Description

CAISSE DE TRANSPORT THERMIQUE POUR LE TRANSPORT DE PRODUITS, NOTAMMENT DE PRODUITS PALETTISES.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif thermique pour le transport de produits, notamment de produits palettisés.
Des produits stockés ou transportés, sont souvent palétisés, c'est-à-dire que ces produits sont disposés sur une palette. Il en va ainsi pour des produits devant être conservés dans un intervalle de températures donné, par exemple des produits devant être conservés froids ou chauds, à une température différente de celle du milieu de stockage. De tels produits doivent parfois être transférés, notamment en avion ; il faut alors s'assurer que leur température reste dans l'intervalle voulu, notamment durant le transfert.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer un dispositif permettant de s'assurer qu'un transport de produit palettisé, à des conditions de température sensiblement constantes, indépendamment d'une température à laquelle d'autres produits doivent être maintenus, dans un même véhicule.
Selon l'invention, il est proposé une caisse de transport, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :
- un volume intérieur utile, prévu pour y loger une palette et son chargement de produits ; - des parois thermiquement isolantes, notamment un fond, des parois latérales opposées, une paroi arrière, une paroi frontale et une paroi supérieure, la paroi frontale formant porte ; et,
- des alvéoles pour y disposer au moins un bloc eutectique le long de l'une des parois.
Avantageusement, la caisse comprend des moyens pour solidariser la palette avec la caisse, de préférence avec le fond de la caisse, par exemple des sangles, de préférence fixées au fond.
La paroi frontale peut être entièrement amovible de sorte que, lorsqu'elle est retirée, elle libère entièrement le passage entre les parois latérales, de fond et supérieure, et, lorsqu'elle est en place, elle vient en appui contre les extrémités frontales des parois, de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un joint mousse.
La caisse comprend avantageusement une enveloppe, les parois étant montées, de préférence emboîtées entre elles, ajustées à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe.
L'enveloppe comprend avantageusement au moins un battant qui, lorsqu'il est ouvert, libère entièrement la façade de la caisse, y compris les bords frontaux des parois, et qui, lorsqu'il est rabattu, recouvre la paroi frontale en la plaquant contre les bords frontaux. De préférence, l'enveloppe comprend deux battants et des liens pour maintenir les battants entre eux et plaqués contre la paroi frontale.
De préférence, les alvéoles sont formées entre une cloison ajourées et une paroi associée respective, des entretoises étant disposées pour maintenir un écartement entre la cloison et la paroi. Avantageusement, les alvéoles sont disposées pour permettre une introduction frontale des blocs. La caisse peut comprendre un piétement prévu pour le passage d'une fourche d'un transpalette, notamment d'un chariot élévateur.
Le fond peut être recouvert d'une plaque rigide, pour supporter la palette.
La caisse peut en outre comprendre une housse étanche pour envelopper les parois.
Des modes d'exécution de l'invention seront décrits ci-après, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, avec référence au dessin annexé, dans lequel :
La figure unique est une représentation en perspective d'une caisse selon l'invention, ouverte, et contenant une palette destinée à être transportée dans ladite caisse.
La figure unique illustre une caisse 1 selon l'invention destinée à transporter une palette 2 et son chargement 3, notamment par voie aérienne. Le chargement 3 comprend des produits devant être conservés au voisinage d'une température idéale donnée. La caisse 1 a pour rôle de maintenir le chargement 3 sensiblement à cette température, durant le transport.
La caisse 1 présente une forme extérieure sensiblement parallélépipédique, reposant sur des moyens 4 d'appui au sol. La caisse 1 comprend en outre :
- une enveloppe extérieure 6 ;
- des parois thermiquement isolantes 7, doublant intérieurement l'enveloppe ; et,
- des alvéoles 8, prévues pour recevoir des blocs eutectiques 9. L'enveloppe 6 est en un matériau de faible épaisseur, par exemple un carton ou un contre-plaqué. Elle est de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique, son côté avant s'ouvre entièrement par deux battants, prévus pour se fermer de façon jointive, les autres côtés étant entièrement continus entre eux. Ainsi, les battants 11 étant fermés, l'enveloppe 6 forme un espace intérieur entièrement clos.
Les parois isolantes 7 sont disposées contre les faces intérieures de l'enveloppe 6, de sorte que, lorsque la caisse 1 est fermée, les parois isolantes forment une isolation complète et continue à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe 6. Les parois 7 comprennent une paroi de fond 7A, disposée horizontalement, deux parois latérales 7B, reposant sur la paroi de fond 7A, une paroi supérieure 7C reposant sur les parois latérales 7B, une paroi arrière et une paroi frontale 7D. Chacune des parois 7 est formée d'un panneau sensiblement rectangulaire, leurs épaisseurs E7 sont sensiblement constantes et identiques entre elles. A la figure, la paroi frontale 7D n'est que partiellement représentée par ses angles supérieur gauche et supérieur droit, afin de rendre visible le contenu de la caisse 1. La paroi arrière n'est pas visible, car plaquée contre le dos de l'enveloppe 6 et cachée par le contenu de celle-ci. Pour faciliter le montage des parois 7 dans l'enveloppe, les bords arrière de la paroi de fond 7A, des parois latérales 7B et de la paroi supérieure 7C viennent en appui contre la paroi dorsale et la maintiennent plaquée contre l'enveloppe 6. Les bords de la paroi de fond 7A, des parois latérales 7B et de la paroi supérieure 7C sont en retrait des bords avant 13 de l'enveloppe 6 ; le retrait E12 est sensiblement égal à l'épaisseur E7 de la paroi avant 7D, de sorte que lorsque les battants 11 sont fermés, ils maintiennent la paroi avant plaquée contre les bords avant 12 des autres parois 7A-7C. De préférence, un joint mousse, non représenté à la figure, garantit l'étanchéité thermique entre la paroi avant 7D et les bords avant 12 des autres parois 7A-7C. Avantageusement, bien que ce ne soit pas représenté à la figure, la paroi de fond comprend une plaque sensiblement rigide, de préférence en contreplaqué, qui recouvre sa matière isolante, de sorte qu'elle offre une résistance à l'enfoncement de la charge qui y repose, c'est-à-dire de la palette 2.
Les alvéoles 8 sont disposées le long des parois latérales. Elles sont formées entre une cloison ajourée 16 et une paroi respective 7. Des entretoises 17 sont disposées entre la cloison 16 et la paroi 7. Les entretoises 17 assurent un écartement E8 entre la cloison 16 et la paroi respective 7. L'écartement E8 est sensiblement égal à l'épaisseur E9 d'un bloc 9. Dans l'exemple illustré, des alvéoles 8 sont disposées verticalement le long des parois latérales 7B ; les entretoises y forment des étagères permettant d'y glisser un bloc 9 respectif. A la figure, le chargement 3 est dessiné partiellement arraché, afin de laisser apparente au moins une partie de la cloison 16 qui équipe la paroi latérale 7B gauche. D'autres alvéoles sont disposées sous la paroi supérieure 7C. La cloison correspondante est posée en appui sur les cloisons 16 des parois latérales.
Des sangles 20 sont fixées à la cloison 7A du fond de la caisse 1 ; elles servent à solidariser la palette de transport 2 et son chargement 3 avec la caisse 1. Des liens 21 sont prévus sur chacun des battants 11 pour les maintenir fermés entre eux.
Les moyens d'appuis 4 sont prévus pour reprendre la charge et assurer la rigidité du fond de la caisse, tout en le surélevant. Dans l'exemple illustré, les moyens d'appui comprennent trois patins s 'étendant d'avant en arrière de sorte qu'ils dégagent entre eux deux passages 24 pour la fourche d'un transpalette, notamment d'un chariot élévateur, pour le déplacement de la caisse et son chargement ou déchargement dans un véhicule de transport. Un volume utile de la caisse est défini entre les cloisons 16 et le fond 7A, ainsi qu'entre les parois arrière et frontale 7D. La paroi frontale 7D constitue une porte 7D amovible, de sorte que lorsqu'elle est déposée, elle laisse complètement libre un accès en façade à l'espace utile, pour y déposer la palette 2 et son chargement 3, et aux alvéoles pour y glisser les blocs eutectiques. Les blocs eutectiques permettent d'assurer le maintien de la température dans l'espace utile, notamment au travers des jours des parois ajourées 16. Des blocs eutectiques peuvent avantageusement être glissés sous le chargement 3, entre les poutres de la palette 2.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples qui viennent d'être décrits.
Ainsi, l'enveloppe comprend avantageusement un revêtement prévu pour protéger la caisse des intempéries, notamment de la pluie et de la neige. A titre de variante, une housse d'étanchéité peut être prévue pour envelopper les parois étanches, de sorte que la housse se trouve entre les parois isolantes et l'enveloppe.
Il peut en outre être prévu des alvéoles contre la paroi dorsale et la paroi avant, les premières pouvant être mises en place avant le chargement de la caisse et les deuxièmes lors de fermeture.
Un emballage selon l'invention est particulièrement avantageux, puisqu'il permet de transporter des produits palettisés sans avoir à les décharger de leur palette, et il permet en outre de conserver ces produits dans un intervalle de température ou à une température choisi, indépendamment de la température à laquelle doivent être maintenus d'autres produits transportés simultanément.

Revendications
1. Caisse de transport ( 1 ),
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :
- un volume intérieur utile, prévu pour y loger une palette (2) et son chargement (3) de produits ;
- des parois (7) thermiquement isolantes, notamment un fond (7 A), des parois latérales opposées (7B), une paroi arrière, une paroi frontale (7D) et une paroi supérieure (7C), ladite paroi frontale formant porte ; et,
- des alvéoles (8) pour y disposer au moins un bloc eutectique (9) le long de l'une desdites parois (7B,7C).
2. Caisse selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (20) pour solidariser la palette (2) avec la caisse (1), de préférence avec le fond (7A) de la caisse (1).
3. Caisse selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour solidariser, sont des sangles, de préférence fixées au fond (7A).
4. Caisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en que la paroi frontale (7D) est entièrement amovible de sorte que, lorsqu'elle est retirée, elle libère entièrement le passage entre les parois latérales, de fond et supérieure, et, lorsqu'elle est en place elle vient en appui contre les extrémités frontales (13) desdites parois, de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un joint mousse.
5. Caisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée en qu'elle comprend une enveloppe (6), les parois (7) étant montées, de préférence emboîtées entre elles, ajustées à l'intérieur de ladite enveloppe.

7. Caisse selon la revendication 6,
caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe comprend deux battants (11) et des liens (21) pour maintenir lesdits battants entre eux et plaqués contre la paroi frontale (7D).
8. Caisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisée en que les alvéoles (8) sont formées entre une cloison ajourée (16) et une paroi (7B,7C) associée respective, des entretoises (17) étant disposées pour maintenir un écartement (E8) entre ladite cloison et ladite paroi.
9. Caisse selon la revendication l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les alvéoles (8) sont disposées pour permettre une introduction frontale des blocs (9).
10. Caisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisée en qu'elle comprend un piétement prévu pour le passage d'une fourche d'un transpalette, notamment d'un chariot élévateur.
11. Caisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisée en ce que le fond (7 A) est recouvert d'une plaque rigide, pour supporter la palette (2).
12. Caisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une housse étanche pour envelopper les parois (7).
