Description

一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具 技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土模具技术领域,具体地说是一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具。
背景技术
   目前,在建筑行业广泛使用的混凝土模板,主要是钢制和木制模板构成,钢制模板在使用时需要使用脱模剂,给施工、建筑构件和环境造成污染,木制模板易腐烂并难脱模,已被本领域逐步淘汰。另外,在施工现场浇注混凝土建筑构件时,须事先搭建一个支撑模板的固定框架,然后在固定框架内拼装若干块模板以形成制作混凝土构件的模具,这种结构的不足是:由于模板的四周边为平面,每两个模板在拼装时必须采用连接件使其相互定位,并与固定框架连接,其操作费时费力、效率低下;拆卸模板的难度及安全隐患较大,特别是木制模板上的铁钉容易对施工现场造成安全隐患;木制模板的反复利用率较低,材料浪费较大。
发明内容
   本发明的目的是提供一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,它能够解决现有技术存在的不足。
   本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,包括矩形板体,每块板体的长度方向一端面上均开设燕尾槽,板体长度方向另一端面上均设置燕尾凸块,相临两块板体上的燕尾槽或燕尾凸块相互插接构成插接板,插接板相互组合构成上方为敞口的腔体,两块插接板构成90°角处设置封头板,封头板的形状是矩形。
   所述的两块插接板构成90°角处设置的封头板为第一封头板,第一封头板水平方向的一个侧面为平面、水平方向的另一侧面开设燕尾槽,第一封头板的平面与构成90°角的插接板紧密相触,第一封头板的燕尾槽与构成90°角的另一插接板上的燕尾凸块插接配合。所述的两块插接板构成90°角处设置的封头板为第二封头板,第二封头板水平方向的一侧面上设置燕尾槽或燕尾凸块,与第二封头板垂直方向的一侧面上设置燕尾槽或燕尾凸块,第二封头板分别与水平方向的插接板和垂直方向的插接板插接配合。插接板构成的腔体两侧壁上分别开设通孔,通孔内安装一条以上数量的钢筋,钢筋两端固定在连接条板上,连接条板位于腔体外侧壁上,连接条板的长度与腔体侧壁长度相等。板体上开设减轻自身重量的通孔,通孔是方孔、圆孔、椭圆孔或三角形孔。插接板相互组合构成的腔体四周安装固定架,固定架上的第一固定板与腔体水平方向的一侧外壁贴合,第二固定板与腔体水平方向的另一侧外壁贴合,第一固定板第二固定板的两端头部位安装第一连接杆,第一固定板与第二固定板的另外两端头部位安装第二连接杆,第一连接杆和第二连接杆分别与插接板水平方向的侧壁端头贴合。
   本发明的优点在于:所述制作混凝土构件的插接式模具可以制成由插接板组成的各种形状和结构的敞口状腔体,具有插接组装简便、组装效率高、拆卸方便的优点,并且在拆装模具时的安全性高,大幅度提高了施工效率,大幅度降低了生产成本。本发明可采用塑性材料或铝合金材料制作,可反复利用,并在使用时不需要脱模剂,从而避免了施工现场、建筑构件及环境的污染。

具体实施方式
    本发明的一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,它有多块矩形板体1构成,每块板体1的长度方向一端面上均开设燕尾槽,板体1长度方向另一端面上均设置燕尾凸块,相临两块板体上的燕尾槽或燕尾凸块相互插接构成插接板,插接板相互组合构成上方为敞口的腔体,两块插接板构成90°角处设置封头板,封头板的形状是矩形,上述结构能够完成本发明所述的模具的各种优点,这种插接式模具可以做成长方形、T形、十字形、方形敞口式腔体。
   本发明所述的封头板有两种优选结构,第一种结构是:两块插接板构成90°角处设置的封头板为第一封头板18,第一封头板18水平方向的一个侧面为平面、水平方向的另一侧面开设燕尾槽,第一封头板18的平面与构成90°角的插接板紧密相触,第一封头板18的燕尾槽与构成90°角的另一插接板上的燕尾凸块插接配合,这种结构可使模具内表面形成整体平面,不需要另外再安装其它小型构件,能使混凝土构件的表面整齐,并便于模具的整体安装;第二种结构是:两块插接构成90°角处设置的封头板为第二封头板15,第二封头板15水平方向的一侧面上设置燕尾槽或燕尾凸块,与第二封头板15垂直方向的一侧面上设置燕尾槽或燕尾凸块,第二封头板15分别与水平方向的插接板和垂直方向的插接板插接配合,这种结构可使模具内表面形成整体平面,不需要另外再安装其它小型构件,能使混凝土构件的表面整齐,并便于模具的整体安装,同时提高了模具的整体刚性。
   插接板构成的腔体两侧壁上分别开设通孔,通孔内安装一条以上数量的钢筋14,钢筋14两端固定在连接条板13上,连接条板13位于腔体外侧壁上,连接条板13的长度与腔体侧壁长度相等,这种结构在增加模具整体强度的同时,减少了施工的工序及成本。
   本发明所述的插接式模具的板体1上开设减轻自身重量的通孔,该通孔是方孔、圆孔、椭圆孔或三角形孔。上述各种形状的孔便于加工,并同时能够达到强度要求。
   本发明进一步的优选方案是:插接板相互组合构成的腔体四周安装固定架,固定架上的第一固定板10与腔体水平方向的一侧外壁贴合,第二固定板19与腔体水平方向的另一侧外壁贴合,第一固定板10和第二固定板19的两端头部位安装第一连接杆11,第一固定板10与第二固定板19的另外两端头部位安装第二连接杆20,第一连接杆11和第二连接杆20分别与插接板水平方向的侧壁端头贴合,上述结构能使模具进一步提高整体强度,并便于安装和拆卸,同时可进一步增加模具重复利用的使用寿命。图中4是燕尾凸块,5是燕尾槽,7是封头板,8是燕尾槽,9是燕尾凸块,12是螺栓,16是燕尾槽,17是燕尾槽。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,其特征在于:包括矩形板体(1),每块板体(1)的长度方向一端面上均开设燕尾槽,板体(1)长度方向另一端面上均设置燕尾凸块,相临两块板体上的燕尾槽或燕尾凸块相互插接构成插接板,插接板相互组合构成上方为敞口的腔体,两块插接板构成90°角处设置封头板,封头板的形状是矩形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,其特征在于:所述的两块插接板构成90°角处设置的封头板为第一封头板(18),第一封头板(18)水平方向的一个侧面为平面、水平方向的另一侧面开设燕尾槽(6),第一封头板(18)的平面与构成90°角的插接板紧密相触,第一封头板(18)的燕尾槽(6)与构成90°角的另一插接板上的燕尾凸块插接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,其特征在于:所述的两块插接板构成90°角处设置的封头板为第二封头板(15),第二封头板(15)水平方向的一侧面上设置燕尾槽或燕尾凸块,与第二封头板(15)垂直方向的一侧面上设置燕尾槽或燕尾凸块,第二封头板(15)分别与水平方向的插接板和垂直方向的插接板插接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,其特征在于:插接板构成的腔体两侧壁上分别开设通孔(3),通孔内安装一条以上数量的钢筋(14),钢筋(14)两端固定在连接条板(13)上,连接条板(13)位于腔体外侧壁上,连接条板(13)的长度与腔体侧壁长度相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,其特征在于:板体(1)上开设减轻自身重量的通孔(2),通孔是方孔、圆孔、椭圆孔或三角形孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种制作混凝土构件的插接式模具,其特征在于:插接板相互组合构成的腔体四周安装固定架,固定架上的第一固定板(10)与腔体水平方向的一侧外壁贴合,第二固定板(19)与腔体水平方向的另一侧外壁贴合,第一固定板(10)和第二固定板(19)的两端头部位安装第一连接杆(11),第一固定板(10)与第二固定板(19)的另外两端头部位安装第二连接杆(20),第一连接杆(11)和第二连接杆(20)分别与插接板水平方向的侧壁端头贴合。
