Description
本発明は、情報処理装置および情報処理システムに関するものである。
まず、一般的な情報処理システム10’の構成について説明する。図1は、一般的な情報処理システム10’の構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、一般的な情報処理システム10’は、紙幣を取り扱う現金処理端末200、現金処理端末200よりも上位の端末に相当する上位端末300、ATM監視装置400および勘定系システム600を備えている。
続いて、実施形態に係る情報処理システム10の構成について説明する。図2は、実施形態に係る情報処理システム10の構成を示す図である。図2に示すように、情報処理システム10は、情報処理装置100を備える点において、一般的な情報処理システム10’と主に異なる。特に、情報処理装置100は、ローカルネットワーク内の1または複数の現金処理端末200(以下、「現金処理端末群」と言う。)と基幹ネットワーク500との間に設けられる。
図3は、実施形態に係る現金処理端末200の機能構成例を示す図である。図3に示すように、実施形態に係る現金処理端末200は、通信部210、制御部220、記憶部230および読取部240を備える。
図8は、実施形態に係る情報処理システムの運用例を示す図である。図8に示すように、まず、顧客は、ATM200Aや窓口用現金入出金機200Bを使って紙幣の入金や出金を行う。運用終了時など現金を精算する場合、金融機関の行員は、ATM200Aや窓口用現金入出金機200BからカセットCを抜き取り、抜き取ったカセットCを出納用現金入出金機200Cに装着する。
以上、添付図面を参照しながら実施形態について詳細に説明したが、実施形態はかかる例に限定されない。本発明の属する技術の分野における通常の知識を有する者であれば、特許請求の範囲に記載された技術的思想の範疇内において、各種の変更例または修正例に想到し得ることは明らかであり、これらについても、当然に本発明の技術的範囲に属するものと了解される。
Claims (8)
- ローカルネットワーク内の現金処理端末群と前記ローカルネットワークの外部に存在する外部ネットワークとの間に設けられる情報処理装置であって、
前記現金処理端末群を構成する現金処理端末により紙幣が読み取られて得られた記番号と前記現金処理端末による前記紙幣の認識結果とを前記ローカルネットワーク内において取得する情報取得部と、
前記記番号と前記認識結果とを関連付けて記憶部に記憶させる記憶制御部と、
前記現金処理端末群を構成するいずれかの現金処理端末から前記記番号と紙幣の認識結果とが取得された場合、当該紙幣の認識結果と前記記番号に関連付けて記憶された前記認識結果とを比較する比較部と、
を備える、情報処理装置。 - 前記情報処理装置は、前記比較部による比較結果が認識結果の不一致を示す場合、前記記番号が表示されるように制御する表示制御部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記情報処理装置は、前記比較部による比較結果が認識結果の不一致を示す場合、前記現金処理端末群を構成するいずれかの現金処理端末または前記ローカルネットワークとは異なるローカルネットワーク内の現金処理端末に前記記番号を通知する記番号通知部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記認識結果は、前記紙幣の金種、紙幣の集積順序および紙幣の金種ごとの枚数のいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- ローカルネットワーク内の現金処理端末群を構成する現金処理端末であって、紙幣の読み取りによって得られた記番号と前記紙幣の認識結果とを通知する情報通知部を備える現金処理端末と、
前記現金処理端末と前記ローカルネットワークの外部に存在する外部ネットワークとの間に設けられる情報処理装置であって、
前記現金処理端末により通知された前記記番号と前記認識結果とを前記ローカルネットワーク内において取得する情報取得部と、
前記記番号と前記認識結果とを関連付けて記憶部に記憶させる記憶制御部と、
前記現金処理端末群を構成するいずれかの現金処理端末から前記記番号と紙幣の認識結果とが取得された場合、当該紙幣の認識結果と前記記番号に関連付けて記憶された前記認識結果とを比較する比較部と、
を備える情報処理装置と
を含む情報処理システム。 - 前記情報処理装置は、前記比較部による比較結果が認識結果の不一致を示す場合、前記記番号が表示されるように制御する表示制御部をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の情報処理システム。
- 前記情報処理装置は、前記比較部による比較結果が認識結果の不一致を示す場合、前記現金処理端末群を構成するいずれかの現金処理端末または前記ローカルネットワークとは異なるローカルネットワーク内の現金処理端末に前記記番号を通知する記番号通知部をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の情報処理システム。
- 前記認識結果は、前記紙幣の金種、紙幣の集積順序および紙幣の金種ごとの枚数のいずれかを含む、請求項5に記載の情報処理システム。
