から平板状ツールを挿入し前記フィルムを送りローラ機構に挟持させてからその蓋体を取外し、また、前記挿入孔を設けていない蓋体では、それを被せたフィルムホルダーからその蓋体を取外してから前記フィルムを平板状ツールによって或いは該ツールによらずに送りローラ機構に挟持させることにより、前記フィルムの使用状態を形成するようにしたことを特徴とする折畳みフィルムカセットを使用したトイレシステム。
