Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a hearing protector, which has constructive features oriented to allow its use in combination with conventional glasses and to reduce the noise generated by the impact of the wind on the auricular pavilion during the user's movement at a certain speed.
  • This invention is applicable in the manufacture of hearing protection devices; especially applicable, but not limited to, in athletes who travel at a speed sufficient for the wind to produce when impacting against the pinna, a noise capable of dangerously reducing hearing.
  • the document describes a hearing protector arranged to protect a first ear and a second ear against loud noise, comprising an arc having a first part connecting a second part and a third part; said second part comprising at least a first contact point to be applied next to said first ear; said third part comprising at least a first contact point to be applied next to said second ear; the hearing protector comprises a fourth part rotatably disposed in said second part and comprising a first earplug that fits within said first ear to suppress noise; The hearing protector comprises a fifth part rotatably disposed in said third part and comprising a second earplug that fits within said second ear to suppress noise.
  • This hearing protector aims to achieve certain objectives; specifically: that it is comfortable, that it provides good protection against high levels of noise and that it is easy to control in the sense of whether or not it is necessary protection at any given time.
