本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种会议资源分配方法及装置。 背景技术
当前的会议系统中的资源有: 会议室, 电话终端, Web终端(Web Cl ient ) (包括 PC机), 服务器资源 (包括语音服务器、 数据会议服务器)。 当用户预 约及参加会议时, 对这些会议资源进行相应操作。
现有技术中, 预约会议室资源和预约会议的媒体资源是相互独立的, 通 过两个管理系统分别预约会议室资源和预约会议的媒体资源, 用户参加多媒 体会议须在会议室中查找到之前预约的会议的会议信息, 打开邮箱的会议通 知链接, 以手动方式加入多媒体会议, 通过会议室的电话终端呼入会议, 当 会议需要延长时, 用户需要先通过客户端延长使用会议媒体资源, 再自行寻 找空闲会议室, 操作复杂, 耗费时间。
但在以上现有技术中, 会议媒体资源和会议室资源较为独立, 用户需要 在预定的会议室手动加入电话会议、 数据会议。 当在会议需要延长时, 需要 用户手动同时延长两个资源, 而一般情况下, 会议室资源都会提前被预定, 那么, 临时延长两个资源会导致延长时操作复杂, 甚至无法很快找到会议室 资源。 如果当前会议提前结束, 而下一个预约在同一个会议室召开会议的用 户却得不到相关通知信息, 导致会议室资源空闲而造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种会议资源分配方法及装置, 用以通过将会议媒 体资源和会议室资源的信息相关联, 根据当前会议室状况对此会议媒体资源 进行分配, 提高分配会议资源效率, 减少会议资源浪费。
本发明实施例提供的会议资源分配方法, 包括: 会议服务器接收并关联 预约的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的信息; 若会议状态发生变化, 所 述会议服务器则通知媒体资源管理服务器变更预约的会议媒体资源, 通知会 议室管理服务器变更预约的会议室资源。
本发明实施例提供的会议资源分配装置, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收预 约的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的信息; 关联单元, 用于关联所述接 收单元接收的所述预约的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的信息; 通知单 元, 用于若会议状态发生变化, 则通知媒体资源管理服务器变更预约的会议 媒体资源, 通知会议室管理服务器变更预约的会议室资源。
从以上技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例具有以下优点: 会议服务器接 收并关联预约会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的信息, 若会议状态发生变 化, 所述会议服务器则通知媒体资源管理服务器变更预约的会议媒体资源, 通知会议室管理服务器变更预约的会议室资源, 由此, 由会议服务器根据当 前关联的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的信息, 统一分配会议媒体资源 和会议室资源, 提高分配会议资源的效率, 减少会议资源的浪费。

本发明实施例提供了一种会议资源分配方法及装置, 用于根据当前会议 室状况统一调用会议媒体资源, 提高资源利用效率, 减少资源浪费。 以下分 别进行详细说明, 以下实施例中, 会议服务器用于关联会议室资源和会议媒 体资源, 在会议进行过程中实现会议资源分配, 会议室管理服务器用于分配 会议室资源, 媒体资源管理服务器用于分配会议媒体资源。
请参阅图 1 , 本发明实施例中的会议资源分配方法的一个实施例包括: 101、 会议服务器接收并关联预约的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的 信息;
本实施例中, 会议资源包括会议媒体资源和会议室资源, 媒体资源管理 服务器管理会议媒体资源, 会议室管理服务器管理会议室资源, 会议服务器 分别与媒体资源管理服务器及会议室管理服务器连接。
会议服务器接收媒体资源管理服务器发送的预约的会议媒体资源的信 息, 接收会议室管理服务器发送的预约的会议室资源的信息, 将该两种信息 进行关联, 会议服务器根据所关联的两种信息获知会议媒体资源和会议室资 源的使用状况, 以便根据用户需要统一分配会议媒体资源和会议室资源。
102、 若会议状态发生变化, 会议服务器则通知媒体资源管理服务器变更 预约的会议媒体资源, 通知会议室管理服务器变更预约的会议室资源。
如果会议状态发生变化, 会议服务器则根据关联预约的会议媒体资源的 信息和会议室资源的信息, 进行会议资源的统一分配, 分别通知媒体资源管 理服务器变更预约的会议媒体资源, 通知会议室管理服务器变更预约的会议 室资源。

201、 会议服务器接收并关联预约的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的 信息;
具体地,会议管理页面入口 Portal接收登录用户预约会议的请求,用户选 择会议室时输入的会议信息, 包括: 选择的会议室、 多媒体会议的议题、 会 议参与人等信息, Portal通过调用会议室管理服务器的接口, 向会议室管理服 务器发送预约会议室资源请求。
进一步地, 会议室资源预约成功后, Portal通过该会议室管理服务器查询 预约成功的会议室详细信息, 包括: 该会议室的个人计算机(PC , Personal Computer )互联网协议 ( IP, Internet Protocol )地址、 该会议室电话号码、 该 会议室具体位置等, 再通过调用会议服务器的接口, 向会议服务器预约媒体 资源, 同时向会议服务器发送会议对应的会议室信息, 以便会议服务器关联 后续预约成功的会议媒体资源和会议室资源, 会议服务器会通过调用媒体资 源服务器的接口, 预约会议媒体资源, 并向 Portal返回预约会议的结果。

2011、 会议管理 Portal向会议室管理服务器发送预约会议室资源请求; 用户通过会议管理 Portal预约会议,会议管理 Portal调用会议室管理服务 器预约会议室资源, 发送预约会议室资源的请求。
2012、 会议室管理服务器返回预约会议室资源结果; 2013、会议管理 Portal向会议室管理服务器发送已预约的会议室信息的查 询请求;
2014、 会议室管理服务器返回所查询的会议室详细信息给会议管理 Portal;
本步骤中查询的会议室详细信息, 也可以由会议室管理服务器在步骤 2012中一并返回, 不需要经过步骤 2013中会议管理 Portal发送查询请求。
2015、 会议管理 Portal向会议室服务器发送预约会议媒体资源的请求; 同时将预约的会议室信息发送给会议服务器。
2016、 会议服务器向媒体资源管理服务器发送预约会议媒体资源的请求;

202、 会议服务器根据会议客户端启动时上报的该会议客户端所在终端的 IP地址, 查询与该 IP地址对应的当前会议室的会议信息, 并将会议信息发送 给所述会议客户端, 使得该客户端根据该会议信息加入会议;
具体地, 当会议开始后, 用户通过启动会议室 PC上的会议客户端加入会 议, 会议客户端可随系统启动, 本实施例中, 会议客户端以多媒体会议客户 端为例。 多媒体会议客户端启动时, 会议客户端主动连接会议服务器并上报 会议客户端所在 PC的 IP地址给会议服务器, 会议服务器根据该 IP地址, 获 取该 IP地址对应的当前会议室的会议信息, 并返回给会议客户端。
进一步地, 会议客户端根据会议服务器发送的会议信息中的会议的标识 或加入会议的链接, 加入会议, 其中, 会议的标识可以是会议的名称, 也可 以是会议的 ID, 还可以是其他标识会议的参数, 加入的会议的链接可以是统 一资源定位符 ( URL , Uniform I Universal Resource Locator )。
更近一步地, 会议客户端根据会议服务器发送的会议信息中的与会者列 表, 以及当前登录会议客户端的用户的账号, 确定该用户为合法用户后加入 会议, 具体可以为, 如果当前登陆的用户在会议与会者列表中, 判断为用户 合法, 则会议客户端通过会议信息自动加入会议, 否则, 判断为用户非法, 会议客户端提示该用户无权加入会议, 拒绝该用户加入会议。
203、 会议服务器判断会议已开始, 并且确定所述会议客户端加入会议, 则根据预约会议时该会议对应的当前会议室的会议室信息中的电话信息, 将 当前会议室的电话加入会议;

2031、 会议客户端发送客户端所在终端的 IP地址给会议服务器, 获取当 前会议室相关会议信息;

如果会议时间到, 但会议议题未完成需要延长会议时间, 则会议服务器 则通知媒体资源管理服务器延长会议, 同时通知会议室管理服务器预约空闲 会议室资源, 待预约成功, 通知在会的会议客户端到预约成功的空闲会议室 继续举行会议。 所述延长会议, 具体包括延长会议媒体资源的占用时长。
具体地, 当会议服务器检测会议到期后, 还有用户未退出会议, 则调用 媒体资源管理服务器的接口延长会议, 向媒体资源管理服务器发送会议延长 请求, 请求延长使用会议媒体资源。
进一步地, 延长会议后, 会议服务器向会议室管理服务器发送当前会议 室信息, 由会议室管理服务器查询距离当前会议室最近的会议室信息, 会议 室管理服务器返回查询到的会议室信息, 会议服务器通过会议室管理服务器 预约该会议室, 若距离当前会议室最近的会议室有多个, 则由用户确定具体 预约的会议室。
预约会议室成功后, 会议服务器发送通知信息给会议客户端, 通知用户 会议已经延长, 请到新的会议室继续会议, 并通过加入该会议的当前会议室 的电话播放提示信息, 提示与会者会议延长, 到预约成功的空闲会议室继续 会议, 若当前会议室无下一个会议的预约, 则优先使用当前会议室作为延长 会议地点。

具体地, 用户通过多媒体会议客户端结束会议, 多媒体会议客户端通过 调用会议服务器的接口结束会议, 会议服务器先调用媒体资源管理服务器的 接口, 通知媒体资源管理服务器释放会议媒体资源, 再调用会议室管理服务 器的接口, 通知会议室管理服务器释放会议室资源。
进一步地, 释放媒体资源和会议室资源后, 会议服务器切断当前会议中 的电话, 并向会议中除提出结束会议的会议客户端之外的其他会议客户端发 送会议结束消息, 以通知各会议客户端释放所占用的会议资源。
当会议室管理服务器检测到会议室资源被提前释放, 则表示会议提前结 束, 发送通知给下一个预定会议的用户, 告知当前会议室已空闲, 由用户决 定是否提前开始会议。

在本实施例中, 会议服务器发送当前用户的与会状态及会议室信息给其 他会议客户端, 并且, 发送当前用户的与会状态及会议室信息给第三方服务 器, 该第三方服务器已订阅会议变更信息, 可获取当前用户的会议资源变化 的即时信息。
需要说明的是, 第三方服务器可以是原会议系统中的服务器, 本实施例 中的会议资源分配系统可以提供相应接口, 与原会议系统中的服务器相连接。
具体地, 当会议召开时, 会议服务器将当前用户的在会状态, 包括具体 的会议室信息, 同步到其他会议客户端, 客户端将显示用户状态为会议中, 还可以详细显示用户所在会议室的信息; 同时, 会议服务器可提供用户状态 的订阅和通知接口, 由第三方应用服务订阅用户的状态, 并将当前用户的状 态通过接口通知第三方应用服务, 以便其实时正确显示当前会议用户的状态。 会议延长时, 会议服务器延长会议室资源后, 将更新后的用户所在会议室信 息通知到其他会议客户端, 客户端可实时更新用户的会议室信息; 同时也通 过用户状态通知接口, 通知第三方应用服务用户会议室信息变更的信息。 会 议结束时, 会议服务器将用户状态置为空闲, 并通过用户状态通知接口, 通 知第三方应用服务用户状态变更的信息。
本发明实施例中, 会议服务器关联预约的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室 资源的信息, 会议服务器查询会议客户端的会议信息, 并将该会议信息发送 给会议客户端, 使得该客户端根据所述会议信息加入会议, 若会议服务器判 断会议已开始, 并且有会议客户端加入会议, 则根据预约会议时该会议对应 会议室的电话信息, 将该会议室的电话加入会议, 若会议延长, 会议服务器 则通知媒体资源管理服务器、 会议室管理服务器预约下一个会议室, 并通知 在会的与会者到预约成功的会议室继续会议, 若会议结束, 该会议服务器则 通知媒体资源管理服务器及会议室管理服务器分别释放会议媒体资源及会议 室资源, 由会议服务器根据当前关联的会议室统一分配、 释放会议媒体资源, 提高分配资源的效率, 减少会议资源的浪费。 同时, 同步当前用户的与会状 态给其他会议客户端或第三方服务器, 实时更新用户状态。
下面介绍本发明实施例中的会议资源分配装置, 请参阅图 7 , 本发明实施 例中的会议资源分配装置的一个实施例包括:

4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述会议信息发送给 所述会议客户端, 使得所述客户端根据所述会议信息加入会议包括: 将所述会议信息发送给所述会议客户端, 所述会议信息包括会议的标识或 加入会议的链接, 以及与会者列表, 使得所述客户端根据所述会议信息中的所 述与会者列表及当前登录会议客户端的用户的账号, 确定所述用户为合法用户 后加入会议。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 若所述会议服务器确定所述会议客户端加入所述会议, 则根据当前会议室 的会议室信息中的电话信息, 将当前会议室的电话加入所述会议。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知会议室管理服务器 预约空闲会议室资源包括:
向所述会议室管理服务器发送当前会议室信息, 通知会议室管理服务器预 约距离所述当前会议室最近的空闲会议室资源。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知在会的会议客 户端到预约成功的空闲会议室继续会议之后包括:
所述会议服务器通过加入所述会议的当前会议室的电话播放提示信息, 所 述提示信息用于提示与会者会议延长, 到预约成功的空闲会议室继续会议。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若会议结束, 所述会议服务 器则通知媒体资源管理服务器释放所述会议媒体资源, 通知会议室管理服务器 释放会议室资源之后包括:
所述会议服务器切断所述会议中的电话, 并通知所述会议中的会议客户端 会议结束, 使得会议客户端释放当前会议资源。
9、根据权利要求 1至 8任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述会议服务器发送当前用户的与会状态及会议室信息给除当前用户的会 议客户端之外的会议客户端; 或, 发送当前用户的与会状态及会议室信息给已订阅会议变更信息的第三方服 务器。
10、 一种会议资源分配装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收单元, 用于接收预约的会议媒体资源的信息和会议室资源的信息; 关联单元, 用于关联所述接收单元接收的所述预约的会议媒体资源的信息 和会议室资源的信息;
通知单元, 用于若会议状态发生变化, 则通知媒体资源管理服务器变更预 约的会议媒体资源, 通知会议室管理服务器变更预约的会议室资源。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通知单元, 还具体用于若会议延长, 则通知媒体资源管理服务器延长 会议, 通知会议室管理服务器预约空闲会议室资源, 并通知在会的会议客户端 到预约成功的空闲会议室继续会议; 或
所述通知单元, 还具体用于若会议结束, 则通知媒体资源管理服务器释放 所述会议媒体资源, 通知会议室管理服务器释放会议室资源。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 查询单元, 用于根据所述会议客户端启动时上报的所述会议客户端所在终 端的 I P地址, 查询与所述会议客户端所在终端的 I P地址对应的当前会议室的 会议信息, 所述会议信息包括会议的标识或加入会议的链接; 发送单元, 用于将所述会议信息发送给所述会议客户端, 使得所述客户端 根据所述会议信息加入会议。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元, 具体用于将所述会议信息发送给所述会议客户端, 所述会 议信息包括会议的标识或加入会议的链接, 以及与会者列表, 使得所述客户端 根据所述会议信息中的所述与会者列表及当前登录会议客户端的用户的账号, 确定所述用户为合法用户后加入会议。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 加入单元, 用于若确定所述会议客户端加入所述会议, 则根据当前会议室 的会议室信息中的电话信息, 将当前会议室的电话加入所述会议。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通知单元, 还用于若所述会议延长, 则通知所述媒体资源管理服务器 延长会议; 或, 所述通知单元, 还用于通知会议室管理服务器预约距离所述当前会议室最 近的空闲会议室资源, 并通知在会的会议客户端到预约成功的空闲会议室继续 会议。
