【背景技术】
对仅仅依靠伺服电机锁死,而不具有防护功能的自动抱死机构或者安全销的大型设备来说,工作人员进入设备是极其危险的。设备的零部件的旋转、移动等动作结构中,在工作人员进入设备安装或检修过程中,为了零部件的定位或作安全保护,在零部件的旋转、移动结构的某些部位采用人工插置安全销的方式,以起到机械式的硬件保护,防止设备误动作或误操作而对设备和检修人员产生安全事故。
然而,人工插设安全销存在安全隐患,例如,需插设安全销的位置位于悬停的设备下方,安全隐患大大增加。
因此,有必要提供一种安全销,以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动插设的安全销。

本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明安全销采用插销固定至活塞,活塞将气缸的空腔一分为二,压缩空气注入气缸中从而推动插销收缩到达自动插设或收缩安全销的功能,消除了人工插设安全销的安全隐患;且本发明通过位置调节装置调节气缸的位置以满足多个不同的位置插设安全销的目的。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
参阅图1,本发明一实施方式安全销100包括气缸1、活塞2、插销3、压缩空气供给装置4、位置调节装置5、换向阀7和支架8。
气缸1上设置有第一接口11和第二接口12。活塞2设置在气缸1内从而将气缸1沿第一方向X分隔为第一空腔13和第二空腔14;第一接口11连通第一空腔13,第二接口12连通第二空腔14。插销3固定至活塞2上。
为了增大插销3在第一方向X上的行程,进而提升采用安全销100锁定设备6的安全性能,优选地,第一接口11和第二接口12设于气缸1位于第一方向X上的两端。本实施例中,优选地,气缸1的截面为圆环形,即第一空腔13和第二空腔14的截面为圆形,活塞2的截面亦为圆形,如此设置,能够得到第一空腔13和第二空腔14更优异的密封效果。
位置调节装置5用于沿垂直于第一方向X的第二方向Y调节气缸1的位置,使插销3能够在多个位置锁定待锁定设备6。需要说明的是,待锁定设备6可以是具体的一台设备,亦可以是沿第二方向Y分布于不同位置的多台设备。

本实施例中,第一方向X是水平方向,第二方向Y是竖直方向。牵引装置52为绳索,驱动装置53为电动机或马达。在驱动装置53的驱动下,绳索拉动安装台51和气缸1同步上升或下降。导轨54沿第二方向Y设置,安装台51沿第二方向Y移动过程中受到导轨54的导引,从而确保安装台51稳定移动,进而确保气缸1和插销3在水平或竖直方向上不会发生偏斜。
压缩空气供给装置4能够通过第一接口11供给压缩空气至第一空腔13,或者通过第二接口12供给压缩空气至第二空腔14,以推动活塞2和固定至活塞2的插销3沿第一方向X往复运动。
本实施例中,换向阀7是二位四通的电磁换向阀。换向阀7设置有第三接口71、第四接口72、进气接口P和排气接口T。第三接口71与第一接口11连通,第四接口72与第二接口12连通,进气接口P连接压缩空气供给装置4。换向阀7将第三接口71和第四接口72选择性地连通至进气接口P以及排气接口T。
本实施例中,压缩空气供给装置4和换向阀7和气缸1一起固定至安装台51。实际应用中,压缩空气供给装置4和换向阀7亦可以设置在安装台51之外的其他位置。
换向阀7的工作原理请一并参照图2。当换向阀7在通电的第一状态N下将第三接口71连通至进气接口P,并将第四接口72连通至排气接口T;当换向阀7在断电的第二状态F下将第三接口71连通至排气接口T,并将第四接口72连通至进气接口P。
支架8沿第二方向Y平行设置多个通孔81,以供沿第二方向Y移动的插销3在不同位置穿过其中一通孔81并被支架8支撑;从而加强安全销100对待锁定设备6的锁定保障。
请一并参照图3和图4,应用本发明安全销100锁定待锁定设备的步骤如下:通过驱动装置53驱动牵引装置52沿第二方向Y拉动安装台从而调整气缸1和插销3至第二方向Y上的预定位置。此时,换向阀7处于断电的第二状态F;插销3与其中一通孔81对应。在此状态下,自压缩空气供给装置4供给的压缩空气自进气接口P通过第二接口12和第四接口42进入第二空腔14,使第二空腔14的压强大于第一空腔13使活塞2不能带动插销3朝向第二空腔14移动,此时,插销3未锁定待锁定设备6且插销3位于通孔81之外。
然后,开启换向阀7,使换向阀7处于通电的第一状态N下。在此状态下,自压缩空气供给装置4供给的压缩空气自进气接口P通过第一接口11和第三接口71进入第一空腔13,使第一空腔13的压强逐渐增大。此时,第二空腔14通过第二接口12、第四接口72与排气接口T连通。当第一空腔13的压强大于第二空腔14时,活塞2带动插销3朝向第二空腔14移动,第一空腔13的体积逐渐变大,第二空腔14的体积逐渐变小;插销3穿入对应的通孔81被支架8支撑,且在第一方向X上超出支架81进而锁定待锁设备。
当被插销3锁定的设备6需要解除锁定时,仅需将换向阀7断电即可,此时换向阀7处于第二状态F,在此状态下,插销3与待锁定设备6解锁且在第一方向X上未被支架8支撑。
与现有技术相比,本发明安全销100采用插销固定至活塞,活塞将气缸的空腔一分为二,压缩空气注入气缸中从而推动插销收缩到达自动插设或收缩安全销的功能,消除了人工插设安全销的安全隐患;且本发明通过位置调节装置5调节气缸1的位置以满足多个不同的位置插设安全销的目的。
除上述实施例外,本发明安全销还可以做出如下变更:例如,换向阀7采用三位四通换向阀;或者,支架8固定至安装台51,且仅设置一个与插销3对应的通孔使支架8与气缸1沿第二方向Y同步移动等等。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种安全销,其特征在于,所述安全销包括:
    气缸,所述气缸上设置有第一接口和第二接口;
    活塞,设置在所述气缸内从而将所述气缸沿第一方向分隔为第一空腔和第二空腔,所述第一接口连通所述第一空腔,所述第二接口连通所述第二空腔;
    插销,固定至所述活塞上;
    位置调节装置,用于沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向调节所述气缸的位置,所述位置调节装置包括安装台、牵引装置、驱动装置和导轨,所述气缸安装至所述安装台,所述牵引装置连接所述安装台和所述驱动装置并在所述驱动装置的驱动下沿所述第二方向调整所述安装台的位置,所述导轨沿所述第二方向设置,所述安装台在所述导轨的导引下沿所述第二方向调整位置;
    压缩空气供给装置,通过所述第一接口供给压缩空气至所述第一空腔,或通过所述第二接口供给压缩空气至所述第二空腔,以推送所述活塞和所述插销沿所述第一方向往复移动,进而实现所述插销与待锁定设备之间的锁定与解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述第一方向是水平方向,所述第二方向是竖直方向。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述驱动装置是马达,所述牵引装置是绳索。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述安全销进一步包括安装至所述安装台的换向阀,所述换向阀设置有与所述第一接口连通的第三接口、与所述第二接口连通的第四接口、进气接口和排气接口,所述进气接口连接所述压缩空气供给装置,所述电磁换向阀将所述第三接口和所述第四接口选择性连通至所述进气接口以及所述排气接口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述换向阀在第一状态下将所述第三接口连通至所述进气接口,并将所述第四接口连通至所述排气接口,所述换向阀在第二状态下将所述第三接口连通至所述排气接口,并将所述第四接口连通至所述进气接口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述安全销进一步包括支架,在所述第一状态下,所述插销被所述支架支撑且所述插销在所述第一方向上超出所述支架,进而锁定所述待锁定设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安全销,其特征在于,在所述第二状态下,所述插销与所述待锁定设备解锁且在所述第一方向上未被所述支架支撑。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述支架沿所述第二方向平行设置多个通孔,在所述第一状态下,所述插销穿设于一所述通孔中,在所述第二状态下,所述插销脱离所述通孔。
  9. 一种安全销,其特征在于,所述安全销包括:
    气缸,所述气缸上设置有第一接口和第二接口;
    活塞,设置在所述气缸内从而将所述气缸沿第一方向分隔为第一空腔和第二空腔,所述第一接口连通所述第一空腔,所述第二接口连通所述第二空腔;
    插销,固定至所述活塞上;
    位置调节装置,用于沿垂直于第一方向的第二方向调节所述气缸的位置;
    压缩空气供给装置,通过所述第一接口供给压缩空气至所述第一空腔,或通过所述第二接口供给压缩空气至所述第二空腔,以推送所述活塞和所述插销沿所述第一方向往复移动,进而实现所述插销与待锁定设备之间的锁定与解锁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述第一方向是水平方向,所述第二方向是竖直方向。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述位置调节装置包括安装台、牵引装置和驱动装置,所述气缸安装至所述安装台,所述牵引装置连接所述安装台和所述驱动装置并在所述驱动装置的驱动下沿所述第二方向调整所述安装台的位置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述位置调节装置进一步包括导轨,所述导轨沿所述第二方向设置,所述安装台在所述导轨的导引下沿所述第二方向调整位置。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述驱动装置是马达,所述牵引装置是绳索。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述安全销进一步包括安装至所述安装台的换向阀,所述换向阀设置有与所述第一接口连通的第三接口、与所述第二接口连通的第四接口、进气接口和排气接口,所述进气接口连接所述压缩空气供给装置,所述电磁换向阀将所述第三接口和所述第四接口选择性连通至所述进气接口以及所述排气接口。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述换向阀在第一状态下将所述第三接口连通至所述进气接口,并将所述第四接口连通至所述排气接口,所述换向阀在第二状态下将所述第三接口连通至所述排气接口,并将所述第四接口连通至所述进气接口。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述安全销进一步包括支架,在所述第一状态下,所述插销被所述支架支撑且所述插销在所述第一方向上超出所述支架,进而锁定所述待锁定设备。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的安全销,其特征在于,在所述第二状态下,所述插销与所述待锁定设备解锁且在所述第一方向上未被所述支架支撑。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的安全销,其特征在于,所述支架沿所述第二方向平行设置多个通孔,在所述第一状态下,所述插销穿设于一所述通孔中,在所述第二状态下,所述插销脱离所述通孔。
